Plus who knows how long will it take till another opportunity like free housing and warm water will arise. Closing the bathroom door behind himself he placed his bag down. Maria jumped up on the edge of the bathtub testing how slippery the inside was with one pawn. Danilo took off his hat from which Francis emerged flapping a round around the room before settling on the sink. The gloves were the next item off and he placed them inside the top hat the staff laying on top of it all. His coat and shirt were next and hung on the back of the door. He knew with 100% accuracy he will get splashed at least once, and most likely end up all wet. It was a law of nature, even when he bathed his father pokemon it was like that. Not to even mention the pokemon his mother breed, they usually had a competition who will get others more wet.

Maria was observing the bathtub filling up, not fully trusting it, but too curious to leave it alone. Danilo was amused with her reactions but there were guest and shouldnt hog the place longer than needed. With a slightly evil smirk Danilo pushed Maria from behind into the warm water. She yelped as she dropped head first into the waiting water. She raised her head out the water, her fur now all dripping with water. She gave a glare to Dan. "Oopsy." The red head trainer commented pretending he was innocent.

It didnt help that Francis was chipping with one wing over his face, trying not to show how funny he found this. Maria turned her head away from the bird showing she felt insulted by his behaviour, making Francis fly closer and chip an apology. Instead to ignore or forgive him, Maria used her tail to splash water over Francis, who from the extra weight of water dropped into the bath himself. Now Maria was laughing at the normal flying type expression. Danilo noticed the wink Francis gave Maria but he was too slow to react as both pokemon made sure their trainer received a grandiose splash of water in his face.

That was the exact reason he was shirtless on his knees. He laughed shaking his head at them both, it was good they were starting to get along. Using the shampoo he first turned his head into a mess of bubbles, removing in the process his bangs from his eyes. Next he took care off Maria making sure to give her a proper head massage. He was proud to see his eevee all but fall asleep in his hands. Next he took care to Francis, who was blowing at the bubbles in great concentration. "Just keep training and you will breath fire soon enough." Washing everyone off including himself, was much easier than he awaited.

In a matter of minutes everyone was more or less dry as well. The towel he used to dry everyone off he put in the dirty pile. Using the comb he adjusted his bangs, and the moment he was done with them Francis fly up and started to fix his hair back to be the most comfortable for himself. Maria was busy observing herself in the mirror, and how much softer her fur looked and how it even shined a bit. Danilo was already dressed when he picked her up with one hand the other carrying the bag and staff, on top of his head was his top hat and Maria was sure Francis was under it as well. Most likely still making a nest.

The Arclight Grunt split off from his comrades and led Jack away from his as well. Finally he stopped and sent out a Voltorb to do battle with Cubone.

Jack smiled at the sight of a Pokemon that looked strangely like a Pokeball. "Bonesaw! use Bone Club" he commanded, as his Cubone charged forward, waving the Bone in one hand in a flurry towards her opponent.

The Voltorb was hit 3 times before it rolled backwards away from the attack, looking slightly dazed. It collected itself and quickly a shot off a Sonic Boom at the Cubone.

"Jump back and get some distance, Bonesaw!" Jack said to his Cubone. As it jumped back from the oncoming shockwave, it was able to dodge the shockwave this time, but she needed to be wary of how close she got to the voltorb. "hmmm... use Focus Energy, Bonesaw, and slowly circle the enemy!" Hearing Jack's next order, Bonesaw brought herself to a stance, readying her club as she pumped one of her tiny fists, and began slowly walking around the Voltorb.

The Voltorn didn't really know how to approach this situation and neither did the trainer, so the Voltorb just shot off another Sonic Boom at where the Cubone was going to be if it kept circling.

"NOW! Headbutt." Jack yelled. As the Voltorb began to fire the Sonic Boom, Cubone immediately ran straight forward, it's Bone still low to it's waist. As the shockwave flew past, aiming for where Cubone would've gone if she had kept circling, she brought her head down to charge the opposing Voltorb.

The Voltorb was hit by the mighty Headbutt, but it began shaking strangely as it fainted from the damage. It then released a massive burst of energy, the Aftermath of its defeat and it's pent up energy being released.

Jack was unprepared for the Voltorb's sudden explosion. "Quick, Bonesaw, Jum-" but it was too late. With a subben burst, the impact of the Voltorb's final attack caused Cubone to cry out in pain. Worried, Jack ran over to check Cubone. "Are you alright, Bonesaw?" he asked his partner Pokemon. Slowly, she got back up, wincing as she held onto her Bone Club with all her strength, using it to help her up until she could finally stood once more. Jack sighed with relief and look towards the Grunt, smiling. "Is that all you have got?" he said, as he and Cubone stared at their opponent with the same look in their eyes.

