Marygold Isley

Location: Camp Half-Blood

Mary nodded her head slightly as the others stated what it was that they would be doing, and she was all too glad that Leda seemed perfectly fine with her tagging along. Sure, she didn't care too much for her using the term "Flower Child" when referring to her, but she knew that was just who Leda was, and she was just teasing her slightly. She gave her friend a bit of a smile before she followed along after her, "Honestly not sure how much longer I could deal with being around a few certain people," she said as they walked along.

She followed along with Leda over to the shrines, seeing Theresa there already. Mary thought about maybe answering Theresa's question, but decided to just let Leda answer it, since it had been directed towards her. There also was the fact that she had been walking a little bit behind Leda, having had to catch up with her a little bit, though she had been fairly grateful that Leda had decided not to race off and leave her in the dust, made her life a bit easier.

Leda Storm

Location: Camp Half-Blood

Leda didn't feel like it had been that much of a quest - there was no prophecy and no one nearly got themselves killed. If anything, it felt more like a quick jaunt to the grocery store to get milk before dinner - something relaxed and laidback along those lines. However, she gave Theresa a smile, knowing that it was a bit fake. Theresa was nice and all, but she was a horrible gossip and Leda knew better than to cross her. Besides, the daughters of Aphrodite were hot. "It went great, Terry," she said, using a shorthand for her name. "Though there are some really weird little kids that we brought back... And you'll never guess who their father is..."

Leda zipped forward and whispered into Theresa's ear. "Hades." She had no doubt that everyone in Camp Half-Blood would know that there were multiple new children of the Big Three around - and the fact that they were kids of Hades, the least popular one? That made it even more significant. Her gut told her that this had to be a sign of something brewing, something that would cause a lot of demigods to die but she kept her mind off of it. She'd save the pessimistic thinking for her dreams. She didn't stray too far from where Theresa was, working on tending the shrine to - her brain was almost certain it was Kymopoleia or someone similar. "Marygold, do you have any bets on who the others will be claimed by?"

Athanasia Theroux

Location Camp Half-Blood

As Chiron began to explain the cabins and that they were here to be heroes, Athanasia tapped her fingers along the top of the newly dubbed 'Chatters'. For in truth, she couldn't remember another name on top of all that had been going on. Cyclops at lunch, a chariot ride in the sky via pegasi power, and now a camp where the Greek deities existed and had kids and she was one of them. Oh, plus her father was Lord of the Underworld. Skeletons popping from the earth and talking skulls. If they were heroes, what did heroes do exactly? She never really had been the sort to save damsels like in those flowery little stories. In truth, she found them boring compared to the places her mother had visited.

While she wouldn't admit it, the pale girl was thankful that her only half-sibling was Arthur. She knew him, however slightly, from the horrid school so they had some common ground. Having more siblings just seemed troublesome. You'd have to keep track of who was who and doing what and everything or so she understood of siblings she had seen. It would be interesting to see how Arthur felt about the situation, but there would be time for that later. For now, best to let the tour get on with it and figure out the private family matters in private family cabin. Chiron was in truth answering more than she had asked, and missing some things she had asked but she was feeling generous after escaping the prison her step=father called 'school'.

When a weasel scuttled up to sit on the blind girl, Jade's shoulder, Ash blinked and tilted her head slightly. A spellbook from what Jade said, though the weasel was... Waving a hand slightly in front of her face to dissipate the smell, Ash frowned and firmly gripped Chatter's jaw cutting his words short her other hand pressing down on his cranium. "Whew! What an st-!" Backing away slightly and glowering dangerously down at the skull, and partly wondering if it would be rude to punt into a tree, she found herself on the edge of the group next to Andy. "Tyst." She hissed in an undertone to the skull, the Swedish word for quiet. A word often said by her mother. She had enough to think of, especially with what Chiron explained during the winter solstice. Falling silent herself, Athanasia sorted through her thoughts, unsure what to think of that bit of news. Giving a roll of her black eyes at the skull she held firmly as muffled sound issued from the mandible, she shot Andy an apologetic look for disturbing the girl's aloneish existence.

