@luckofthedraw sorry for the wait! I just realised your ultimate death ability blinds/dazes, is the blind sometimes permanent to people out of interest? That might mean you don't need the willpower buff on it with the daze.
Also I know your sheet is super duper close to being accepted up, sorry for the last few bits and pieces xD After we have the last ability down your sheet will be ready for the CS tab :3
@TheCrash20 let me know when you want me to look over Magus/Xanuun again :D
@HowlsofWinter Let me know if you need any help with Asteria.
@Dusksong also I'm so sorry! I made a mistake - Kenzie's "Make way for Father" should be 10 ft in radius not diameter, that's totally my bad xD I was thinking radius and wrote diameter like a dumdum.
And I'm so sorry for confusing you XD That's my shorthand, sorry. What I should of said was: move the Elements up to your seventh slot, which is currently Blessing of Aether, as element is slightly more powerful :D
Honor Guides Me In a clash between adversaries Huitzilipochtli will stand by the side of the honorable one and will extend her guidance to her charge in the moment of most dire need. This manifests itself as a minor luck buff to the blessed one.
Your Burden Shall Be Mine: thanks for the clarification :D is this relieving a physical, mental or spiritual burden?
Know The Joy Of Sacrifice Huitzilipochtli: Sorry to bother you about this one again, can you please define what you mean by awareness? Like does this improve the quality of their senses, make them more perceptive, or just happy about the experience they're going through?
My Life For Yours: ahh excellent :D Are you sure you want to keep the stipend about the starkissed part? You don't have to include that for balancing unless you want it for the lore/aesthetic of your character :D
Oh shit, Im sorry. I typed out I was going to resign from this one, but guess I never posted. Only reason is my lack of inspiration and I know how that effect my writing and RP later. I hope you all have fun. Maybe I'll join in the next iteration!
I've polished off all the changes to her powers and put her in the Character Tab (Where I already accidentally posted, haha). As for her clan colour, teal would be lovely! I'll see if I can try and come up with an insignia at some point too. :) Oh, and I also added a few more bits of information about the Vatten Tribe in her CS.
@Melo@Mae Alright, here's the edited version of Kenzie's abilities. Is there anything else I should buff/cut?
[ ⍚ ] A B I L I T I E S
Life Force: 0/0 (ignore for now)
Aether, God of Heavenly Light As the embodiment of light and bringer of day, Aether’s abilities to manipulate light and day are granted to Kenzie as well.
Innate Brightness (2) : As Aether embodies the bright, blue aether of the heavens that naturally glows with heavenly light, Kenzie has the ability to produce light from air by concentrating the particles of aether. This can be used to illuminate areas as well as produce a bright flash of blinding light. Daybringer (2) : Channeling Aether’s powers, Kenzie can call on Aether to shine through his father Erebus’ shroud of night, effectively bringing daylight to earth even at night for a small area Make way for Father (5) : Kenzie calls on Aether to summon a piece of Erebus on earth, shrouding the area around Kenzie in absolute darkness for a few hours. This fog of pure darkness shrouds sight of people in a ten foot diameter around Kenzie for up to ten minutes. Only Kenzie will be unaffected by this fog.
Familial Calling From the union of Aether and Hemera came the earth and seas, the heavens and underworld, as well as the banes of humanity. By calling upon Aether, Kenzie can evoke his children's’ powers in limited ways.
The Vices of Humanity (8) : From the union of Aether and Gaia came many of humanity’s banes, including “Grief, Deceit, Wrath, Lamentation, Falsehood, Oath, Vengeance, Intemperance, Altercation, Forgetfulness, Sloth, Fear, Pride, Incest, and Combat.” Kenzie can call upon Aether to reign on them the vice the other person is most susceptible to, affecting their emotions and thoughts for up to forty-five minutes. The Furies (10) : Aether’s union with Gaia also produced the three furies, and Kenzie’s connection to Aether allows him to call upon the three sisters to do his bidding. However, because he is but a human, Kenzie can only supply enough energy to summon one sister at a time. Kenzie can summon a furie in their incoporeal form for twelve hours or their corporeal form for four hours. The incorporeal form cannot deal damage or be killed. The corporeal form can be destroyed just like all other flesh-and-bone beings, allowing them to be defeated in battle. The Erinyes are crones described as having snakes for hair, dog's heads, coal black bodies, bat's wings, and blood-shot eyes. In their hands they carry brass-studded scourges, and their victims die in torment. They will chase their victims to the ends of the earth if need be. Blessing of Aether (9) : Kenzie calls upon Aether to bless someone with superhuman strength and senses for a limited amount of time by calling upon Aether to allow someone to breathe in the heavenly air.
