"We totally have cheese,” the mystery Liberty dude suddenly blurted out, causing Tyler to let out a light chuckle in response. She shook his hand without hesitation, and grabbed her plate from Spike immediately afterwards. The smell of the freshly grilled cheeseburger and hotdog wafted to her nose in an instant, making her stomach rumble and her mouth salivate. She reached for the ketchup as soon as Eleazar's friend or whoever returned it to its proper place on the table.

"Nice to meet ya Christian," she said, flashing the boy a flirtatious smile before refocusing her attention on the plate of food before her. She took a couple of seconds to coat her hotdog in ketchup, as well as draw a cute little smiley face on her cheeseburger before remembering that she had yet to introduce herself to both Christian and Eleazer. "I'm Tyler, but everyone around here just calls me Ty." As soon as she finished speaking, Ty took that opportunity to find out if Spike and Eleazar were as gifted on the grill as Christian had made them out to be. She took a fairly large bite out of her burger, and her eyes almost rolled to the back of her head as soon as she began to chew. "Holy shit, you weren't kidding. These are the fucking bomb." she said to Christian between bites, a euphoric feeling beginning to overtake her body. What a wonderful way to satisfy her munchies.

Ty had only gotten about halfway through her burger before the smell of tobacco suddenly overcame her senses. The young woman let out a cough as she watched Christian wave away a cloud of smoke that had been blown in their faces by none other than... "Cade! Hey! Everything's all good. You should try one of these burgers... it's good shit, I'm telling ya." And with that, she took another bite of her burger. "Now Cade, you already know I fuck with you heavy... but is that a... a black n mild that you're smoking? Come on now... I got something better we all can smoke in my purse." And just as she was about to dig around for her baggie of joints, the small group was joined by yet another.

"Hello, Chris. Hello, Ty..." A new voice called out, and Ty whipped her head around to see a familiar face walking in their direction. Tyler couldn't help but feel a little... or actually, a lot surprised at the fact that she was seeing none other than Grisha Blackmore at a high school party. She never would've pegged him as the partying type, despite only knowing him for less than a week. But, who knows? Maybe she had gotten him all wrong. Nevertheless, she greeted him with the same stoned, goofy grin she'd given to almost everyone else who'd walked by.

"Hey Grish, how's it going?" The young woman said once he'd come to a stop nearby. "Grisha, that's Spike, Eleazar, and Cade... guys, this is Grisha." She probably could've been a little more detailed, but she was way more interested in finishing what was on her plate than making introductions. She'd finished the hamburger and had set her sights on the hotdog; she'd eaten about half when she realized just how dry her mouth had suddenly become. She finished the rest of her food within thirty seconds, and tossed her plate in the nearby trash before saying, "I'm gonna go find where the drinks are if anyone wants to tag along... I'm gonna need something very very strong before going out on that dancefloor." And as she began to walk away, she threw her hand up and waved at those behind her.

"See ya. Have fun. Find me later if you wanna smoke."

A feeling of relief washed over JJ as Olivia, or Liv, offered him a gentle smile and warm response to his compliment. And he was just about to answer her question about how he was enjoying the party before another person unexpectedly interrupted their conversation. "Alright, let's move it along now," the taller boy had said as he slunk an arm around Liv's shoulder, and all of the relief that had been present in JJ's body suddenly washed away. Who in the Hell was this guy? And why did he have to swoop in right when things were starting to go well?

JayVaughn watched in silence as Liv scowled at the older boy, but flashed her a kind smile when her eyes found his once more. "Yeah, I guess I'll just... catch you later," he said back before she was pulled away in the opposite direction. "Hope you guys have fun." But by the time he'd finished this last sentence, the pair were already out of hearing range. "Fuck," the young boy muttered under his breath as he rolled his eyes, turned on his heel, and began making his way back to the cooler to retrieve his bottle of water. While he was slightly annoyed by what had just happened, the young man decided, as he took a few gulps from the bottle, that he wouldn't let it put a damper on the rest of his night. He knew that this wouldn't be the last time he'd try to get to know Liv; hopefully then there won't be any more interruptions.

Soon, JJ found himself wandering around the large house, searching for any familiar faces. He pushed through the crowds of students and eventually found himself in the backyard. His eyes instantly lit up at the sight of it all. It didn't take him long to set sights on the large bouncy house that stood in the grass, not too far from the pool. He could see a few drunken students had already started wildly jumping about inside, and suddenly felt the urge to join them.

After thinking it over for a few seconds, he decided to give in to his inner-child. He left his sneakers in a dark spot behind the bouncy house out of the fear of them being stolen (old habits), and then entered through the little door in the front. He was welcomed by everyone with open arms.

With his phone now in his pocket, it was now a waiting game. Not that he expected a response right away. This was a party. The last thing he expected to do was business. That was a problem for tomorrow . He was supposed to be here to relax and unwind. Not that the study bug ever gave himself time to get away from his work. Jax had grown up with little to no money, so he was used to just studying and cracking on with his work as a way of coping with boredom. That attitude had embedded itself during his childhood years and as a result, stuck in high school. It had also built a determination inside of him to never be like his parents. In the nicest way possible of course. He didn't want to get married and bring someone up in the same conditions that he did. Jax wanted it all. He wanted to get the scholarship, get the perfect grades get the perfect job, pay for his parents while also raising a family.

It was alot of pressure to bear.

High school was a cut throat game. While the majority of Rosefell students wouldn't have gave a damn about grades and moving onto a good college, There were still some threats that he had to compete with. Liberty students however were throwing a huge curveball. They were more ambitious and had the money and connections to get what they wanted. The two things that Jax yearned for in life. His final year in Rosefell was going to be more competitive than ever. He needed to get the highest GPA possible while adding as much as he possibly could to college resume. No wonder his parents thought he could do with a break tonight. It might have only been the first week but Jax got the impression that battle lines were being drawn. While tonight, only the party mattered, tomorrow the sharpening of knives would begin once more and by Monday, who knows what will unfold.

Jax just had to make sure that he was on the winning side regardless. As long as he got what he wanted out of high-school, it didn't matter to him what happened to everyone else. Okay. Maybe that was being a bit harsh. He wasn't a monster after all. In the ideal world he would be able to help everyone at Rosefell while also systematically helping himself. However if the two intersected and he could only choose one. He was going to choose himself.