Arthur looked surprised at the fact that he'd had no siblings besides Ash. He supposed that didn't make too much of a difference, since any family he would now have would be in name only. It would have been a good groundwork for new friends though. Not one to be put off by such things though, he simply smiled over to Ash, and said, "Guess I'm gonna be watching over you for awhile then." It stood to reason that if only two of them were in the cabin, that one would need to be in charge. He would take this role eagerly, and now it was his by the sacred law of "dibs".

Honestly, the open air camp grounds were a lot nicer than the stony hell that was the school he'd been forced to live at. He took a moment to breath and ground himself. His attention, however, was drawn to the blind girl, who'd be claimed. "I'm sorry, which one is Hecate?" He wasn't up on his Greek gods, and he wasn't sure he'd heard of that one before. He did want to check out their cabin though, so he did nudge Ash and say, "Perhaps the best place for your new... friend is in our cabin for now?" That would satiate his curiosity, and alleviate the group of the rather annoying bone head.

@Morose@BlueSky44 Theresa looked at Leda and then smiled seeing that Mary was there and walked over and gave the girl a hug as well and smiled towards her. "Hi Mary how are you!" Theresa said towards her, before looking back towards Leda as she whispered into her ear and mentioning about some of the newer campers which was pretty surprising. "So just one child of Hades he is like one of the creepiest gods out there am I right?" Theresa asked as she started to think about it, the children of the Big Three were really rare, so something big must be coming now. "Oh, did you guys have fun with going out to of the grounds with good old Zekey?" Theresa asked figuring that she knew that he annoyed the two of them.

@KazAlkemi Rosie jumped suddenly when Ezekiel decided to jump out and scare her, and she started to glare at him when she snatched up her notepad which was just full of sketches really which wasn't that interesting. It mostly just contained areas of the camp, but Zeke would notice that there was a drawing with a lot of the familiar faces that he had just brought back to the camp with everyone today. While her music she was listening to was what something that she usually did listen to. "And yes, I was just tired of being in the cave a lot of the time is all, and decided to get out and have some fun." Rosie answered him and shrugged slightly. "Is there something I can help you with?" Rosie asked.

Kiera Donovan

Kiera quickly went to help Jade back up to her feet seeing the blind girl falling to the ground as soon as the weasel like animal climbed up her leg. She stared at the book that appeared in her arms, raising an eyebrow slightly before today she didn't think magic ever existed at all which was saying something. Chiron turned to look over at Arthur when he asked who Hecate was, before he then decided to answer his question. "Hecate is the goddess of magic, ghosts, and crossroads as well." Chiron then answered her as he looked over at the others before yet someone else started to get claimed.

Desdemona would have the symbol of Aphrodite appear over her head, as a flash of pink light came out dress completely changed her clothes, her hair completely changed, a necklace, as well as a ring, as well as a full makeover Kiera took a few steps back as she looked at her classmate which she wasn't expecting at all either. "And it looks like your mother is Aphrodite the goddess of Love and Beauty." Chiron said to the group.

Desdemona Pemberton

Location: Camp Half-Blood

Before Mona could respond and give feedback on Hecate, it was quickly answered anyway, a light appeared over her. It seemed it was her turn. She was secretly excited to see what would happen. Soon, her clothing, hair, jewelry, and make-up all changed, but not in the way she expected. She had a long, pink dress on (she would NEVER be caught dead in it), her hair was up, her make-up felt caked on and full, and her jewelry sparkled. It FRICKEN sparkled! And to top it all off, she found out who her mom was, apparently.

"Aphrodite?" The goddess of beauty or whatever? What modern times usually depicted as almost a prostitute? That was her mom? "No, there must be a mistake. There must be a god or goddess of practical jokes right? I can't be the daughter of the goddess of love and pink sparkles. That's not who I am."