Personification of Pure Air As the embodiment of aether, the pure air of the heavens that brought life to Earth, Aether has inborn talents that Kenzie can channel.
Uranus’ Blessing (13) : For a limited amount of time, Kenzie can gain full control of the element of air. The Breath of Life (13) : As Aether is the embodiment of aether, the element from which life spawns, Kenzie can call upon Aether to heal the physical injuries of an indiviual. The Scorn of the Heavens (Death): Using this power, Kenzie calls upon Aether to curse an area, condemning that area to three eras of the polluted air of Erebus that is found mainly in Tartarus. This cloud can only be seen by immortals and cannot be dispelled, usually afflicting those in the area with poor physical health. Those with godly connections will find that their powers will behave erratically as Erebus blocks off contact with their god, having unpredictable effects they did not mean to cause. Should Kenzie return to this area, he would be the only person to fully access his god since he would be unaffected by Erebus’ shroud. The cloud of Erebus will fade steadily over the eras, disappearing at the fourth.
Your Burden Shall Be Mine: thanks for the clarification :D is this relieving a physical, mental or spiritual burden? Hehe, sorry about that... I'm finding out I really do have trouble quantifying things. In my mind they always appear pretty self-evident I would say it would relieve the burden one takes upon themselves through the sacrifice, be it physical, mental or spiritual. On a case to case basis.
Know The Joy Of Sacrifice Huitzilipochtli: Sorry to bother you about this one again, can you please define what you mean by awareness? Like does this improve the quality of their senses, make them more perceptive, or just happy about the experience they're going through? No bother The joy part is actually purely for narrative purposes. I guess we could view it as an increased perceptiveness. It is just that in the joy of realizing what one is sacrificing and for what, they would get hyperaware, and yes get a boost to all their senses.
My Life For Yours: ahh excellent :D Are you sure you want to keep the stipend about the starkissed part? You don't have to include that for balancing unless you want it for the lore/aesthetic of your character :D It would keep with the lore/esthetic, yes... But I was also thinking it would defeat the purpose of the RP as well... I mean if we could use our powers to save our starkissed I would say if I am to use it for my starkissed it would only feel right for me if it's limited to every, let's say 5 for example, incarnations.
I think for me the hardest part with the abilities is to keep them narrative appealing without having them sound too mechanical, but at the same time be specific enough as to understand their practical effect
What of the clan... Do you not need me to add anything to it?

Thran is exceptionally handsome by human standards. He stands at about six feet, two inches and is fully erect at all times because posture is important with someone of his stature. His lithe build fills him out nicely. He has no tattoos, and no piercings. Several scars can be seen throughout his body, small and out of mind but from the many experiences in his life. One large ghastly looking scar etched into his left arm is a constant reminder of his banishment. His face remains blemish and scar free to date. His clothing style can't be fully expressed right now, he just wears what will keep him warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
The mark of the curse rests above his left bicep. The mark itself is of a small star that is slightly darker then his skin color. When he activates his abilities for the first time, the star turns blue. As he uses his abilities, the star erupts like a solar flare, growing sporadically across his skin.
[ ⍚ ] P E R S O N A L I T Y
Thran is a sympathetic soul, cast into a cruel world of harsh realities. His own experiences have created an individual who would care for those he knows little about simply because it is the right thing to do. He cares little for violence as such, but is no stranger to it, and usually takes a refined approach to confronting an issue. He enjoys talking to people all the same, as it brings him some sanity from his lonely lifestyle. He is full of compassion and doesn't like to start arguments with people, but will hold his ground on subjects he deems necessary to uphold. He'll try his best to stop any type of confrontation before it turns ugly with his voice of reason. He rarely takes sides in any case.
