Leda gave Kiera a grin. "Nothing's fun unless it's dangerous," she told her confidently. Playing things safe wasn't really the rainbow speedster's M.O. She liked to rush in headfirst, take out Ultraviolet, and cut down her enemies in the blink of an eye. As much as she had 'studied' the Flash when she first discovered her abilities, she felt a lot more kinship with the Reverse Flash. The life of a demigod was violent and they didn't spare the monsters they faced - they killed them and sent them down to the pit. However, as Kiera asked her if she had ever met her mother, Leda's smile faded slightly from her face.
"Technically yes - but really, no," she said, a bit cryptic at first. "My mother is the Messenger of the Gods. She's constantly running around the universe, delivering messages - she'll even do so for demigods if she has the time. So yeah, when I send an Iris Message I know she's there but... I've never had a proper conversation with her or anything," she shrugged slightly. "Unless you mean my mortal mother. Never met her either. I was raised by my grandparents in Southern England." She much preferred talking about Kiera's questions on the armory. "Here, much easier to show you," Leda said, getting up and leading Kiera to the armory, where Desdemona and her sister already were.
Andy was feeling a little overwhelmed but she appreciated the information. She nodded at Arthur as he joined them at her table too. "Good evening Arthur." It didn't get passed her that all of them had 'A' names, and as she thought that she grinned. Alannah explained what the armory was and that made sense. "Is it often a kid will get a weapon before coming here? Or is the armory the only way?" This wasn't a question she thought Ash would ask for her so Andy had to ask it, at least she was already sort of under the spotlight at this point so there wasn't any escaping it. She wasn't sure how to explain the old man who had given her her bracelet, but she had a feeling it had been Zeus. That feeling had grown after she had seen the statue in her cabin.
It was clear most hadn't met their godly parent except at the winter solstice that Chiron had mentioned. If that man had been Zeus then she was different, yet again. Blending in was going to be impossible. At least Arthur had been given a weapon at the very beginning, at the same time Ash had been given the talking skull. Andy wondered what the point of the talking skull was. Weapons made sense. They were useful. The skull didn't seem to have a use. Maybe Ash knew or would figure it out if she did Andy hoped she would learn what it was.
Thankful to be away from the fashion bloggers, she followed Teresa into the Armory. She hadn't expected much from the name really. But once inside, she saw weapons and armor fit for the military. Guns, spears, swords, hats, shoes, you name it. She had to question just what was going to happen. "Just what is this Capture the Flag game going to be about? These won't kill anyone, will they?" There were literal weapons in here. Surely this was for more than camp games.
As she scoured, she saw a mirror and felt drawn to it (which was odd as she patently avoided mirrors if she could help it). This one though seemed to want her to take it. So she picked it up. The other thing was a spear close by. She felt drawn to it and once within reach, she grabbed it and immediately the weapon transformed into a golden bracelet. She looked at it in wonder. "Ok, I think I can sort of like this place now."
Athanasia shot an 'all-too-sweet' smile at Arthur as he joined, a slight brow raised as she wondered what had kept him up. Shrugging off her curious question, the daughter of Hades turned her attention back to Alannah. So no one got killed? But that didn't sound right when in comparison with what Chiron had said. Though she suspected it was a rarity, an oddity. An idea that was confirmed by the admittance of healers within the camp. "But what do ambrosia and nectar have to do with healing?" She wondered aloud after Andy's question, which also pricked her interest. She remembered her mothering saying something ambrosia but she couldn't quite put her finger on it. Nectar, however, was a form of honey. How would that help?
"Has the camp been attacked before?" Athanasia added as an afterthought that was meant more towards herself. Giving a sideways look to Arthur as she did. This was something they would need to look into. Might be and could be and had been were very different things in her young mind. Glancing back towards Andy, Athanasia raised a brow and smiled. "Perhaps we should see this armory! I mean, Arthur doesn't need to since he's got a dagger to prick his fingers with." Ash chirped the suggestion as she nudged her cabin mate with a small elbow. It was all in good cheer.
"Yeah, being with the Athena team would be the obvious choice, I mean, sure the Ares group isn't that bad, but I mean still... The Athena group tends to think things through and plan out a few things as opposed to just charging in if you ask me, it seems that way anyway for the most part," she said, nodding her head at Eva. She was wondering a lot about the teams, and was really hoping to end up on the Athena team, since otherwise she didn't know how things would really go. Who knew what the Ares group would come up with for them to do?
