Personality: known as the saint of lovers, in his time St. Valentine was a man of faith. He was a Christian martyr but was infatuated with everything related to love. He wanted those in love to express it and be free with it, encouraging them to experiment and do all sorts of things. This still holds up today, although can be extreme in this as well. He has no judgement in terms of straight, gay or any other type of relationship, saying love knows no bounds. He however can get lost in shipping people with each other and sometimes may even force them to be together despite their wishes, claiming he is an expert on the subject. He is energetic, kind, very playful but also very perverted, this also is reflected in how he is materialized into the world, a young cute and handsome boy. He himself is pansexual and will feel love for anyone, but sometimes is conflicted whether he truly knows what love is and if he will ever find it himself.
He is a bit ignorant when it comes to certain matters and tries not to worry about anything. His laid-back posture sometimes causes trouble for himself and others, but at some times he can flip the switch and be dead serious. His title as Saint Valentine was held by multiple people and sometimes it is unknown who he exactly was. He sometimes goes by the name Valentinus but likes to be called Cupid, letting it believe he is truly a child of Venus who was sent to Earth to spread love. He was beheaded on February 14th for marrying a same-sex couple. His day was however remembered as a day to celebrate love and for his deeds was recorded into the hall of heroes.

- Love at First Sight EX: People who's eyes fall upon that of Cupid have a good chance of falling in love with him regardless of gender or sexual orientation. They will do Cupid's bidding to gain his affection, despite Cupid not wanting to misuse this skill and seeing it more as a curse.
- Heart of the Arrow B: When Cupid concentrates on the target intended to be hit the arrow will follow the passion of Cupid and will even change trajectory for it to hit the opponent.
- Wings of Venus C: An evasion technique utilized by Cupid where he calls upon Venus to bestow him with the power of flight for a short moment, this to quickly reach the place his heart wants him to be.

Golden Arrow of Desire- Rank: C
- Type: Anti-Unit
- Appearance: One of the arrows equipped in his arsenal is the golden arrow, shining brightly in the shape of a heart.
- Effects: Upon impact will blind the opponent with love and desire of that of Cupid's choosing. It will also reveal what their deepest desire is.
Lead Arrow of Aversion- Rank: C
- Type: Anti-Unit
- Appearance: One of the arrows equipped in his arsenal is the lead arrow, a dull-looking arrow in the shape of a heart.
- Effects: Upon impact it will fill the opponent with aversion for that of Cupid's choosing. It will also reveal what their biggest aversion is. Cupid can use this as an escape route as well when the fight gets too though.
Torch of Burning Passion- Rank: B
- Type: Anti-Army
- Appearance: A special arrow that Valentine holds in his quiver. It looks exactly like a torch but has to be infused with a lot of mana to activate the arrow, it being lit by the burning passion inside of Cupid's and his master's heart. They have to be in sync to use it and they cannot despair when doing so. When lit the tip takes the form of a flaming heart.
- Effects: Shortly after being fired the torch explodes and the flames are scattered across a wide space, the flames act as Greek Fire and cannot be put out by any regular means, being hit by a flame almost means certain death.