He is a solemn figure when he needs to be, but prefers to make jest of bad situations and bring laughter to dark times. He is no stranger to broken things, as he is chief among them. As such, even though he lives as a lone wolf, he is usually starved for human contact but can't seem to reason moving into a tribe again. His mistrust for any type of clan, not individuals, comes from his own banishment and betrayal. Thran cares little for the many aspects of clan life, but he'd be fool to forget that their is safety in numbers. Above all else, Thran care for people and doesn't like to see needless pain and suffering.
[ ⍚ ] B I O G R A P H Y
Upon the night of Thran's birth, a shooting star crossed the sky with whispers of good omens to come for Clan Durok. His father was third in line for chiefdom at the time of his arrival, and proclaimed his first born son, Thran Dromunson Durok. His mother was a pretty thing called, Ravia, a hunter's daughter. Thran was Fourth in line for chiefdom, Starborn and above all else, healthy much to his parents profound joy. His Tribe was one of the largest in the area, calling the grassy plains their home and everything that was in sight, theirs. One day, if he lived long enough, it would be all his by right.
His early childhood was marked with little activity other then the day task of surviving. Each was counted as a blessing, and just another step in his progression to an adult. His curiosity for the mysteries of the world were unfounded and he learned much through careful teachings from his parents and other tribesmen. As the days turned into months and the months turned into years, his chances of reaching maturity got better until it was simply known as fact that he would remain healthy enough. During his upbringing his mother and father had three more children, with only one lost in infancy. The second born, his first sibling, was a girl named Delani whose wild walnut colored hair portrayed her personality perfectly. The third born was another son, Tilok who was known for his brash attitude and a general troublemaker. The fourth born of his parents was a girl, her name was Lilan but now she rests with the ancestors in the Great Plains up above. With his siblings, they endured much together but became strong because of it.
Upon the day of his seventeenth birthday, he was ushered into adulthood with a celebration, and a great feast along with several others. The ceremony that came after was long and dull, but at the end, Thran was officially considered an adult and allowed the privileges that it entitled. He could now talk at tribe moots, have his own home and belongings and find a wife to continue the Durok line. For a couple of years Thran lived in his families home, until chiefdom was passed onto his father. It was a dark tragedy that befell his family, both his grandfather and uncle perished while out hunting for the White Elk. With a heavy heart, his father took the responsibilities of chiefdom and they moved houses, while Thran then took over the families home- his home.
Three years passed by with little note. Thran watched his brother and sister join adulthood, voiced his opinion on the various goings of the tribe, and was content with doing the daily tasks required of him. Whether hunting with friends, or building a hut for a family. The tribesmen grew to love his calm sensibility and playful muses. He however, was also the subject of great scrutiny for he had not found a wife yet and no heirs had been born to him. His brother in the meantime, already had a small family started with a lovely wife from a distant tribe. He was proud to be an uncle. His sister in the meantime, was married off to a different tribe for relations and he seldom saw her anymore other then the occasion feast.
Then upon his twenty-third summer, another tragedy befell his family- his mother, Ravia fell to sickness. Thran mourned for seven days before being able to go on, his father however, was affected greatly. A sickness took his mind and decadence filled his heart. He took many maidens and defiled them, often sacrificing them in the name of the old gods. The tribesmen knew not what to do, their gods had given Dromun the will to be their chief, who could oppose that? It went against tradition, but Thran knew better. Upon the night of the Sacred Moon, he opposed his father outright, declaring him a vile wicked creature and a man he was no longer. Outraged, his father challenged him to a fight, and Thran agreed.
They fought for several minutes, but Thran never received the oxen build his father had, or his talent with a sword and Thran was beaten to an inch of his life. His father declared Thran banished, and Tilok to be next in line for chiefdom, for unlike his dear brother, he had sons to continue the line. His tribe, turned against him then, and he was left outside of the settlement, to die alone. With great pain, Thran managed to get to his feet and leave his home behind, for good.
He wandered the plains for a time, licking his wounds back to health and trying to survive at the same time. Through sheer perseverance and a little bit of luck, Thran managed to hone himself for the wilds and he has called it home ever since. He travels the land now, avoiding the dangers of nature and man alike but occasionally stopping in other tribal areas if they are friendly.

