Got room for one more?
@Kuro I'm still considering. As I was conceptualizing, I kind of realized that for the possible story I'd want to tell with my hypothetical family, it might not fit well in an RP environment for the long term. But hey, what do you think about someone applying with the intent to...kill off or have their family/characters leave the street from the get go? Not exactly planning to "drop" the RP explicitly but just move the characters on as part of the narrative, especially for the other characters remaining?

I know I'm not approved yet, but what time is it? Springs, Summer, Fall, Winter? Month? How long ago did it start? two weeks? two months?

I get that haha, I guess I was thinking about it more in the sense of a player and GM's perspective rather than a story one. It would essentially end up with a player (me in this case) leaving the RP. So that's what I was more wondering about, whether you minded having a short-term/temporary player versus taking a more committed long-term player instead. If I'm explaining myself correctly

I am waiting for Micki to get back to me about what she thinks about your sheet. Personally, the main issues I see are:
A) The military angle is overlapping with already established characters (that being Gunther's family and Grayson from Theyra's). I can see potential in an influx of military-trained individuals defeating the survivalist aspect of the roleplay.
B) The sheet feels "trauma-dumpy", if that's the correct way to phrase it. I don't have an issue with the PTSD angle, but it feels like that the angle is being used as a stepping stone to include traumatic event after traumatic event in the CS.
I know that the Holloways and the Graves are neighbors, but should we situate everyone else on the street? I can draw up a very, very crude map if we want one. X'D
How far down the lane would you say the Holloways and the Graves are? I also assume that there are two entrances to the neighborhood? At least two, not including unfenced backyards. Are there any notable features around the neighborhood? Any lakes/ponds in the general vacinity? Any wildly overgrown forests?