Still right now Jax needed to unwind. Getting up he could begin to feel the alcohol take a hold on his body. Although in all honesty, it was Jax’s brain subconsciously making the drunk sensation feel worse, mostly because it was the first time he had ever drunk. Either way, Jax felt alot more looser and relaxed compared to the tense, more nervous boy who had walked in at the start of the party. Walking over to the drink table, Jax grabbed a second bottle and took a long swig from it. Still coughing slightly afterwards though, he hadn’t completely adjusted. Now he needed to find something to keep himself occupied.

His eye drifted across the house. Something had to capture his excitement. Nothing particularly stood out as an amazing choice. But then he noticed the dance floor. Fuck it. With a deep breath he would walk over to the edge of the dancefloor. He would begin to start to waving his arms rather awkwardly at his sides, almost like he was trying to swim on air while rocking his body from side to side. It wasn’t elegant, and he had to keep his one hand straight to avoid dropping the bottle in his hand, but you know what? Jax liked this. Even if he wasn’t the best dancer. Or a good dancer at all, he was there, on the edge of the crowd, dancing his socks off.

As Miki looked at her Jackson, the only guy who probably could look her up and down and she didn't feel grossed out, she then scanned the party from where they were at. It was developing nicely and she saw people she was friends with and others she barely knew (other than knowing them from her classes, of course). And she almost wanted to tell Jackson she'd be back later. Maybe she would take him up on his suggestion and go have some fun, then come get him later. But that thought brought a series of guilt-ridden thoughts out, causing her to frown at him.

Not even a moment later, her frown became defined in the way when she was genuinely upset. Golden locks filled half of the sight in front of her, dark eyes narrowing. She knew who those dark locks belonged to long before her voice made everything from the roaring partiers and the music they were dancing to be white noise.

"Maybe watch where you're going, Missy." Miki stared at the trashy Queen of Thorns. She couldn't stand this bitch. Acting all high and mighty and having the nerve to insult her Jackson! Unforgivable. "Now apologize! Go on! Queens are supposed to set an example right? You clearly ran into my friend and spilled your cheap drink over his shoes, so apologize. Now!" Miki tried to control herself. It may not have sounded like it as her tone became firm and authoritative, but this was her holding back. The fact she didn't insult Missy further was the very definition of taking the high ground.

Besides, based on what Missy was wearing, nothing she'd say could compare the atrocity that the Queen of Thorns felt was appropriate to step into the public's eye in.

"This is what I like to see."

——————————————————
Christian's House

Jackson shrugged and shifted himself, making sure he was still upright. He looked Miki up and down and shook his head.

"I'll take the offer, don't worry about me." He stated, he looked over at Rico who had just sang a song with some blonde chick, he chuckled and crossed "Please, I could never score someone like you." he said. Again, he was pushing his emotions for their friendship, this was something he rarely did but he knew he was not going to be much. He already knew he will not be a good boyfriend anyway. "I'm gonna get fucking turnt tonight, I wanna forget all the bad shit tonight, I-"

He felt his shoes go damp, and felt the alcohol seep into his socks. His eyes immediately darted to the culprit and loomed over like a shadow, not only did she not respect the King but she even gave him attitude. Before he could even say anything, Miki stepped in. Jackson moved his arm between the girl and Miki and shot Miki a look that he will handle it.

"These shoes cost more than you'll ever be worth." He abused his height, this was a Jackson stable, "You Rosefell pieces of shit thinking you can run this place," he clapped his hands together and looked at Miki then back at this girl, "That school can barely run itself, and that's thanks to asshats like you." His eyes glared straight at the girl, piercing and straight to the soul, "I suggest you get on your knees and apologise before I make you beg." A smirk slowly made itself on his face. "You're in liberty territory, watch your step."

Without Juno, he practically did not have much of a moral compass, one poke to the bear and he was out for blood, he just really was not drunk enough to go on a rampage.

Once he had polished off his drink and thrown it into a nearby bin; Dee could feel a light buzz beginning to course through his veins. This was a good thing; a little levity and positivity to keep him feeling good. He settled one one more drink to cap off his evening, any more and DeShawn probably wouldn’t be able to stop himself from reverting back to his old corner boy ways. He spent so much time creating such a controlled image that he often wondered how many of his current peers knew the real him.

Towering above his classmates, big D began to gently manoeuvre through the crowd intent on making it to one of the copious number of drinks tables in Christian’s lavish home. He had to move softly because DeShawn was a strong fuck even when he didn’t intent to be. One wrong step and some poor guy or girl would be sent flying to the floor.

He glanced up at one of the more crowded tables and bore witness to his boy Hunter gaming with...Alina? ”My man!” In the short time he had spent with his Liberty partner, he had found Alina very sweet and not too dissimilar to himself. Dee was extremely glad that she had decided to attend the party. After their talk on the first day, the girl cutting loose, relaxing and giving herself to a night of revelry was not the worst decision for her. Hunter was a Boy, one of the best. He had his shit but so did everybody else, there were worse people for Alina to be with. DeShawn offered his large hand up in a gentle wave before moving into the next room.

Nearly colliding with Tyler Andrews; the linebacker smiled as he brushed a friendly hand against her arm ”Stay in your lane, mama. Nearly cleaned you out. I mean, I know you can kick my ass but still…” Ty was his type of girl. She was strong and sassy and she had a quality about her that just reminded Dee of home. It was probably because they both grew up elsewhere, literally an hours drive away from each other with her being DC and him Baltimore respectively. Ty was always at the games, always cheering her heart out. She was the type of girl on the flip side to Missy that he could bring home to the family. ”Imma grab a drink but we should catch up...”

Before he could say anything else, Dee’s eyes locked onto the familiar blonde hair of his paramour Melissa being confronted by two Libertines. Normally, number forty four knew his Queen could handle herself but the fact that a six foot something dude was looming over her, that shit he wasn’t down for. ”Sorry Ty, give me a sec” Moments later and DeShawn was soon standing behind Melissa glaring at the tall boy who was belittling his friends. ”Hey yo” The boy was of similar height to Dee but he was built much thicker.

”You wanna talk about watching your step, I suggest you mind your own footwork, ya feel me?”

His cowardice was palpable in the previous moment.

Rico had all the energy and all the momentum on his side after his duet with Jo; it should’ve been easy. Why was it then that when he approached his beloved Ellie that he bottled it and ran away before the brunette beauty could speak? Cowardice. He broke her heart and only now after months of longing and loneliness was he reaping what he showed and understanding the consequences of his actions.

The girl at the party was very different to the girl he had loved for so long. This Ellie was looser, more easy going; he could see that from the stage and it was enamouring. He had never seen her like that. Was this the real Ellie Roberts? Had Enrique’s demons pushed down her true self? It was true that he was a big personality and now the song maestro wondered if it was too big? Did he overshadow other peoples lights with his own darkness?