⍚ IZAR'ALONOWAY, THE EVERSTAR ⥥ GOD OF STARLIGHT, CARETAKER OF THE STARS ⥥ MALE ⥥ HETEROSEXUAL ⍚
There was once an ocean of stars So plentiful and full of calm light, But the only thing he had were tears As the cold dark had come bringing night, And in his ocean where he walked The stars began to fade away, Leaving only the horror of being shocked To know he would watch everything decay.
[ ⍚ ] GO D L Y A P P E A R A N C E
Izar took the shape of a star, whose color and shape were ever changing. He dipped into every conceivable color, from the purest of white to the darkest of red. His energy pulsated around him, and he could even control the heat he emitted if he so chose. He never took another form but it was probably well within his power to do so.

Light. Glorious, hallowed light. That was the first thing Izar remembered when he came into being. It surrounded him, bathing his conscious in a multitude of bright colors and warmth, some of which he hadn't seen since. Overcome with emotion and dazzled with beauty like never before, he watched the stars as they dispersed. He felt a great love for the stars but they were fickle creatures, prone to harm and easily angered. So upon his glorious birth, he was also given a lesson upon the new reality he was born into, when a small yellow star collided into one of its brothers. The resulting explosion annihilated the two, sending their furious heat on a collision course with other stars but more importantly, into Izar.
Izar screamed as the fire washed over him, sending his conscious state into a state of pain. It was a new feeling to Izar, one that prompted him into action unknowingly. He began to absorb the energy, the fire of the explosion and slowly the jabbing pain subsided. When the fire was at last gone, Izar was astonished to see that he had become a star himself, but more so then the others. The Everstar had been born, and his purpose was clearly defined. He would not only watch the stars and their beauty, but care for them in a way that kept them safe from themselves, and others.
That was a long time ago, and few now remember that which was the start. Izar wandered his ocean of stars, tending to them like a Shepard would tend a flock of sheep, yet at the time there was no such thing as a Shepard, or sheep. Not all of it was pretty, as he soon became keenly aware that there were others like him, those who possessed thought on which to act upon. They were calling themselves Gods, and each one of them wielded fabulous and exotic powers, that some used for good and others not so much. Many, if not a vast majority of these Gods, took to a star that was cold and held little color, He watched them work upon it and learned, that it was not in fact a star, but a planet. Izar was told that many joyous creations would be made upon its surface but Izar cared not, for the stars were his domain and they needed his care. Unbeknownst to the others, Izar watched the stars carefully around their planet, as he would have hated to see such work go to waste from a rogue star. He even created the constellations and mimicked them after God's and Goddess he saw working upon the planet.
He had thought that with the planet to keep the other God's occupied, they would stop meddling in his domain but he was wrong.(Will come back to this part, I've read some other cs backgrounds and some God's haven't been so kind to the stars.)
Time did not effect Izar as it did others, he felt it as a passing motion that flowed around him. So it came as a great surprise to the Everstar when he was told by a passing lesser deity that the the Dark Gods, some enemies of the Stars, had begun to curse those who were Starkissed. Izar was taken aback by the statement, if two beings could love each other so inextricably like he loved the stars, who had the right to take away their happiness? Who had the right to damn them for all of eternity?
He rushed back to the planet the other gods had tarried over so long ago to find their presence empty, or fleeting. So many he realized, had been taken by the curse, and forced to live mortal lives. He pitied them deeply, such a fate to find love and never to have it, to die over and over was quite depressing. Izar was confident however, that he would avoid such a fate as he was not Starkissed as they had been.
As he began to withdraw from the planet and retreat to the Ocean of his, he stopped. Gathered before him were Dark Gods, many in number and they stared at him with malicious intent. In that moment, Izar had his doubts. The Everstar had never found love, for what greater beauty was there then the stars? Yet there they were.
"What is the meaning of this?" He asked hesitantly.
One of them stepped out from the others and spoke in deep tone, "The Everstar, sat high above his ocean throne. He cared for the stars all alone. Protecting them ever so fiercely. Now his fate will end quite badly. Starkissed or not, foes you have made. Now you shall simply fade."
