Secret ID: Scott 'Jimmy' Hendricks

Age: 27

Powers: regular human under a lightly armored flight suit. Scott also pilots an experimental plane called the Redwing.

Weaknesses: standard human weaknesses, his armor makes him about twice as durable. Anything other than small arms fire can mess him up.

Personality: bold, honorable, witty

Appearance:

BRIEF Bio:

Scott was your average guy growing up, played baseball a few years, pretty standard middle America stuff. However he was just in a small town in California. When he got out of high school, the young man immediately wanted to get his pilot's license and went to school for drafting and engineering as well at a community college on the outskirts of Coast City. Over the course of the next four years, Scott earned his engineering degree and met his best friend and mechanic Judah Marlow. After graduating Scott was rocked when his parents died in a house fire. He was given a check for $750,000 for the insurance claims. After putting the cash in several acounts, Scott went on the road and traveled up the coast for the next year or so. He saw Seattle, Star City, Denver, Dakota, before finally coming back to Coast City.

When he returned he bought some farm land that had recently been auctioned off and moved into the barn Roadhouse style save for the wifi he needed to run all his tech and such. Scott paved an air strip on his own, and within another seven months had a successful private plane operation with two different sized planes and a secretairy named Kaley.

After romance started to bloom between Scott and Kaley, his friend from college showed up talking about how they could change the world. Upon showing Scott what he'd been working on at STAR Labs, Judah mentioned some alien metals he'd aquired from the Lab. He wanted to fund the building of an experimental plane using the metals but didn't want STAR Labs to own it. Scott aggreed and the Redwing has been in the air now a half dozen times and out maneuvered some of the best at Edwards Air Force Base.

Now however, the community college where the two friends met is being overtaken by Starros. The authorities only got close enough to become infected themselves and the inside of the larger buildings seem to have some organic tech growing in them.

Notes:

* Like I said, a little bit Tony Stark, a little bit Hal Jordan.

* If I didn't mention before he'll also carry a couple pistols with different types of rounds.
Explosive rounds, hollow points, and non lethals.

* Might put the Hawkman symbol on his eventual flying suit somewhere.

Character Reimagined: General Dru-Zod

Secret ID: King Dru-Zod I "The Conqueror" of Rann

Age: 102

Powers: Kryptonian physiology grants him:
    -Superior strength
    -Flight
    -Heat Vision
-Weakened resistance to all forms of damage
    -Freezing breath
    -Weakened super-speed

His Phantom Gauntlets grant him:
-Power over the Phantom Zone and all its inhabitants.
    -Object summoning.
    -Teleportation.

Weaknesses: -Reliance on the Phantom Zone has sapped his natural resistance, meaning he is much more easily damaged than other Kryptonians.
-Overuse of the Phantom Gauntlets is fatal, even to a Kryptonian.
-Normal Kryptonian weakness to Kryptonite.
-Loses power under a red sun.
-Advanced age due to Phantom Gauntlet use.
-Addiction to the use of the Phantom Gauntlets

Personality: Though once arrogant and narcissistic, Zod has mellowed considerably over the course of his kingship, becoming less of a tyrannical braggart and more like a lazy dictator. Still arrogant and with a narcissistic streak, Zod believes in his superiority over all others but secretly doubts his own ability due to his aging body and addiction to the Phantom Gauntlets. As a king, he is well known for his quick and brutal enforcement of justice, but he is also known as a hero to the Rannite people, something that amuses Zod more than he'd like to admit. Zod has began to warm to his people, and sees them as his charge, as such, he will protect them with his life.

Appearance:

BRIEF Bio: Dru-Zod was the son of Kyptonian scientists. As a youth he discovered his father was a brutal serial killer, abducting young men and murdering them after brutal torture. Enraged not by the fates of his father's victims, but by his father's malicious mis-use of his power, Zod killed his father and hid his corpse.

As he grew, he became acquainted with Jor-El, scientist of renown and heavily connected to the military high command through his research and development of weaponry. With heavy recommendation from Jor-El, Zod rose through the Kryptonian army, eventually becoming high commander and general of all Kryptonian forces. Zod, however, began to fear a neighboring race known as the Char, as the military's highest authority, he quickly forged a declaration of war and marched on the Char home-world. Despite their victory, Zod's army was devastated.

