This is going to be a reboot of AWE, and we’re largely following the framework we set before. We’re going to be starting with a small cast of the people who are staying from the original iteration, and for the most part those characters will be our uppercard/main event scene to begin with. Over time, we want to build your characters from the midcard/undercard, to the biggest superstars they can be.
But you don’t have to limit yourself to just playing a wrestler. Feel free to play anything you want. No, seriously. Anything you want! A member of the production team, a wrestler, a women wrestler, a valet, a mouthpiece, the sound guy, a tag team… It really doesn’t matter, the choice is yours to make.
In ring promos and backstage interviews will be the biggest ways you’re able to build your characters up, but there’s also the wrestling. It’s understandably a little intimidating to write the action packed scenes required when you’re booked to wrestle someone else, but I promise it isn’t as tough as it seems! We’ll be booking the results of matches ahead of time, and you’ll know who what character you’re working with and who you’re writing with and have plenty of time to get your match up. The GMs recommend using Google docs to collaboratively work on matches. It’s fun, and simple.
I know it’s kind of a wild idea, but it worked well last time and honestly? It’s by far my favorite RP. Last time it went well and it pittered out because of a few things that happened OOC to the GM team, leaving us unable to push it forward.
I don’t foresee this happening this time, so I’m hopeful it’s able to go a lot longer! I decided to include the character sheet skeleton,
so feel free to try and get your character in writing.

- You are free to change color of character sheets and/or put fancy text if you'd like.
- Real face claim required.
- Sheets in hider. If it's a wrestler, please put the name they're known as, as the hider text. If it's a non-wrestler, their first name will suffice.
- Have fun! The world is your oyster.
