"Everything needs a little love to grow~"
NameKasumi Honoka
Age 18
Year Third
Personality Honoka is a very laid-back and soft-spoken individual who always seems to be in a good mood. Her demeanour may make her seem like she's out of it, but she's just busy appreciating the outside world rather than paying attention to what was actually going on. Most of the time.
She doesn't bother to meddle in other student's affairs, but she's always there to act as a maternal figure to other students, offering advice and assistance, earning her the nickname "
Ane-Sama". Honoka tends to
try to keep to herself, although younger students tend to attach to her. She does find it to be a bother some of the time, but she's just too nice to tell people to leave her alone when she just wants to garden.
Background Honoka grew up in the country with her grandparents, as her mother was deemed "unfit" and her father was... away. Honoka never knew the reason behind any of it, though she never asked, either - she supposed if she needed to know, she'd be told.
Ever since she could walk, Honoka was helping her grandmother in the garden, growing vegetables and flowers to be sold at the market. She was incredibly close to her grandmother, even going so far as calling her "kaa-chan". They weren't very rich, but they were happy, spending most of their days outside while her grandfather worked.
Honoka's family was forced to move to the city when her grandmother fell ill and had to be hospitalised, with no evidence of ever being able to come out in the near future. Honoka always made sure that her Kaa-chan's room was filled with bright flowers to cheer her up. Unfortunately, Honoka's grandmother had passed away just before Honoka started her second year at Saint Lilium's.
Her Kaa-chan taught her everything she knew about flowers and plants before she died, and Honoka decided that she wanted to be a botanist when she left school to follow in her grandmother's footsteps.
Other things* The only time someone has seen her angry was in middle school, when someone "accidentally" destroyed her roses by pruning them wrong. It was not a good day for anybody.