The Arclight Grunt smiled as he sent out his last Pokemon, a Lombre. The Lombre immediately dashed towards the Cubone and suddenly stopped, clapping it's hands in front of the Cubone to Fake Out its opponent. It then shot out some Bubbles at the Cubone to take advantage of the flinch.

Jack had not anticipated it's next move to effectively daze his partner Cubone. When the bubbles came forth, a look of fear colored his face white. "Shake it off and dodge, Bonesaw!". The Cubone blinked twice, suddenly reacting to the bubbles being shot towards her. As best as she could, she tried to avoid them, but immediately took a blow to the side of her face from an oncoming bubble.

As she took the hit, Jack thought to himself about his options. He had only one potion left at this time, and needed to consider either using it and switching out, or continuing to fight with Cubone. "Bonesaw! Return" Jack commanded, pulling out his pokeball, as the beam of light shot from the ball, recapturing his partner Pokemon. Sending out another Pokeball, Squirtle had suddenly appeared to the field in Cubone's place.

The Lombre hadn't been expecting a switch out so it had shot more Bubbles in its attempt to take out Cubone. The Arclight Grunt cursed under his breath but remained assured in his victory.

Jack was calm seeing his partner, Squirtle, out on the field once more. "Squirtle, dodge it and fire at Lombre with a water gun!" Jack said to Squirtle, smiling once more."Squirr!" It replied, jumping away from the direciton of the bubbles, before taking a deep breath in. She tilted her head down, firing her water gun in a line towards Lombre as she brought her head up, the stream firing across and directly towards her opponent.

The Lombre didn't even bother dodging as it stood still and let the Water Gun hit it directly. It stung slightly, but otherwise it meant nothing to the Grass Water typed Pokemon. The Lombre made an Astonishing face to try and make the Squirtle flinch, but otherwise it just stood there.

The opponent's tactic had squirtle startled for a moment. She certainly didn't expect Lombre to simply take the attack, but it made Jack's plan all the more easier. "Now, Squirtle! Charge at them with Rapid Spin". Adhering to Jack's words, Squirtle popped into it's shell from a run, as the now wet floor allowed Squirtle's assault to slide across the floor with ease. She spun towards Lombre with rapid acceleration!

The Lombre and it's trainer were so confident in their victory that they didn't notice Jack's plan until it was too late. The Lombre didn't have enough time to dodge as the Squirtle slammed into it, sending it flying back towards its trainer. He stumbled back a bit as he held Lombre as it fainted, running away quickly and disappearing amidst the mass confusion.

Ignoring York's retort, Ruari started laughing at Talonite's comment. With Fionn just silently glaring at her, she laughed even harder. Calming down, she carefully looks over their pokemon. "A ghost type, huh?" With that, the target was set and the battle had begun.

"Necro, use Hypnosis." Talonite decided he wanted to end this quickly, as Necro's eyes glowed an eerie blue.

"Alright then, Ren use Bubble", he called. York's Froakie began to expel a wave of bubbles, though it seemed to have been purposely done as a slow-moving semi-wall as it floated towards the Gible.

"Rio, Use Foresight on the Gastly." Once the order was given, she turned towards Fionn.

With a simple look, he knew the move that should follow. "Gible, Sandstorm, now.". With Riolu using Foresight on the ghost pokemon, it was now capable of being hit by Riolu's move and with Sandstorm, the plan was to shield it from Hypnosis and potentially from the bubbles, that was the plan anyway.

Talonite sighed and shook his head at the audacity of the two. "It's considered rude to kick up weather indoors. Necro, use Lick on the Riolu." Necro sped towards Riolu and licked it, ignoring the sand getting in its mouth.

"Sandstorm huh? Alright Ren, disappear", he said, as soon as the Sandstorm made another wave, the Froakie was gone from sight. "Water Pulse on Gible, stay hidden", he ordered, for a moment amongst the sands, the sandstorm was split in a circle as a ball of water flew from an unexpected angle upon the Gible.

"....Rio, Use Hi-Jump Kick on the Gastly, send it crashing into the ground." she commanded calmly, despite the attack on her partner as her Riolu, following foresight, jumped up and retaliated with a punishing kick.

With the Froakie taking advantage of the sand produced by sandstorm to hide and launch an unexpected attack, there was only one call to make. "Counter with Dragon Rage." Taking advantage of the sandstorm and the fact the enemy attacked, the Dragon Rage would create a vortex of sand and now the enemy's water pulse. Providing offense and defense.