After the disastrous attempt to reach out to Ellie, Rico fled anywhere his legs would take him within the party. He witnessed the big brute that attacked him earlier leading Lilith into a private room. That was Ellie’s friend and from their brief interaction earlier, Rico knew that the guy she was with was bad news. He considered intervening but the building anxiety in his chest was like an anchor, it was weighing him to the ground. Desperately he searched for a friendly face; Hunter was with some girls, of course, Dee was squaring up to JP and the last thing Rico needed was two of his friends beating seven bells out of each other.

Hugging the guitar close to his chest like the lifeline he often considered it to be, the Mexican boy made his way out of the party and into the less busy garden. There were people messing around in the pool and others busy getting busy on lawn chairs but that didn’t bother him. He found himself a quiet place by the large fence and parked himself on top of a little stone mound. Rico began to pluck at his guitar strings and as the nonsensical sounds soon became a rhythm, he let the words escape from his lips.

Que bonitos ojos tienes,
Debajo de esas dos cejas,
Debajo de esas dos cejas,
Que bonitos ojos tienes.

Lost in the music, alcohol and drugs, Enrique was unaware of the small crowd of groupies and drunkies forming around him. Eyes closed, feeling the beechwood between his fingertips, all he could see was Ellie.

Ellos me quieren mirar,
Pero si tu no los dejas
Pero si tu no los dejas
Ni siquiera parpadear.

Malagueña salerosa
Besar tus labios quisiera
Besar tus labios quisiera
Malagueña salerosa.

When Hunter heard a girl’s voice that wasn’t Alina’s unique tone, he turned around, looking up. And when he saw no one, for a moment, he became visibly confused.

But that was only a moment. Common sense kicked in and he caught the top of dark hair that drew in his eyes to go about five inches (give or take) down to meet the source of the new voice — the new, unknown voice of someone he couldn’t say he knew. Between her comment about him possibly ‘being like the other guys’ and then Alina, who came to his defense — or at least, that’s how Hunter chose to take it — Hunter centered on Raven.

He had nothing to go off other than that she was the good friend of a girl Hunter has known for less than ten minutes — twenty tops if you’re counting the time it took to make his way to her initially. In all that time, the most Hunter managed to find out was her name. And that she knew Dee.

And apparently short people befriend each other. Not exactly an important fact, but it’s one Hunter suddenly found himself thinking about.

Right. Back to what matters.

He held out his hand for Raven. Call it a sign of goodwill or whatever. “And I’m not like most guys.” He felt the need to defend himself despite Alina doing that for him. “We were actually about to have a drink. Maybe you’ll like to join in? Hell, if you still don’t trust me, we could make a game out of it.” Somewhere inside, Hunter knew that might be a bad idea. But she seemed nice enough and Alina was about to drink, anyway. So for all he knew, it would be a mistake that might result in a new batch of friends for him.

"I could never say no to a drink."

”I think you and I are going to have a grand time tonight.”

There wasn’t any denying in both the way Nicholas pleasantly smirked at the shorter redhead who so graciously accepted his offering, which totally wasn’t a random red solo cup he didn’t find on some table along the way to her, that he was looking forward in getting to know exactly who she was. Of course, he always felt this way about any beautiful ginger, regardless of gender identity. All they needed was to remind him of those memories, the fond ones growing up when he fell in love with Blossom and how, even if they didn’t realize it, they captured his curiosity, pulling it towards him like their hair was the red cape and he was the bull, mindlessly charging.

Nicholas took a medium step closer to her, maintaining a fixated, invested, though not appearing too desperate, with hers. Even from afar, Nicholas knew she was someone special because of how the light from the bulbs above sparkled in her gentle blue eyes. She was even better up close.

”So, you have a name—”

”Absolutely the fuck not.”

Nicholas heard a familiar voice, one that he was usually always happy to hear. But that tone. He knew that Billie always carried herself with that tone when she was about to ruin his fun.

Nicholas Salvador Grey--”

And there she goes, using my full name like she’s our mother. Nicholas’ thought was concluded as she came charging in like the more intense, though noticeably shorter twin bull-of-a-sister she was. “Did you really need to do that?” His question, no matter how rhetorical, was obviously met with an already nasty expression his usually-pleasant twin used so rarely, especially when directing at him. It was only when he was going to enjoy himself with someone that she magically appeared.

We are not doing this again.

He gave his sister an equally, though slightly less obvious, nasty expression back at her. “And what, Billie Jean Grey--” Say my name, I declare yours “--would that be, exactly?”

If you wanted to make Melissa Elliott mad, you badmouthed the Knights or insinuated something about her and Zoey’s upbringing given the lack of a father figure. If you wanted to make her irate, you called her Missy. While she adored the music, the bombardment of Missy Elliott jokes she had gotten over the course of her life because of her name had left her a tad sensitive to the subject, and she quickly put a stop to that upon entering the halls of Rosefell. No one dared use that nickname for her anymore.

Of course, it would stand to reason she would have to educate these Liberty fools about the price paid for using it. Double for this little trollope who dared insinuate she was the clumsy one! How dare she? She didn’t maintain the most serene grace on the balance beam and on the sidelines to fumble remnants of alcohol willy-nilly! Besides, she was probably the one who pushed this fool into her! Oh she was going to get it.

And her little boytoy too! Nice of him to apparently grow a spine when threatening a teenage girl. What a mouth on this one! Too bad he clearly didn’t have the muscles to back it up, looking like some boy-band singer, and Melissa was never one to let gender stop her from giving people a thrashing. It helped knowing she had the backup. It didn’t take much for Dee to announce his presence behind her. The perks of their relationship were apparent yet again.

Melissa looked back and smiled at her not-official-boyfriend as he let Jackson know who his dance partner would be if he wanted it. “Thanks Dee. I know you’ve got my back. But they’re going to need the help.” She took a couple breaths allowing herself to center as she stood in front of Miki and Jackson, interlopers that needed to be put in their place.

Miki fired the first shot, she could get the first taste. “Now you listen and listen good, bitch, because I’m only going to be this calm when I deliver this speech once. I don’t know who you think you are, and I don’t know if I care, but if you know I’m the queen around here, which congratulations on making one correct assumption, then you should know exactly what I’m about and what exactly I can do to you to make your life miserable. And you’ve already made two incorrect assumptions that are going to make you look like quite the ass. First, I can handle my drink better than you any day of the week, so while you may have been tipsy enough to shove this stick over here,” Melissa motioned towards Jackson. “into my path towards the beverages that I put on this table, I need more than that to put my feet in places where they don’t belong. Like you shoving yours in your big mouth. And second, you can put some god damn respek on my name when you say it. It’s Melissa, and you would do best to learn it if you want to do anything other than wear a mascot head at this school. And don’t think I won’t send Spike packing to make that happen! So if you want to offer me an apology, I’m all ears. Or I will be in about three minutes.”

