Aether Bridge academy sat upon the Mesa in the center of the island of Moloka'i, the otherwise picturesque landscape of undeveloped land and lush grass. In the center sat beautiful sleek academy, modern in every form. As only the best could do for the students who could quite literally dominate the world if they were to band together and attack. Yet this gleaming monument to peace and human triumph gave hope and prosperity to millions world wide, yet to more extreme groups it symbolized inhumans monstrous people who consorted with demons from another realm. However patrol's by the UN and the United States navy in close proximity kept any protesters to online rants or small public rally's.

Yet these concerns were often forget as students argued about what to wear or talked of boys. Some spoke of the coming arena trials, the fall combat games were a contest of skill and mastery open to all. The winner's from each grade received a three day weekend pass to Honolulu or a direct entry into the Winter arena matches. With today the last day before classes start once again, the last new arrivals were to arrive to today. Some by helicopter others by boat, some had their summon bring them to the island. However they arrived them seemed to be in good spirits for the school year.

Yet while the rest of school argued over who'd become the hottest over the summer or what new style of clothing was in. A more pressing matter had to be attended to, alone in the student council room Edge sat in a chair with Veronica behind her desk shooting glares at him. "You really aren't going to give up your silly idea's of wrong and right?"

"No." The silver haired boy answered dog tags on his chest marking him as one of the military track students in the student discipline squad.

The purple hair girl sighed. "And this is why you only have that summon as your friend. You never want to be a pal and let things slide."

"I don't care what you say, rules are made by the staff not you. They break them, we bring them in. Simple as that." He answered, eyes following her as she stepped out from behind her desk, clenching her fists.

"You... You are so much damn trouble. Ugh! You are lucky your strong and cute." She thrust a finger at his nose.

Edge thought about not pissing her off further, then decide screw it he was already here and she couldn't beat him a fight. "Bitch, I'm adorable." He answered scooting his chair back and getting up.

Her jaw dropped as the confused woman stared in rage at the boy leaving her meeting. "I didn't say you could go!" She yelled as he opened the door.

Edge paused just a second to look at at her. "And I didn't ask for permission, I need to go check in and meet my dorm mate for this year. See ya at the meeting princess." He shut the door leaving a pissed Veronica standing alone.

Meanwhile arriving students would find a machine to input their student ID number and receive an ID card, a key to their dorm, and class list. Staff waited around to help students find rooms and show them to other facilities if need be. Edge entered the hall, his practice sword and duffel bag over his shoulder he'd gotten back from a training camp in the American south east. While the Australian accented boy might not have sounded it he did have dual citizenship as he'd been born in the states.

While he waited for the machine to give him his room number and class schedule he took a look at the others students. Auriel had ordered him to make at least one friend this year or she'd personally fly him out to the middle of the ocean and drop him in. The angel lacked any form of subtly or finesse, he figured she meant so with that he hoped his room mate would be more agreeable than the senior from last year he'd been roomed with.

One more year. That was the mantra Toboe had been repeating over and over and over again in his head. One more year, and he would be free from all this. One more year and he would finally be rid of all the fighting and could focus on becoming a professional dancer. It would be a hard road, but it was one that he was willing to travel. Unlike the one he was trying to be forced onto. No matter how much the teachers tried to convince him, he wouldn't be making a career out of combat.

Toboe had his long, dark, locks tied up in his usual high pony tail. He was wearing black jeans, a light gray tank top, his favorite beat up black hiking boots, and as usual his necklace. The scars on his forearms were clear for all to see, and the burns poked out from the sides and top of the back of the tank top. Slung over one shoulder was his duffel bag, and on the other sat his summon, Shiva. The only good thing that had come out of having the Summoner Gene. Toboe would be the first to admit that the first day of school always made him feel angry and slightly hostile toward others. Not because he was made at them, he was mad at the people who set up this school in the first place and forced kids to join it.

Stuffed in him ears were his new, wireless earbuds. His parents had got them for his recent birthday. It would make it so much easier to get dance practice in, the rec rooms could get pretty crowded at times and it was hard to hear the music, or he got tangled in the cords. Shiva was leaning towards his head, listening to the music with him. Toboe's favorite band had just released a new album a few months ago and he had been listening to it none stop since them. Over the summer he had taken part in a local dance competition and won second place dancing to one of their new songs. He was already planning out a dance for another one.

