"The idea about Dolton came from Greybeard. He wanted someone who could tank a lot, and make himself as threatening as possible. Some players would look at him, and just get focused on him. I mean his creator did say that he wanted to base him off the sort of knights who were brutal in their methods like Templar of old. As it stands it seems Dolton is willing to listen to us, and I'm sure he means no disrespect. If I had to guess from being a creator myself Dolton is likely just trying to motivate you in his own way. He sees you as small, and flimsy. But if you tried hard enough I'm sure you'd hold your own even against our resident super tank. You are a monk here after all, and he's a defender. His job is to be your shield. Let him bet what he is, and he will see your commands through." Grey advised Nanami as he stood up from his throne, and walked down. He sat beside Nanami and pulled off his helmet revealing the dark haired warrior underneath. He was handsome underneath that but only to an extent. Grey had designed him to look like a hero so he did his best to exemplify that...of course it would be best if he used a scroll to change his appearance to something that actually looked like him now that he was truly Greyedout..."I appreciate the flattery but really I'm just emulating Greybeard's old friends. They roleplayed a lot so that rubbed off on me to an extent. Romans respect power, and authority. If I was myself I'd be no Rex, and certainly no Basilieus...or rather Emperor." Grey told her as he cracked his neck and breathed out deeply. "It's not a problem...though if Yuna is how I made her then you may have turned her into a rival. She adores me because that's how I wrote her down. A pretty little squire to the heroic paladin. She is my shield as I need her to be. But she is also kind. Don't be afraid of her. If you talk to her she will listen." Grey responded to Nanami when she apologized. She told him of her life, and of her current situation regarding their situation.

Grey considered his thoughts for a moment he wasn't sure how to phrase himself right. He sighed, and looked at her calmly. "Is this strange happening really a miracle I wonder? I'm not sure if its right for us to be here...but at the same time...'there must always be an emperor' is what Claudius reminded me of. I'm not sure if we can go back but I'm certainly going to try. This place...as magical as it may seem. As grand as Arce Bellum is...its not natural. Or normal. But I will serve. I will serve my new subjects to the best of my capabilities. I want to make the npc's proud to call me their emperor. The Imperri will need a strong leader...and i'm not sure I can handle it." Grey said as he looked out towards the door. "What of the others? I was going to grant them the title of associate to the empire...but if they don't want it then they will leave. I'd prefer not to split up if possible. If they do leave though I won't stop them. It is their life here that is in their own hands now. But Arce Bellum offers food, security, and safety. Only fools would take such things lightly. All the same I don't intend to keep Claudius waiting for long. I wil meet with him after this and see our will done. He probably knows more about than than us...perhaps a nearby village?" grumbled Grey idly as he put hand to his chin.

It was no surprise to hear of Dolton's character. She had read many times before, she just didn't expect his now very animated state to be so intense. She shrugged it off. "I'll be here to back you up from now on, my Emperor." She meant it, wholly. Now that the NPCs appeared to be living breathing people her conviction to bring about prosperity for them only increased. The other players were negligible risks at best. Most likely none of them would want to cause any real trouble for the empire but giving them affiliate status was a good idea. "I suspect you might get a few objections about giving Astrid affiliate status but I doubt they'll oppose the decision. There's something else we should consider as well. Have you looked outside the walls? The terrain looks different, I think we might be in a different place than before. We should probably hold off on launching a new campaign without knowing the world we're in. I think our stealthiest scouts should go out and survey the land first." She rolled backwards springing herself up on her hands and landing squarely on her feet. It was quite graceful, if not unnecessary. "I don't think we can assume this world is the same as what we knew. We should approach everything with caution for now."

With everything going on it seemed like a good idea to focus on securing what land they had and finding out what was around them. Information has always been the greatest commodity. They needed to learn about the world, and quickly. She glanced at the throne. I hope Grey really does have what it takes, for all our sakes.