Leda Storm

Location: Camp Half-Blood

Leda shook her head slightly at Theresa. "Nope. Not one kid of Hades - two kids." It was an easy point of confusion - the English language hadn't exactly been made for clarity. And of course, while Leda would never say this in public, daughters of Aphrodite in her opinion were easily confused. "As for Hades being creepy... I mean, I guess? I'm glad he's there, to be honest. Knowing that we don't just vanish into nothingness and fade away into dust... That makes it a bit easier to take out Ultraviolet and kick some monster ass," she commented, ending the slightly macabre thought with a grin as she referred to her enchanted sword. Death wasn't something she thought about a lot, but it was hard not to have it lingering in the back of her mind sometimes. Demigods didn't have the best shelf life.

The subject of Zeke though made Leda roll her eyes. "Oh yeah, it was just like old times," she quipped, referring to the Quest she had gone on with Zeke and Kristin back in the day. She still remembered Zeke's dad, Apollo, just sort of casually strolling up and commanding them to retrieve one of his muses, that way they could help him cheat at a music competition or something. The details were a bit fuzzy now, but the annoyance of having to travel with those two demigods? That was fresh in her mind. They were frenemies at best.

Ezekiel Kel

Location: The Lake -- Camp Half-Blood

Ezekiel smirked as she quickly gathered her drawings, pulling them away from him but not before he saw a drawing of all the newcomers. So she had seen their arrival after all. Well some warning about Hades’s kids would have been helpful. He would have brought ear plugs or pretended he was deaf.
After seeing what she was listening too, Ezekiel took one of her headphones and popped it into his ear. It wasn’t one of his favourites but it was upbeat and had a great piano riff to it. Ezekiel leaned back on his hands and shut his eyes, taking in the sun. He had a bit of a tan year round, having an olive skin tone he tanned rather easily and would become quite dark during the summers, making him stand out even more as the son of the Sun god.
”Oh I don’t know, is there?” He looked back at Rosie with a twinkle in his eye before winking at her. He laughed and shook his head, sitting back up and took the ear bud out of his ear.
”Well since you’re out of your hole, want to come for a swim? The water looks warm enough,” he said and stood up and stretched out a bit.

Andy

Location:Camp Half-Blood

Andy gave the blonde girl her age a small smile and nod in return. She seemed like she was nice enough, though very energetic. Andy liked that she was asking all the questions. Andy had plenty of questions of her own but didn't like to ask them so she appreciated it when someone had the same question and asked it for her.

Andy made a mental note. Hecate was a goddess of magic. Hades the god of the dead (but not death). The two kids close to her age were both kids of Hades, making them half-siblings. The blind girl was the daughter of Hecate, who was also goddess over the dead apparently? That was a bit confusing. There were two gods who dealt with the dead. Andy wondered how that worked and hoped someone would ask what the difference between ghosts and "the dead" was.

Before any clarifying questions could be asked another of their group was claimed. Chiron said she was the daughter of Aphrodite, he explained that Aphrodite was the goddess of beauty and love, which made sense considering how much makeup and dress up stuff had appeared on her. Andy was thankful that Aphrodite wasn't her mother. She didn't think she could handle the dress or the expectations. Was there a god or goddess of like ninjas? Andy could see herself sneaking around being a ninja.

There were going to be a lot of names to learn Andy realized. So far she only knew the blind girl was Jade and the red-haired girl (the only other one then her to not have been claimed out of their little group so far) was named Kiera. Maybe Andy wasn't even going to be claimed? Maybe there had been a mistake and she didn't belong here. Andy didn't think she belonged anywhere so that wouldn't be much of a surprise to her. But there were the monsters and the man who gave her the dagger. It was a special dagger, she knew that because it only hurt the monsters that people didn't see. It couldn't hurt people, that had been proven.

Jade Schneider

Jade said a small thanks towards Kiera as the other girl helped her to her feet. One hand moved to hold onto Kiera as a guide again, while the other clutched her new spellbook to her chest. Hearing the explanations between the campers, Jade nodded along as she wondered why her mother had chosen now to claim her. She wanted to read more of the Spell Book, but she was wary of what kinds of spells might be in there. As such, it might be better if she read it on her own later, at the cabin she would be assigned. Maybe by then her father would have arrived with the stuff she had packed.