Mary shook her head slightly at Eva's next statement, she hadn't been planning on anything really for after the game. "I wasn't really thinking much about what to do after the game, I mean, there isn't really much to do or something once the excitement for Capture the Flag is gone. I haven't gotten that far ahead in my sort of thinking for how the rest of the day is likely going to go," she said with a slight laugh.
The girl breathed a long sigh of relief as she was reassured that she would not have to participate in Capture the Flag. The girl was no over-eager to have a bunch of people attacking her with pointy things when she couldn't even see where she was going at that moment. At least that was one big weight off of her chest, and Jade could rest easy without fears of being trampled by a bunch of people trying to get to a damn flag. That, and she didn't see much of a purpose of trying to fight other people who were trained when she didn't even know how to fight anything herself. Apart from beating them with her cane, which for some strange reason she didn't think would be overly effective again monsters or kids in armor. Go figure.
The next topic her mind zeroed in on was what her half-sibling said about the whole magic taking a while in order to master. She wondered how long it would be before she was capable of doing things like hurling fireballs around. Maybe she would even be able to find a spell to let her see again, or at least something similar to that. Maybe she could be all cool and badass like daredevil? Blind but could use her magic to be able to see and fight with her other senses. Man that would be cool. Still, that was a long way off and she didn't even know if such a thing was even possible. She debated asking one of her siblings about it, but wanted to try to figure things out her own way instead of having to go to somebody else for help.
Bryan looked towards Ezekiel for a moment and then started to smirk a little bit as he started to get a really good idea. "Okay, got an idea, i'll have Juan and some of the Hermes cabin brew up something sticky. And then we get a bunch of feathers and just dump them on Kristin when she least expects it would be hilarious." He suggested his brother and smiled a little bit, as he leaned back in his chair and nodded a little bit at the thought smirking even more. "Anything you'd like we could add itching powder or something in the mix as well." He could have sworn to be more of a son of Hermes more than anything as well, from his ideas of pranks on the other campers.
"You are going to the nightly camp fire singalong though right?" Eva asked, her pretty much every night all of the cabins once the sun went down would have the Apollo kids bring out some instruments and play some music. And roast smores in the fire as well which was always something Eva did look forward to most nights anyway as well. She then looked over when she started to hear Chiron address those who were still in the Dining Pavilion.
"We have the teams for tonights game of Capture the Flag, for those who do want to participate please get ready and head into the woods. The cabins are Athena Cabin team will consist of, Nemesis Cabin, Aphrodite Cabin, Hades Cabin, Hebe Cabin, Iris Cabin, Poseidon Cabin, and Hypnos Cabin." Chiron spoke looking over at the campers who were still there before addressing the remainder. "And the Ares Cabin have chosen Ares Cabin, Hecate Cabin, Nike Cabin, Zeus Cabin, Demeter Cabin, Tyche Cabin, Hermes Cabin, Hephaestus Cabin. So whoever wants to participate you are welcome to join or spectate the match." Chiron said as everyone started to file off and made their way towards the cabins to get their gear, or head towards the armory. Eva looked towards Marygold and sighed a little bit, she really didn't like to be on the Ares team. "Looks like we are stuck on the Ares team." She muttered before getting up and leaving to get geared up.
Kiera looked towards Leda as she spoke about her mother and looked a little bit confused when she mentioned Iris Message. "Sorry i'm kind of dumb, but what is an Iris Message?" Kiera asked her, it did make her a little bit annoyed that she probably wouldn't have any contact with her father then. She was about to ask, a few more personal questions about her family. But she decided against it for the time being since they had just met, and Kiera didn't want to be rude and start asking more personal questions as well. But she got up and quickly started to follow behind Leda and into the armory. Taking a moment she looked over seeing Thresa and Desdemona who were already inside wondering what she had found.
"Oh, those are really nice choices." Theresa said smiling at Desdemona as she started to ask her about the weapons. "Oh, yeah they can easily kill you." Thresa said before turning around and then made her way towards an armor rack that was there taking a moment and looked towards Desdemona. She pulled a set of Greek style looking armor and she picked out the right size for her, and handed it over towards Desdemona. "Here it should fit you nicely, that's if you want to join the game the armor will protect you well enough. And if you get injured then our Apollo cabin members will be able to heal you up nicely. But yeah don't worry about getting killed on your first night here." Theresa said and now just noticed Leda and the new girl there as well.