"Astrid's involvement will only be a problem once the others hear of it. Claudius was made to be the ultimate motivator. His loyalty unwavering to the throne. He would slit his own throat if I asked him too more than likely. If I tell him to tell the troops that it is my will he will drill it into their skulls I'm sure. If she has a problem with it then she's free to dawdling around the country side until she figures out no one will understand her outside." commented Grey as he looked up at the door. "Severnus may have the attitude of a dead rock but he was built to be a cold assassin. He will act as a great scout outside my own endeavors. I'm not sure anyone else knows what this place is exactly. It will be up to us to find our way through this world. At the least we have an army. If there is another player, or group out there...they may be alone in the middle of some dusty wilderness unsure of what has happened to them. I don't care to deal with them at the moment. My intent is to gather information. Hence the meeting with Claudius." commented Grey further as he stood up and sighed. He needed to get moving he didn't want to disrespect his generals....Caesar learned that the hard way. "Indeed so are you coming, or are you not coming to the meeting? If not I need to make sure everything turns out well." Grey asked her with a plain indifferent tone. He put his helmet back on if he was going to be lugging around this heavy armor he may as well use the helmet. Of course his strength, and con stat were high enough where it almost felt like nothing.

Kharne's eyebrow twitched as the smaller person talked to him. "I don't have a grudge against you. I just hate the whole 'the empire is awesome, it's so big, etc' kind of stuff." He stated, mild annoyance lacing his tone.. Why did people insist on making children npc's? Or children sized. At least this one was dressed as their gender was supposed to be. The oddballs putting boys in girls clothes always made him shudder mentally.

Shaking that thought off he looked around outside the castle. Whatever had happened that brought them here it looks like it also brought the town that was linked to the place. Looking beyond the buildings nothing looked familiar. Going over he leaned against the wall to wait for anyone else to come out of the building. He was sure to stay out of Astrid's...firing range though. While doing that the npc talked about some Granny Baker. The lizardman shook his head slightly, it seemed the small npc had some child-like mentality as well.

"Well to us it is. This is what our creators build. What our friends fight for. What our people aspire to be! You can't say we shouldn't take pride in our origins, and family." Quinn replied as he leaned over the edge of the balcony that they were on. He hummed a tune to himself quietly but otherwise stayed silent. He just simply lacked for anything of real depth to say on the matter. He wasn't a big officer, he wasn't the Emperor's guard. He was just Quinn a soldier in the grand scheme of things. To say otherwise was just a simple betrayal of his actual station. This Greater Being among them didn't look like he was so great. He just was so sour. If he disliked their way of talking that was his problem at the end of the day. This was their home after all.

Kharne shook his head. " It's not the pride that bugs me. It's the fact that your creators made you TOO prideful for being apart of the empire. Claudius is a prime example of that." He said, trying to elaborate on his annoyance. He doesn't hate or get annoyed indiscriminately, something has to push a button and the amount of pride the npc's in this guild had was that particular pusher. Although it was hard to state his grievances, finding the words was so not his strong suit.

"So when do you think your new emperor will get off his butt and do something? It looks to be a whole new world but splitting up into individuals would be stupid at this point." He questioned while eying the area outside of the town. He wanted to explore but he wasn't so stupid as to think he was an indestructible tank. No point wasting resources and potentially dying.

"Well between having to much pride, and having no pride I rather have too much personally. People with no drive don't try to contribute to the overall grand scheme of things. And not all of us have too much pride. Miss Yuna doesn't have much in the way of pride outside of her duty as a knight. Severnus is pretty brutal, and tends to just stick to himself. I feel like a lot of the greater ones held Basilieus Doux in great regard. He had a great hand in forming the policies of the early empire. He was loud, proud, and rough but a great man. He's the kind of guy I can only dream of growing up to half way match. I'd be lucky if I got near Severnus. I'm just good at the stabby parts." Quinn further explained to the greater being who seemed to continuously find fault in how strong they were mentally. If was a bit grating to Quinn but he dealt with it. But when he brought up the new Basilieus, Grey, he wondered if he was as disrespectful as he appeared to be. "His new imperial highness? Lord Grey was never much of a leader. He was always just giving out the orders given to him. But he's strong. And between him, and General Claudius they're bound to find something out...if you wanted a say in the matter then you shouldn't have left where the actions were happening. An empire is only as quick as its beautracratic system allows it to be...or at least that's what Grand Patriach Hardin told me...heheh..." commented Quinn as he rubbed the back of his head with a silly smile.

Far away from any sort of castle or town, in the middle of verdant mountains, filled with animal and vegetal life and seemingly no other intelligent life form, ventured a man. Dressed with a large white cloak, with a hood on, covering some of his face, holding a large staff onto his hand and followed by some small animals. Venturing through the wilds, that’s how he started this game and that’s how he wanted to end it.