Content with how she established Miki’s place in the pecking order, she turned to the larger Jackson. “And you! You talk to women with that mouth? Maybe you’ve been hanging around with this one,”
she now motioned to Miki, “Too much, or maybe you just skipped the etiquette classes I’m sure you had over at Liberty, but guess what, beanpole? YOU AREN’T THERE ANYMORE! What the fuck did you do to make any of this happen? Fuck, what did you do to make anything happen, other than spilling my god damn drink all over the deck? I know god damn well I’m more capable than you of running a school, a bake sale, a lemonade stand and a lap, because you look fucking pathetic! Threatening a woman, what is wrong with you? If you’re looking for beggars, go check where your school stands empty, I’m sure they fucking moved in. But I don’t give a shit where you think you are, or what turf you claim to be on, you’re in my fucking universe now, and I will make damn sure you get blinked out of existence if you try and pull this kind of reverse bullshit maneuver on me! Step to that, you useless fuckstick!”

Satisfied, Melissa gave a quick flick of her hair to make sure it fell back in place following her tirade, and she turned to Dee. “Didn’t think I was going to need an escort to the booze table, Dee, but you want to head over there with me? Make sure no more pieces of trash drift into my path?”

"Nah, I'm good.", Cade reassured Tyler. "Already on it."

He then turned his attention on the most urgent of matters, at Eleazar who seemed to be coming up clutch with his order. Although extra questions was the last thing Cade needed in his current state. He feigned some annoyance as he rejected both choices.

"Just, like... man...do what you feel like, y'know? But be generous I'm fucking starving."

Everyone acting like those burgers are the most delicious thing ever did NOT help either. He started smoking his cigarette a bit more hurriedly, perhaps the addy properly kicking in, as Tyler bounced and he recalled Christian's remark.

"I mean you can have some if you wanna bro but like, does it really matter? You've paid for all the gourmet shit in there, it would just pale in comparison. That's why I didn't touch basically anything, wouldn't be the same after."

A @BrutalBx and @HaleyTheRandom Collab.
Staring: Theo & Lilith

_____________________________________
_____________________________________

Once the pair had finished their song to a standing ovation (as if anyone who wasn’t already making out was sitting down), Theo took Lilith’s hand once again and helped her off the stage and back onto the floor. TVC was someone who certainly prided himself on being able to read people and when Lil first made her way over to him, he most definitely didn’t pick up on the fact that she could sing and that they would end up singing together in front of their classmates. Theo definitely wasn’t any kind of musician; he could hold a tune but that was about it.

”Well that was something” He grinned that stupid, irresistible grin of his as he picked up their drinks from the side where they had left them and handed Lil hers. ”You’ve got some decent pipes, Lil.”

The alcohol and weed had combined in Lilith's system, giving her a sort of euphoric feeling while she and Theo rocked out on stage. How she managed to keep up her confidence the whole time, she wasn’t quite sure, but none of that mattered now. She had nailed it.

Taking her drink from Theo, Lilith couldn’t help but let her eyes linger on his for a brief moment. There was something nice about that grin that she couldn’t quite explain. Breaking her gaze, Lilith took a drink from her cup in a desperate attempt to help her cottonmouth.

”I practice in the shower sometimes,” she joked. ”You weren’t all that bad yourself. Now. What do you think we should do next?”

Immediately as the girl asked the question, Theo’s mind went to a sordid place; his bedroom specifically. The more time the athlete spent with Lilith the more he wanted to know what was underneath the clothes and just how dangerous those curves really were.

”I can think of a few things but how about a game of pool? Chris has a games room over there.” He motioned with his head to a door just over yonder. He glanced over to the open kitchen and could see Raven chatting with some floppy haired Rosefell ruffian and he couldn’t lie, it pissed him off. Still he wouldn’t let that worthless slut ruin a perfectly good evening. ”We can even make it a little more interesting, a wager or two perhaps?”

Nodding her head excitedly in agreement, Lilith couldn’t help but take a quick glance around the room herself. Ellie was a strong person, and could handle herself - but that didn’t mean that Lilith didn’t worry about her other half.

Truth to be told, Lilith had only ever played pool twice, and both times she had sucked. She knew the basic rules, and what to do - it was just her execution that was the problem.

”I like the way you think,” she responded. ”Lead the way.”

With a smirk wide across his lips, Theo took Lil by the hand once again and began to lead her through the crowd. He ignored the growing row between a quartet of idiots and pushed towards the games room. Darting his eyes back towards his ex, the Franchise player couldn’t help but wink in her direction. Raven was not worth his time anymore but he sure did miss fucking with her. It was so easy and just so fun.

Arriving at the pool room, he allowed the brunette to enter first before following suit and closing the door behind him. The room was theirs, they would not be disturbed as they played their game. Nonchalantly locking the door behind him, Theo moved over to a rack on the wall which held multiple pool cues. He grabbed two and handed one to Lilith.

”We’ll keep it simple; you go for solids and I’ll go for stripes.” He reached under the table and began to set up the balls. ”Dealers choice; what’re terms gorgeous? What’re we playing for?”

Picking up the chalk square from the edge of the pool table, Lilith turned it over and over between her fingers while Theo spoke. Taking the pool cue from him, she took a deep breath. Lilith was lucky that Theo had given her the time of day in the first place, and she sincerely hoped that she didn’t fuck things up with her shitty pool skills.

It was up to her to choose the prize for the night, and her brain was completely blank under the mild pressure of doing so.

”We could go classic,” she said slowly, her voice shockingly loud in the much quieter room. ”Money, drugs.” The brunette shrugged her shoulders, letting her eyes linger on his for a moment. ”But I feel like we should do something with a little more flare…. Loser has to jump in the pool in their underwear? Unless you have something better in mind, of course.”

”Hm.” Theo thought about what he could say in the moment. Lil didn’t seem like the type from their short interactions that would want to push the envelope...at least not immediately. There was an edge to her that was obvious but it was hidden by a nervous, almost innocent energy. It was his job to bring this out.

