║ Appearance ║
Mitch is in his own mind an average looking type of guy but ask his fans and they call him Gods gift. Even in his bands heydey, Mitch didn’t go out of his way to start fashion trends or match the image of what his manager's expected. Instead his style was much more muted and subtle, he was and still is happy to settle for simple jeans and a t-shirt; comfort over fashion. Mitch has a few scars from the usual childhood misadventures but nothing major.
║ Personality ║
Mitchell was always considered the quiet man of the Bz’s, rarely speaking during interviews and leading a relatively private life outside of the band. A news story broke at the height of the Zephyr’s fame that Mitch suffered through an acute anxiety disorder, which combined with the knowledge that he was the main writer and composer of much of the bands work resulted in him being labelled both a “troubled genius” and a “mad scientist”; both of which are somewhat true but not entirely. Generally speaking, Mitchell is a sociable, albeit introverted young man who is passionate about what he does. He will push people to be better and to surpass the lofty standard he has set before them. He can be somewhat aggressive in his single minded pursuit of perfection but this is simply because he loves what he does. Mitchell is the type of guy that you could call at 3am with a problem and he’d be at your door by 3:15am. He is overly analytical and logical, seeing everything almost like an equation. He tends to bottle his emotions up which lends itself to his songwriting but not his mental health.
║ My Dreams ║
Mitchell’s dream is to make people fall in love with music the same way he did and to help fellow artists find themselves and comfort rather than be a slave to the machine.
║ Autobiography ║
Mitchell Morgan was born in Bray, Ireland some twenty eight years ago. He wa the second of two boys and lived with both of his parents up until the age of nine. Mitch was always a quiet boy, having very few friends and spending most of his free time inside. It was here where his future began to be shaped. Mitchell loved listening to his father’s old vinyl records and becoming lost in the music. As his friends fell in love with techo and dance music, Mitch was in front of his mirror, tie around his head, air guitaring to Guns & Roses. When his parent divorced, the young Mitchell had to divide his time between both of them and in turn, ended up becoming two different people; one for his mother and one for his father. The real Mitchell was lost somewhere in the shuffle. It was during this time he moved to Southampton with his father and he first began to write his own music and by the time he started secondary school, he was well on his way to filling a book with his songs.
It was here that Mitchell met Tom, Andy and James. The four boys couldn’t have been any more different but they shared a love of music and all attended after school sessions with their music teacher. On a whim, the boys decided to start a band; originally called Psycho Duckling, it soon became Solent Spitfire and finally Bernard Zephyr (Bernard was Tom’s grandfather and Zephyr was the name of a Skateboarding team). Their first show was a school talent show which ended with Mitchell in a corner having a severe anxiety attack. This resulted in abuse from other students who didn’t understand just how crippling a disorder like that was. Eventually, Mitch managed to get over his stage fright and the boys began to play locally, catching the eye of producer Nigel Conti. Nigel took the boys and moulded them into popstars and within two years, they had completed an album and thanks to some genius marketing, they were becoming famous.
In spite of their success and unlike his bandmates, Mitchell managed to keep his head on straight and not get sucked into the lifestyle of a rockstar. In the intervening five years where Bz’s were the biggest boys group on the planet, each member would eventually succumb to their down demons. Tom was arrested, James overdosed and Andy killed himself. The one constant in all of this was Mitchell, who retreated out of the limelight and hid himself away in a small town in Scotland for the next five years.
Eventually, it came to a point where Mitchell could no longer ignore the call of the music and he made the decision to somehow get himself involved again. Unwilling to get back up onstage in fear of what might happen, Mitch decided step behind the curtain and help artists find their way through the business and stop them from falling into the same ditches that his own bandmates did. Thus, Endeavour Records was created. Wanting to stay as far away from the limelight as possible, Mitch set up shop in South Philly and sent word out that Endeavour Records was open for business.

║ Reputation ║
Mitchell has been out of the public eye for just over five years but he has never been completely forgotten about. Thanks to his incredible talent, many artists have reached out over the years to collab with him (some he has said yes to, most he has said no). He is known to be incredibly demanding but is also revered as a genius and one of the kinder individuals involved in the music business. A lot of people have called for him to release some new music of his own but he has yet to do so.