Vincent, the player behind the screen, did receive a message that the guild would have a great party to end it all in great style, but he didn’t want to spend his time into the castle, all he wanted was to see the nature, something he wouldn’t be able to do so after the game was over. There could be other games, but YGGDRASIL was by far the most realistic experience he’s had. He could walk around the wilds, play with animals, he even made friends in the Empire of Order, even if he ditched on them way too much, disappearing for many months and only communicating through magic to make sure he would have his spot in the guild assured.
FloweryBastard, or how some got to call him, the Wandering Druid, continued walking and walking, until the final countdown would finally arrive, and so he would say the numbers outloud as they showed onto the screen. “10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2…1…Goodbye YGGDRASIL.” He closed his eyes as the 0 showed up onto the screen, he knew what came next, he would open his eyes, get the game gear off and go back to his miserable little life.

Or would he?

Upon opening his eyes, the male looked around, the numbers were gone, so were the screens and even the logout button. He felt more freedom than ever, in his movements, in his speech, upon trying to speak, a different voice other than his own even came from his mouth! He looked around a bit startled and immediately began searching for the logout button which wasn’t there anymore. “What the fuck!?” He asked himself. “How am I supposed to leave… ? Or am I not supposed to…?

Took him some time to sit down, ponder, think and accept, Vincent was trapped into that world. Which was not very good considering he had a very serious illness and lived all by himself. He clearly did not wish to die, but he needed to be rational and accept things as they were. He was stuck into that odd world, and it seemed he was stuck into his character’s body. If he was in a game world, he would probably need a name other than FloweryBastard, he wished to keep his character up so thought of something fitting. A name which reminded him of flowers, and little by little, he came up with it: Basilio Calathium.

Now Basilio needed to think, what was the next step? It came naturally to him, he should revisit his old guild and find his team mates. He had been Missing in Action for months, but they were used to it by now.

The druid wandered through the mountain in search of something to mount, soon he would find the perfect creature for it, a giant eagle. “Hm…let’s test something….Tame Beast!” Upon verbally saying the name of the spell, a green glow would shine bright and reach the eagle, which would immediately come down to him, waiting. “So the spells do work here. All right, good. Well, for now let’s get away from here.” Mounting onto the eagle, Basilio moved towards the beast and took flight away from there. The Destination? Grand Arce Bellum, of course…well, at least to the location he reminded it being. He wasn’t sure if this world wouldn’t be the same as the Yggdrasil’s map which he had walked through most of it, but if it was at least similar, he could for sure find his way in some time.

Took him a bit longer than he expected, he had to ask for plants and animals in the middle of the way, making many stops, but soon he would be able to find the castle. Thank God in the game that mountain was pretty close to Arce Bellum, otherwise he could have not found it. He would land in the village and go to the castle by foot.

The sight of a giant eagle landing in the middle of the village, did startle the people inside, and soon the guards would come, pointing their weapons at it. “Oh! Been a while since I’ve seen these guys!” Basilio laughed as he jumped off the animal, which would take flight soon. “O-oh! Lord FloweryBastard!? We all thought you were gone for good!” Basilio tilted his head to the side.

Wait wait wait, they can talk now? This is just too weird.” Vincent thought inside of his head, and Basilio would keep blinking, until the guards would say another thing that startled him “Lord Grey requires the presence of all the Supreme beings inside.” Basilio nodded his head and just smiled, laughing in the end. “Grey? Ol’ Grey ended up taking lead of the guild!? That’s hilarious! I always saw him as someone who followed orders. But very well, take me to him!” And so they did.

Basilio followed the guard into the castle and gosh it all looked the same, Basilio looked around excitedly, and even joyous, letting out soft chuckles out of nostalgia from the periods he would come back to the guild and meet up with everyone. Soon the Silver Guards would take him to Grey’s door, knocking onto the door. “Lord Grey, we have found Lord FloweryBastard in the village and brought him here. Should we let him in?