Toboe stepped into line for the machine that would tell him what hellish classes he had to take this year, as well as his dorm room. He retrieved his wallet from his pocket so he could fish out his old ID. He knew that the machine could sometimes take a while to work, so he waited patiently and without complaining, like most first year students ended up doing. The Japanese boy glanced to the side as he felt Shiva moving. The summon got up from her spot, and leaped gracefully from Toboe's shoulder to his duffel bag. She settled down there, sitting cross legged there. Apparently having gotten tired of sitting on his shoulder.

Livau Fairi Miyaa

Through her bubbly expression, no one could really tell how much Fairi hated this place. During the summer, she stayed all the time with her mother. Every time the school year rolled around, the green haired girl's heart would sink like lead at the thought of having to leave her mother alone. Fairi knew how hard it was on her, since she was so used to having a family around. The animals weren't enough to keep her company.

Still, there was nothing Fairi could do. She had to show up, she was a summoner... a freak.

As she thought this, the girl walked in a haze with her brown suitcases in either hand. They weren't particularly heavy. The plane she got on was low fare, since funds were tight now that the circus closed down. She could only take so much, and at this point she didn't have much to take anyway. Fairi put on her famous grin, the one that would cut any sadness, and mask her own.

She seemed to skip over to the machine, green short locks bouncing with her movements and her pink flowy shorts fluttering around her thin tan thighs. Fairi lightly plucked her ID from her pink spaghetti string strap, waiting patiently behind a dark haired boy. Japanese? Wah, his hair was so pretty! Fairi thought she recognized him, maybe from around school. Of course, the daydreamer had completely forgot the previous train of thoughts running through her mind, whether for better or for worse she could be quite lightheaded with these things. The girl blinked her big emerald colored eyes as the machine beeped, ready to scan her ID. She swiped it, and tapped her strapped brown sandals with a light hum before taking the information it slowly printed out. With another cheerful, beaming grin, Fairi went over against a wall to wait for the other students to file in, quietly tapping one of her suitcases as the other rested by her feet on the floor.

Lawan Somwan

"Oh, Garth!" Lawan called out to her friend, some paces ahead of her. "You left your bag behind!" She closed the gap between them and offered him the bag.

"Well damn, you're right."
He replied, taking the bag. "Jeez, you're always so switched on. I'd forget my head if it wasn't attached."

"Oh, well, organisational skills are something anyone can learn."

"Nah, you've got a knack for keeping it all together. You're also great at anything you put your mind to."

"Goodness..." Lawan was starting to get a bit embarassed by her friend's praise.

"It's just too bad you can't tell a joke to save your life."

Lawan gasped at that statement. "I can too!"

"Oh yeah? Lay one on me." He sounded like he knew exactly what was coming. Clearing her throat, Lawan prepared herself to speak clearly.

"I'm close friends with 25 letters of the alphabet, but I don't know Y." Garth's immediate eye-rolling spoke volumes as to what he thought of that.

"If bad jokes could kill, you'd be a mass murderer by now."

"Well I think my jokes are funny..." Lawan retorted dejectedly.

"Uh-huh. Just try to remember that your humour doesn't suit everyone's pallet. Mental patients make up a pretty small percent of the student body, after all."

"...let's just get our information." Garth's ribbing aside, Lawan had high hopes for this year. She'd being doing well so far, and she intended to do well as long as she was here. The roommate she would be assigned this year didn't matter much to her, as long as they weren't some kind of monster. Lawan had learned to be patient with people of all sorts, and she was sure that Garth was proof of that much. In any case, she and Garth carried on into the hall and prepared to find out their new arrangements.

Alph had waited for several weeks in her personal hideaway near Aether Academy having grown bored waiting at a hotel where she had a studio and supported herself as her parents wanted her to so that she could prove herself and adult and ready to take the next step. Mentioning mother nature’s work Alph’s hair has gone from green tinged and turned a soft green translucent crystalline appearance and she loved it because she hoped it might become emerald her favorite crystal. Her body was more curves than angles and though it was unintentional her slow gliding method of walking attracting the interest to others when now added to the image.

This holiday she’d made enough money to replace all her wardrobe and electronics the former needed because the laws of nature had altered her feminine dimensions and the latter was subjective. She’d gotten some beautiful lights that had solar rechargeable batteries and with two extra sets she could always be sure of lighting for her grotto gallery which held over two hundred statues which were as small as four inches to one of a nude Edge trying to catch an escaping Auriel that stood over twenty feet from floor to highest point but it was also forty three feet broad and thirty six feet deep. The piece stood in the center of Alph’s bath which took advantage of a nearby source of heat in the form of geothermal energy; it took her three weeks to balance the water just right so that she didn’t boil herself.