”Well, how about loser jumps on the pool, winner decides what we do next and in the meantime…”

Leaning down towards the table, the football player struck the white ball hard, breaking the racked up set and sinking one of the striped balls into the back corner pocket. ”Every ball successfully sunk, the other person has to tell a truth? And I’m talking about something real, not some plastic shit. Strangers make the best listeners.”

”Sounds reasonable,” she replied, watching as the striped ball sank into the pocket. ”Are we asking questions here, or just blurting out our deepest, darkest secrets at random?”

”Questions” Theo grinned from ear to ear as he realised that this girl may just be a challenge after all. ”I’ll start off easy for you. Tell me about when you lost your virginity? Was it as special as every girl dreams about or was it a massive let down?”

It was a hell of an icebreaker question but it was also a pure question. No reason to lie.

When Theo said questions, Lilith simply nodded her head as she walked around the pool table to where the cue ball was. Laughing as the memory Theo asked about came flooding back, Lilith was happy to see that she had a fairly easy shot. The cue ball was directly in front of the solid blue ball, which was right beside the left front corner pocket.

A smile still on her face, Lilith glanced up at Theo while leaning over the edge of the table. ”Picture this, okay?” she began, turning her attention back to the game at hand. ”It’s Sophomore year, and some friends and I decided to go to Senior Bash. Last party of the year, excited for summer - all that shit. We got drunk, the party got busted, and we all ended up back at my place because gramps is cool and mom was at work. We all agreed that they could stay there because I didn’t want my friends getting in trouble with their parents. Some of them slept in the spare bedroom, Casey took the couch.” Taking a deep breath, Lilith took the shot and sank the ball. ”Senior guy sneaks into my bedroom, we start making out - nothing special. He could barely get it up, it lasted like three minutes, and I’m not even sure if it actually counts.”

”Well shit, senior guy may not be memorable but he’s a damn sight lucky bastard” Chalking his cue up, Theo scanned the table for a shot but couldn’t find one that would get him another question. Lining up the ball, the struck the white directly into its target and rebounded it off of the far wall of the table and directly in front of one of Lilith’s more easy looking shots. ”You got the last one, so you get to ask the question. So Lil, what you got?”

A light blush in her cheeks, Lilith laughed quietly as Theo set up his next shot. While he gave his shot a good effort, it ultimately failed in the end. It was hard to not get her hopes up as Theo missed the shot. Perhaps her initial assumption had been wrong and she actually did have a shot.

Thinking for a moment, Lilith blurted out the first question that came to mind.

”What’s the worst thing you’ve ever done to a person?”

This was an interesting question. What was the worst thing he had ever done to a person? Obviously for Theo, what he considered bad was almost completely different to what others may think. As he went through a list in his mind, the Franchise player tried to decide how best to answer. He could be as honest as he promised but then there was a huge possibility that his chance with Lilith may go up in smoke like the rolls up she obviously loved so much. Deciding against this, he quickly thought up something else.

”Well, last year I was in a relationship with this girl and I’ll admit I wasn’t the best boyfriend. I had a lot on my mind, football, school elections, my sister was sick. Anyway, I neglected her and she cheated on me. I didn’t take it well. I demolished the guy that she fucked but he didn’t even know I existed, so it wasn’t really his fault so I felt awful because I really messed him up. Pretty much squandered his college chances”

As she listened to Theo tell his story, Lilith took the opportunity for another easy shot. Theo’s last shot had caused the location of the cue ball to be perfect for her to get the purple ball into the pocket. Sinking the shot yet again, Lilith took a second to let the information sink in.
”I can’t say I blame you,” she said simply. ”I might be fucking overdramatic, but cheating isn’t one of those things that you can just forgive, ya know? Don’t get me wrong - you probably shouldn’t have beat him into a coma or whatever, but your feelings were justified either way. Why on Earth someone would ever cheat on you, I have no idea, but anyway.”

”Actually I shattered his knee but I digress.”

With every shot taken, every drink downed, Theo began to feel a lot more in tune with Lilith than he had originally anticipated. He had thought that she would probably be a one and done fuck but the more time he spent learning about her; like about how her father left her or about her weird friendship with some chick named Ellie, the more he thought that there was more to her; maybe a girl named after a demon would have more uses than he realised.

There was a mention of writing; something that reminded the boy of a former life where he would watch a girl he cared for draw. He wondered if one day Lilith would allow him to read her stories. He was a sucker for those artsy types.

She wasn’t sure why, but the tone of Theo’s voice when he stated that was enough to cause Lilith to laugh. Any normal person would have seen someone breaking another person's knees as a red flag. But Lilith? Nah. She just found it strangely impressive in some sort of fucked up way that Lilith found fucked up things interesting.

A few more rounds of shots and...well shots and Theo was down to one ball. ”I hit this, you’re going in that pool Lil. Last chance to submit” Before the brunette could respond he sank the ball deep into the corner pocket and that grin crossed his face again. ”Oops, too late”

”Oh no!” Lilith exclaimed, obviously being fake and over exaggerative. ”What ever shall I do,” she said, already pulling her shirt over her head.

Fortunately for Lilith, she had planned on this being a pool party. Instead of a regular bra being hidden underneath her top, there was a black bikini top. There was no way she would ever parade around in her actual underwear. In her mind, a bikini was just different.

Theo’s eyes did not leave her body as she undressed, she was definitely hiding something beneath the denim. ”Well well” Without a second thought, he pulled off his own extremely expensive shirt and rushed at Lil. He pulled her over his shoulder and ran to the door. He swiftly unlocked it and holding Lilith tight he charged out of the games room and out into the garden. ”Hold on tight!” Leaping into the air, the pair tumbled into the pool, splashing everyone in the vicinity.

Coming up for air, Theo brushed his now soaked hair back and smirked from ear to ear as Lilith joined him. ”Fun enough for you?”

Barely having time to appreciate his abbs, Lilith was surprisingly tossed over Theo’s shoulder. In a state of shock, Lilith playfully protested between laughs.

”Dude. Please don’t fucking drop me,” she shouted over the noise of the crowd.

Before she knew it, Lilith was surrounded by water and was sinking to the bottom of the pool. She hadn’t expected Theo to jump in the pool with her, but she was glad that he did. Once her head was back above the water, Lilith frantically searched for Theo before the sound of his voice told her that he was right behind her. Turning around, Lilith smiled back at him.

”Absolutely,” she responded. ”Why’d you jump in with me though,” she asked, splashing him. ”This was supposed to be my embarrassing punishment.”

Chuckling as she splashed him like a child, he threw the water right back at her. Before he could speak however, Theo caught sight of someone looking at them through the window of the kitchen; someone whose electric blue eyes he could never forget; Raven. As often they did, evil thoughts began to circulate in the young politicians head.