"And here I was thinking things were going to be ordinary around here...it figures the last men standing for a group of Roman styled warriors would be a flower gardener, a paladin, and a monk..." grumbled Grey with a hint of irony as he stood up, and walked towards the door down the hallway. As he stood in the hall he looked over the druid in front of him, and he wondered if there were more left of the guild. Was it only them? Was it that these people in front of them existed all over the world? It was a certain possibility. "It would seem that we have found ourselves another strong ally. I assume the reason that you're here is to re-join with us here in the citadel? Before you ask no I don't know what is going on. Only thing that I understand is somehow the servants have succeeded in booting me up the corporate latter, and into that pale throne up there." commented Grey preemptively striking down any comments about what was going on. "I don't suppose you know anything do you Basilio?" questioned Grey politely.

"Hey! These flowers were responsible for saving many lives around here, okay?" And followed by that, Basilio would deliver one of his usual light hearted chuckles, followed by a large smile. "Stern as always, I see, it's nice to see you again, Grey. And...wait a second, you mean it's only four of us for now? It's worse than I thought huh."He laid a hand onto his chin to think a little, he had already confirmed he was not the only player in that world, seemingly other members from his guild made it as well, which was good, his assumption was correct. But now, many other doubts surrounded his mind.

Before he could ask anything, Grey would already state what was already imaginable, that he also did not know what the heck had just happened. Basilio would just nod his head. "Well, I never really left the guild, I just took a different path I suppose and thanks to that, I have kind of an idea of this world's geography, so I think I might be useful." Basilio smiled brightly at his new leader in triumph. "If I know anything? Well, you probably have noticed this, but all that I could grasp is that the spells we learned in YGGDRASIL do work in here, I made use of Tame Beast to ride an eagle in my way here and I talked to plants with my Druidic skill, so, it's safe to assume, this world is a mirror image of our previous reality. But again, you probably guessed that. So it's my turn to put up a question: Since we're here, what should we do?"

She had jumped up to follow Grey when another familiar face arrived. She was more than happy to have another ally but also an old friend return to the scene. Grey and Basilio immediately started chatting without really acknowledging her at all. She supposed Grey was the Emporer now and most people would want to seek him out first. Still, she was very happy. She was also getting annoyed at being a wallflower, which often happened when men would talk. She skipped toward Basilio once and jumped to land on his back. She knew she was much faster than almost everyone in the guild, even the lightfooted druid would surely be caught. "Glad you could make it! You're just in time for a council meeting with Claudius. He's just as loud and proud as you might imagine. Hehe."

Nanami felt a bit more responsible for Basilio in a way since she had been the one to reach out to him to join the guild. They were the same level now but to her he was still her junior.

Shiba had set himself up in the village nearby watching the countdown from his screen and he was ready to say goodbye to one of the best games he has ever played. He had to admit he would miss playing this character, being able to walk through walls was insanely useful and fun to use. He had been drinking in a nearby tavern drinking to his heart's content making sure to use his cloak to pick up the glass otherwise he would freak out the NPCs with his ghastly form. He had just hit his 10th drink and was hammered though thankfully he could just log out without the hangover which was awesome. He then looked at the clock on the menu and sighed as he lifted his glass up high "Oh Yggdrasil I will miss you. Reality shall hit me in a matter of moments, 3...2...1" He said with a sigh as he closed his eyes and expected to be back at his desk facing his laptop.

When he opened his eyes again he looked around and saw that he was still in the tavern. He was at first confused and he saw that he was still in his cloak and in a tavern of fearful NPCs though now they were more suspicious then frightened though that could be because he had his ghastly face hidden under his hood. He tried to open the menu and each time he tried nothing happened and he couldn't even talk a GM or if their even was one anymore there was supposed to be a system shut down. Well, he had an inkling of what has happened to him so he decided to try something that was only available to his character and this game. He swore if he just got hurt he would be so pissed. He finished the last of his drink and tried walking through the wall and to his surprise he did it. He then laughed loudly "I'll be damned. This will be fun, though now I am pissed I lost my good looks in favor of wraith" he said with a loud sigh.

Shiba was no more and now all that was left was shadow blade a spy and an assassin. He soon watched as the silver guards from the guild came over and informed him that he needed to return. He gave a simple nod thinking that if the other guild members were still here then it only made sense for all the players to get together and figure out what happened and what they will do next. He got to walking knowing it wouldn't take long for him to arrive and go to the meeting room.