Kiera had listened to Thresa as she spoke, and looked towards the armor racks that were there wondering how they actually fitted and if they were heavy. But she was instantly drawn towards where some of the magical weapons were located, where Desdemona had picked up her weapon and mirror as well. She spotted two swords one in a golden color and the other in a silver color before picking the two of them up rather quickly.

Alannah smirked slightly when Chiron made his announcements for the teams, the Ares team picked just one of the Big Three Cabins taking a moment she looked towards Andy and wondered if she did want to join in or not before listening to her question. "I don't think it's uncommon to happen. Sometimes you happen to get lucky and kill a monster before coming here and they keep something that they dropped." Alannah answered her as she noticed her half sister Kristin coming up shortly behind Arthur and smiled a little bit towards her and nodded.
"It's Kristin nice to meet you." Kristin answered Arthur and smiled towards him, before looking at Ash when she asked if the camp had been attacked before and nodded slightly. "It's happened twice in the last few years, once during the Second Titan War with Kronos, and then the second time when our Roman Counterpart tried to invade us during the Second Giant War that happened shortly after the whole thing with Kronos." Kristin told her. Alannah nodded as her sister answered that question. "Though those happened before our time coming here." Alannah said, as she watched the room starting to empty for those who wanted to participate in Capture the Flag. "And Ambrosia and Nectar are food of the gods, which have healing properties for us demigods, though you cant have to much or you will end up dying I can show you three the armory if you'd like." Kristin offered.
Andy nodded at Alannah's explanation. She thought about the few monsters she had encountered, they had dropped something, but Andy had never bothered to keep it. "You're supposed to keep what they drop? She had feared it was a trap. She did cringe a bit when Alannah called it 'lucky'. There had been nothing lucky about what she had experienced, except for that she was still alive.
Andy listened as Chiron announced the groups. She was spilt up from Ash. She frowned slightly at that. Why had the Ares cabin, who had clearly picked first, only picked her? If they thought she was a fighting powerhouse they would be mistaken. Sure she had fought a couple of monsters and had the lightning thing, but she hadn't ever fought more than one monster at a time. And monsters were very different from people, sometimes. She shivered at the memory of one that had been disguised as a human before attacking her. Andy shook the memory away.
"Hello Kristin." Andy said as she joined the group at Zeus' table. She nodded at the offer of being shown the armory. Andy was curious about it. Was her weapon normal? Or different. It was different from Author's but that had been explained. Good to know that the camp wasn't as safe as it had been promised. Danger could get in. Well, at least it seemed like everyone here was battle capable, at least the veteran campers.
Andy decided she did want to join in the game. She had been hurt before so that didn't scare her. This also seemed like a way to get to know the other campers. Maybe it would help her decide if she really did want to stay here. It seemed like the best place for her, even if it wasn't perfectly safe and she was going to have unwanted attention. She needed to make a first impression, one she hoped was a good one. This mock game was the best way to do it. Her lips tightened and she made a small nod to herself. Even if she didn't stay she was going to try to fit in.
|”Itching powder in her armor would be interesting. Put it in her helmet before the game starts. I think the tar and feathers thing is a little dated, don’t you think?” He gave his half-brother and cabin leader a bit of a look. He stopped a moment, listening to the team announcements and sighed a little. At least they would be on separate teams so any pranks played should go in their favour. They had an interesting team this time. Ezekiel was sure they would be more on the defensive than offensive, with the Zeus and possibly Ares’s cabins going forward to try and get the flag. Ezekiel shifted and stood up, squeezing Bryan’s shoulders before nudging for him to follow. It was time for them to go and get ready. It looked like the others were getting ready to leave and Ezekiel wanted to get to the armory first. It would be hard to trick Kristin if he didn’t. ”Maybe Hecate cabin will want to help out too,” Ezekiel mused as they walked. ”Cast a spell or put something in her water… We don’t need to prank her fully today, just enough to annoy I think.”
"Oh so the Roman Gods are real too?" Arthur asked, "I thought they were just bad fanfiction of the Greek gods. Huh." This made him pretty curious about what other gods were real, and what that meant for the Abrahamic religions. He had more pressing things to pay attention to right now though, over the ontological nature of the gods. He cracked a smile at her nonchalant way of addressing the toxic nature of this "Ambrosia and Nectar" but did take note of that fact that apparently they could heal him if things went... poorly for him in the future.