Then another seemed to be claimed, by Aphrodite this time. Everything was happening so quickly, that she was having a bit of trouble processing it all. So everybody in this group was just now being claimed, back to back? They were all children of these ancient Greek Gods yet the gods couldn't seem to be bothered with them until they arrived at this camp. It all seemed so strange to her, but at the same time it was all comforting and familiar. She shook her head in confusion and gripped Kiera a bit more tightly for a second, wanting some feeling of familiarity.

Athanasia Theroux

Athanasia gave a wider smile to Andy before Arthur caught her attention. Turning on her heels the young half-blood frowned at her apparent half-brother. A wicked gleam appearing in her eyes. "And why shouldn't I be looking out for you?" Leveling a sweet smile at her Vice President-Brother-Cabin mate Athanasia gave a small snicker. "After all, I did take the lead at the school, did I not?" Fairly pleased with her point, 'Ash' gave a stern glare to the skull and let go of the top of 'Chatter's' head.

"Kommer du att uppträda, och inte förolämpa färskfett? Eller behöver jag se hur långt i sjön jag kan kasta dig?" Athanasia hissed in an undertone. Not waiting for a reply she gave a raised brow to Arthur. "See? He'll behave." The skull however was looking dubious (if a skull could look dubious). "So shut my yap lest I want to talk to the fishes? An' what fufu-lamps got to do with far skiffs?" Giving an annoyed look at the skull, Athanasia sighed and gave Arthur an annoyed glower as if his point wasn't supposed to be proven. Because it wasn't! And this wasn't helping her point!

"I'm doing alright," Mary said, giving Theresa a bit of a smile as she asked a few other questions regarding their little mission outside of the camp and the newbies. She made sort of a face when she asked about their little adventure with Zeke. "Honestly, he was annoying. Especially given the fact that Kirsten had said that technically he was in charge and didn't really give too many suggestions at all that were even remotely useful. So it went as well as to be expected..."

"But yeah, Princess Rainbow Unicorn over there is right," she said, teasing Leda a bit now with a slight laugh. "Two kids who both belong to Hades of all people... Two little kids mind you, which is kind of crazy honestly. So that'll definitely make things more then a little bit interesting around here. Two kids, from the big 3, and from the same godly parent at that, what are the chances of both of them being in the exact same place at the exact same time like that?"

@Morose@BlueSky44 "The lord of the underworld sure gets around then if he has two kids that were there." Theresa said with a slight shrug as she ran a hand through her hair. Though there being kids of the big three there at the same time something big was certainly coming there way it seems then by the looks of it. "Zeke is certainly a ray of sunshine." She said with a slight laugh as she looked over towards Leda and Marygold as well. "So any cute guys or girls there, aside from the Hades kids?" Theresa asked, as she then stopped as she suddenly heard a very loud clap of thunder, as some thunder clouds started to form over where all of the cabins were as well. "By the looks of the little light show there looks like it's a Zeus kid?" Theresa asked them.

@KazAlkemi Rosie glared towards Zeke still pouting slightly when he took her earbuds from her, as she shook her head a little bit making a note to make sure to clean them very thoroughly when she was back in her little cave. "I usually just like to sunbath i'm not much of a swimmer anyway." Rosie said as she looked over towards the lake seeing the water nymphs of the lake that were there as they started to come up to the surface. "And I don't really like swimming with them there, they tend to get really annoying to me anyway." Rosie said, she then turned her head towards the cabins seeing a group of thunder clouds suddenly forming there as well as a loud clap of thunder.

Kiera watched as Desdemona had a sudden makeover seeing her in a dress made her smirk and laugh a little bit as she saw the look on her face. "Well you certainly do look really hot in that dress though." Kiera said towards her, she certainly would feel really humiliated having to be forced to wear a dress like that, and have a sudden makeover. She was really curious what else was going to go on as well, as she watched some of the campers who were coming and going from their cabins. They stopped seeing the two recent claimings as well, as they whispered to themselves. She really did want to know who her father was, Chiron seeing Desdemona's reaction about her sudden claiming and shook his head slightly.