"Healing potions are all well and good but only if you're actually slow enough to take a hit." Grey jested as he looked over to Nanami before returning his gaze to Basilio. "I see...and I'm surprised you didn't bring up the fact that the npc's do indeed have sentience. It would appear if we aren't in Yggdrasil itself somehow then we are somehow we brought over elements from it when we started this new 'game' so to speak." commented Grey as he raised his arms up. "Holy aura!" Grey said loudly as he felt a protective barrier form around him. Some mages could provide a similar spell but on Paladins, and monks it was definitely more effective. The golden protective barrier that shimmered around him faded as he bid it to mentally to do so. "Indeed it would seem skills do work...though I'll have to study this a bit more. Find out how certain spells effect us. We need to be careful. Nanami, and I were about to see Claudius at the war room if you wanted to come with us you may. Claudius may find it strange to have a druid come to a war meeting but he won't judge you. Unlike my sister you're on better terms with the Imperri than she was when she left." commented Grey as he prepared to leave but Yuna walked up to him and told him one of Severnus's spies had found that shadow rogue in a nearby town. "Oh it seems there's more...I guess we're not as unique as we thought...All the same if you remember him he was that strange fool who talked big about justice, or whatever. He ended up with agreeing to join...under an NPC's command which was silly in its own right. I suppose it works out now...I'll let Severnus deal with him. Yuna go, and have the guards either guide him to Quinn, and that stranger, and or have him brought to us. He's really of no use to me but I'm sure we will find some place for him." grumbled Grey as Yuna frowned, "Master Grey that's really mean! You should be nicer especially to other Greater Beings." Yuna admonished him as Grey turned to face her. "I am Basilieus. I do as I please." Grey told her as Yuna looked down, and bowed before going off.

"Ah of course, I had forgotten I'm dealing with AN UNTOUCHABLE HEAVENLY SUPER WARRIOR. And for the NPCs...I thought I didn't really need to state the obvious, you're surrounded by them." Basilio responded to Grey's joke, laughing softly in the end. After that he would listen to his speech nodding his head and as he was about to say something else, he felt someone jumping onto his back. Upon hearing such a familiar voice to him, Basilio looked over at Nanami, then back at Grey. "Oy, Leader. It seems I have found some sort of lost child. Should I bring her back to the parents?" And laughed it out afterwards. "Just kidding. It's great to see you, Nanami." He held up a bright smile and despite him already being surprised by her jump, he would keep her on his back until she decided to fall, just slightly raising his hand to pat the Monk's shoulder since he couldn't ruffle her hair with that Monk hat. Unlike the Monk, he had little to no regard to who came first and whatnot, but he really did enjoy her presence, she was one of the first friends he made in the guild after all. "Council meeting huh? Seems like the kind of thing I've been avoiding during my entire time in the guild....LET'S DO IT!"

He then heard the NPC Yuna talking to Grey and once he heard the "I'm the Basileus" speech, he couldn't hold himself and held up his hand and delivered a joke which probably was a great mistake and insult to his authority, but Basilio was known for not respecting authority in the guild for ages, so there weren't any news here. "No, you got it wrong, I'm Basilio, not you." And once more began laughing. "Okay okay, but serious talk now. If there are more people like us, I believe it would be valid to join forces with them, after all, we're all into this mess. I'll talk more about it in this meeting. Anyways, shall we go?" Basilio asked with a warm smile directed at both Grey and afterwards at Nanami.

"I CAN still throw you into the dungeon, and have you neutered Basilio." Grey threatened the druid when he came up with that stupid joke. "That can hopefully come later though. Claudius is awaiting us." Grey said as he led the way through the massive halls of Arce Bellum. He saw lines of guards doing their things. A few Frumentarri discussing plans, and awaiting orders from Severnus. Even a few of the clergy blessing some of the soldiers with prayers. It would seem Arce Bellum was a living breathing embodiment of the hard work they had put into making it as grand as it was. Thousands, and thousands of gold pieces, and real life money was stacked into this place. Its walls hard, and its men strong this castle was more than ready to hold its weight. Some of the younger soldiers, and even a few of the older ones gawked, and saluted them on the way to the meeting hall. It would seem the word of his ascension had come. It was one thing to be hailed as a good leader in the past but as a leader of all of them? That was certainly new. As they arrived a few levels down in the middle of Arce Bellum they came into a large round room with a large table in the middle. Dolton, and Claudius were there. Severnus stood in the corner.

