Anyway, Hibiki would probably be good with a worldly, somewhat more grounded call sign, while Shizuka could use something more transcendent, spiritual, maybe?
Windel's idea isn't bad as well, for the two of them complimentary names work better, I guess.
For the sake of simplicity, I will be referring to Graf, Krieg, and Mu-01 as separate entities so you aren't confused about who is who.
Basically Krieg is the true personality, and Grafdakka and Mu-01 are just names he adopts when he uses certain bodies. Big fighting robots are Grafdakka and smaller less combat oriented ones are Mu-01. While he generally utilizes mechs and robots, Krieg is actually some sort of ghost that possesses technology (He's very similar to a demon in that regard) for the purpose of fighting. However he can't travel far from the remains of his former body, which is a black box that contains information back when he used to just be a radar. Think of it like his soul jar: destroy that and your destroy all other instances of his influence and control. So long as this box isn't destroyed he can freely move around and possess machines near his body.
Now what prevents Krieg from simply say, jumping into the Eliticor, is that whatever he's possessing must be near his Black Box which he has never taken to battle yet. He does this to avoid being capture: The only reason Grafdakka is still in demon control is because Grafdakka is stubbornly fighting against the demonic possession over his body because he wants more power. This doesn't really affect Krieg in any meaningful way aside from the fact that he's being distracted and wasting time fighting the demons in his head instead with his guns.
What Hibiki did was kill Krieg, who in turns kills Grafdakka. Like killing the necromancer controlling the undead, without Kreig Grafdakka ceases to exist and dies. Right now Balrog may begin to notice that he has a much better control over his body now that Grafdakka isn't fighting him. That being said, it also removes the golden eye enchantment or whatever is left of it. For all intents and purposes however, Balrog can keep the body.
All this time Grafdakka could have just left his body behind to avoid being captured by the demons. He simply wakes up back at his black box and continues as if nothing went wrong. I would dare say that if Grafdakka was at the last battle at the alchemist's tower, he could have escaped any form of capture since capturing his body means nothing to him, and the moment it's gone or he leaves it he'll find himself back at his black box. But I wouldn't think too hard about how much more powerful Hoho or any other character is to prevent that from happening.
As for the Black Box, Krieg has never let that actually go to battle. He always possess a mech in the safety of the Machina capital and simply walks the rest of the way in that body. Once his spirit goes into a machine it can move as far away from the Black Box as he wants to, thus he can safely keep his real self hidden and fight to his heart's content. Even if his body is captured he could just kill himself or leave the body if self-destructing isn't possible, and avoid capture that way. Again, the only reason he didn't do that to Balrog is because he wanted to take over Balrog, and OoC it was because I've used Grafdakka three times already and wanted to use different characters.
TL;DR: The Blackbox never goes into battle, it stays with Mu-01 so Krieg can fight as much as he wants with Grafdakka without worrying much about being captured. Hence why his forms always have some sort of self-destruct, since Krieg himself isn't worried about what happens to his body. The only reason he was captured by the demons was because he was consumed by a lust for power and wanted to try to possess a demon, and OOC because I needed a good reason why he wouldn't be at Hoho's trial since he always heads to where the fighting is at. Hibiki basically free's Krieg by destroying his Black Box, which is kinda like killing the necromancer powering a zombie army: cut off the head and the rest dies. Now Krieg is forced to resurrect like everyone else who dies instead of just going back to his Black Box again.
As for why he didn't do that in the first place, again, he was trying to take over Balrog's spirit to power his giant mecha body when he fought with Juno. Balrog can keep the body, though it loses out on stuff like the Golden Eyes and junk.
And technically speaking, up until now Krieg has never died. Even when Grafdakka suicide in the first battle all he lost was his body, and his spirit remained. This is how Krieg doesn't worry about capture since anyone who takes his body is remotely controlled. Thus he fights as Grafdakka to his heart's content, knowing that nothing he or what his enemy does to his body will harm his black box in any way.