”Oh Bugger” and I wanted just a few more days said a nude Alph lounging on a beautifully polished malachite couch that resembled a clam shell filled with soft rabbit furs.

Then as she rolled lazily off the wonderfully perfect nest a nearby black obsidian sea chest opened a lid that only appeared because its mistress had asked it to open; if she’d had guests she would have said “Open Sesame Street” but without an audience why bother? Stone hands on the ends of tentacle arms came out of the chest presenting each piece of required clothing till soon Alph had on her school uniform which one of her clients a clothing designer had fitted to her.

Finished she transformed the chest lid into a flat surface that was covered by a thin sheet of mercury forming a nice full length mirror to admire herself in. She turned inspecting herself because it was after all first day and a time when the instructors were quicker to hassle you for violations; “Mustn't set a bad example for the first years”

Gaia watchover she says to her image blowing it a kiss before heading toward the school.

Six hundred yards from her grotto the permanent tunnels ended and she swam through the earth but not as people would picture it. Unlike water swimming in Alph’s form was a steady walk as the earth before her opened and then closed behind her keeping her in a oval that had only enough oxygen for a half hour’s travel before she’d be forced to surface or find some subterranean source of fresh air.

Lucky for her that it took only fifteen minutes to get to the Academy grounds where she opened the rock outcropping by a set of steps that assessed some machinery section in the basement at the back of the school.

Because the stairs were cut from the local volcanic stone Alph had a bit of fun making them act like an escalator which she rode to the top where she stopped and turned blowing them a kiss and thanking them for their help and skipping off toward the front of the school while unwrapping a jumbo Kit Kat and snapping off a stick and munching on it.

Dixon and Dixoz

Dixon and Dixoz were currently high above the clouds. Inferno was flying the twins towards the academy as they gazed in amazement at the views. Even now the two twins couldn't believe their luck. This had to be the best summon ever! After they were over the aacademy itself, Inferno flew the two boys down and allowed them to get off. It was Dixon who spoke first.

"Wow, this is amazing!"

Dixon looked around before looking at Dixoz. He gave a happy smile then turned to Inferno.

"You can go rest now Inferno. We will go and play."

With that, Inferno curled up into a flaming ball of fire and disappeared, desummoned to rest and as he did the two twin boys let out a cute little laugh. With that the two scanned their IDs and got their room numbers. Obviously, they were in the same room as each other, but the two twins wondered if they would have someone else in their room, considering they would share a bed? Who knows, it was possible and the two were open to new friends.

Lance
Daga-Bulong

Lance slept, and as he slept, he dreamed. Such an occurrence was rare; rarely did he experience anything in his slumber but a familiar but inviting darkness, and more often than dreams, he had nightmares. Not the kinds that force you awake, screaming your lungs out, or even the kind that makes you break out into a cold sweat as you sleep, unable to distinguish the reality from a distant, unrealistic fear.

No, his nightmares were arguably worse than either. His nightmares were memories - a reminder that he needn't close his eyes to experience terror, because that kind of darkness was something he lived in.

For the first time in awhile, what he saw as he slept was no nightmare. It was a dream, a vivid fantasy where he was happy. That was how he knew it was a dream; the kind of happiness he was experiencing was nothing like he'd ever felt before. The sense of contentment and security, and above all, the lack of regret and shame. It was unrealistic, it was impossible, and it was way too sappy for his tastes.

But for some reason didn't feel like waking up.

Still, like many other moments in his life, reality refused to cooperate; just as the dream reached a point where it was pathetically saccharine, with him having a wife and kids and a nice house with a white picket fence and all that happy-dappy business, he was recalled to the world of the living by the gentle prodding of his other-worldly partner. Yul-Cth was aware of how he valued his sleep, so if he was waking him up, it meant only one thing.

Sure enough, the first thing he saw when he opened his eyes was the vivid underwater scenery of Molokai. Turtles and fish swam around him as Yul-Cth crawled through the underwater terrain at breakneck speed, making a beeline straight towards the school.

Right now, he was lying down in a cradle shaped out of his partners tentacles. He was kept dry as a bubble made using its abilities kept the water away, and created a space for him to breath. The bubble itself filtered in oxygen from the surrounding waters, so all-in-all it was actually more comfortable than it looked.

"We almost there, Yul?" he asked, stretching away the stiffness in his body.

He felt more than heard his partners affirmation. With a nod, Lance, at this point wearing nothing but the clothes he was born with, put on a pair of boardshorts and swimming goggles and got up, looking up at the aquatic world moving around him, he got into a small crouch and waited.

