Vendetta > Stab several times > Kick off wall to death
Feel free to try, though kicking someone off the wall whose primary power is essentially a portal gun may not be the wisest move unless you want to be the bloke who goes down as history for being the first person to be melee attacked to death by a mage character :3

New plan: Vendetta into 200% burst damage > Stab several times > curbstomp to assure death
Also how tanky is Reality? Nyx is all about burst damage so he could very well get rekt in a single round if he's of typical mage squishiness.

He's a mage, so not very tanky, but considering his hiding in plain sight with the best view available, sneaking up on the mage before he can portal away is tricky.

History: Carnel was born into a rich family, and given anything his parents could give him. Food, clothing, toys, you name it. He grew in such a fashion along with his older brother, Vincent. As they grew older, Vincent had received a copy of DGO, and was quick to make a name for himself as a versatile Assassin. Some thought of him as a genius, as he was able to excel in his studies as well.
Carnel had wanted to be like his brother, and devoted his efforts to do so. However, many saw this as Carnel wanting to catch up to his brother. As a result, they began to compare Carnel to his brother, and it was the same wherever he went. At first, Carnel didn't mind, but as time passed, Carnel began to notice how people acted when they did so, and saw how few people recognized his own achievements without leaving out a mention of Vincent. It was always "Vincent's brother" this and "Vincent's brother" that. Carnel couldn't stand it. When Carnel received his copy of DGO, he had cast aside his goal of being like his brother, and instead was determined to surpass him. He carried this goal with him even after he was enrolled into Purple Crown Academy.
Personality: Carnel is normally seen as a chill and polite guy, perhaps best described as being a gentleman. Wherever he goes, he interacts with people with kind smiles and friendliness. If disputes happen around him, he usually goes out of his way to try to defuse them and make everyone smile again. He may even make an occasional joke if the situation is appropriate. However, that is not to say that he will not act aggressive if the situation calls for it.
In DGO, he still maintains his gentlemanly demeanor, but he takes on a more aggressive personality as he fights, intent on landing as many attacks as possible while occasionally taunting his opponent. He prefers to get up close and personal while attacking, keeping as much pressure on his opponent as he can.
Avatar Class: Warrior (Duelist)
Avatar Title: Stinging Butterfly
Avatar Level: 3
Avatar Guild: Cobalt Bruisers
Avatar Abilities: Level 1: Zeal (Passive) With each consecutive hit on a target, Stinging Butterfly's attack speed increases by 15%. Stacks up to 10 times. Attacking another target will refresh the stacks. (His weapons leave a short trail when they move, which only grows more vivid with each stack). Level 2: Bash (Passive) Stinging Butterfly has a 10% chance to deal double damage and stun an enemy for 1 second on each attack. (signified by a loud banging sound when it procs). Level 3: Rush (2 round cooldown) By targeting an enemy within 10 ft for an attack, Stinging Butterfly can shoot himself towards said enemy at a breakneck speed, gaining a 30% increase in attack speed for 1 round upon his arrival.
@Scarifar I think a chance stun at such a low rate would be hard to justify proccing in a post unless it was just against dissolutions and it didn't matter. It'd probably be better if it took a certain amount of attacks to stun, and you could probably add extra duration or even a crit or something

Ah, but you don't take into account the extra attack speed from the other two Abilities. And with a large attack speed gain like that, a low rate of proccing is very reasonable.
But perhaps you are on to something. Maybe it could be altered into something different, maybe even something more beneficial. I'll look into it.

EDIT: Ok, changed it into something else.
Well, I was just considering in terms of having to say to someone that they're stunned. I just thought it might be a bit awkward having to reason it out every time, and you'd also have to factor in the other players' luck since it isn't technically ever guaranteed no matter what he does.
I was thinking if you had something like when he gets 10 hits on an enemy, it stuns for a few seconds; similar to what you've changed it to. That's just a suggestion though. :)
First things first, are you really sure you'll even stick to this character? I mean, that's not the first time you do do a character with a very similar concept, just to drop it couple weeks later. You may need to think if that's really something that interests you.
Now then, I also have to add that, while it's perfectly alright, abstract concepts like Attack Speed based builds are very impractical for free form RPs, since it depends mostly of your capacity to write your character living up to their stats. You can do it, just keep in mind that it'll likely not be as cool as you think it's.
About the CS properly said, the first ability is fair. The second is a bit too strong, you should max those stacks at most at 50% and snce it's a thing you can apply without any penalty like cooldown, make it last only 01 Round, otherwise he could likely root a whole army just by applying these debuffs in intervals. The last ability is ok as well, but maybe you should consider you should consider toning down the AS buffs, there's a point were you'll eventually reach diminishing returns (I won't specify it, but I guess that you need to take in account that there's a limit to how fast you can move and react, going past it will likely earn you nothing).
That's mostly what I had to say, you should wait for @TheWindel and @Lucius Cypher's opinions too
