Quirk Description: Sharkman does whatever a shark can. His mutation has left him looking relatively human. His most striking feature is his mouthful of pearly white, sharklike teeth. Say ah! These have tremendous bite force, though he doesn't use that on enemies much because that would be a little gross. They come out easily if he's punched, but they grow back quickly too. He also has gills on the sides of his neck that allow him to breathe underwater, though he has to keep swimming to make water move through them or else he'll suffocate.

Like a shark, Ryan has a keen sense of smell. In particular, he can smell blood from up to 3 blocks away, and differentiate between blood coming from individuals. The smell of blood in fact gets him high: While normally an affable and even gentle person, once he starts smelling blood he becomes overcome with the desire to spill more. Sometimes he gets a little carried away and accidentally nibbles on people he's fighting. Usually he can snap himself out of it once he's done fighting.

Sharks also have the best electreception of any animal. He can sense living things by the electrical fields they create. He can sense them out to 200 feet, though he has to be actually paying attention to spot it.
Finally, Ryan's strength is amplified. Right now, he's on part with an athletic human, but with training could improve himself to superhuman levels. This also makes him an extremely good swimmer.

Inventory & Possessions:

Villain Costume: Ryan is a huge weeb so he based it off of anime. He has this big black jacket with a high collar. It's not just there to make him look like an edgelord: It's actually got pockets he puts metal plates in. That high collar is a neck protector. His jeans also are similarly armored. Underneath that, he wears a protective vest. His bandana conceals a metal face mask which distorts his voice, and he can soak it in a small bottle of vinegar he keeps to protect himself from tear gas and other inhalants. Finally, he keeps a pair of goggles on hand, though he doesn't wear them very often. They're UV protected, so make it so flashbangs don't affect him. They also stop him from getting blood in his eyes.

First Aid Kit: A small first aid kit. Usually keeps it on his bike. Contains a roll of bandages, stitches, antiseptic, painkillers, and some styptic gel.

Pantera: Ryan's bike. He had the engine modified to produce far higher horsepower than normal, and it is capable of towing a truck behind it.

Scissors: A giant pair of scissors that Ryan bought off of Etsy. They are made from titanium. Each blade weighs 3 pounds, with the entire apparatus weighing 6 pounds. The right blade extends from a chain, which itself extends from a gauntlet he wears on a right hand. He can wield them in two "forms." The first is Scissors form. This is when the blades are attached like in an intact pair of scissors. The left blade has edges on both sides, so he can still cut someone with it even when he as them closed, using it similar to a claymore. If he gets something in them and closes the handles, he can generate massive cutting power, easily capable of bisecting a person. Getting a moving target in between them is unwieldy, but if he can, it's an extremely dangerous attack.

The second form is Pair form. He splits the two blades, holding one in each hand. This mode is faster than Scissors form, and he has the benefit of a blade in each hand.

The chain can extend up to 25 feet. The gauntlet has a mechanism for reeling it back in, though he does need to have it wound up for that and it can't pull a person in or anything. The right blade has a hook-like protrusion on the blunt side, and Ryan is quite adept at throwing it so that it hooks into things it punctures and then reeling it in. He can also swing the blade from the chain as a flail-like weapon, using it to trap and bind opponents.

Sample Post: Ryan held his suitcase to his chest, gazing out at the golden gate bridge. It was a rainy day as he took a cab into San Francisco. He'd done some pretty terrible things back home. This group called the League of Villains had offered to give him a new name and a new direction in life. He'd always wanted to be a hero, but it was becoming increasingly clear that the nature of his quirk would simply not allow for that. He'd always sort of knew. He'd spent his youth in and out of juvie.

"Hey, thanks." Ryan said, reaching into his wallet and taking out cab fare, plus a tip. He got out of the backseat, taking a suitcase with his belongings and a giant pair of scissors strapped to it. He had a bit of a walk to the base, but didn't bother taking out an umbrella, or even seem to mind. He was actually in a very good mood. He'd always felt out of place in society. Now, he finally had some hope of finding others like him, who desired to carve out a place of their own.

Quirk Description: Morris has the ability to transform into an anthropomorphic wolf that grants superhuman strength, durability, speed and agility. In this form he is more ferocious and has less control over his impulses. His form possesses incredibly sharp and powerful claws that can through metal. Morris' senses in this form are far more powerful than any normal human being, which also includes night vision. Unlike the creatures from horror films, Morris is not weak against silver bullets, but his form is not invincible and if he takes too much damage then he will revert back to his human form. Also being knocked unconscious will also revert him back to his human form and make him vulnerable. Intense exhaustion will also cause him to slowly change back into his human form.

Inventory & Possessions: just the usual stuff a kid his age would have.

Morris wondered what life the academy would be like especially as someone with a quirk like his. How many werewolves became heroes and didn't scare citizens to death thanks to depictions of them in horror movies. Who knew what his future would hold, but he was still going to try and do the best that he could.

He remembered the first time he had transformed like it was yesterday. He had been six years old at the time and he had been picked on by some local punks causing trouble with kids. His anger had flared and that's when he had transformed into his wolf form and easily overpowered them like they were flies and left them injured and hospitalized. That changed his life and when his parents heard about this they decided to home school him out of fear for the safety of other kids should he lose control, at least until he was eligible to be accepted at U.J.

Now he was going to finally have a chance to learn how to use his powers for greater good and bring pain to some villains. Morris then would feel like he didn't have to hide anymore about who he really was. Granted there were countless people with quirks, but his seemed unique and more dangerous compared everyone else he knew growing up.

"So are you excited to be going to the academy?" one of his few friends asked.

"Yeah, I can finally not have to worry about my quirk there" Morris replied.

"It's going to be different with you not being around, i'll have to hangout with the other kids and they don't have your kind of quirk" his friend said with a hint of sadness to his voice.

"It won't be that bad, once I get into the hero business I'll be back here and we can hangout even more. How's that?"

"I guess that's fine. Do you think the school will have super powerful students?"

"I don't know, but they won't be better than me" Morris answered with a grin and his friend laughed at they continued to laugh and play games throughout the day. Morris had to admit that he was going to miss this place and he hoped that he would be able to return a hero some day.