He did note from her talking though, that he certainly had a lot of history to learn. Things must've been happening at this camp for a while, things that, even if were irrelevant to him, would never the less be very interesting to hear about. Modern myths, they sounded to be, and that sounded like one of the coolest things he could learn about. For now though, it sounded like they'd be making a trip to the armory, and though he did already have his knife, he wanted to see what kind of things they had for them to use. "I'd like to see that, yes." He responded to her, nodding.
"You're not dumb - you're just new," Leda corrected Kiera. She hoped that Kiera didn't have too many self esteem issues. She wanted to flirt with this girl and maybe get a fun summer fling out of things. A lack of confidence could easily undermine her efforts to seduce her. "An Iris Message - it's kind of like FaceTime. Except it's done when my mother passes your message to and forth, letting you see and hear people in real time." She shrugged, not able to come up with a better explanation for it at the moment but she figured that was good enough.
A bit amused, Leda followed Kiera towards the magical weapons. "These weapons are magic. Give them a go, won't ya?" she suggested. "Like Harry Potter," she then added with a smirk. Some of the magic weapons just shrunk down to disguise themselves for easy transportation - Ultraviolet was like that, just with the added bonus of glowing to match Leda's mood. She didn't remember what exactly each piece of weaponry here did, but trying out the swords was the easiest and fastest way for them to figure out what Kiera picked.
The fact that the girl spoke about killing others so easily made her wary, but on the other hand she had assumed that this camp would be like other summer camps. She was wrong, it seemed. If this game of Capture the Flag was with armor and weapons, it stood to reason that they intended it to be a battle of sorts. Though she was new to all of this, it would provide a good reason for her to learn just what a child of a god is capable of. Even if her mother is Aphrodite, who she knows is not good on the battlefield.
But she was wrong before. She grasped the armor. "Oh I intend to join. Especially if I get cool gear like this. I guess my next question is what are the rules? I imagine the fact these are children of gods and goddesses they have powers of some sort? Are we allowed to use them? Not that I have any I'm sure, but I'm curious as for what to expect."
Athanasia frowned slightly in thought. So nectar and ambrosia were the food of the gods? Then why did the gods enjoy the smell of burnt food?Chalking the question up to one of life's great mysteries, the young girl listened to Kristin as she talked about the wars that had happened. It seemed there were a good few of them, which didn't sit well with Athanasia. There had been two wars in recent years, and before these two older girls had come to Camp Half-Blood. "Why hadn't we heard about these wars? How do you cover up one? Aren't they rather big?" It was a fair question, after all a siege of a Roman Army would surely have been noticed and on the news. Heck, it might have made the news less boring!
Giving a raised brow to Arthur as the teams were announced, Athanasia decided it would be best to join the fray. After all, sitting on the sidelines seemed so utterly boring. This way she could see the forest and what exactly with 'Capture the Flag' stuff was about upfront and personal. Her only issue with the teams was the fact that Andy would not be with her and Arthur which was entirely counterintuitive to her plan of making a friend! Grinning at the fellow Big Three kid anyways, 'Ash' winked slyly at Andy. "Promise, I will go easy on you. That Crystal Rivers Prison, I mean School, didn't let me take my parisol!" Shaking her head in mock dismay, she bounced eagerly in her seat as she switched her attention back to Kristen and Alannah. "Shouldn't we get to this armory?" She urged, unable to hide her interest and curiousity.
"Well, I probably will, nothing better to do anyway," she said with a smile to her sister before she heard what the teams were for the game. Mary frowned slightly, making a little bit of a weird face when she heard what team she was on and then let out a sigh before looking over at Eva. "Yeah, sounds like we are, that's such a bummer! But I guess we have to make the most of what we've got, and even though I feel like the odds are against us, hopefully our team will win."
With that last sentence, Mary got up from where she was as well, before making her way towards her cabin to gear up. Of course she was going to be participating in the game, sure she didn't care much for the team that she was stuck on, but still, it was better then not playing at all for some dumb reason. She went into the cabin and grabbed her sword, she was perfectly fine not using any real magical weapons that shifted to other items, after all, she basically could make whatever she wanted out of the plants around her, there wasn't really a need to. Once she had her sword and gear, she headed out again, ready to go play the game. And hopefully beat the Athena Cabin's team.
