Okay everyone! I think we're fast approaching the start of the RP. When the IC post goes up it'll be free posting, so no expectations of quantity or timing of posts, do so at your leisure. Characters can chat and get into the slice of life vibe. The first big GM post after that will be the opening of the Adventurers Guild for registration, there may be some smaller less serious GM Posts in between as a response to goings on.

Below is an example header you can use in your posts, if you like Bbcode you're free to use one of your own or customise it. The most important part to keeping things organised is the location and interaction sections. It probably won't be too relevant at the start but if we can get into the habit of putting a hider at the bottom of each post with anything mechanical or actions (e.g I attempt to craft for resistance armour, I identify the herb, I collect the monster tusks and appraise their value... 3rd person is probably better but as an example) it'll make things easier.

@Dark Cloud I didn't either, so, I started with the basic questions. Answer those and you'll get a tiny idea on where to begin.

How does the place look like?
Why is my character there?
Who are my character's friends?
Are they there? Yes? How do they look? No? Is my character meeting them or they come over?
Then at the end write something that can give you an idea for your next post.

@Crimson Flame How does her cottage look like? There are loads of types of cottages. Hay as roof? Wood? Stone? Are the walls covered in something? Are they white, black, yellow? Is there furniture? Yes? What type?
Character baking? What's she making? How does she do it? Does she have a passion for it or just does it for money? Is it for her or a client?

Just ask yourself questions constantly.

@Dark Cloud No problem mate. I've had the same issue for the past 10 years every other RP I've been in. It worked for me, maybe it'll work for others.

You could also try bouncing ideas around between us and see what seems more interesting.

Hmmm, trying to figure out what Boro should do. I'm going to have him be cleaning up and preparing the library, but besides that I'm thinking about his first interactions. Does anyone want to visit the library? Or would anyone like a big librarian to deliver some nice books to them?