Talonite narrowed his eyes and whistled sharply. "Back! That was his signal for Necro to back off and begin using Spite to wear down the opponent. Necro moved back fast in a zigzag pattern to avoid the devastating move, glowing blue as it used Spite to tire out the Riolu.

The sand vortex changed the nature of the cover, but he was already a step ahead. The Dragon Rage overpowered his Water Pulse, but Ren stayed out of the Gible's direct line of sight, allowing him to close the distance. York only had one simple command, "Water Pulse!", with the sand vortex clearing the area around the attack briefly, revealed the Froakie in the corner of the Gible's vision as the attack was done from relatively close range.

With the Gastly using it's speed as it back away, it managed to avoid serious damage, as it countered with spite. However, it was Riolu instead who took damage, missing the gastly as it crashed into the ground.

"Hm..." Despite seeing Rio crash land, she barely kept her calm while also keeping a close eye on Fionn's battle, she decided to take advantage of the Froakie's attention on Gible to stop it's attack. "Rio, hit it with Quick Attack!" Getting off the ground slowly, it did some zig-zagging of it's own and launched itself at the Froakie striking in the side, in hopes to veer it off course.

Managing to shift the water pulse slightly, however, it still managed strike and do some damage to the Gible. Realizing that this matchup wasn't favorable for his pokemon, Fionn decied to change targets. "Gible, change of target, tackle the Gastly."

The Gastly stood there with a bored expression as the Tackle passed straight through it, leaving the Gible to stumble behind the Gastly. "Necro, use Lick on the Gible. Knock him out of the park." Necro turned towards the Gible and swung at it with its tounge in an attempt to knock it into a wall or something.

"Oh", the sudden appearance of Riolu reminded him this was in fact a double battle.

"Ah right. Okay, let's coordinate. Make a wall of Bubble behind Gible", Ren began to set up a field of bubble behind the Gible, limiting it's options to move against Necro's lick, this also meant he and Riolu were going to have to deal with one another now as the Froakie turned to the other little blue Pokemon, besides itself.

With the turn of events, Ruari could only grind her teeth to surpress her growing rage. What was that idiot thinking going after the gastly? Turning to glare at Fionn, she turns back to her own battle. Well, if he was going to blunder like that...Looks like he's on his own. "Rio, do another quick attack on froakie!" considering the bubble field seperated the two, neither of them can move without taking damage, with the Damage Riolu took from the miss and Gible and his lack of options against ghost. with the command, Riolu darts after Froakie, hitting it in the stomach with quick attack.

Feeling an intense glare coming his way, his failure really hit home. Considering his options, this matchup wasn't exactly favorable. Especially since he couldn't exactly move the way he wanted to, that bubble and getting hit with that lick was clear. He had only one way of attacking a ghost pokemon and theres spite to consider...Not really left with an option. "Gible, Dragon Rage on Gastly!" giving the close proximity, he could only hope it'd disperse the bubbles but wasnt counting on it. On command, the gible sent the dragon rage right at it.

Necro cackled as it dodged the deadly Dragon Rage, which was made much easier by the distance it had created with the Lick. Talonite was surprised that the Gible didn't get knocked into the Bubble wall but it was no skin off his back. Literally. "Necro, finish it with Lick. Knock it into the Bubbles." The Gastly rushed Gible and swung it's tounge at it in an attempt to knock it into the Bubble wall.

The second Quick Attack into Ren made the Froakie flinch and step away from the Riolu as they sized each other up. "Alright, use Bubble", he started, the attack was executed in a wide area to make it harder to avoid, however as soon as the Bubble was out and a threat, "Now use Quick Attack, get around the side!", the Froakie flickered from vision before turning the sides on the Riolu, going for a quick solid strike from the side. The Riolu was now largely surrounded by Bubble with Froakie in the way.

While Gible tried to hit it with Dragon Rage, the speed of the gastly enable it to dodge it with ease and rush the Gible with a lick, sending it crashing into the bubble wall and knocking it out. Leaving Riolu in a 2 on 1 situation. Cursing to herself, she looked at the time and calmed down. There's no choice, she needed to at least try to take one down with her and buy more time. "Rio, used quick attack and finish that Froakie with Hi-Jump Kick!" Like it or not, they've lost this battle but she can at least slow them down. It was all or nothing. With fast break off the ground Rio used its leg power to slip past the bubbles and charge towards the pokemon with a lunging kick.

Talonite rolled his eyes at the attempt to be valiant or whatever by taking one of them down with her. How cliche. "Necro, Levitate over the Bubbles and use Hypnosis on the Riolu." The Gastly began to Levitate up and over the wall and looked at the Riolu with glowing blue eyes.

