Appearance: Ichi is a short young man with a pale complexion and extremely expressive face; His black hair is fairly short and messy, going well with his big, blue eyes. He has a bit of a slouch to him when he walks, mostly due to being in front of a computer for too long.

Ichi has a preference for simplistic clothing; Plain shirts or sweaters, and jeans. He's the definition of average, though he does have one notable accessory: A jester mask, strange and mysterious, is what he dawns as his Internet persona, ₭Ɇ₣₭₳. He tends to keep it put away in his everyday life, though he has worn it a number of times. He also has a full costume to go with it, though he's only used it in brief pictures and short video clips he has dropped onto the net.

Bio: Ichi Ikutsuki is a mute; unable to speak, having to convey his thoughts to others through different means while also dealing with having a short attention span among other things due to ADHD. Being a very sensitive person, Ichi's household strained him as he was constantly yelled at and scolded for getting distracted, despite having a difficult time helping it due to it being out of his control.

While Ichi was a smart boy who loved to read and study, his inability to focus often led to bad grades, gaining him an even worse relationship with his family. Most kids at school considered him weird and annoying, often shoving him to the side and ignoring him, leaving him to his own devices like he was some sort of 'special' kid. He tried to get involved, he truly did; Being energetic and happy never ended well, though. He either messed up the chances he had by making basic mistakes that people took too seriously, or was never given a chance at all.

Throughout his life Ichi had one study he tended to focus on more than anything else; Computers. He was a savant with them, and preferred the wall the Internet put between him and other people, and he was able to be someone else: To express himself freely without people treating him as poorly. Ichi, in a craving for attention, used his talents to initiate site-wide attacks under the alias of ₭Ɇ₣₭₳: A confident, careful-thinking persona that had all the traits people shunned him for not having.

Or at least ₭Ɇ₣₭₳ had these traits at face-value. Ichi was still impulsive, leading ₭Ɇ₣₭₳ to be quite an unpredictable character, and a menace that most people would like to see get locked away. He has built up an internet fanbase, however, and even has his own deep web fan forum for people who want him to hack specific places, or people.

While he does get pointed towards people who deserve it at times, people are petty: Ichi has harmed innocent people with his hacking, but is blinded by the attention-seeking attitude he has developed in his life. He's made real enemies, but considers himself above them; Not worrying about the consequences.

Ichi spends most of his time sitting in the shadows, on his laptop. Wondering what stunt he can pull next to both garner attention from the public, and piss off those who stand against him.
