MY FINGERS ARE READY FOR HOT POSTING ACTION
I have a head cold, canceled all plans for the day. I was hoping that there might be something here for me to post to today, but alas. Oh well, I'll just play overwatch for more than an hour today, maybe.

Hot posting action, coming right up!
In my IC post I mention additonal equipement/armorments, I'm thinking stuff like this:
You know, something with extra armor and weapons that we can basically dock our werks into to fly through space and have extra assault capabilities.
"Two assault packs are cleared for use by the unit in the mission, but according to R&D they have not been optimized, and so will considerably slow down Framewerk mobility if equipped. Steinman, choose the pilots who will be equipped with these packs."
@Jasonhero
So assault packs should me made for focused carnage, not stuff that will rip the place in half, like your moon killer.
@Ammokkx Yeah but thrusters and stuff that doesn't add much mass.
@Ammokkx Depends on the kind of assault pack. The thrusters on mine, in particular, are there because traditional forms of movement don't work as well in space, not to mention they're to be used to balance against recoil from the bigger weapons onboard. (Predator Cannon, I'm looking at you).
That being said, if you'd feel more comfortable with me lightening the load on the assault pack, I'd be happy to do so.

Gm's final call. Also, every Framewerk has thrusters capable of space movement. It's in the OP.
@Jasonhero
Depends on what you suggest. A Framewerk is designed to only carry a few weapons, so the more weapons it carries on top of them the slower they will become. Common sense helps here.
Yes, but the assault pack adds mass to be moved. It makes sense to add thrusters from an engineering standpoint. It would make very little sense to not add those and lose maneuverability.