They'd done this so many times before that Yul didn't even require a signal from him. Once they got close enough to the island, the bubble keeping the water out suddenly burst, and suddenly Lance was flooded on all sides by water. With a grin, the boy shot off, away from his partner and began swimming for the surface. With Yul following closely after him, he swam the remainder of the way to the island, which was still a good 5km away - if he ever got tired on the way, it would be close by, ready to act as a sort of resting point.

It was unnecessary, however, as currently Lance felt like he was in top form. Without stopping, he swam all the way to the island, just in time for several other students to drop off from whatever transports carried them here.

With deep breaths, Lance rested on top of the sands of the islands beach. He'd stay there for awhile, some students passing him by giving him a strange or curious look, until he was completely dry. A tentacle shot out of the water with a bubble attached to it containing his change of clothes, and in few a moments, he was quickly approaching the machine for the necessary information this year.

Just two more years and he'd be leaving. That being the case, it was the best time to set his plans in motion; he had only two more years to make an impact, and to further his standing. He'd been preparing silently and inconspicuously for the past years in preparation for these next to years.

And god help whoever got in his way.

Alice and Gor

Alice hated the ocean, or any large bodies of water in general if she had to be completely honest, that infinite expanse of emptiness was terrifying. This was why she was infinitely glad when the boat ride was over. " Come now lass, i may not like the deep water, but ye need to calm down for moment, you seem a little green aye? " Gor said as he walked off the boat next to her. Unlike normal, the massive man currently wore jeans an a t-shirt that looked a size too small for him, if only because of the massive words plastered across the front ' Sexy Grandpa '

Alice nodded as she sat down on the beach just in time to watch a young man, obviously a water summoner, burst out of the water beside her, and only a little farther away a pair of twins arriving on a flaming bird. " Well, it looks at least a few new people have arrived, that or i just don't know them. " Alice said with a grin. Eventually she stood and made her way to find her room, and when she did she closed her door and immediately took off her shirt and shorts, laying on her bed facefirst wearing noting but undies and leaving her stuff on the floor nearby. Gor meanwhile sat in the corner, a book in his hands as he obviously struggled to read.

Fia Rozenkreuz

Fia Rozenkreuz would be considered to be a beautiful lady thanks for her fiery hair, her beautifully white skin and her beautiful body... Only if it wasn't for the stern expression that she wore like a mask or the half plate armor that she wore. Fia could have been even a model if she wasn't raised by the Rozenkreuz order.

Instead of a lady, Fia was a knights. Strong, disciplined, an outstanding archer and distinguished warrior. Nimble, fearless, with an iron will. Fia was already one of the biggest promises in the Rozenkreuz order even at the young age of 16 years. Fia had the blood of the founders running through her veins. It was expected that she would be a strong summoner, but no one expected that she would turn out to be such a strong one.

But she was still had the blood of the founders in her. And for good or for bad, she was treated differently from others inside the order. Her parents insisted for her to go to the Aether Bridge Academy. They wanted her to know the world outside the order, to do something other than go to battlefields, after all, she was still a 16 years girl, a very trained 16 years old girl, but a young girl nonetheless.

That morning...

Fia stood in front of a mirror, brushing her hair and taking care of her appearance. Not because she cared about it, but because a member of the order should walk with pride, his figure should inspire both admiration and respect. Wearing herself became almost a ritual after doing it so many times.

Covering her chest with bandages, wearing a pair of padded leather gloves, going up to her shoulders and carefully fastening them together with each other. A leather, long combat skirt covering her legs and the last thing, her signature half plate armor. After wearing it, she needed to fasten it carefully to the padded leather gloves and to the rest of her armor.

That would be the first time she would meet with other 'normal' teenagers. The first time she would experience such thing. Even if she was an honored, disciplined knight, she was still very nervous and rather excited about it.

"Calm down. Remember who you are. Remember the blood that run through your veins. Do not forget your duties as a Rozenkreuz knight" she said, taking a deep breath in front of the mirror, calming herself down.

"I know that I should probably wear something less intimidating, similar to what other modern teenagers wear..." she thought to herself, picking up the traditional mask, that every member of the order wore when going outside.

But the tradition spoke louder. She spent her entire life training and living with them, old habits were difficult to get rid of.

Wearing the mask over her head, she walked to the door.

"Erin, lets go." She said to her summon, a beautiful little thing that was sitting over the wardrobe, dangling her legs happily.

"And please, behave yourself when we get there... I dont want to give off a bad impression" Fia said, looking to Erin.

"Alrighty!" Erin said, jumping out of the wardrobe, landing in front of her in a flourished pose.