"Unfortunately there isn't a god or goddess like that, well maybe Hermes since his kids tend to be the pranksters here. Aphrodite is one of the oldest Olympians out there, some of her children are able to use Charmspeak which can be very powerful." Chiron said towards Desdemona. Kiera then looked up at the sky seeing that the clouds had suddenly appeared above them, and they started to look like they were turning into thunder clouds. Then a flash of lightening and the symbol of Zeus, appeared over Andy's head, as the campers started to back up a bit as Chiron looked towards her. "And it looks like your father is Zeus." He said.

Andy

Location:Camp Half-Blood

Her mind reeled, the children of the gods got powers. That was normal. It was comforting, so whichever god was the god of electricity was her parent. Even if she wasn't claimed she could ask and maybe from there they could figure it out. Maybe she did belong somewhere.

Andy felt the power of the storm. The tingle of the air and sharp smell of ozone. For a second she thought it was something she might be doing. Everyone reacted to her like they had been to the others as they had been claimed by their godly parent. Chiron announced that Zeus was her father. She had a father. Her heart soared, but then came crashing back down. Did it change anything? No school would believe "Yeah my dad is Zeus god of..." What was he god of? She wanted to ask, but the question got lost somewhere between thinking it and asking it. She hoped one of the others would ask.

Some of the campers had backed away from her. Was it the lightning and thunder that had scared them? Or was there something about her father that scared them? The kids who had wandered off had seemed impressed and a little freaked out when Hades had claimed his children, would this be similar? If so she doubted she would be able to sink into obscurity and just get through life.

Then it clicked in her memory. Chiron had said when talking about Hades that there were the "big three" Zeus was one of them, it also meant she wasn't likely to have siblings since they had made some pact about not having kids. Well, fantastic job keeping to that pact guys there were three of them right there. Not to mention all three of them were close in age. What happened about 10 years ago that two of the three decided to just not care about the pact anymore? Why even make the pact? More questions that she wanted to ask, but didn't have the nerve to ask. Maybe she could convince the girl with a skull in her hands to ask.

Arthur did everything he could to hold back a smile at Desdemona's new look, but a smile broke through nevertheless. That was absolutely hilarious. Des was his friend, sure, but this was the most ironic way things could have gone for her. Meanwhile, he diverted his smile to Ash, and said, "We'll look out for each other, of course." He told her. Even if he felt a bit responsible for Ash, he knew he couldn't just make her feel that way. She was far too headstrong to let him try to take care of her.

He was more interested in the Zeus Kid, given that he was the king of the gods and everything. "Decent." He nodded, before rolling his eyes at Chatters. If he'd be sticking around, fine, but he wasn't too happy about it. The skull seemed annoying at best, and he didn't particularly want to talk to him. He wasn't one to tell people what they could and couldn't do though. "If you're gonna keep him, that's your business, I suppose." He said, shrugging, and giving her a playful glower back.

Leda Storm

Location: Camp Half-Blood

Leda nodded slightly at Mary's explanations, before wondering why Kristin had put Zeke in charge - and why the rest of them had more or less signed off on it. Leda knew that she herself wasn't a fantastic leader, but that wasn't what her problem was. As much as she hated Kristin, putting a kid of Athena in charge was a smart move - they were born strategists and tacticians. In her experience, the kids of Apollo were just born assholes. She then rolled her eyes at Mary as she called her Princess Rainbow Unicorn. "It's Empress Rainbow Unicorn to you, Isley."

At the mention of cute girls or guys, Leda's thoughts briefly flickered to Kiera but she shook her head. "Nah, just a bunch of duds," she told Theresa. Her eyes then went skyward seeing the lightning and Leda couldn't help but laugh. Two kids of Hades and one of the kids was Zeus'? "Oh we are so completely fucked!" she declared. Not even the legendary Percy Jackson had been accompanied by this many kids of the Big Three when he arrived. It had just been him from what the stories said and that ended up being one of the starts of Kronos rising and trying to topple Olympus. "What sort of shit storm do you think is brewing? Though the odds that we all survive this? I'd say they're practically nothing now. Jesus!"