The Everstar burned brightly as the dark gods bounded towards him. He was never a fighter but he would show them a fight. Across the sky they battled, like streaks of lightning they danced. Izar killed a few, and hurt many more before he was overtaken. As the curse consumed his body, they flung him to the planet. Images flashed in his mind, and before he knew it he saw the end. The stars fading into the dark, as black swallowed everything and he wept.
Somewhere in the land, a baby began to cry.

[ ⍚ ] S K I L L S E T Three General skills to start and up to two combat abilities. Due to the setting you may also have 1 Survival ability.
Smooth talker- Thran has always had a knack for being able to talk his way out situations and calm people down. He is very charismatic in that regard.
Regal- Thran has a natural air of dignity about him. Though he never flaunts it, people are more likely to do as he asks.
Rational- Thran thinks carefully before acting, never rushing into a situation headfirst. For that would only be foolish.
Nighstalker- Thran has an unnatural talent for being able to disappear in the night and not leave a trace.
Lithe Build- He's not the strongest or largest man out there but what he lacks in physical aptitude, he makes up for by being graceful on his feet and slightly faster then most.
Axeman- He is proficient at wielding an assortment of axes for disposal.
[ ⍚ ] A B I L I T I E S These will unlock as we continue.
Life Force: 0/0 (ignore for now)
The Star's Promise: Weakest Ability "Look! Look up and see! The stars will show us the way!"
A Dazzling Display: Thran can light up an area of his choosing in any color imaginable. The light can stick to anything and illuminates a medium sized area. Some colors show brighter then others. Fades after a short while.
Guidance: Thran uses the stars on a cloudless night for navigation. He will never get lost as long as he can see them.
Star Vision: Thran can use this ability to see clear as day, on a starry night. Cloud cover inhibits this ability as well.
The Caretaker's Burden: Moderate Ability "Be the change people need, not the kind that they want."
Cosmic Clarity: The Caretaker can calm people and animals down with this ability. Whether it be two men on the verge of blows, or an animal about to attack. Those effected will enter a state of serenity and find their petty squabbles to be completely pointless.
The Star's Touch: With a simple touch, weak wounds are healed and moderate wounds reduced in severity. Non lethal, non-magical diseases and ailments are also permanently cured. Provides a small buff to the immune system for the next twelve hours. This ability cannot cure fatal wounds, maimed limbs or infliction difficult to treat such as magical injuries.
Suppression: Like the days of old, the Caretaker can use this ability to absorb the harmful energies emitted from a god power. The lesser the ability, the easier it is so absorb, while the opposite can be said for higher powers, and can even weaken his own life. When the energy is absorbed, the Caretaker can not use it in any shape or form. It simply vanishes from whence it came.
The Everstar: Strongest Ability "Ah, did you see that Thran? That Shooting star? Make a wish and perhaps it will come true."
Starlight: The Everstar can wield the stars energies. He can use light to make a weapon. He can then change the color and intensity of the display. The brightness emitted can blind foes but leave him untouched.
Compassion Strike: The Everstar reaches out to all of those within a square mile and awakens an overwhelming sense of compassion for those around them. Effects last for one day, and during this time an individual feels strong emotions of pity, sympathy and concern for all life that they interact with, leaving little room for any other emotion during this time. They are also strongly compelled to help others in need, even with the most mundane tasks.
The Everstar Wish: The Everstar sheds his Mortal Coil for a short time, taking to his domain for but a moment. Day fades to night in an instant as he streaks across the open sky in his former glory. Any who look upon him may make a wish, but only those pure of heart may have it answered. The wish cannot reverse the effects of the curse, or bring back the deceased. Wishes will also be taken word for word and have varying levels of success depending on what is asked for. (Not sure about this one, feels a bit op but it was late when I wrote this and I didn't have any other ideas.)

Will you participate in the Relationship Assignment?: Sure This section will be replaced with a Relation Sheet.
The Star's Touch - Added the new description for the ability
Suppression: Will negate God powers. Anything under ability 2 tier 3 will be able to be suppressed, anything over that will weaken his life and possibly kill him. How does that sound?