"But i never said anything about helping you to make new friends..." Erin said, whispering with a mischievous smile

"Did you say something?" Fia asked, turning to her.

"Only that i am looking forward the new friends we will make. But I'll make sure to make you drop your rigid and formal facade!" she said, whispering the last part as she turned her face, giggling and hopping cheerfully to the door.

At the Academy...

"I knew i shouldn't have brought the mask..." Fia whispered, blushing heavily as she walked through the entrance hall. Everyone was looking at the strange, armored figure in the strange mask. She stood out there like a sore thumb.

"Hey! On the other hand, its very fortunate that you have your mask on right now, otherwise everyone would see your face red with embarrassment!" Erin said, with a cute laugh.

"Te conversare!" Fia said, trying her hardest to ignore the impulse to cover her mask with her hands.

Fia was standing in front of a weird machine she had never seen before. She saw the other students touching it, but she has never used something like that before, so she just stood in front of it, awkwardly, not knowing what to do.

"Lemme try it! Lemme try it!" Erin said, jumping behind her.

"Shoo~ Shoo~~ You clearly don't know what you're doing. Let me try it." the cute summon said, playfully pushing her away from the machine.

A few moments passed, and Erin was still looking at the screen, puzzled.

"So... do you how it wo-" Fia tried to say, only to be interrupted by Erin.

"Someone knows how this thing works? Me and Fia, the weird masked lady wearing a half plate armor here, don't have the slightest clue about what we should do!" Erin said in a loud voice, sticking her tongue out of her mouth with a playful grimace.

"E-E-Erin!!" Fia whispered looking to her.

"Come on, no one will help you if you keep wearing that intimidating mask and acting so coldly!" Fia said, taking the mask out of Fia's face with a quick jump.

Livau Fairi Miyaa
Interactions: @13org

Whilst watching the students trail in and wondering who her roommate would be this year, Fairi was snapped out of her passive daydreaming by a little shout. "Hm?" The green haired girl pricked her ears as she glanced over towards the voice.

"Someone knows how this thing works? Me and Fia, the weird masked lady wearing a half plate armor here, don't have the slightest clue about what we should do!"

The bubbly girl immediately brightened, if she could get any more shiny. Wow, the ability to make friends so soon! Fairi was ecstatic. Last year, some would most likely consider Fairi popular— everyone knew her and she seemed to know just about everyone, even though she was only a freshman. It was almost like a goal in life for her to make as many friends as possible, because friends were like family, and family always sticks up for each other!

Fairi placed her second suitcase down, sprinting the little way over to the summoner, summon, and her machine with her usual cheerful grin. "Ah, you're new, huh? Don't worry, this machine is pretty scary looking at first." Fairi said in her happily cute voice. She blinked at the masked girl carefully. Well, she did look a bit strange in all that armor, especially compared to Fairi's breezy summer outfit, but strange was common at this school. Maybe she was just shy? That must be it! Then that would be a great chance to make this girl her new friend!

"Do you have an ID card? My name is Livau, by the way, but everyone calls me by my middle name, Fairi. Is this your summon?" Fairi spoke idly as she waited for the card. If Fia would hand it to her, Fairi would swipe it over the scanner and tap her foot patiently with a hum. "It takes a bit~." She flashed another pearly smile at the girl, a big one that made her eyes close when she did.

Zee Crass was hovering using his air power as he made his way over the ocean from Canada towards Aether Bridge academy. Toa the large peacock-esque lady was flying by his side. From what he noticed the sky, was a lot brighter over here, closer to the school. Back home it was so murky with clouds that I'm surprised everyone isn't depressed when they look up in the morning.... he didn't think too much of it.

His clothing consisted of a red scarf over a black jacket with dark blue jeans. On his back was the usual backpack but brown in color, packed with books, uniform, dry foods, cards, money, climbing gear and more. Needless to say the weight was tiring after a while. Thus he landed as soon as could. Having reached dry land he quickly came up with the idea of taking to the air once more. This time tho Toa would be flying him the rest of the way.

Having posed the request,

"You want me to carry you and that heavy bag?" she said with a complaining tone to her voice.

Putting his hands together like one who was about to pray for a miracle, "Please. It'll make this journey a lot easier for me and it'll prove to anyone who catches sight of us how strong you really are." He said with a very small smile, using a little flattery to try and sway her decision for him.

Toa considered for a long moment before nodding, and thus Zee placed his backpack in her talons and got on her back as they took to the air once again. It wasn't long before Toa's graceful wings carried them to the front doors of the academy. With Zee's guidance they landed next to a green haired girl munching on a chocolate bar.