Feeling no regret for his actions, Zod argued intensely when accused of treason, eventually he was found guilty, but Jor-El cried for mercy, allowing Zod the chance to escape. Spending years wandering through space, Zod discovered the Phantom Gauntlets, former Kryptonian weapons thrown to space due to the dangers they posed on the user. Taking them, Zod felt emboldened, and his desire for power became all consuming. Zod, frothing at the prospect of being a king, entered the nearest planet and conquered it singlehandedly. As the years go by, Zod becomes more and more mellow, recalling Jor-El's showing of compassion that saved his life, and resolving to use his immense power for the good of his people. Discovering a Kryptonian living on Earth, Zod traveled there with his Rannite entourage, aiming to find himself a successor.

Notes: Zod's Rannite entourage includes three bodyguards and his personal pilot.

Character Reimagined: Starfire

Secret ID: None (Will choose the name "Coriander" after she gets to eat kitchen spices and decides it's her favorite.)

Age: 3 months (appears 21)

Powers:
Radiation Metabolism: Her cells can metabolize a wide variety of radiation.
Neutron Radiation: Grows carbon nanotubes throughout her tissue, making her more resilient.
Alpha radiation: Grows graphite along her nervous system and neurons, giving her enhanced reflexes and intelligence, and allowing energy to more easily flow through her body.
Beta radiation: Causes hyper-dense muscle growth and temporarily increases her healing rate and metabolism. Too much at once will make her hyperactive.
Photonic: Stored as an energy-dense complex carbohydrate which her cells can metabolize. Absorption rate must build up to higher levels, so sudden bursts (like laser weapons) will only be partially absorbed.

Plasma manipulation: Can create and manipulate plasmas. She uses this to attack and fly.

Weaknesses: Cold temperatures weaken her. Certain types of exotic radiation, such as that produced by the substance known as "Kryptonite", can't be properly metabolized, and act as a poison. Due to the fact that she was supposed to be controlled by a handler, she is weak to mind control and telepathy. A lack of understanding of human culture makes her easy to manipulate.

Personality: Oblivious. While she has considerable knowledge of HOW to do things, she doesn't understand WHEN or WHY to do many things, nor does she understand human taboos, morality, or culture beyond legal codes.

Appearance:
Currently has no hair or clothes, as it was burned off by the sun.

BRIEF Bio: As soon as he took office Lex Luthor ordered Star Labs, a private thinktank and science facility, to create a Superhuman agent for the military that can challenge Superman or other aliens if they need to. He even saw to it that they were given samples of DNA from various alien races.

After creating a viable embryo in the lab using meta-human and alien DNA, it was transferred to their Solar-orbital anti-matter collection facility inside Mercury's orbit, where it could absorb the radiation it needed in it's sun-side tank. After a month of development, when the clone was developmentally four or five years old, they placed implants within its brain so that they could control it if it awakened, and feed it data as it slept. They gave her technical knowledge of fighting techniques, strategy, weapons, vehicles, and taught her every earth language, as well as a few alien ones.

Before the project was finished, however, a massive solar flare knocked out all electronics on the station, including her life support and implants. With the containment on the anti-matter pods failing and them being unable to manually dump it, the scientists fled the station, assuming her to be dead.

The station exploded, but she was able to survive, unconscious, in orbit of the sun where she continued to develop for several weeks. Eventually, however, she regained consciousness and used her powers to fly to Earth, intent on performing her duty of stopping the enemies of the United States.

Notes: The scientists were able to grow a proper clone at another solar-orbital facility, and named it "Commander" Blackfire, as it was created for the military. Whether it was brought out of stasis or not is unknown at this time.

Character Reimagined: Aquaman

Secret ID: Marcus Curry

Age: 30

Powers
Telepathy: He can summon/communicate with aquatic animals. With enough concentration he can also do the same with lifeforms evolved from the sea, though it is considerably weaker.
Superhuman Strength: His strength derives from the fact that his body is strong enough for his lungs to work properly even at the bottom of the sea where the pressure is at its greatest.
Superhuman Durability: Similar to his strength, Aquaman can withstand a great deal of attacks from other superhumans or even machine gun fire.
Aquatic Adaptation: Aquaman can survive at any depth in the ocean, swimming and fighting at the same superhuman level as any superhuman on land, though Aquaman is notable for being an even stronger combatant while underwater.
Hard Water Constructs: Aquaman possesses a pair of Atlantean gauntlets that use electrical currents to manipulate water into "solid" constructs such as melee weapons or shields.