@Lucius Cypher I've just realized the only character of mine thats actually died is Sliske. He never does his job right when it matters, at this point.

Personality
Cherry is sweet, submissive, soft and gentle in nature as much as she is vicariously promiscuous and insatiably needy. Programmed to act and look as a virgin, she has a dreamy, wide eyed outlook on most subjects and isn't the brightest bot in the Machina faction. Cherry quickly becomes bored with long monologues or sitting still for a period of time (As she was not programmed to sit still, persay), prone to wandering off and getting herself into trouble. She would be considered, literally, a butterfly chaser.
History
A typical pleasure bot set to work in the red light districts within the Machina Faction, Cherry was created initially in a specialty store called "Gears of Paradise" that was well known for their varieties of pleasure bots for different customers to rent a room with. Her model specifically was created to act and appear a virgin but her "sisters" were known for their own specialties or kinks like impregnation fantasies or BDSM.
A certain wealthy customer fancied Cherry and purchased her for his research at his hospital. What the customer had initially started as a joke with the dean, a pleasure droid that healed as it fucked, boiled into an interesting idea that he felt the need to explore. After a few tests, Cherry was augmented with certain fluid and properties that would, indeed, heal customers as she fucked them, kissed them, or at the very least had some sort of physical contact with. Not all customers were idyllic for love-making after all, the side effect of healing by physical contact alone was discovered when wandering into the children's ward and cuddling on the bed with them, healing their specific wounds and bettering a good many of their illnesses.
With a little more work, Cherry was soon outfitted to heal customers of all types regardless of faction, creed, appearance, or otherwise. When the military of the Machina caught wind of her existence, she was quickly picked up and augmented even further. The series of experiments left Cherry stressed and even more air-headed than before to cope, her AI understanding as much. Before long, Cherry would also be able to heal spirits as well as humans thanks to certain fluids being regularly placed in her body, which also gave off certain signals to assist in repairing fellow Machina, which was very important. As her base was a pleasure droid, the method of healing never once changed. She's expected now to be on the front lines as a support to her other Machina, but with a ditzy A.I. like hers, it may be more than likely she leeches on to the enemy to heal them as well on instinct.
Powers
Healing Caress - By maintaining physical contact for long periods of time alone, Cherry's body being pressed against the wounded individual would heal their wounds. This process is sped up much, much faster with exposure to her equipped body fluids/; deep, open mouth kissing, cunninglingus, intercourse, etc. This is active regardless of race thanks to in-depth programming, research, and proper body augmentations.
Weapons
Leather Whip - A parting gift from her Pleasure Droid Sisters before leaving the Gears of Paradise. She's not made for fighting, and has never needed to use it. The idea of it being used on her though, well, she craves that.
Equipment
*As A Pleasure Droid, Her First Priority is Her Customer* And thus she has been outfitted to appease any customer's immediate needs thanks to her upper abdomen having a hidden compartment she can open, like a cupboard, to alleviate any needs or desires.
-Snacks -Condoms -Anal Plugs -Vibrators/Vibrating Egg w/ Remote control -Ball gags -Chains -Handcuffs -Blindfolds -A mini bar. It's a very, very small mini bar. -Dildos of varying scale -Lubricant -Scented Oils -Edible Body Paint -Lotion -Tissues -Fresh Flower Petals -Chocolate/Candies
Other -Incredibly light, she was initially created with the concept in the mind of being able to travel with her if you rented her out of Gears of Paradise as a courtesan -With her weight, she is also incredibly easy to throw. -If expected to sit still for too long or waiting for someone to finish speaking, she will eventually begin to push herself onto whomever is closest to satiate her need to please. -Even in her revealing outfits, she still craves something softer and more exposing. -Being made to also be rented to be taken out as a date or a courtesan, she also has full functionality for eating and has hobbies; in particular she loves shopping.