Starlight: Picked weapon and blinding utility.
Picked a new ability 3 tier 2; Compassion Strike: The Everstar reaches out to all of those within a square mile and awakens an overwhelming sense of compassion for those around them. Effects last for one day, and during this time an individual feels strong emotions of pity, sympathy and concern for all life that they interact with, leaving little room for any other emotion during this time. They are also strongly compelled to help others in need, even with the most mundane tasks.
The Everstar wish: Can you define what it means to be pure of heart? - A pure of heart individual does not take life without proper cause, is not malicious to others and helps people not out of selfishness, but of kindness and because it's the right thing to do. I'm also thinking that only God's would be able to make a wish.
Alternatively, we drop the pure of heart bit and allow only those who have some sort of relationship with him, through the RRA process and through rp'ing, to be able to Wish.
Edit: Forgot to do the tribe thing. Will get it done soon!
Can returning players please let me know which, if any, of their previous RRA relationships they wish to keep. This includes keeping a catergory (e.g. love, aquintance, ect) but removing the character attached to it if that character is no longer part of this iteration of the roleplay. You may also request to lock certain categories if you are carrying over relationships from that category, and you locked it last time. Bear in mind this does not affect the Reroll lifelines which is why I'm putting a limiter on it (remember, you still have things like veto ect)
If you're not 100% sure what you want to do yet, a general jist of what you're thinking is fine :D You'll have more time to mull it over before it becomes relevant.
And please remember to tag the other player or PM them so you guys can discuss it in case you guys have conflicting wants.

Basilius would look like a typical Pathel. Unfortunately, people have forgotten what those look like. The Pathel were a tall people, and he is no exception. At a massive 6’5”, he usually towers above anyone. His skin has a light brown tan and bears remarkably few scars for a pit fighter. He boasts an impressive musculature that makes his physical prowess obvious to all.
His face features a large jawline covered by a short beard. His hair is black and remarkably well cared for. His brown eyes usually hold a stern look It is completed by a set of relatively large features such as his nose.
Basilius’s mark is often mistaken for a tattoo. It is a black serpentine dragon that encircles his right lower arm. Use of his abilities makes this mark grow longer and grow more defined.
[ ⍚ ] P E R S O N A L I T Y ________________________________________
Those who meet Basilius for the first time usually see a calm, stern man. When he’s on duty, he usually handles himself with extreme professionalism. He cares a great deal about respect and good behaviour around his superiors, and can get angry quickly when someone does not follow the etiquette one is expected to show to a chieftain. Beyond that, he is more intelligent than he might seem at first glance. He has a great deal of love for his people, and strives to see them prosper. It is exactly that which makes him such a great advisor. He is precise and calculating in his approach to any serious situation.
Off duty the man is a lot more lenient and surprisingly friendly. He is the type that people love to sit down and have a drink with. He can tell some great stories about his times in the pits, or even about the Pathel clan. All in all, he is quite a bit more sociable. He isn’t above friendly banter or a challenge. He is very straightforward and honest, but above all fiercely loyal. Being on good terms with Basilius can be a friendship for life.
Another noticeable thing is that Basilius has quite an ego. A remainder from his time with the pits. He is used to showing off and being loved for it. Give him a chance to look good, and he’ll take it instantly. It also enhanced his cruelty. There have been occasions where someone dared insult the Karill chief, and that usually didn’t end well for those who did.
[ ⍚ ] B I O G R A P H Y ________________________________________
It was perhaps the grandest fate or strangest coincidence that Basilius and his parents were on a mission to the Karill lands when they received news of the Pathel and Kurthos exterminations. This means Basilius lost his Pathel homeland when he was a mere ten years old. It was then that his father decided to settle in with the Karill.
That didn’t stop him from raising his son the Pathel way. Pathel warriors were the fiercest and had a special bond with nature. Never did they touch the unnatural metals, but instead they fought with their bare hands and wooden weapons. There was not a single clan that had a fighting style as developed as the Pathel. They could do with their hands what others needed blades and axes for. Naturally, fighting wasn’t the only thing Basilius was taught. His father was a smart man. He had been one of the Pathel’s wise men, a council headed by the chief for the development of the clan. His father tried to teach him everything he knew so his son might be able to one day have a great life.