”Embarrassing punishment? No this was just an excuse for me to get you out of your clothes” Easing himself closer towards her, he brushed a loose strand of hair off of Lil’s face ”Your real punishment is to kiss me” He cupped her neck between his large hands and pressed his lips to hers, his eyes looking passed her and at the girl in the window.

Attempting to follow his gaze, Lilith didn’t have the chance to see what Theo was looking at before their lips were locked together.

”If you really think that’s a punishment, you’re fucking insane,” she laughed. Wrapping her arms around his neck, Lilith returned his kiss with one of her own.

Satisfied that Lil was now under his control and Raven was thoroughly pissed off, Theo closed his eyes and smiled into the kiss as it deepened. He moved his hands down her body and wrapped them around the small of her back, almost slightly lifting the girl off of the floor of the swimming pool.

Game. Set. Match. And your winner...

"You'll know."

——————————————————
Christian's House

Jackson was completely about to berate this girl, he was honestly surprised that she did not know who she was but this tall svelte looking man appeared behind her and definitely tried to intimidate Jackson as best he can. Jackson couldn't help but laugh at the word 'footwork.' He crossed his arms and shook his head, and straightened his posture.

"Footwork? You really don't know me." Said Jackson, he looked at Miki then back at the big guy before continuing, "Don't talk about footwork, you clearly struggle with yours from all that extra... Weight." His smile faded, Jackson feared nothing, and he cared only for certain things, these people were not these certain things. Before he could continue his offense, little blondie girl ran her mouth, and to be completely honest, she said way too much that Jackson had enough time to zone out and zone back in before she was done. He honestly just ignored her, he did not care one bit about a thing she said, it was something about her universe or some shit, she ran her mouth so much he didn't know if the girl was reciting her essay for english class or actually trying to prove a point.

He was absolutely willing to start a fight, there was no questioning that, but deeming it worthy for him to throw his hat in first? Not a chance. He raised a brow at the girl and his eyes darted back and forth before kicking his foot to shake off the alcohol.

"Has anyone ever told you that you need to shut up? Apologise my foot." He said before his attention turned to the big man, he really did not see this girl as anything but a little feisty rat, but this big bear standing behind her could lay Jackson out in seconds but that does not mean he was willing to stand down. "What about you? You look like a guy who's seen a lot of menus, are you just going to stand there and play bodyguard?" He clapped his hands together then brushed his hair back, "Typical rosefell, all talk for a handful of brutes."

He moved his arm and grabbed Miki by the wrist, he looked at her, with barely both eyes open to how intoxicated he was.

"Not worth it." He said to her, he wanted to get hammered, and if he was going to actually fight anyone, he'd rather do it the moment he starts forgetting everything he's doing. "As much as I'd love to go on about how Stuart little and Yogi bear are in the way, this is the one time I'm free to do whatever I want, I'd rather not waste it on Rosefell filth."

Nicholas met Billie’s sass equally with that of his own, and Billie would have expected nothing less - just like Nicholas should expect that his sass would only piss her off further.

”You’re really going to stand there and act like you aren’t flirting with your Tramp of Choice?” she retorted, crossing her arms across her chest.

The truth was that Billie needed her brother, but there was no way she was ever going to admit that. She was too proud, and way too independent. The truth was that the transition from Liberty to Rosefell had been stressful on the twins - not to mention that both of their parents were out of town for work, and Fiona was away at college.

”You always do this, Nick. You find some red head, flip on the charm switch, become a complete ass and settle for someone completely beneath you. It astoundingly perplexes me every time.”

Had it been just Melissa, Miki would've been able to deal. She was an insufferable bitch who needed to know the difference between them, but there was nothing she'd could say about her or Jackson that Miki couldn't handle. She was, of course, a true queen. It was liberating to see her look at Miki with such a nasty expression.

But that wasn't all. Unfortunately, as that tall boy who looked like someone who didn't belong anywhere near her or Jackson, Miki could tell before he even opened up his mouth that it was going to mean an extended stay of disgust that she would've preferred.

She wanted to say something demeaning to Dee. She wanted to say something mean to him. Maybe comment about how he didn't even compare to Jackson and how the only thing he might be good for is a featured spot on some adult entertainment. Or some reality show down the road. Out of all the things she wanted to say, nothing came up. She found herself mostly just observing, watching Jackson and Dee exchange words.

Too bad that was cut short.

Before Melissa opened her mouth, Miki was already preparing herself for the word vomit.

And sure enough, just as she had always been right, Missy Elliot came out the gate swinging. What she was swinging at, now that left Miki thoroughly amused.

While she laid into both her and Jackson, Miki smiled and smiled more when she went on about threatening her with mascot duty. The thought of that made her feel repulsed. Actually, it downright sickened her. To think that she could have that much influence. But then Miki remembered this school was just about as trashy as it got. Melissa going off on her like this was proof that, at the end of the day, it took flexing her inflated ego in attempts to prove a point.

She contemplated doing something about this queen of trash because that's what she was. No amount of huffing and puffing would ever change her mind about that. the longer she sat on it and the more the scene before her began to devolve, it was clear that was what Missy wanted. She wanted a reason to punch Miki. And really, could she give her the satisfaction of having a reason to hit Miki's perfect face? No she couldn't let that happen. Besides, as furious as she was, which don't be fooled by her entertained smirk, Miki was boiling red underneath, there were easier ways to get one over this bitch.

"As much as I'd love to go on about how Stuart little and Yogi bear are in the way, this is the one time I'm free to do whatever I want, I'd rather not waste it on Rosefell filth."

When Jackson put his arm around her waist, she looked up at him with a smile and nodded. But she'd quickly look at Melissa and Dee. "Count your blessings, Missy. Because I'm going to choose the high road and going to spend the rest of the party with my Jackson." Miki proceeded to tighten her grasp around Jackson's waist as he did to hers. "But know this isn't over. Not by a long shot." She'd say as she walked away, pulling Jackson with her.

When they were far away from them, she'd say the following to Jackson. "She'll regret messing with me. That Queen of Thorns is no match for my premium clippers."

The main goal of Christians party was for people to meet other people, and it turned out that standing by the grill was the perfect place to do just that.

Sipping on his drink and stuffing his face, Christian listened to the conversations going on around him while he quickly ate his first burger. An interesting figure that apparently went by the name of Grisha had approached that party. Christian wasn’t really sure what to make of the guy, but welcomed his presence nonetheless.