Weaknesses: Aquaman's main weakness is that much of his ability is derived from the Sea. While he can still be formidable on the land, the Sea is where he is at his strongest. Even his water constructs are reliant on the gauntlets as an outside force, without them Aquaman is effectively unarmed.

Personality: Most of his kind tend to have a stubborn pride for being born of Atlantis. They are Atlanteans first above anything else. Marcus on the other hand, is the polar opposite. He is Human first and Atlantean second. Having never even seen Atlantis before, Marcus knows very little of its culture and customs apart from stories told by his mother. Instead, he was raised as a human and he often looks to his firefighter father for inspiration or even occasional guidance. As such, Marcus prefers to emulate his father's acts of selfless heroism over his mother's loyalty as a soldier. This often means he prioritizes saving lives over defeating his enemies. That only really applies to Aquaman, though. As for Marcus Curry the person, he respects both his parents more than anyone else and will often think back to the things they taught him in an attempt to apply those wisdoms to his every day life, both as Marcus and as Aquaman. The long and short of it is that he tries every day to emulate his father's selflessness and his mother's loyalty.

Appearance:

BRIEF Bio: Born to an Atlantean mother and human father named Mera and Arthur respectively, Marcus Curry grew up never being told of Atlantis or his mother's true heritage. According to his parents, they felt that he would have been better off having a normal human childhood. But when his Atlantean abilities started developing, they couldn't keep the secret any longer. Arthur's mother finally told him her story about Atlantis and the inner civil war that forced her to abandon home and live on the surface. The only things she brought with her was a pair of gauntlets designed to give the wearer the ability to manipulate water into constructs. As it turns out, she was an Atlantean soldier, one of the few who were female in fact, as Atlantis was largely male dominated. She taught Marcus how to use the gauntlets for himself and even shared with him her Atlantean training and fighting skills. Unlike his mother, Marcus had a desire to use his skills and abilities to help mankind. Rather than hide them, he instead used them to help the innocent and fight against the forces of evil as Aquaman. This perhaps proved to be a mistake, as before long Aquaman's appearance and activities would get the attention of his mother's oldest and most hated enemy.

Character Reimagined: Catwoman

Secret ID: Katarina Styles

Age: 32

Powers:
Her Genetic Conditioning has given her:
  • Night Vision
  • Perfect Balance
  • Superhuman Reactions

Her suit doesn't give her any more abilities, but it does have some very useful gear:
  • Bulletproof Panels - The solid panels of the suit are bulletproof as well as the cowl.
  • Retractable Claws - The suit's gloves have 2.5 inch retractable prometheum claws.
  • Tail Whip - Her suit's prometheum tail serves dual purposes, as a dangerous whip and a prehensile appendage. Each link is individually motorized and capable of expanding three sharp triangular blades from itself increasing it's lethality significantly.
  • The Cowl - The suit's cowl offers a multipurpose HUD along with thermal vision and advanced facial recognition software.
  • VRX-7 Taser Pistol - Holstered on the suits right thigh is the VRX-7 Taser pistol, a pistol that fires electric bolts capable of temporarily incapacitating a fully grown man, in an excruciatingly painful manner.

Weaknesses:
  • Despite her genetic conditioning, Catwoman is just a human, she is strong and fast for a woman of her size, but she is no more durable.
  • She controls her suit's functions through a wireless nano-transmitter embedded in her cerebellum. A sufficient EMP would leave her incapable of using her suit's gadgets in all but the most rudimentary functions until it's next automatic repair and reset cycle which only occurs when she is asleep.
  • She harbors a deep-seated fear of mind control and those that use it even now that she is free.

Personality: Katarina keeps to herself and is immediately distrusting of all anyone she meets. She doesn't speak unless spoken to and is generally seen as very cold distant towards all but her most trusted friends. She does still maintain a facade of the confidence she held before her imprisonment, but it's a noticeable lie to a perceptive observer.

Booster Gold

Adam

Appears early 30s

Enhanced Condition Adam’s physical and mental abilities are above natural members of his species, beyond what can be emulated via natural training and with little to no maintaining. This entails that he is faster, stronger, more intelligent and overall superior to fellow members of his species, without being obviously supernatural.

Enhanced Strength Adam has the incredible ability to defy weight limitations of his race, but not completely break them. Dense, lengthy, or overweight items are easy to move and simple to use in nearly any manner. Adam can crush, lift, throw, or catch items of great weight.

