@SepI'm gonna be honest here: I just can't think of a setup for a post that's actually long enough to bother with posting. Rather than sit here and flounder about while I keep insisting I'm gonna post, I'm just going to withdraw from this. I hope you understand that this has nothing to do with you or anyone else, just my own inability to figure things out.

The thing with Open World Scenarios are that the plot unfolds as players push on, probe avenues and interact with the world. A lot of this involves players telling their own stories to get the ball rolling, if this is how you feel then feel free to Withdraw. If you want help working a setup, then you just need to ask.
@SepI normally don't have this much trouble. I just can't seem to nail anything down that I'm satisfied with this time around.
Understandable. You're always welcome to come back should the muse strike you, I always find that Roleplays are very whim based and sometimes it doesn't stick around so I get it. This does seem like a slow burner, and that sometimes can have an impact as well. Wish you all the best pal.
Here he is at long last. That took more time than I gave it credit for.
Species: Wookie
Age: 60 Years old
Description: Gharbooka stands at 8 foot and weighs upwards of 400 plbs. His eye color is a deep chestnut brown. Gharbooka's fur is heavily differentiated from his kind, unlike the often time long and bushy hair Wookies have, his is shortened quite drastically. This is not by choice but rather an infliction he was born with. Some would say he is part human due to his hairless face. Due this his shortened fur, Gharbooka wears a set of light armor, it is mixed between a stretchable fabric and toughened leather. His neck, shoulders and chest are protected by a bandoleer, shoulder pads and a collar which are all made from a durable metal. Around his waste he wears a utility belt in which he conceals his light saber in. His pants are formed of the same light stretchy material with hardened leather pads over his knee's. He does not wear boots or foot coverings of any kind. His appearance is heavily reminiscent to a bounty hunter or a mercenary as apposed to a Jedi.
Force Sensitive: Yes
Type: Double bladed
Blade color: Silver
Total Length: 53 inches
Detachable: No
Skills:
Survivalist: Gharbooka like all Wookies preformed the hrrtayyk ceremony. A ceremony where when a Wookie comes of age learns to survive in the Shadowlands of Kashyyyk. Spending much time within these lands he learned to survive in a hostile environment with nothing but the plants and animals around him. Any environment is reminiscent of this concept, so he treats all environments like this, he learns them, breaths them, and finds a way to survive in them.
Jedi Training: Like all Jedi Gharbooka undertook the strenuous training and trials of becoming a Jedi. Being a wookie who faced the dangers of the Shadowlands, these trials served to hone and sharpen his skills that he learned on Kashyyyk. With his years of training both in the force and with a light saber combined with the strength of his species, he is a deadly adversary in close ranged combat.
Blasters: Gharbooka is trained with blasters, during the Clonewars it was vital, at least to him to be able to use a form of weapon aside from close ranged weapons. Given his proclivity with a Bowcaster, it was not a complicated leap forward to learn and utilize other blaster type weapons.
Basic Jedi powers: Including force push / pull, Force speed etc.
Telepathy: This is Gharbooka's main form of communication as not everyone speaks Shyriiwook, he will instead speak to you in your mind. It is not invasive or painful. He does not use this ability as much though now and days as he conceals the fact he is a Jedi.
Force Stasis: Best categorized as an ability that can freeze either a being or a projectile in place long enough for the user to move from harms way or even to stop someone from harming another without harming them.
Telekinesis: The ability to move objects or even people through the power of the force.
Mindtrick: Best categorized as a force ability which gives the user the ability to influence other sentient beings through the force.
Weaknesses:
Wookie: Facing reality for what it is, Gharbooka is a Wookie, one that travels solo and looks different from other wookies. He is noticeable to a high degree and is not a snap for him to just blend into the background. When your human you can disappear into a crowd, when your Gharbooka you constantly stand above it. This often forces him to find creative ways to get away when danger appears.
Jedi: Again facing reality Gharbooka is Jedi and that means he is a traitor, one of which survived order 66. This makes him weary constantly and forces him to go against using his force powers or even his light saber.
Conflicted: Gharbooka is conflicted from the events which befell the Jedi. Being a wookie, he is already predisposed to anger and it is a daily struggle to maintain his calm. Even than he still finds himself wanting revenge for what happened to his fellow Jedi. An living in the place he does, filled with criminals and other scum of the galaxy, it is ever more difficult to maintain who he is.
Wounded: Gharbooka was wounded during Order 66, he took a blaster shot to his shoulder, one of which never healed properly. Even now it pains him everyday and from time to time his arm will forcibly lock up and he will lose temporary use of it.
Solitude: Gharbooka can not go home to his planet and he has no temple in which he can find solace in, he is completely alone and can not trust anyone around him. This forces him to spend his time alone and isolated unless he is working on a job. Even as a Jedi he can not erase the bonds that he formed with his own kind and the Jedi in which he trained with.
Helping: Gharbooka wants to help, that is simple as it can be put. When he see's trouble he wants to resolve it, to bring peace to it. An in this atmosphere and knowing what he is, this mentality often brings him more trouble than its worth. He does not like to sit idly by and let others suffer needlessly and yet he knows if his true self were to emerge the Empire would descend on him instantly.