Nodding his head simply at Tylers statement, Christian watched as she walked away - very tempted to follow after her. However, Cade’s comment was what drew him back in.

”Don’t say shit like that dude,” Christian said, looking at Cade with a hint of concern. ”I spent money on all of this shit for everyone. So please. Go grab a bottle of the most expensive shit you can find, eat some shrooms, do a line of coke off of someone's boobs - I don’t care. But I would prefer if you had a good time tonight, ya know what I’m sayin’?”

While Alina gave her the run down on the nameless boy, Raven looked him up and down. He had this sort of quiet, reserved charm to him that Raven couldn’t quite explain, but she found it quite intriguing. Her thoughts were interrupted by a certain someone smirking at her from behind Hunter.

Theo was headed somewhere with a helpless girl's hand wrapped in his own. Raven silently began praying to the gods, her blood running cold. Theo was a monster, and someone had to warn the other girl about him - but Raven was too much of a coward. Theo had done massive damage to her last year, and Raven wasn’t quite sure she wanted to get re-involved with all of it.

After Alina was finished singing his praises, Raven took another much needed drink from the bottle of Patron and shook Hunters hand. Alina’s body language didn’t go against what she was saying, so she must have truly meant what she was saying. That was a good thing for Hunter.

”Alina vouched for you, so you’re off to a good start,” she stated emotionlessly. ”We could absolutely play some sort of game. I need to get wasted.”

Enter Theo running through the house with Random Girl slung over his shoulder.

Visibly cringing, Raven did her absolute best to not dart out the door and back to the safety of her own home. Alina was the one who sent the SOS, but Raven was the one that really needed the support.

The sound of a huge splash and a group of people cheering from outside caused Raven to look right past Hunter one more time - just long enough to see Theo kiss his newest target.

Another drink.

”What are we waiting for,” she asked, looking back and forth between Alina and Hunter. ”Let’s party.”

"Everyone that's ANYONE is going to be at this party!" In a New York Rangers hoodie, booty shorts, and her hair wet from just getting out the shower, Beatrix screeched in protest at all who were in the Kingsley Estate and their whole goddamn neighborhood. She stood at the arch of the living room near her brother, Enemy Number One, who was watching a soccer game. Not too far from him, their parents were making their way to the front door to leave for a grand soiree, a dinner party, which likely involved tipping the scales to better her father's political position in Ohio.

"This isn't fair. All because he—" Trixie grumpily gestured toward the party pooper lounging on the couch. "—doesn't want to go, I can't?! Noah is there!"

With his phone resting on his chest, Marcos' deadpan gaze was glued to the moving picture on the screen, ignoring the background noise around him. Including the whiny brat he called his sister. For more reasons than one, he refused to go to this party. Richie wasn't around anymore and Aiden was distracted, which made the trio feel non-existent. Dead in the water. The Golden Boys were now shining on their own. For better or for worse, they were on different wavelengths. And Marcos? He was alone.

Loved for his looks but judged for his adolescence years, Marcos wanted to turn off his mind for one night. To not see a reminder of everything that was wrong with him and the reasons why he clearly wasn't perfect. This year his friends and him were supposed to make it their year, their bitch as Trixie had said. Yet, all he was presented with was grief, frustration, and hate. This week felt like some cruel punishment to remind him of the past he was trying to make amends for. But... without Richie, what was the point?

Rushing behind her parents, Trixie tried to block the door so they could give her a better explanation. The rule — if he doesn't go, you don't — was complete bullshit!

"Trixie, we said what we said." Isabel Kingsley turned to her husband, flattening the creases in his suit jacket. "You have an early morning anyways. I expect you to be ready by 7." Once she brought her attention to her daughter, her dark gaze scrutinizing her child's behavior, Isabel added, "There will be more parties, I'm sure." No longer giving her youngest the time of day, the matriarch of the Kingsley household opened the door, pulled her husband's coat sleeve, and with finality, she asserted, "We're going to be late."

"But..." Why did Marcos' word hold more value than her's in this family? She could take care of herself and still be ready when her mom expected her to be. It wasn't her fault he met ghosts of his past and wasn't having a good time. It wasn't her fault he was a terrible kid growing up. It wasn't her fault he was choosing to be a coward to avoid his problems. Why did she have to suffer because he sucked? "... I'm tired of being treated like a child. I can take care of myself."

"Enough." When her father finally spoke up, Trixie quickly silenced herself. Her eyes met with the floor when he finally acknowledged the situation. "We love you, princess, but this. We don't have time for this. Now," Pulling her daughter into an embrace, Richard kissed her forehead and gleamed at his baby girl, "Be good and Sunday you can choose where we go eat as a family, okay?"

Grumbling in her father's arms, Trixie muffled in his chest, "Okay."

"Aw come on, we can go shopping too! Weren't you raving about this new make up line?" It was clear the man of the house would've slipped a fifty in his daughter's hand and encouraged her to go to the party, if there wasn't a hawk watching them both. There were times he couldn't resist those puppy eyes. Even if he was protective of her, she was young. Lord knows he did some stupid things when he was her age.

Shortly after that, Isabel demanded to leave by simply saying her husband's name, "Richard." With that, Mr. and Mrs. Kinglsey bid goodbye to their children and they were gone.

Swiftly shifting her body to her brother, Trixie growled, still unhappy, but slightly validated by her father smiling at her before he left the building, "I hope you're happy."

Absentmindedly, Marcos checked his Instagram stories and snapchat to see if there were any updates, "I am. Thanks for asking." While he didn't care about going, he was still curious at the success and who would be in attendance. Glancing up from his phone when his sister growled in annoyance, Marcos watched the fiery tornado, full of adrenaline and yearning, rush up the stairs. Sluggishly, he yawned and went back to staring at his phone, having replayed a friend's snapchat story a couple times, having caught sight of his ex in the background.

Beatrix was a smart girl so that tantrum was all an act and the moment she reached her room, closing the door behind her, she put on her Latin music playlist and started getting ready for the party. Swaying her hips from side to side, having already picked a casual denim ensemble and taken a shower, Trixie knew the main thing she needed to focus on was her hair and her make up. It didn't take much time until she was pleased with her look. Sending a snapchat to her best friend first, revealing that she was coming, she then opened up a message thread with an unnamed number.

Sorry for the wait.
Coming now!

Leaving her room, music still playing and lights on, Trixie tiptoed her way to the master bedroom and went to the main balcony. From a distance, she could see her savior. Without hesitation, she leapt off the ledge and grabbed ahold of a tree branch. Easing her way to the tree trunk, Trixie gradually made her way down the pear tree, dropping in front of the kitchen window.