As much as spectating the whole capture flag match sounded, Jade doubted she would really be able to do much spectating because... you know, blind. It might end up with her just clinging to Chiron or whoever was spectating in a panic from all the chaotic noise all around. At the same time, however, she most certainly wanted to be there to support her cabin. Especially after they were there for her and ever so helpful all day, despite her disability and her just being suddenly thrust into their cabin as she had been. She was lost in thought for a long while, at least until Annabelle and the rest of her cabin started to get up to leave. Moving in closer to put a hand on Annabelle's arm so she could lead her back to the cabin, Jade formulated a simple plan.
"So, Annabelle, I wanna spectate the match tonight to support you guys, but I also am worried that I might panic hearing all that chaos when I can't see much of anything. I'm thinking I might read my spellbook and try to learn some small things. Having something to focus on... might let me avoid the panic! So I can be there to support my siblings!" She said happily, following along back towards the cabin as she tried to think back to where she had left the spellbook in her cabin. The girl's mind was also thinking on about the different spells she might learn as well, while spectating the game. Then another thought jumped into her mind, as she turned her head towards her sibling. "Oh, and Annabelle, don't forget to tell me who wins the match! I don't wanna cheer if we lose!"
From here on out please make sure that you use the battle map, and add locations to your headers if you have not yet make sure they are in.
"Oh you shouldn't look down on the classic old pranks like that, but i'll get someone from Hermes cabin to grab some itching powder i'll meet you out by the field don't worry about the itching powder see you then bro." Bryan said towards Zeke and smiled towards him, as he started to head out with the rest of the other campers, managing to pull one of the Hermes kids aside to grab some itching powder from their cabin.
Annabelle looked towards Jade and smiled towards her and nodded "You can stay with Chiron i'm sure that he would be able to keep you company in the mean time." Annabella said as she helped Jade up and started to lead her over towards where Chiron was and smiled towards him and nodded. "She'd like to stay out, of this game for now." She said as Chiron gave her a nod. "Of course, I can keep her company along with those who want to stick out." He said as he watched Annabelle nod and started to walk off with the other campers towards where the game was going to be held close to the lake.
"Yeah I don't like that we are on the Ares team it really fucking sucks." Eva said letting out a slight sigh, but there wasn't much that they could do about it now, and started to follow shortly behind Mary and made her way towards their cabin. Inside Eva had a sword and shield that she usually used for quests, sparing or games like Capture the Flag or Chariot races that were held. "But anyway meet you up by the Ares cabin flag." She said once she was all geared up and quickly left their cabin.

"So your mom invented her own version of FaceTime? That's pretty cool." Kiera said as she picked up the two swords and started to swing them around a little bit while looking over towards Desdemona and Theresa. She was kind of jealous that she had a half sibling here, but she did have a whole cabin to herself which was a good thing as well. Once she got used to the two swords, then they suddenly turned into two necklace pendants one gold and the other silver attached to a bronze chain as Leda explained and smiled a little bit.
"Okay, that's actually damn pretty cool." Kiera said, just as Tammy came running in and tapped Leda on the shoulder. "Teams are set up, we are and your girlfriend are on the Athena team." Tammy said deciding to tease her a little bit. "Anyway meet you guys over there." She said as she quickly dashed off with a rainbow trail behind her, making Kiera blush slightly and look awkward a little bit, but didn't say anything. "So, lead the way then Empress Rainbow Unicorn?" Kiera said with a slight smile and started to head out of the armory
Theresa looked towards Tammy for a moment as she quickly left and laughed slightly, before turning towards Desdemona when she asked her more about the rules. "Yep, just no maiming, or killing. But any and all powers that you have are allowed Aphrodite kids tend to have Amokinesis, minor Chlorokinesis, Nephelokinesis, and Charmspeak." Theresa told her, before watching the other new girl leave. "Just stick close and we should be fine, and knowing that we are on the Athena team we should be able to win." Theresa said as she quickly started to head out after grabbing herself a weapon off of the weapons rack.