"Ren get through the bubbles", the Froakie charged through it's own bubbles in an attempt to avoid the Hi Jump Kick, were the Hypnosis not to work. "Charge a Water Pulse and aim it at the ground", the Froakie made preparations to blast itself using the momentum of the Water Pulse to fly and dodge should it need to.

Their last ditch effort to eliminate the froakie came crashing down, literally, when the gastly managed to levitate over the bubbles and hit a hypnosis on Riolu during it's jump. Becoming drowsy, it fought it off and continued to lunge after the Froakie. However, it charged up a Water Pulse and aimed it at the ground, using it to blast itself to send it flying up and passed the Riolu's attack, causing the Riolu to crash down into the ground. It was a clear victory for the young trainers as Riolu couldn't get up anymore.

The Team Arclight Grunt scoffed with annoyance as he called up his Noibat. "Alright then kid, let's play a bit then", he seemed to be a little irritated, he didn't seem eager to battle, but all the same his Noibat was called up in front.

Ryzin looking at the Grunt full of cofindence stops and looks at Dm, "Look Dm just do your best and stay on guard this is all new for both us, NOW LETS SHOW HIM YOUR POWER!!".

"Loudmouthed kid, alright then. Noibat, use Gust!", the Noibat flew a little higher before swooping over the Totodile, picking up significant wind, before turning and 'throwing' a small tornado at it.

"Dm jump to the right and use Water gun just like we practiced". Totodile noding, jumps to the right trying to dodge a small tornado like gust coming at it, narrowly dodging the attack Totodile inhales, then fires of a water gun at Noibat as quick as its able to.

The Gust was a wide-area attack, so Totodile managed to avoid the worst of it, giving it the footing it needed to counter-attack with Water Gun, however Noibat was already freely flying around, it was a fast, moving target, the Water Gun at most could only manage a light graze as the Noibat came back in for another swoop. "Now, Supersonic!", the Noibat screeched a nauseating sound, gold rings showing the effect area as it came in on Totodile from the front.

Ryzin thinks to himself, 'this is quite a fast pokemon, very troublesome indeed'. "Ok Dm QUICKLY!!. Try using water gun pointed at the floor to boost you, then jump as high as you can over the Supersonic, try to land on Noibat as you come down".

The Totodile's stunt by order of his trainer was risky, Water Gun doesn't have the force to send it high into the air, but for it's Supersonic run the Noibat went closer to the ground, the Water Gun's force was sufficient from the small water Pokemon as the Noibat suddenly felt a weight on it's back, before crashing to the ground, as it's small wings could not carry the sudden baggage. The Noibat was skidding along the ground as Totodile was in a position to attack it while it was on the ground.

"Argh! Damnit Noibat, Screech! Use Screech!", the order came out, the Noibat heard it, but it was still recovering from it's fall.

Ryzin seeing the slight delay from noibat yells to Totodile, "Dm now's the time use Ice Fang, NOW!! before it recovers Bite its wing stop it from flying around". Ryzin giggles to himself 'hehehehehe, this should turn the tides a bit.... hopefully'.

Totodile Nods in acknowledgment, Her fangs start to freeze over and Totodile lifts her head up and chomps down hard on the Noibat, Hitting the top of the left wing.

The Ice Fang was super effective, the Noibat yelped in pain before turning to the Totodile, and using Screech in it's face, managing to force it off, however the damage was done. The Noibat attempted to take to air again, only to stutter and fall a bit, before getting up again. It was limping. It no longer had the speed it displayed earlier.

"Ugh... Absorb, use Absorb!", the grunt was getting panicked, and unable to fly quickly, the Noibat simply hovered in it's position, struggling to fire out Absorb as a beam.

Hearing the point blank Screech, Totodile grabbed at its ears and closed her eyes tightly and fell backwards trying to block out the sound. Slowly Totodile gets up as the deafening sound dies down,"Dm jump to the right once again, then use Water Gun one more time".

Totodile looking a little more tired now jumps to the right, again narrowly dodging the green beam heading towards her. Totodile inhales deeply then lets out a Water Gun beaming towards Noibat.

The Absorb sloppily landed as the Totodile stepped to the side, avoiding the attack before swiftly returning fire with a Water Gun, cleanly shooting the Noibat out of the air. As it landed to the ground, it was clear it had fainted as it struggled to get up, before finally resting it's head against the ground.

"Urgh,,,", the Grunt clearly had no Pokemon left as he begrudgingly returned the Noibat to it's Pokeball.