Basilius’s luck turned, however, when both his parents died at the age of sixteen. Without help or money, Basilius turned to the fighting pits. The pits had seen their fair share of dangerous fighters, but the sight of this giant man killing armed men with naught but his hands was a spectacle. He was very quickly given the nickname “bloodhand” for his ferocious fighting style.
But his story did not end there. Soon people in high places took notice of his talents. Basilius was soon approached by chief Karill himself and taken into his employ. For eight years he now serves as a royal bodyguard of him and young princess Narcissa. It didn’t go unnoticed to the chief that Basilius was quite a smart man despite his combat prowess, and saw himself quickly become one of his advisors in addition.

The legends of Akhyr do not tell a coherent story But they do hold a message. Those whose rule is just will create a people that will prosper But abusive tyrants will always find their dynasty ended in blood It is a very simple lesson, but forgotten so often To be a ruler is to serve your people You will one day have power, use it responsibly Do you understand, child?

Akhyr is depicted in two forms: a dragon form and human form.
His dragon form is the most well-known and often depicted. A dragon of insane proportions with a wingspan that can block the sky. Each scale is larger than a man, and of a whitish colour. Blueish markings adorn its body. His humongous horns are said to be impervious and his eyes are filled with the wisdom of the entire world. Besides its form and colour, not much is known about the exact specifics of his abilities. Some say he could spew a rainbow-coloured flame that could both create and destroy. Others say he was a collection of all dragons in one, and could any elemental breath he wished. It is said his dragon form symbolises the wisdom and guidance brought by dragons, in addition to good rulership.
His humanoid form is a grey, large man in darkened armor. It is said the faces on the armour are those of the gods he has slain. His enormous dark horns double in function as his crown. All depictions show him surrounded by an enormous aura of magical energies. It is said this form symbolises the fury of dragonkind, should they be angered, and tyranny.

Akhyr was amongst the most ancient of gods. A god of power and rulership, but not actually the ruler. His job was to stand by the side of the ruler, and see to it they ruled fairly. However, now he has long forgotten who it was that first took the throne.
He just knows he killed them.
He adorned the face of the god to his armor, a grave warning to whoever dared to follow his footsteps and use his powers like a tyrant. But that didn’t stop the process from being repeated. Whenever gods fought for the throne, Akhyr ultimately ended up killing whoever claimed it. Power and rulership weren’t the same thing, he knew that better than anyone else.
Soon no one dared to ascend the throne. As Akhyr was left without duty, he created his own realm. Here he created the seven deities to help him govern it. Finally he changed his own form to resemble theirs. They were the eight dragon gods. From their breath came their children in their image. He abandoned the other divine realms, confining himself to a peaceful and prosperous rule in his own world. His deific children were just in their rulership, and their children were wise and powerful. Even today it is still a realm of power and prosperity.
It wasn’t later that another world was created by gods he barely knew. This world, filled with many creatures, quickly grew unstable. So much of the life was primitive, unwise and weak. They were violent and pitiful. He realised one of the things these creatures lacked were power and rulership.
Akhyr flew down on this foreign world and blessed it with a puff of his breath. It was so that this world was enhanced with magic. It was a gift that was not received well by all creatures equally, but that was not his primary concern. After all, power did not matter, it was how it was governed.
Akhyr sent a delegation of his children to the world. Some disguised themselves as humans, others roamed freely and integrated themselves into the world. Most of the dragons diligently guided humans so they could grow wiser. Not all dragons did as they were told, however. Akhyr did not care. If his children could guide the creatures of this world well, surely they could vanquish the betrayers. If not, then his children were failures just like those that didn’t heed his word.
It was later that the dark gods came to his domain, informing him of the phenomenon of the starkissed. He learned of the great power harnessed in their bonds, and the dangers those brought. The dragon developed a powerful curse, capable of casting them from the heavens into the mortal world. This would give them time to take this power for themselves, and use it before they could do it themselves. He was still the god of rulership, and the only way he could control the rule of the all-powerful was by being all-powerful himself.