Motivation: Justice motivates him to his ends, even with everything destroyed the long-ward Wookie still believes that true justice will win in the end against terror. He does not believe even for a second that the Empire will get away with what they have done and he waits for the day where he will stand side by side with those that would bring peace back to the galaxy. To him this is worth the pain and the turmoil he will undoubted, continue to suffer through.
History: Not much is collectively known about Gharbooka when it comes to his time living on his home planet. There are tiffs here and there about his trials in the Shadowlands or his hunts for fearsome beasts within those lands but most of it is uninformative as the Wookie was never one to divulge his accomplishments so openly outside of his kin. He was still a fresh cub for all intensive purposes when he arrived at the Jedi Temple in Coruscant. He was strong in the force, something which was noticed by Grandmaster Yoda. But at the same time he was also proud and desired to prove himself like a lot of his kin did. Those first couple years at the temple were hard for him, tying to take everything he knew and had learned and turning it into something completely new and foreign to him.
Within the years to come Gharbooka would take to the Jedi's code and there ways, and with Grandmaster Yoda's subtle teachings he was able to let go of his wants and he would take his first steps towards becoming a true Jedi. The Wookie learned much from Yoda over the years, most of all he learned about the force and how it flowed through everything, connected everything. It was this connection, this sense of calm and unity that gave him the ability to find peace within himself and thus he would turn from an initiate into a Padawan. This in itself was an accomplishment for Gharbooka but at the same time it meant he would now begin his training with a new mentor. He had become accustomed to Grandmaster Yoda and felt slightly conflicted having grown an unknown bond. This caused trouble for him down the road, he did not take to his mentor as well as he might have liked. This coupled with his first real taste of what was going on with the galaxy almost brought him crashing down.
War, strife, anger, sadness, Gharbooka experienced it all as he traveled the galaxy with his mentor, there was so much suffering and his strong ties to the force only heightened this feeling. He could not understand war, he was still naive to the ways of the galaxy and its many sentients and factions and governments. A darkness would form in him deep down, an anger, a feeling that would not go unnoticed. His years as an initiate would soon be overshadowed by the hardships of being a Padawan, the death and the torturing and the suffering would eventually get to him and it seemed like he would fail to become a Jedi. But it was Yoda in the end who would help him to face the growing darkness within himself, to help him understand the ways of the galaxy and that not all things were as simple as Gharbooka made them out to be.
Taking the trials was perhaps the hardest thing Gharbooka ever did, especially when he faced his greatest adversary, himself. Facing the darkness he held within his own heart was the greatest challenge he had ever known. It was said that he faced this challenge for hours, no one really knows the true extent of it except for him, but when the trial was over, there was a calm to him, a peace that he had never before felt in himself. Gharbooka had finally overcome his anger, his sadness and the darkness faded from him and he would go on to become a Jedi Knight. It was during this time that the Clone wars would inexplicably heat up and Gharbooka was sent into fray. From his point of becoming a Jedi knight as his incursion into the clone wars, he fought in many battles ranging from many planets.
It was though, when Order 66 became reality, that everything changed all at once for Gharbooka. He was on a far off planet with a command of clones when it happened, when they turned on him which almost ended up being his end. But he survived, wounded yes, but he survived the onslaught of the clones and spent days being hunted as he tried to find a way off planet. After the fall of the Jedi, Gharbooka had no clear path anymore and he found himself drifting from place to place, trying to find some remnant of the Oder but always failing. The galaxy began to change after that, Jedi were traitors, to be hunted down and killed, thus all he could do is try to leave that path behind him and hide. It was not easy at first, learning that he now had many enemies and no one who would not turn on him.
He would eventually find his way to Maldra, a pretty much lawless world, a place where he was certain he could disappear, she his Jedi identity and form a new one. That is where he has been now and up until this point. Passing himself off as a mercenary for hire, a bounty hunter, whatever sticks best and keeps people from identifying who he really is. Waiting quietly for the time when an uprising occurs to overthrow the same government who destroyed his fellow Jedi and tried to destroy him.
Here he is at long last. That took more time than I gave it credit for.

Alright, so, let's, uh, discuss...this...woo-I can't even call it a Wookie, because that isn't a Wookie in the picture, that's a catman. Please, if you're going to play a Wookie, be a Wookie. The armor is unorthodox for the species but I won't not say it's OK. Then there's...can we just get some more detail on what exactly happened that he was in command of Clones? I mean, from what I can remember and what we saw in the show, the only Knight who had a clone command was Anakin, all the others were Masters.
Then I'm going to backtrack to Yoda and him as an initiate. Yoda was not the only master who trained Younglings and Initiates, even if he was Grandmaster, so only Yoda working with him while he's an Initiate just...doesn't add up. This last point is more curiosity than anything major, but if he's trained in the use of blasters and he's trying to hide, why doesn't he have a bowcaster or blaster rifle to help sell his disguise?
That's all I've got. @Sep and @Heat will be next in line.