"ANOTHER GREAT BEING! AND ONE OF OUR OWN!? GLORIOUS! MORE PEOPLE COME TO LEAD US! MY LORDS, AND MY LIEGE I HAVE HAD SEVERNUS DO HIS JOB! AS USUAL HE DOESN'T DISAPPOINT WE HAVE HAD A CHANCE TO SCOUT THE IMMEDIATE AREA USING MAGIC! WE DON'T KNOW THE FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE WORLD JUST YET BUT GIVE US A WEEK AND WE WILL HAVE MOST OF IT FOR YOU!" Claudius roared as Dolton growled in annoyance. He walked forward, and pointed towards the map on the table. "Lords we have found out that off in the distance some dozen, or so miles away there is a small village. It has been under siege from a group of knights. It appears they are enemies of the people who own the city. We know little else. Investigation is needed, and our spies are still out in the field. Communication magic only gets us so far. We have also a relatively good idea on where their camp is at." Dolton explained as he pointed towards a few spots on the map which displayed points in the distance marked by military chess pieces. "WE MUST UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION! BUT ACTION IS NECESSARY! QUICK, BRUTAL, AND MERCILESS WE MUST DEAL WITH AT LEAST ONE OF THE POSSIBLE THREATS TO OUR SECURITY!" Claudius said as Severnus spoke up, "If I may interject...kill the Knights. The village people likely hold no threat to our own. We can suppress them if need be." commented Severnus as Grey put his hands on the table, and looked at the options in front of them. "I would hear the words of my fellow creators first." Grey told the group assembled.

Shadow blade had walked with the guards and he considered that maybe their talking was a new feature it was certainly odd that they told him to get to the castle in the first place but he thought it was just a natural response. He then asked one of the guards plainly "How are you feeling?" he was then surprised when he got an actual answer. He thought they were limited to just NPC responses but they could fully talk. He was surprised and since he worked under an NPC most of the time he wondered how Severnus would act now that he was fully alive. He knew his history from his color text and thought he would be a real hardass or insanely ruthless but Shadow blade wouldn't compromise his ideals for him even if he worked under him. Would he kill a knight if asked sure but he would never kill women or children that was where he drew the line.

He was able to make it just in time to hear the loud yelling from Claudius about how they knew very little about the outside world. Shadow blade took a page from Severnus and stood in a corner somewhere in the room as he listened to the game plan. Soon he heard from Severnus to just kill the knights and if need be suppress the village which was simplicity and would be easy to execute at least if under the right conditions Shadow blade could even do it himself with his assassination techniques but that all depends on just how strong the knights are, tanks are always a problem for someone like him but he wasn't sure if they played out like players or bandits with better armor. When given the opportunity to speak he raised his hand and then said "I vote to cut off the head of the snake, find the leader of the knights and kill him. Without leadership, the knights will be easy to pick off" he said unsure if he counted as a lord or not considering he was under an NPC but he was still a player. A player that was stronger than most NPCs that would even show up on the map. Only an exceptional warrior could really give Shadow blade trouble but that was why he joined a guild that was filled to the brim with warriors to make up for his own shortcomings.

Nanami made a face at Basilio calling her a child but laughed anyway. He always made jokes and got her laughing. It was refreshing among all the glory and pride of Arce Bellum. Grey seemed none too pleased about the relaxed atmosphere in front of Yuna though. He's trying too hard, I'm sure they understand that people aren't one dimensional. Even Greater Beings can have fun. She sighed and was content to ride along on Basilio's back until they reached the war room. She quickly hopped off to avoid giving Claudius a fit. She straightened out her robes and smiled as she entered. Time to be a proper lady!

As Dolton gave a run down of the village in distress Nanami couldn't help but feel disturbed. "So that sort of thing happens here. I guess I should have expected as much." she whispered to herself. It was heartbreaking to say the least. These foreign knights were just slaughtering people? "We have to help them, that much I'm certain of. A village that small likely doesn't have any military presence. Those people don't stand a chance against organized troops. I can fly there in no time."