With Zee still on Toa's back, "Hi, I don't think we met before." Zee greeted the green haired girl.

Edward had just turned to look back over the crowd, new students and returning ones were assorted around the room. Everything looked pretty close to last year, it seemed that he would just be able to relax. With that a a person in a mask and plate armor entered the room, well this was different. As the machine spat out his class assignments and dorm room number he took the fresh ID card and then moved back. He did not like the look of things, granted it could a be cultural thing but usually masks were people who wanted to hide something. Quietly Edward extended a hand, speaking his summoning mantra a few heads turned as he spoke, Edge might not have had many friends. However he was well known and so was Auriel a gorgeous angel with an aura that made everyone calm and pleasant, people tend to try and hang around them if only to try and enjoy her aura.

"I am wrath. I am steel. I am the mercy of angels." He spoke with a slight flash of light Auriel appeared in her usually golden outfit wings folded back. She wore a rather upset expression as Edge didn't usually summon her until breakfast.

"Edward? Why are you summoning already? Did you get into a fight before-" Edge cut her off from trying to assert anything else.

"Just a precaution." He answered the angel and she understood, he took his job seriously as did she. They were entrusted to protect the students to the best of their ability. If Edge saw something that made him worry well she would trust her summoners judgement.

As the girl paused the check in machine Edge almost smiled as he began to relax. She wasn't someone here to cause trouble, no she probably just came from a place without tech and different customs. She probably had a rough time getting here they way things were automated these day.

Auriel watched as the summon yelled out for help from the room, obviously Edge knew how to work the machine and it would be an excellent chance for Edward to make a friend. Hopefully at least he was renown for his ability to screw up talking to people. Auriel fluttered over landing beside the group, as Edge groaned stuck his hands in his jean pockets having to move through the crowd of students.

The angel smiled at Erin and Fia. "My summoner can help, he's been here for a few years already." However even with her speed another summoner had already started to help the two. She bowed a little. "Forgive my interruption then, I'm Auriel." She looked at both girls and the summon, as coming through the crowd to stand beside her was a boy with silver hair and golden eyes. The dog tags around his neck showed off his chosen path here at the academy, military track which was a bold choice for someone so young.

"Sorry if Auriel here caused you any trouble. She a bad habit of doing that." He shot the angel a look and she stuck out her tongue at him. "Anyway, I'm Edward Seraph most people know me as Edge." He explained to the new girl and the other one he had not met. "We can get out of your if were just causing trouble..." He added obviously not used to being around people and trying not to say anything rude or cause trouble between them.

Toboe waited patiently for his turn to use the machine. Once the boy who was using it was finished, he stepped up to it, scanned his card, and waited for his dorm room and class schedule. Once he had it in hand, he moved away from the machine to let others get their own info. Moments later the Japanese boy was glad he did, because suddenly there were three people and their summons surrounding the machine trying to help some new girl figure it out. He was pretty sure that at least one of them had cut the line for the machine.

"Way to make a good first impression." He muttered, as he walked away.

As he walked, Toboe glanced over his class schedule to see what sort of horrible classes he'd have to take this year. He slipped his phone out of his pocket, turned off his music, and returned both the phone and his earbuds to his pocket. "Hey Shiva, most of these classes are combat related ones. They're really trying to push me into a fighting career." Toboe shook his head as he spoke.

Shiva motioned for Toboe to hand the list to her, which he did. "Too bad you already have your heart set on something else. Maybe they'll finally get the hint this year."

"I doubt it. They haven't gotten it yet and I've been here for four years."

"Who knows, this year might be better than the other ones?"

Toboe shrugged, "I certainly hope so. Let's see if I can go the entire year without getting a new scar."

Fia Rozenkreuz

Before Fia could react to Erin having taken her mask, a bright, cheerful girl came on her direction, talking to her.

"Ah, you're new, huh? Don't worry, this machine is pretty scary looking at first." she said, looking at Fia with a bright smile.

"Do you have an ID card? My name is Livau, by the way, but everyone calls me by my middle name, Fairi. Is this your summon?" she said, looking at her curiously.

The cheerful girl had a golden tanned skin, bright green hair a big smile on her face. She didn't seem like a bad person.

Quickly grabbing the mask from Erin's hands as she giggled, looking to Fia with mischievous eyes, Fia was almost opening her mouth to answer, but she was interrupted once more. This time by a beautiful angel, who landed near them.