Enhanced Speed Adam can move much faster than the average member of his species.

Enhanced Senses Adam has extremely accurate senses, allowing him to see, hear, smell, taste and/or touch more than an average member of his species.

Body Supremacy Adam has near complete control over the movements and functions of his muscles, bones, veins etc. being able to move with remarkable grace, athletic and acrobatic in skill. He has full command over his conscious and subconscious, allowing him to resist possession, telekinesis, or blood manipulation. Besides his acrobatics, the most extraordinary method in which he employs this ability is by playing dead and resisting the most toxic of drugs and chemicals.

Uncanny Regeneration While not always immediate, Adam could lose a limb, and after a day, a nub could be seen growing in its place. As the days progress, the numb elongates into a completely regenerated limb. Adam can recreate lost or damaged tissues, organs, and limbs. His aging has slowed as this ability has matured.

Symbiotic Knowles Electromagnetic Energy Transistor System – S.K.E.E.T.S.

Skeets is a droid who was originally programmed for the menial task of monitoring Adam’s vitals and psychological condition. A fatal energy blast Adam had taken to the back led to the invention of Skeets and the invention of The Terminal Dr. Knowles had built into Adam’s back. When Skeets is separated from Adam, Adam functions like a typical super soldier. When Skeets locks into Adam’s terminal, Adam’s capabilities are granted a “boost.” Adam reprogrammed Skeets to give him more of a personality. The droid is capable of stealing an astonishing amount of data, if only to fuel its own intelligence.

Force Field Generation Skeets gives Adam the ability to generate a force-field strong enough to absorb a direct punch from Doomsday, and still leave Adam intact. The force field gives Adam a misleading amount of durability. It is capable of withstanding bullets without losing its integrity. The force field also allowed him to survive the tear in the space-time continuum and space without need of oxygen. The field is capable of filtering atmospheric air to clean it from germs and pollution. The motion of the force field can be altered, granting Adam the ability to fly if the force field was directed skyward.

Strength Boost With Skeets, Adam can lift 200 tons without exerting himself.

Concussive Blasts With Skeets, Adam can produce powerful blasts of energy. At their highest power, the energy blasts can plow through two solid feet of concrete.

Targetting Crosshairs appear within Adam’s vision, allowing him to target enemies for precise accuracy. He can perceive the entire electromagnetic spectrum including but not limited to infrared, ultra violet, x-ray and more. He has telescopic and microscopic vision. His eyes are also protected from sudden flashes. Supposedly, this is what Skeets can see.

Field Generation Besides his usual force field, Adam can generate fields which act as tractor beams that allow him to move, hold, and hurdle objects at foes. The field can be used as a singular beam or a wide field.

Separation Adam is at his weakest when separated from Skeets. He is still a formidable opponent even without Skeets but not entirely to typical superhuman proportions.

Technomancy Skeets is vulnerable to supreme forms of technomancy. He can be used against Adam, and if ever a corrupt Skeets settles into Adam’s terminal, it can push the fighter to madness.

Ego Stroking Adam’s ego can put him in a false sense of security and lower his guard. However, if an enemy utilizes this tactic too much, then Adam will learn to recognize the deception—if Skeets doesn’t tell him sooner.

Cocky Adam can sometimes bite off more than he can chew. For the sake of fame! It’s a catch-22. Sometimes it turns out well for him and sometimes it doesn’t.

Center of Attention Adam enjoys basking in fame and tons of money. This fame can make him a target to numerous villains.

Concussion Adam does have a unique healing factor, but it doesn’t make him impervious to being knocked unconscious by a well-placed and powerful blow to the face. Note: This would have to be achieved when he is separated from Skeets.

Modern Technology Adam comes from the future. The technology was way more advanced than the modern universe. Simple machines such as ovens, washing machines, vehicles, blenders, etc. He will find difficult to operate but the most complex of machines, such as computers and security systems, he will find a cakewalk (with Skeets of course).

Adam originates from a universe where he was the greatest and strongest warrior there was. This attitude hasn’t quite left him. While his ego has lowered about an inch, after encountering other super-powered beings whose powers were greater than most of the fighters he’s dealt with, overall, he hasn’t quite changed much. Adam likes the fame and attention and being adored by numerous fans. Being on top, is the only life he knows. He is cocky enough to talk up to the biggest and meanest looking hulk and tell the creature it isn’t shit! His overly-self-confidence can be a good thing and a bad thing. The good thing about it is that his determination to preserve his invented reputation becomes his strength. The bad thing about it is if his ass is handed to him, well…he just made an ass of himself.