Menacing Something about Basilius can be downright scary. His presence can be unnerving and an angry stare can send chills down someone’s spine. Intimidation and fear are his trademarks.
Observant Few things get by Basilius’s keen senses, be it a change in expression on someone’s face or a skulker in the shadows. Basilius always knows what is happening in his surroundings.
Literate Basilius can read and write
General survivalism Basilius has some experience in the wilderness and general training, but was never trained to be good at one specific area. Though he receives no bonuses to any survival skills, he isn’t penalized either.
Hand-to-hand Basilius is an excellent martial artist. His hands and techniques are as dangerous as any weapon.
Tough Basilius is incredibly large and muscular. He is very hard to take down.

Ancient magicks Dragons have been strongly connected to magic since ancient times, and use their gifts to guide humanity.
Guise of humanity Dragons have for a long time used their ability of shapeshifting to assume human forms and blend in. Basilius can use this ability to appear as a total stranger for an hour. However, he illusion won’t hold up if Basilius is perceived as a threat or when held under a lot of scrutiny. Dragon’s eyesBasilius can summon a house cat-sized winged faerie dragon with whom he can communicate. They possess basic human intelligence (can have normal conversations, remember orders, remember appearances) and have good memorisation skills. It has slight magical capabilities, and can make itself appear as a large bird. It will stay with Basilius as long as it is cared for well. Faerie dragons are too cowardly to participate in fights, but they can very effectively stave off creatures that would try to predate it by giving off dust that causes massive irritation when endangered. Wisdom of ancients Using the magic of divination, Basilius can receive a vision of a location and (if necessary) a recent event that has taken place there. Basilius will roughly know the direction to travel to this location and if he goes to there, he will find something he is looking for.
Regality A ruler’s power is partially his own, and partially his people’s
Arcane fealty Basilius can make a pact with any magical creature. This pact turns them into allies with the same allegiance. The magical creature will now share the same allies and enemies as Basilius, and will act as such as long as Basilius or his allies do not take actions against the creature that are particularly abhorrent or violent. The number of creatures that can be influenced at the same time by this ability depends on the power of the creatures. Coronation Basilius grows insanely in musculature, giving him vastly increased strength and speed unmatched by normal humans for an hour. His punches are strong enough to break stones, and his charge is comparable to a raging bull’s. Wrath of the people Basilius can afflict someone with a magical curse that turns them into the focus point of wrath for one day. The cursed will be perceived as a target that must be eliminated, an abomination that must not be allowed to survive. Any living being that is close by or sees the cursed will instantly be incited to chase down and attack this person. This effect will linger on anyone for two hours after they have last seen the cursed, or if the cursed is killed. Close friends or allies may be able to resist the effect with sufficient willpower. Basilius can exclude any allies from being affected.
Dragon lord A benevolent creator shall always be revered by its creations.
draconic form Basilius transforms into a wingless draconoid that is slightly larger than his human size. His musculature improves to allow for immense strength and speed beyond human levels. He gains damage-resistant scales and strong claws. Lastly, he gains a breath attack that is specific to the type of dragon he turns into. What element his breath has can change per incarnation, but never within. The element matches other abilities using this feature. (This will always be established at the beginning of every new character) Ultimate regeneration Like a lizard regrowing its own tail, Basilius boasts the ability to restore damage on himself or others in an almost death-defying manner. This also removes any physical or mental afflictions the target suffers from and re-energizes the target fully. However, this ability has a downside. Severe damage isn’t actually restored, but replaced with draconic tissue. Severe cuts have scales instead of skin, regrown limbs will have five-fingered claws and scales. Organs that are too damaged are similarly replaced. It can also affect the mind if it mended damage there. This could have many different mental effects that in some way affect one’s personality or vices. Dragonflight Basilius uses his life to create a new child in their strongest form: A full-grown adult dragon of his incarnation’s type. An immense and wise beast with a size of hundreds of feet. It is capable of any magic and breath attacks other dragons of its kind can perform. Honoring its god, creator and parent, it will honor its final wishes and execute these to the best of its abilities. Afterward this dragon is free to do as it likes, but it will always owe allegiance to its creator. As it lives through the ages, it is possible it comes to aid its creator again.