Ezekiel Kel

Location: The Lake -- Camp Half-Blood

Ezekiel followed her eyes over the lake, watching the water nymphs play and he smirked. Ah yes. They could be devilish little things but it was just as fun to mess with them as it was for them to do the same to you.
”No sense of adventure Rosie,” he remarked. He stood up and discarded his shoes, ready to get into the water after harassing her a bit.
There was a shift in the sky and a darkening just behind him. Frowning, thinking it would be rain, Ezekiel turned his head in time to hear the thunder clap over the camp where he had left all the newbies. He groaned, rolling his head and stared at the sky in annoyance before stepping into the water.
”Looks like we got another big three. Great.” He was less than enthused though. Sure it was just a kid and they would do the typical innocence thing and be overwhelmed by all the attention and praise that would be momentary. The humble surprise never lasted and soon they would become self-entitled little shits who thought they could do no wrong because of who their “parents are”. Honestly, it was like each child of the big three was Draco Malfoy yelling, “Wait until my father hears about this!”
Ezekiel waded out into the water, letting the refreshing bit of the lake, calm him down and tether him back into reality. Proof. They always wanted proof. Well, Ezekiel had no problem giving them proof. He dove under the water and let the underwater world take him somewhere else for awhile. Somewhere without godly parents and unrealistic expectations.

Desdemona turning into Barbie two-point-oh was interesting enough and her distress was relatable. After all, who liked having their personal fashion sense messed with? As someone who went for the cute and adorable vibe, Athanasia could easily sympathize as she was thoroughly disgusted by the clothing that was standard to Crystal Rivers School. "Now that is a smokin'-!" The skull's opinion was cut off as Athanasia hissed a breath of annoyance. "Right, skalle is silent. Sorry, toots." Rolling her eyes, Athanasia nearly jumped when thunder lashed the sky above the little trio, a bolt symbol appearing above brunette hair girl's head. It was a familiar symbol and Chiron declaring the girl a Daughter of Zeus click a memory of time shared with her mother.

"He's the god of thunder and King of Olympus, right?" Athanasia questioned the centaur. She didn't like getting things wrong, and she was feeling very much off balance here. Though catching Arthur's glower and words she smirked with some relief. She had no reason to mistrust her second-in-command from the prison that had been called a school, and now she was falling back onto that routine of the Hell Raiser Committee to keep her head from exploding. Was that even possible? Sticking her tongue at the newly-founded half-brother, 'Ash' gave her most charming smile to Andy. The poor girl looked like she could use a friend and goodness gracious a good dose of fashion sense. "Athanasia 'Ash'. The glowering bror I just got is Arthur." Athanasia offered to the girl while the skalle gave a groan of protest as he was tossed up and down slightly.

Mona could only shake her head in disbelief. There was no way she was the daughter of Aphrodite. Regardless of whatever skills she was said to have possessed, it didn't make sense. She liked Rock and Roll, dark clothing, and sticking it to whatever authority figure dared tell her otherwise. Now she was in a frilly pink dress, make-up caked all over her face, and jewelry doing nothing but weighing her down. And how the hell did girls do anything in heels?

"See? You have Zeus as a dad and all I have is Aphrodite, goddess of bullshit beauty or whatever. Pray, tell me in what way could anything she does be seen as useful? Do I get any cool items?" In her mind, Aphrodite was probably the weakest of them all. And if her children all dressed as she did, then she could see why.

"Nope, no matter what you say, you are most definitely Princess Rainbow Unicorn, no empress or anything like that. The name fits you if you ask me," she said with a slight laugh, smiling at her friend. Mary did enjoy teasing her somewhat, no matter what sort of circumstances they were in. Even though Leda did tend to tease her more about things then the other way around, but that didn't mean she couldn't retaliate every now and then with some teasing of her own.

Mary looked over when there was mention of a kid of Zeus, and she couldn't help but somewhat agree with Leda about the situation. The fact that so far there were 3 kids of the big 3 all in one place? This was definitely not a good thing from what she could really tell. "...I'm with you there... Something big is going to happen, that much is obvious... But who knows, we can survive this, just if the odds against that sort of thing are low, doesn't mean anything necessarily..."
