I'm still salty that that game fizzled out after like two weeks. Also, I'm still bowled over by the fact that everyone wanted to do, like, street-level Doctor Strange or bring in SHIELD Agents and shit instead of going for Daredevil or Punisher or any character that would actually make sense.

Ultimate One Universe: Year One Application

Character You're Applying For:
Wild Dog

Powers And Abilities:
Expert Marksmen: Wild dog was trained in the military and even before joining the army his father trained in the art of using firearms. He is accurate enough with a gun to spot in the dark of night and his accuracy with automatic weapons is incredible.

Master Boxer: Jack has been training in the art of boxing since he was ten years old and has gotten into street fights since he was a freshman in high school.

Athleticism: Jack's history in football from youth to college level as well as his time in the army has gifted him with a great athletic body. He can run a 40-yard dash in 4.5 seconds and can perform 30 reps with 225 pounds weights. He also is trained in rock climbing and parkour to help move quickly through urban landscapes.

Weapons:
1x JATI Sub-Machine Gun

Origin And Backstory:
Jack Wheeler was born in a working class neighborhood in south side of Chicago Illinois and from as early as seven years old he found himself to be gifted with athleticism. He was faster than most kids his age and he won lots of fights he got into thanks to growing up in the rougher parts of the city. His dreams were to become a professional football star and get out of the crime infested world of Chicago. In Chicago shootings and murder were regular thing despite local politicians claiming to be fixing the problem. It was always the same tired old lie of saying that another piece of legislation would fix the city's woes and make it great. This was a city that had been synonymous with murder and crime since the early beginnings of prohibition. Jack remembered his dad always always growling at the newspapers and the TV when local news came on. It was then that his dad gave him one of his most important life lesson, never wait for so called leaders to solve your problems, just go and solve them yourself and to hell with bureaucracy.

When he got into high school Jack quickly tried out for the football team and his athletic talents got on the team instantly. Things went great at first, but the later part of his high school years were marked by violent altercations he had with scumbags at the school. His school had lots of troubled students and fights were common. One time he had knocked out several teeth from a punk who had goaded him. These incidents almost got him kicked off of the team, but he managed to survive high school and got a scholarship for one of the nation's leading football programs.

While in collage he met his soon to be wife Jennifer and life seemed to be going up for him. Unfortunately for Jack, his college football career would ruined when he attended a party and one of the guest in a drunken rage pulled a gun threatening to shoot a student who had taken his girlfriend. Jack had acted quickly and tackled the man, but in the process he unintentionally fractured the student's skull and had killed him. To make things worse the student's dad was super a politician and wanted to get his son justice. He couldn't put Jack in jail, but he got him thrown out of college and destroyed his dreams of becoming an NFL star. In his grief Jack joined the marines and saw a good deal of action. Once he was back home he found that Jennifer had moved to Chicago and hoped to continue their relationship. Jack asked her to marry him and she agreed.

After getting married they had a daughter and life seemed to feel good again. That's when the worst moment of his life happened. While on their way home from going to see a movie for his daughter's fourth birthday a gang mass shooting happened and all three of them were shot. Four bullets hit Jack and miraculously were not fatal, but the ones that hit his wife and daughter were. It was called one of the worst shootings in the city's history. In his despair Jack decided to take his revenge out on the scum of the city and the bureaucrats that helped create the problems. Jack crafted a costume and name for himself to get his revenge. His name was now Wild Dog and he was going clean the filthy streets of Chicago one bullet at a time.

What Makes This Character 'Ultimate'?:
This Wild Dog not only lost his wife, but also a daughter. His wife had no ties to the criminal underworld and thus made her murder all the more meaningless. This Wild Dog will not only go after organized crime and low-level thugs, but he'll also try to beat down corrupt politicians. This incarnation of Jack is a gun-wielding objectivist libertarian modeled out of the likes of classic The Question and Mr. A comics. Wild Dog in this world is not only on a quest for revenge but also a mission to purge society of scum.

Supporting Characters:
None yet

Character Picture:

Sample Post:
Jack gripped the handle of his gun firmly and gazed through the eye holes of his white mask as he surveyed the streets below him. His targets should be coming soon and he didn't want to miss out on a chance to really give organized crime something to think about the next time planned to bring in shipments of illegal drugs.

He waited for a little while longer and then he saw a truck come down the road and turn down a side street that was empty of people and vehicles. Unfortunately for them the street was right next to Jack's hiding spot and he watched with intensity as the truck came to a halt by large metal door. It was show time and he got his gun ready for what was coming next.

Jack stepped onto the building ledge and then open fired upon the thugs below. His hate filled eyes watched as the scumbags were hit by a hailstorm of bullets. After he went through one round of ammo he reloaded and grabbed his grappling hook. Jack tossed the roped hook onto the building ladder across the street and jumped down from the roof swinging towards the pavement below.

He landed with a light thud and released the rope. He then grabbed his second sub-machine gun and with both guns unleashed hell with a storm of bullets.

"Trust me when I say that hell will be far worse than this!" he shouted over the sound of the gunfire from his weapons. When he finished the rounds in both of his guns he looked at the scene and found there dead bodies of the drug dealers. Jack felt a certain satisfaction at the sight before him and he holstered his guns. As he turned to leave the scene he heard quick footsteps and a grunt as a thug came at him from behind with a crowbar.

Jack spun around and with a quick movement, he grabbed the crowbar and wrenched the weapon from the man's hand. He then pulled back his fist and right hooked him in the face. His blow broke several of the scumbag's teeth and Jack heard the sweet sound of his jaw breaking. The criminal fell hard on his back as he hit the ground and Jack shook his head.

"They always wait until I put my guns away. I guess they think I can't fight without them. I love dishing out a good beating with my fists" he said to himself. Climbed up the rope and retrieved the grappling hook after he got on the rooftop and hurried away from the scene as he heard police sirens in the distance. Jack wondered if these cops would be honest ones or crooked ones bought and paid for by the scum who infested city hall with their bureaucratic filth.

Actually to be fair, now I think about it last year when I was in NYC chip and pin was a thing, whereas upstate NY it's still magnetic stripe. TO be fair, we're all behind Australia who's had contactless payment for years.

Now here's a question, how does Batman pay for his wares @Master Bruce? If he's buying his morning coffee does he just buy the coffee place? Or does he just tip really big?

how does my cs look?

After looking at it, I have a question: Why do we need Wild Dog. He's a Punisher knock-off in a game that already has the Punisher. And Objectivist vigilante is about to be filled as well because we have a Question incoming. Your take isn't that much different from the comics. So, besides maybe seeing him in Arrow and liking his look, why do you want to play this character and what kind of stories are you going to write?

I'd like to think that Bruce Wayne has no idea how to spend small. He just kinda goes through life like he's landing on spaces on a Monopoly board. "The food here sure is good, I'll take it!"

Bruce Wayne gives Dick Grayson a hundred dollar bill every day for "lunch money." Alfred doesn't have the heart to tell him...
