In that case, anyone accepted and who will be accepted, feel free to PM me about setting up a rivalry or feud. Maybe even an alliance, but I'm not sure that would work with my character personally, but who knows
There's no need to fear. The Underdog is here!

» Fast paced brawler/opportunist. Also sorta a daredevil high flyer. If he is in control then he doesn't stay still long. Quick kicks and fluid moves. Doing his best not to give his opponent any breathing room. Tends to save his harder hitting moves for when he's in a pickle or doesn't have control over the flow of the match. He refuses to tap out and will either get out of it somehow or pass out before even thinking about it.

» He is an underdog and opportunist. He prefers to be in multi-man matches or team ups which is where he thrives. He will help anyone who asks him. He tells the fans that he was just like them. A fan who wanted to be more. He will often say that if they try hard enough they can to. He stands up for the weak and aims for the top dogs. He has a chant that he often uses, "There's no need to fear. The Underdog is here."
His attire is very simplistic. He wears long shorts that go a little past his knees. The outer portion is white while the inside thigh portion is black. He wears basic kneepads and has his left ankle wraapped up tight due to a past small injury. He wears sneakers as well. On his upper body he wears a long sleeve shirt that has the body part black and the arms white. He wears gloves on his hands and no elbow pads. During his entrance he wears a black jacket.
He heavily appeals to the crowd. During his entrance he takes a lot of time running near them high fiving any that hold their hands out. Sometimes whenever he is on a roll in the match he'll pause to look at the crowd and try to hype them up. In matches he tries to play up the Underdog gimmick a lot often telling his opponents to make it look like he doesn't stand a chance and he also plays up that he won't stay down.
|Face or Heel |
» Face. He has been running the Underdog gimmick almost since his career started and his older fans are starting to get sick of it. Some people want Alex to change it up and he is contemplating it.
|Backstage Rep |
» Unlike the Razorblade persona, Alex is kinda reclusive. Unless playing his character he is kinda quiet, but he can switch easily because before going to the indies he was invested in theater. Alex very readily will listen to advice from those who are better than him unless said person is snobbish or a jerk. He'll also help people with things if they ask for it, but he doesn't usually go out of his way unless requested. Both Alex and his character though are willing to put their body on the line to give a show to the crowd doing stunts that hype up whatever is going on.
With a background in theater, Alex, and as a result Razorblade, is much better at mic work than in-ring. He is a mouthpiece that if cultivated and taught the do's and don'ts could be one of best mic artist of AWE. As of right now though he still makes some mistakes that hold him back. His in-ring work usually depends on whoever he is up against. If he is facing a jobber he'll probably put out jobber work, but if he's against a high level competitor he can do better. If only he could do that good against the jobbers he'd be able to stay up in the rankings.

» Alex's journey to AWE started in his hometown near Chapel Hill. He grew up in an area with a lot of other kids who loved wrestling. They all would often gather together and have their own 'promotions' before gathering near a TV to watch the pros. Alex was one of the better kids in the area.
As all the kids grew older they all realized only a few of them were good enough to potentially live out all of their dreams. Eight kids in number gave up their individual dreams to help support the three best of their group, Alex being one of them. For the next two years they helped the three train and then one day, when Alex was 18, they set up a dark match with a distant promotion. A 3-on-3 tag team match. The new blood lost horribly, but surprisingly the manager of the company signed two of the kids to join the CWA, Carolina Wrestling Association. For the next few months the two new guys were a dominant tag team and the more veteran teams didn't like them. They kept hassling the two inside the ring and out. It all culminated in a match between Alex and his partner against three members from various teams. Alex and his partner were doing well in the unscripted match until Alex's 'friend' hit him in the back of the head with a chair. Apparently the guy couldn't take the harassment and abandoned Alex and left the show for good.
After the horrible loss Alex started his Underdog Gimmick. Fans started eating it up. One guy betrayed vs the world. CWA's records were going through the roof. Then the company fell flat due to constant lawsuits from past competitors because of constant injuries. Alex started roaming from place to place in various indie scenes. The little reputation he had built in CWA was dwindling until a talent scout from AWE saw Alex perform and had him put in a development place for AWE. Alex trained harder than he ever had and when he was finally ready Alex, under the name Razorblade, took his first chance in the spotlight and crushed it. He signed a long term contract and the rest is yet to come.