Kristin smiled and nodded towards Andy, the girl seemed to be pretty friendly for the most part though it did suck that the Ares team did end up picking her she shook her head slightly. "Nope you don't have to keep them, but mostly everyone seems to keep their trophies, I actually have a Nemean Lion cloak from a quest I went on several years ago which is a creature by the way." Kristin said, knowing that the girl Ash would ask what it is exactly. "The Mist which is a type of magic hides what normal people see, we can see through it mostly so anything that mortals see they will think is just normal so a chihuahua could easily be disguised as a chimera or something along those lines." Alannah explained.
"I'll show you to the armory." Kristin offered as she started to head out as well along with Alannah as well making their way towards the armory where they would see one of the newer girls leaving and waited for Leda to get out. She noticed Bryan who was just about to enter the armory as well and stopped to smile and way towards Kristin.
Ezekiel shook his head at his half brother before he broke off and headed to the armory. He gathered up what he needed, already going into battle mode and ignored the others he saw moving about the armory. There was a difference in Capture the Flag than actually going on a quest but the principles were still the same. There was a mission and a goal and Ezekiel was busy getting his head into the game. He slipped into his armor, it sliding on smoothly before he covered himself with his usual gear, saving the helmet for last. He double checked his quiver of arrows before he headed out onto the usual battle field. He took a roundabout way to get to his side of things, checking to make sure he wasn’t being spied on or followed before he made it to his position. Ezekiel went over to Bryan first, checking on the position of the flag as he went before he decided on which way he was going to go. Team Athena was South and on the other side of the river, as most of the matches were in order to give each team enough room to hide their flag. Ezekiel was thinking he would cross the river first and then scout along. Although, perhaps he would remain as defense, using his screaming arrows to fire off warnings of the enemy approaching. He thought of his options as he joined Bryan. ”Did you do it?” He of course, was referring to pranking Kristin.
Andy nodded. It sort of made sense. She hadn't ever kept anything for a couple of reasons, but thinking back she wished she had now. Then at least she would have something to show for the fights she had already experienced. She followed the group to the Armory where she looked over the weapons. None spoke to her so she decided to forgo taking anything from there except some armor, which she carried with her to the flag location. She had thanked Kristin and Alannah for their help before she left.
Since Andy wasn't trained on how to wear the armor she ended up with just the helmet and a breastplate. Anything else would hinder her she felt. At the flag location, Andy realized she didn't know any of the people on her team. She wanted to disappear. Why couldn't there have been one person she knew? Jade's cabin was here, but she wasn't, which made sense when Andy thought about it. She struggled with figuring out the breastplate for a moment before finally, in a quiet voice, asking, "Can someone help me with this?" What was she thinking joining this game? She had no idea what she was doing.
"Sounds like a wonderful idea to me." Checking out the armory was bound to be cool. He'd never really considered weapons as a very interesting thing before, but now that their were apparently lots of things that very much wanted to eat him, becoming acquainted with different armaments sounded like a practical idea. He had his black iron dagger, but he didn't know how proficient he'd be with a close range weapon. Sure, he was a fit enough person, but he felt as if keeping his opponents at a distance would be a safer option for him.
Following after Kristin, he decided to ask about her preferred fighting style. "So how do you fight? Swords or bows?" The largest disadvantage he could think of that would come with ranged weaponry would be the limited ammunition. He'd hate to find himself in a fight, and unable to protect himself because he'd spent all his bows. That was the primary advantage of close range combat, he supposed; sure, he could run out of things to load in a bow, but a sword would never run out of being a sword.
"Well darling, it'd be more accurate to say that Apple invented their own version of the Iris Message," Leda clarified. Her mother was a Greek goddess - she had been doing this long before Steve Jobs had even been thought of. She grinned as Kiera's weapons shifted down into their concealed form. Sure, it was disappointing that they didn't seem to do much more beyond that, but not all magical weapons could summon thunder and whatnot. She rolled her eyes at her sister, Tammy. "You are the worst!" she shouted after her. She didn't deny though anything that Tammy had said. She smirked a bit at Kiera as she headed out of the armory.
"I'll walk you there, but after that, you have to try to keep up," Leda told her. She didn't really want to walk to the Capture the Flag grounds, but she also knew that just ditching Kiera right now would be a bit of a jerk move. Besides, she partially wanted to see if she could get laid by the daughter of Poseidon. Once they got onto the field, Leda did a few stretches, brushing the loose portions of her hair out of her face. "The Ares kids are daft, but cruel. I recommend not being killed by one," she added. "Though you wouldn't be the first one if that happens."