Adam likes beautiful girls, money, and expensive commodities. He will dump money on bitches without a care. Skeets doesn’t like it, and yeah…well..Skeets can take a hike! No; not really, he needs his A.I. buddy. How else would he get so famous? Adam does like to make a grand entrance. The hero’s entrance is the most important part! He even believes a spectacular entrance can dictate victory or failure.

Adam’s universe was in the far distant future. It is an alternate reality—a universe that could have been or was. In his universe, every being possessed super powers. The rich ruled over the poor and high status was based on the strength of one’s powers to include superior intelligence. Battles and war games among those with power were won by using lowly superhumans to fight for them. The wealthy and powerful would then place bets on the winners of the battle. Fighting under the strongest and wealthiest superhuman meant subsistence and protection for the lowly supers (as long as they didn’t die in combat/service).

A famous scientist by the name of Dr. Knowles genetically engineered a being that transcended human performance. He named his creation “Adam,” and Adam was to be the perfect soldier in the Wealth Wars. Adam’s creation as well as his exceptional performance on the battlefield proved to be successful until a flaw in Adam’s personality revealed itself. Adam loved the fame and attention too much. One battle, he turned his back on an enemy to bask in the praise of his adoring fans and was murdered by a powerful energy blast to the back. “Booster” (his battle name) was dead, and Dr. Knowles watched in terror as his fame and wealth started to crumble. He feared the loss of publicity would reduce him to the status of a lowly superhuman. Dr. Knowles had too much pride and dignity to let that happen (like father like son).

Adam was recreated; and where the blast had ripped through his back, Dr. Knowles created a terminal. He also created a key to fit in the terminal. It was a gold-colored droid that he called the Symbiotic Knowles Electromagnetic Energy Transistor System or “The Sphere.” The name proved to be too long to be worth saying and so Adam called the droid “Skeets.” Skeets improved Adam’s performance phenomenally. Booster returned to the battleground as “Booster Gold” (due to the golden addition on his back). Adam’s revived fame was a hit with both the high and low of status. Adam’s recreation and ascendance in strength triggered a sudden movement among the lowly. If Adam could become powerful, then so could they.

The lowly started to rebel against their masters, and the battles that took place between the high and low status destroyed the world. It further distorted reality, creating a tear in the universe. Adam’s universe was destroyed, and if it wasn’t for his force field, then he would have been destroyed with it. Adam was hurled through dimensions to arrive in the universe, in which the game takes place.

I am open for plotting. I imagined Adam to be placed in jail for being considered an illegal alien. Other notes are he is very technology savvy. When Skeets is connected to his terminal, Adam can hack almost any computer and he may not care whether it's illegal or not. This makes him chaotic good since he is somewhat selfish. The gold droid they found connected to Adam's back makes the jailers wonder if Skeets is an Atlantean artifact, and if they have an Atlantean on their hands.

Skeets has a very sophisticated A.I. voice akin to an English gentleman.

Character Re-imagined: Icicle

Secret ID: Jax Coldin

Age: 19

Powers:
Ice Manipulation-While he was not born with the powers, he has a small device located on both his right and left wrist that allows him to control ice and snow.

Resistance to Cold-Unlike the villain he was inspired by, he uses a suit to keep himself from freezing to death in cold climates.

Infrared Vision-Like the other abilities he has, this one is related to his suit. The cowl he wears is equipped with infrared vision, which is very helpful for finding heat signatures.

Stealth Mode-His suit was equipped with a stealth mode when it underwent upgrades, though it doesn't last very long.

Weaknesses:

Trust issues-After a hard time in his life in which Jax was stabbed in the back again and again(figuratively), he has never been able to trust someone completely.

OCD-Jax's Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is something he learned about later in life, but it is very prominent, and sometimes distracts him from the goal at hand.

The Human Body-Jax is after all, human, and while his suit protects him significantly, he can still be wounded.

