@VitaVitaAR

Would they both be their with their parents or would one/both be brought in by a staff member? Because I have a staff member.

Hmmm.

Out of the both of them, Sumiko might be with her parents. Clarabelle... probably not.

We needed a proper villain of some sort, so here you go, a villain. Can we maybe get a couple extra "bad" character sheets up and running? I'd rather not have to rely on one guy to drive drama. :')

As a matter of fact, I was hoping that someone would join as a scary, dangerous trouble maker type at some point. His powers are maybe a little OP, but I'm assuming that it takes a really long time to charge his abilities to full effectiveness which will make him open to any form of attacks, yeah?

@tipssyCalibrator I finished my cs

The thing about his abilities is that they kind of feel like two powers in one. He's got a lot of moves that are just based purely on manipulating psionic energy, but then others that are about creating objects. Personally, I feel like it might make more sense just to split the power into two (a Wavecaster power for the psionic energy and architect for the objects), and then choose one for him to start with while learning the other one later on in the RP

Aye. I'd say that he can drop a space by 20 degrees per second per ten square feet in his untrained state. Over four hundred degrees stored in his body and efficient heat storage starts dropping off as it bleeds into the air. While he has control over the temperature of the air, he can't conjure water or ice like specialized ice/frost wavecasters can. The freezing is simply a side-effect of leeching energy. His plasma donut must be pitched like a frisbee to connect to a target, so it sacrifices accuracy and a near guaranteed hit in exchange for range and power.

He'll be getting better at rapidly charging over time, of course - but not without a lot of practice.

As long as it takes enough time to charge so an opponent can attack him and none of his attacks are one-hit-kills, they should be fine. Accepted

well the description of the powers didn't seem like energy constructs would count under either

Yup. Not a problem. I'm thinking that since people can jump naked through bonfires and freezing temperatures unscathed if they're in and out quickly enough, simply getting out of the way of any sustained attack will let them avoid too much harm. The donut blast is the only "instant" thing he's got, and it's more like having fireworks go off in one's face than anything if one gets caught by it directly.

Adding his CS to my post.

Energy constructs are more or less the same as regular objects, so they would count as an architect thing

You can just have some unnamed and unseen staff members bring him there and imply that they already left. That's the default way for all the students to show up (and that's how I did it for Akiko)

Two things. First: I would argue that he's technically more of a Wavecaster, just one whose managed to take his power to its logical conclusion and pull as many potential abilities out of it that he possibly could. They way he uses his power reminds me a bit of Crocodile from One Piece in that way. Second: why does he need the horn?
@tipssyCalibrator

1. That make sense

2. The horn is more of an artsy thing. His main theme is art, after all. What really happens is he freezes the air above him to create the volley of arrows. So in actuality, the horn is both an artistic sort of thing AND a mini-distraction

Alright then, accepted

Also, since he's so young and pretty, it'd be funny if one of the characters mistakes him for a student

Especially since he's probably a few months younger than Brock.

Edit: Actually, there's a good first meeting. Brock mistakenly hits on Yuki.

@tipssyCalibrator Will "Roxy"'s drill pierce the heavens at some point?

Also gonna take this opportunity to mention you also called her Roxy on the ability section of your CS.

Anyway, I might take a while to post, but if anyone wants to have the big Russian dude as their way to the institute, let me know.

EDIT: Actually, it was the power section. Also the appearance section.