"Ah don't be such a tryhard!"Basilio chuckled to Grey's empty threat and then made his way along with the others. He watched the guild's castle in pure and simple awe, the NPCs, more alive than ever bowed to them in their way, he could feel the breeze against his face, the smell of smoke coming from torches. All a great mix of sensations along with the many memories of the times all of them spent together, while he was the one who spent the least time within those walls, he too had contributed to the creation of that place, mostly the gardens, even if he wasn't really sure they were still around, but he really did work hard on them. Upon arriving to the room of the meeting, he watched as Nanami jumped off. Time to be serious came, he supposed.

However he couldn't really take it seriously with Claudius yelling like a goddamn dragon with a thorn under its paw. He did his best to contain his laughter. It became easier when Dolton began speaking though.

Basilio listened carefully to the informations that was given to him. What was clear was, there were people in danger and they needed to act to save them. However, there was one thing bothering and as soon he was given the word to speak, he did it at bluntly as possible. "Killing them off is the simplest solution buuut...It's also the most stupid one and here's why: If they are actual knights, and I mean, full fledged knights. They must be under someone's orders, orders of a ruler. We don't know much about the world around us, so we don't know how powerful they are. Meaning: We'd be underestimating the enemy. I agree with Dolton, we must see what's going on and who they are, possibly capture their leader and interrogate them, and if I may suggest something else, we must show up during one of their attacks and make as much noise as possible. I mean, we should expand our popularity, no? Who knows, we may get new allies or just a new area of influence." He asked with a warm smile directed towards everyone. "Of course, our priority should be saving the citizens. So there will be conflict, and you all do your thing. HOWEVER, their leader must be sparred and be interrogated by whoever finds them first."

She agreed with Basilio. She new rushing into a fight with an organized military force could have consequences later but something had to be done and interrogating their leader was also important. A chance to learn more about the world from someone in a position of some influence could be invaluable. "Fine, I'll head to the village and wait for them to arrive. Then I'll stop them and capture their leader. I'll make sure not to implicate the Empire until it works in our favour. How's that?" Both Grey and Basilio knew her well enough to know she would go whether she was ordered to or not. When the opportunity to do good arose she did it without question. It was just her way.

"And it seems we have another member of the order with us. Welcome. You're free to assist us if you wish." commented Grey off handedly as Shadow Blade entered the room. He was of no interest to Grey at the moment. He was just another face growing in the increasing amount of people who played the game still being here. More over in context he now worked for an NPC, who worked for him. He was literally on another rung of the food chain below Grey at this point in time. He'd solve that at another time. "The kings, and queens of foreign kingdoms are beneath us. Trash begets trash. I could send a contingent into any country in the world, and rot its court in the matter of a week to a month. Nobles are treasonous, disgusting creatures." Severnus mouthed as he frowned in disgust at the thought of enemy rulers. "OUR ARMY OF VALOR LIKELY KNOWS NO EQUAL, WE SHALL DO AS WE PLEASE! MORE OVER THEY PROBABLY DON'T KNOW OF OUR EXISTENCE. TO THE PEOPLE WE ARE BUT A TRAVELLING GROUP OF MERCENARIES, OR VIGILANTES! SEEK GLORY! NOT FAILURE!" Claudius said as he argued in favor of Severnus, and Shadow Blade. "I see what you mean all of you. Nanami will go to the village with Dolton; Shadow Blade, and Severnus can take a contingent of spies to the outpost of knights, and try to ring information out of them there. The other greater beings can assist Nanami in doing as she will. As Emperor I will stay back until needed I do not fear for my life but going out in great numbers will only seek to show off our power. Let's keep an ace up our sleeve." commented Grey as he looked at the table.

"Can the clerics perform a mass teleportation spell?" asked Grey as Dolton nodded. "I will bring the law my liege. Our clerics shall perform a teleportation spell to wherever you wish us to go...within a reasonable distance." Dolton added on as Severnus spoke up, "What of the civilians? What shall we call ourselves?" questioned Severnus as Grey thought up an answer quickly, "The Band of The Bear. A suitable enough mercenary group under the name of a man called Howard Redfield. A false name begets the need to make sure the Imperri doesn't draw flak until we reveal ourselves...if we even need to." Grey said as Claudius nodded. "It is as you please my king." Claudius said simply as he looked over to a group of messengers telling them to go round up the other greater beings to tell them the plan, and to bring them to the meeting room. If they refused to do so then they were free to leave Arce Bellum by the end of the day.