Personality: Pessimistic, Serious, Cynical

Appearance:

BRIEF Bio: When Jax was only five, he was left for dead in the slums of an unknown town. For the next couple years, he fended for himself. When he was 14, he heard about the villain Icicle. At the time, he had a man who worked at an advanced science center as a father. He had pitied Jax, and adopted him. His name was Victor Fries. When Jax asked for a suit to match the powers of the man, his father was confused, but when Jax explained his inspiration to show that even villains can be good, he understood. Jax started as a light and happy hero, but after moving to Gotham when he was eighteen, he became dark and slightly corrupted, influenced by crime. He started pushing the limits, harming criminals severely. He continued his ways as Icicle, but didn't cross the line into villain. After a while, his father grew tired of having to hear about Icicle on the news instead of his son telling him, so he invited Jax over for a week. There was a short break in crime in Gotham, so Jax obliged. While he was there, he installed a headset in the cowl of Icicle, and began to give Jax advice when he fought.

Notes: While he is relatively famous in the slums of Gotham, he remains mostly unnoticed, except by crime.

He carries two pistols in holsters by his side. They vary by the mission.

Character Reimagined: Barry Allen - The Flash.

Secret ID: Judah Atto Allen. Allspeed.

Age: 19

Powers: Speed Force Generator.
  • Superior Speed, Agility, and Reflexes (Current Max. 500mph/804.67kmh)
  • Accelerated Healing.
  • Increased Perceptions.
  • Phasing.
  • Electrokinesis.
  • Aerokinesis via Limb Rotations.
  • Speed Force Aura, Stamina, Durability.

Weaknesses:
  • Inexperienced.
  • Overexertion causes Extreme Heartache.
  • The need for Friction and Gravity.

Personality: Emotionally unstable but wildly idealistic, Judah truly pours his all into his hero work. Newly emerged, he attempts to establish himself amongst the other heroes while juggling college at the same time. He has dedicated himself to only using his powers for hero-work and maintains a will of steel in order to upkeep his promise. When he gained his powers, for whatever reason, his emotions gained a limiter. Once he's push, instead of reacting mindlessly, he gains a certain apathy towards everything. One that makes him incredibly deadly, inconsiderate, and heartless.

Appearance: Judah has a natural boyish charm about his face. His skin is smooth and colored a earthly bronze. His most adoring feature is his eyes; a strong yet milky shade of hazel that can induce anywhere from sympathy to fear. He stands at a height of 5’10 and has svelte build. This combination, accented with his full lips and button nose has driven him in and out of the limelight. Normally he’s an acquired taste but occasionally, when he dresses up, it becomes apparent that he’s actually good looking.

BRIEF Bio: Judah is the product of a urgent intervention. The focus of an alternate version of him losing his path during “travels”. Up until his tenth birthday, his life had been what most would consider funny. His father, who worked as a comedian took his job to new heights, cramming every aspect of joy in quirky one-liners. His mother was just as eccentric about her own research, so in some funny way she complimented Mr. Allen.

The night his life changed was when he met The Flash. In a world brimming with superheroes, young Judah had just expected the usual from wandering red-clad hero. However that was not the case. Upon having a small discussion with his parents and weeks thereafter of convincing the two, The Flash had finally clued Judah in.

A cataclysmic incident in a different reality had altered the universe, his only escape was to throw himself into the Speed Force. Now he was racing to return home. But for whatever reason, the universe he was in had no Speed Force. That had worried him indefinitely. Until he had realized that a this world may not play by the same rules as the others. In one way or another anyway. So using his skills and declining powers, he tracked down “himself” and decided to beg for help. He held his doubts at first but once he found out that they indeed shared some unmistakably unique form of essence; he had come to the conclusion that the world or reality he had inhabited now was slightly off-balance.

So the Allen(s),The Flash included, concocted a plan to Henry’s dismay. Once Judah had showed his conviction and understanding of the situation, at least enough to know the dangers, he would be allowed to agree or deny to help The Flash. Upon turning twelve, Judah consented. During those two years The Flash helped Nora Allen expand her research in tachyons giving them a private institution to conduct their experiment.

When the stormy night came, Judah was placed deep inside Tachyon Tower beneath a skylight. The Flash gave promises that if thing went south he’d use his remaining speed to return things back to normal. Then he mumbled something solemn afterwards. Judah awoke that night, a strange energy surging through him. An awakening of the Speed Force in the world. To be sure his powers were returning, The Flash had stuck around for a few months. Years later, Judah had finally showed himself for the hero he was and emerged as Allspeed.

Notes: His suit is similar to The Flash’s, its primary color is white and its accented with blue.

The color of his lightning is blue.

He still has potential.
