@Shovel He looks interesting, most of my feedback is semantics (Stoneworking vs Stonecutting, putting the rank title before the skill IE Apprentice Miner). The addiction mechanic I can work with but unless you're willing to use your supply slot on your weed, I don't think you're going to find much starting out. I am a little confused about the values though, what do you mean by "structural" and "survivor of the cowardice"? The last one I'm guessing that he's a coward who finds descrition to be the better part of valor but I don't know what the first one means.

I'll roll up your gobbos in the morning since its late as fuck for me. Any trends you want to see in the group? I'm guessing that you are something like mining/stonework and maybe a little construction?

@ClocktowerEchos I was trying to say that he values the societal structure and greater good, but I think I will change that to Honesty for the sake of simplicity. And knowing goblins, it may spruce up something good.

For flaws, sure. I will change it to Spiteful. Spiteful: Ra harbors spite from everything that crosses him. Sure, he won't let them blind his sight, but his spiteful tendency does lead to laziness and a somewhat self-corrupt/destructive to pop up here and there.

All of these changes will be made after I wake up though.

So I was doing some thinking and I realized that my original idea of "1 day = 1 turn" might get real slow, real fast yet I don't want to skip too much. Even doing 1 week = 1 turn feels like too much.

How do people think of 3-4 days = 1 turn?

I'm thinking like two, one is your "main focus" that your group wants to get done and the other is a "secondary task" that they do when they have time. You can add more tasks but it will slow everything down and conversely if you only have your main task, you'll complete it faster.

There'll also be events and situtations that might pop up and require your attention as Boss of a gang to resolve. (IE One of your gobbos has become sad and slows or refuses to work so you'll have to solve that one way or another. Still deciding if that would count as an action option/secondary task or a "personal matter" that just concerns your boss.)

Well actually if I'm thinking logically then at the start the first thing the Conclave needs to do is two very important things:

- Build something; specifically a grove somewhere in a densely wooded area, just simple fencing and like makeshift shelters.
- Hunting/Gathering: So we have surplus food & materials.

Sounds like a good plan. I'd imagine that the shelters would be like really shitty lean-tos since I think only one NPC in Sadko's group has any building skill. Although you could make the case that Exploration and Survival skills could help with making at least temporary shelters. Fencing could be like wicker fencing, the type that you sort of "weave" but even then that's only really good for marking out places and keeping small animals in. Not to mention you need to find the wood from somewhere so that's on the to-do list as well.

Yup, all the gangs are part of a larger group working together. There's probably not going to be a leader at the start but that will be an early event.