Freezing in place, she saw her brother walk from the living room to the fridge, his back facing her. Stepping back, her foot cracked a branch in half, which caused her brother to turn and look outside. She was quick to shield herself with the tree. After counting the seconds in her head, she peaked to see her brother, who was now making himself cereal. Since he was distracted, she used this opportunity to silently scurry to the side gate. Instead of putting the code in to open it, she slipped her small frame between the bars and before she knew it she was running to a black SUV.

Finding herself in the passenger seat, buckling up, Trixie glanced over at the oh-so-handsome Winston that Miki called her Butler and had a moment where her heart indeed did skip a beat. It was unfair how hot this man was... "I can't thank you enough, Winston."

"It's no trouble at all, Ms. Kingsley," Winston said with a smile, starting the SUV up. As he drove off, Trixie had to take a moment to look away from him and fan herself. Well mannered, good looking, if only he was younger, then she would eagerly go after him.

After waving Winston goodbye, thanking him once more for being amazing at his job and how she was so jealous of Miki for having him, Trixie turned to the party and became a girl on a mission. She was fashionably late and needed to catch up with everyone, but first... she decided to scout the party, see what it had to offer, and maybe, just maybe, see if she could find anyone she knew, especially Olivia. She could do without seeing Noah.

In a matter of minutes, Trixie found herself walking past the pool and looking around with impish excitement. There was so much going on already which made it hard for her to focus on one thing. There was a couple making out in the pool, people devouring burgers, a boy outjumping others in the bouncy house, and glowing lights everywhere.

This week was a wild ride, with a variety of interesting personalities, but it wasn't as bad as she thought it was going to be. After the initial shock on the first day, Trixie started observing the community that Rosefell was. They felt like a family and she loved that. To be honest, this was a perfect way to end the week. A party that could connect the two worlds. Perhaps that was the optimist in her, but she wanted to believe this merge was going to be a good thing.

Having just missed her friends, Miki and Jackson, probably for the best because of the bitchfest that had just transpired, the short, very short (4'9"), Liberty High Junior shuffled her way through the crowd to the drink table where there was Mr. Goliath and what Trixie assumed was his lady. The self-proclaimed Queen. Both faces she recognized from this week. They were the popular kids of Rosefell and as someone who liked knowing things, especially a thing or two about the school she was getting transferred to, Trixie prioritized knowing the power players. Research was crucial in her desired field, but also needed to survive the thunderdome that was high school.

Clearly, there was tension radiating from these two. Hopefully, she wasn't interrupting something private, "Excuse me! Hi." The punch bowl was being blocked by the big guy and she didn't want to rudely reach over him or the woman that looked like she could claw just about anyone right now, "Is the punch good? I just got here so... I'm a bit behind." Completely and utterly sober kind of behind. "The name's Trixie. Well, Beatrix, really. I think you're Melissa, right? and you, DeShawn? Please correct me if I'm wrong! I think you both have some classes with my brother."

Inside, Alina let out a huge sigh of relief. There didn't appear to be any awkwardness between her two party companions. She should have guessed Hunter's seemingly endless natural charm would have seen to that, but Raven could be a little wild at times. At least wild compared to Alina now. But for now, things seemed to be going well. This was good for her?

But was it good for Raven? The noises caused Alina to turn her head and she could see that asshole Theo up to his old tricks. She said this as if she had intimate knowledge of everything, but really everything came secondhand from Raven. Girls got girls though, so Theo was an asshole, and if what Raven had told her about him was true, he had found himself another target to leech on to. Alina watched her friend and her face said it all. That was no tequila cringe. That was pure disgust.

She waited, unsure what to do. Old Alina might have just charged in and dropped a challenge to try and make Theo look enough like a fool that no girl would want him. However, she wasn't nearly confident enough to do that now. She'd muck it up for sure. Besides, the flight response hadn't been activated in Raven just yet. Besides, it seemed like the crowd was circulating around something else.

Alina reached over and put her hand on Raven's shoulder, as if to let her know she wasn't alone in sending all the negative vibes. "That's my girl. Thanks for the support, Ray." Content to let Hunter offer up a distraction, she turned to the boy who was helping both of them deal with their respective distractions at this point. "All right, Hunter. What's your game, and how do you want to play this?"

"A tasty boigah!"

Jo set Sam down, she could barely hold her own weight with how tipsy she was, so having Sam in the mix was definitely making it difficult for her. She told Sam to stay put which was like telling tiger to not eat meat so she already knew that when she comes back with those burgers, she might not come back to anything. She just assured herself that everything was going to be fine and made her way through the crowd following the distinct aroma of those juicy looking burgers.

She found the legendary burger stand and got two burgers from a mixed bag of Rosefell and Liberty people, there was Eleazar vibing by the grill, and a few others she could not make out in the heat of the moment. The burgers in her hand smelled absolutely divine and she wanted nothing more than to dig in to its juicy goodness.

As she made her way back into the crowd and she ran face first into a pair of kahoonkabadoongkas. She blinked and looked up to see who she just slammed into and it was none other than fellow athlete Tyler Andrews, she had not seen her in awhile but she loved her company way too much to ignore her.

"Ty! Hi! How you been?" She said as she went in for the patented Jo Hug™ she smiled and showed her the burgers in her hand and said, "You doing anything right now? I'd like you to meet a friend of mine." Said Jo, gesturing over to the direction of Sam.

So far, Savannah's stint at this shindig had been rather dull by her standards. There hadn't been any brawls or cat fights. No one had offered her anything harder than a joint. It wasn't much, at least for her liking. Sure, she had been able to successfully intimidate a couple of boys who clearly thought they had a shot with her before learning otherwise. But she could do that anytime she pleased.

Still, it seemed like business was picking up. While making her way towards the drink table, she could easily spot one of her usual clients in the middle of something. Or at least, she could spot what she assumed was her boyfriend next to her. Melissa had gotten into something with what looked like a couple of rich kids. Savannah could get behind that kind of action. Or get some action going on the side.

With a hushed tone as to not attract the attention of the combatants, she started asking around, her Texan drawl slowed to try and entice some trusting fools to take her up on her offer. "All right, who wants in on this? I've got Melissa and her boy as the 2-1 favorites, but if there's some kind of martial arts training with the rich kids I don't know about, it's someone's chance to pick up some money here! Who wants in?" Not forgetting the reason she got close enough to this action, she more loudly turned to the crowd by the drinks table. "One of you dolls want to find me a bottle of whiskey and hand it over? Can't watch something like this go down without some beverages."
