Personality: Flagg is charismatic and always ready to laugh. The kind of laugh that, even as you join in chills your blood and sets your teeth on edge. At the same time he is empty and longs to be filled with all of the hate, greed, fear, resentment and cruelty. He appeals to the worst in everyone as those same dark urges appeal to him. His personality is a collection of masks, malleable into whatever he needs to spread his brand of chaos and destruction. For himself he exists as a force of evil, spreading discord wherever he travels. Flagg seeks power as a resource to spend on greater levels of destruction. Typically he acts through manipulation and coercion once events are in motion.
Brief History: Flagg was a servant of the Crimson King, helping his master to plot the fall of the Tower and bring about the endless chaos to follow. This brought him into conflict with Roland Deschain, the last Gunslinger, as he brought about the fall of Gilead. His travels brought him across different timelines of different worlds, spreading plagues in some and starting wars in others. He was trained as a magician and has posed as such to kings.
Flagg has claimed to be behind famous kidnappings, massacres and mass suicides.

Abilities:
Reincarnation: Upon dying or even complete destruction, Flagg is reincarnated elsewhere to begin a new project. This is useful because he is no more durable than an average human.
Necromancy: Flagg can raise the dead, usually he employs a ritual that is more for show that any effect.
Prophecy: He can create prophecies that seem to be more curses than anything.
Telekinesis: He can catch bullets midair and move heavy objects with his mind. Stopping bullets is effortless and he would be able to move anything up to a small car.
Teleportation: Flagg can move great distances faster than possible. This is performed by drawing a doorway to travel through with chalk.