"My summoner can help, he's been here for a few years already." the angel said. But when she saw that the green haired girl, Livau Fairi, was already there, she bowed a little, excusing herself for her interruption

"Forgive my interruption then, I'm Auriel." she said, just when a silver haired boy, wearing military dog tags appeared near them.

"Sorry if Auriel here caused you any trouble. She a bad habit of doing that."

"Anyway, I'm Edward Seraph most people know me as Edge."

Auriel, the angel was most likely his summon.

"I-I'm sorry about that." Fia said, passing her hands through her hair, trying to look imposing and respectful, which she would be successful only if wasn't for her red, blushing face.

"My name is Fia Rozenkreuz. I am a knight from the Rozenkreuz order. It is a pleasure to meet you Livau Fairi, Edward Seraph." she said, looking to both of them, with a small bow.

"My name is Erin!" Erin said, with a cute smile.

"I'm Fia's summon. Pleased to meet ya!" she said, tilting her head in a cute pose.

"Thank you for your help." she said, handing Fairi her ID card, watching curiously as the girl operated the weird machine.

"It's her first time here. Since she was born, she was raised and trained inside the order. So take care of us, ok?" Erin said, looking to both summoners.

"Its just like as Erin said. If you know the Rozenkreuz order, you are probably familiarized with our duties and beliefs. I am not that familiarized with technology, so I would be grateful if you could help me in that matter." Fia said bowing down in a respectful manner.

"Tsk tsk..." Erin said, with a mischievous smirk, getting closer to Fairi and Edge.

"Fairi, Edge, as you may have noticed, Fia is a knight through and through. Even if she is an accomplished warrior and disciplined knight, she is still a young girl. And she needs to socialize herself. Make friends, laugh, do girly things... maybe even get a boyfriend, so even if she looks tough and impenetrable behind her armor, both emotional and physical, if you keep trying, I'm sure that she will open herself to you guys." Erin whispered to them.

"Te conversare, Erin." Fia said, raising her head after bowing. Already recovered from her embarrassment, she was almost an entirely different girl. Imposing and with quite an impacting presence.

"But I am behaving myself!" she said, blinking to Edge and Fairi with a conspiratory smile

Alph looked at Zee and said in a tone that made her sound bored No we haven’t met before, I know I would remember you even with your clothes on.

Then waiting his reaction she studied him her amber eyes traveling up and down his body so that she could begin thinking about how to render him in stone. As she thinks she snaps off a Kit Kat and begins munching on it enjoying how creamy the chocolate tastes.

She could be trying to find out his weaknesses like some of the other Gung Ho types who thought this race was a sprint but Alph prefered to think of her fellow schoolmates as personalities driven by the things they saw as important; after all knowing an enemy was the first step towards victory if you’re thinking tactically. Not that she cared about military things all that much just what was expected of her by her family because before everything else family first.

Damien

Damien was already at the academy. His hands were in his pockets and he was just in line to get his room key. He let out a loud yawn as he waited. Just waiting for the damn key was boring enough. He hoped he was roomed with someone more interesting than last time. The guy who he stayed with was nothing but a book worm, who read and read and he just wanted to smash his face in. He wanted someone who actually made the place entertaining, but hey, he would get whoever he got. Once he got his room key he dangled it in front of him with an bored look. It was kind of ironic really. Room 666. Was this some kind of stupid joke? He shrugged and placed his key in his pocket. He then turned around and took in his surroundings. There he saw two people talking. He shrugged, hey he might as well get to meet someone while before he went to his room. One of them could even be his room mate. He walked up to them and took notice of the green hair on one of the students, it was an interesting and bold colour to take on. She would be an interesting room mate.

"Yo, what room have you got? I'm in 666, I don't know whether to facepalm or to laugh out loud. I suspect it's because I have a demon as my summon, but I don't know."

He gave a small shrug and then looked to them both, curious as to what room number they had or if they had even got their room numbers yet. His hand kept in his pocket as he waited for them both to answer him.

Livau Fairi Miyaa
Interactions: @Apollosarcher@13org

Fairi jolted slightly, not expecting people to appear behind her. Oops, she jumped in to fast again didn't she? It was a bad habit of hers, but she just always wanted to be of help. Maybe she should have stayed back for this one.

The green haired girl cocked her head curiously at the angel and her summoner, giving a little giggle as they apologized. "Not at all, don't worry! Since she is new, the more people she meets the better, yeah?" The short girl added merrily. Hm... Fairi recognized this 'Edge' person. Wasn't he in her grade? Not the friendliest, if she remembered correctly...

Her eyes darted back to the red haired girl, with her talkative summon.

