@Flamelord Accepted!
@Anomaly758 While (as I've said) I'm not opposed to increasing your numbers, those are a lot compared to the other players. On the other hand, I have to wonder at the utility of mentioning specific numbers in general. It might be more relevant/useful to note if you have more, less, or the same number of ships/crew as you would under standard conditions. That option seems to be more in-keeping with the bonus/malus philosophy. But then, it's helpful to gauge relative sizes of player ships and crew. Even then, you run into inconsistencies because we're all pulling from different franchies, all of which independently define "reasonable", which is yet another argument that precise numbers are useless.
This is rapidly turning into a larger philosophical debate about game design.
Anyway, looking at comparable other players' ship numbers:
Other capital ships:Thecrash20's carrier: ----- ----- ----- 4500 crew, 2km long, unlisted fighters
ClocktowerEchos' freighter/transport: 4951 crew, 1.1km, 12 starfighters
Retro's ship: ----- ----- ----- ----- ----- 50 crew, 1km long
DocTachyon's cruiser: ----- ----- ----- 1000 crew, 1.2km, 24 fighters
Lmpkio's Star Destroyer: ----- ----- ----- 5,467 crew, 1.1km, ~130 fighters depending on how you count them
Sophrus' Industrial ship: ----- ----- ----- 10000 crew, ~2km, 13 escort ships
eemmtt's cruiser: ----- ----- ----- ----- 7000 crew, 1km, unspecified fighters
Anubis' Mothership: ----- ----- ----- ----- 1500 crew, ~2km, ~100 fightersYou should be able to see my concern.