"My name is Fia Rozenkreuz. I am a knight from the Rozenkreuz order. It is a pleasure to meet you Livau Fairi, Edward Seraph."

"My name is Erin!"

Fairi beamed at the two as she gently took Fia's ID and information that had finished printing, handing it to her. "Nice to meet you too! And you're adorable, little Erin!" She bent down slightly to speak to the smaller summon, before straightening back up. "Hehe, And I promise I'll help you around here to the best of my ability! I'm pretty sociable, so I'll help you make lots of friends really quick. Don't you worry about a thing!" She winked an emerald eye at the two, confident in her abilities. Fia was sweet and kind from Fairi's assessment, so getting her in with a group wouldn't be hard at all. "And starting now, how about I'm your first friend, 'Kay? Edge and Auriel probably would love to be friends with you too, right?" She grinned back at the two, volunteering them without thought, as per usual for the bubbly spirit.

As Alph waited another boy came up. Slender in build with hair the color that was once her own before she’d begun joining the Mass. His eyes were also unusual and his manner marked him as forward but also willing to use himself in his jape a typical “In Kid”

"Yo, what room have you got? I'm in 666, I don't know whether to facepalm or to laugh out loud. I suspect it's because I have a demon as my summon, but I don't know." he asked which made Alph giggle softly.

I sleep in the nude so I doubt the moralist of the Academy would allow me to room with the opposite sex and I’d never tempt fate by staying in a room bearing the mark of the Christian Hex. Alph paused speaking to Damien and turned back to Zee leaning in close her short stature meaning she was looking up at him with big amber eyes that exude innosense.

Are you in room 666 Mister?

Edge nodded when Fia talked of her knightly heritage, made it obvious why she had trouble with technology and why she had worn the mask. "I get it, heck Auriel here makes me look a knight when a activate my powers." The boy withdrew his phone, scrolling through a few photos he finally stopped and showed them an image. It was Edge, yet only thing visible through the full helm on his head were his eyes. The rest of his body was covered in gold and silver plates with an ethereal white glow. A sword and shield in his hands, he looked more like a fantasy version of knight than the deal.

Yet they could see in the image his sword biting into the side of a darkness elemental, as an axe vainly bounced off his armor. He looked like he'd need a horse just to move around decently. "Armor isn't half as heavy as it looks, stops some pretty nasty blows so I can stay in the fight longer." He explained before drawing back his phone putting it away.

Auriel chuckled looking at Erin. "I think both our summoners could use some loosening up. Edge's all business and if Fia's anything like him the best way for them to bond is over fighting." She smiled letting Erin know she might already be cooking up a plan. The angel paused a moment. "Edward, is that number their the same as the one on Fia's sheet?" Before Edge could answer Auriel hovered off the ground and peaked to look at Fia's room number. "It is! Looks like our resident armor wearing hard cases are going to be sharing a room." She chuckled.

Edge rolled his eyes looking at Fia and then Fairi. "Sure friends why not, anyway if were room mates I can show to the room since your new. You can tag along if you Fairi, we can all chat some more and unpack." Edge said as he grabbed his bags and then Auriel by the ear, obviously upset with the angel for invading someones personal space.

Lawan Somwan

"My room number's 121. How about you?" Lawan asked Garth.

"334. Too bad; I won't get to hear more of your side splitting humour."

"Hey, knock it off!" She gave him a slight shove. "I guess it's time to play 'guess who you're paired with'. I still think it would be more helpful if they just told us who was assigned to the same room."

"Yeah, I feel you there. Anyway, I predict you'll end up with...." He scanned the room for a moment. "...one of those two." He pointed at Dixon and Dixoz.

"...why?"

"What do you mean, 'why'? Is there a problem?"

"I don't have a problem with them, but I know you would only guess someone you think would be troublesome. What's wrong with them?"

"Come on, Lawan, they're newbies. Young newbies to boot. They're probably going to be some of the most annoying people here."

"That's highly judgmental of you, Garth." Lawan replied scoldingly. "I'm sure they're perfectly nice people. You know what? I'll go prove it right now." She then turned away from him and made her way over to the twins. Garth stayed where he was, hoping that the exchange that followed would be most entertaining.

"Excuse me, you two?" She opened with as she approached the pair. "Hi! My name is Lawan Somwan. I've been at this school for a while, and I thought the two of you looked rather new. Would like some help settling in?" In spite of her ulterior motives, it wasn't entirely unusual for Lawan to approach new students like this. She had even done so last year, and even when she was new she had tried her best to be helpful to others. It just so happened that now she had something to prove as well.
