Now that is good news to me but what does @ctrlsaltdel think?
I hadn't planned on it but I'm not one to pass on some combining mecha action. Remus seems to lend itself pretty easily to being an expansion pack for other Framewerks; I'd have to think on what Romulus's Kattai form looks like, but I can probably come up with something fun.
I ran into this at 5 am, got interested, rolled some dice, and now I feel obligsted to flesh out this gigachad of a pilot I'll get to work, for now here's what I got in an unorganized manner (let me know if I did anything wrong)
Experienced pilot You have a somewhat higher chance to succeed in your actions, but a somewhat lower chance of synchronizing with your Framewerk. You may also roll for (or pick) one more Primary Weapon System, three more Secondary Systems, and one more Perk in addition to the default selection.
Background potential: Supporter: You are an expert when it comes to providing assistance to others. While not flashiest role, you provide an essential duty, and become and anchor that the other pilots in the squad will rally behind when the going gets tough. You may receive an Additional Secondary System for your Framewerk. As a free action, you can use one of your Secondary Systems to assist one nearby ally once per turn. You may also perform a free reaction shot with your Primary Weapon at one enemy who performs an attack or move at medium range (think assault rifle range as a human equivalent). However, you tend to brush aside or even forget your own needs, putting others before you, sometimes to a worrying degree.
Perks Athletic: You're a pinnacle of human physique, capable of running a marathon or wrestling a bear. You may even have competed in sports, earning gold medals. Your Framewerk piloting also gets some benefit, like increased speed of a lower weight class and stronger melee attacks of a heavier weight class. Book Smart: You are knowledgeable and well-read in one subject of your choosing.
Framewerk Class Very Heavy: Very Heavies are brutes, and their steps can cause the ground to tremble for a fair distance. You are to be respected and feared. Type: Backliner: Your Framewerk is all about ranged superiority, and taking the enemy out before they can reach you. Whether it is precision elimination with a sniper rifle, covering fire with Gatling guns and flak cannons, or blowing them up to smithereens with a tactical artillery strike. You could even more experimental energy-based weaponry like lightning guns to zap your foes.
Primary system Dual Acid Cannons: These cannons fire detonating rounds that cause wide-spread, highly explosive acid damage. The corrosive payload can melt through armor and cause notable damage over time. Combined with the weapon's high rate of fire, the weapon is most effective against multiple targets. Artillery Mortars: Cannon weapons mounted on the shoulders that fire explosive shells with high destructive yield. The weapon includes a projectile flight path calculation system that predicts the arcing paths of shells before they are fired from the weapon, improving accuracy. Weather and the movement of enemy units is not taken into account by the system's calculations. The weapon is intended devastation in a large are of effect. The cannon barrels are also modified to extend or shorten in length to allow better control over operational range. Includes several modes. During "Artillery Mode", the cannons are both extended and angled within 45 degrees from horizontal over the shoulders to allow for long-range bombardment. During "Mortar Mode" the cannons are shortened and within 45 degrees of being vertical to allow for rapid bombardment at medium ranges. Finally, during "Direct Mode" the cannons are angled almost entirely horizontal over the shoulders to allow for direct fire at shorter ranges. The weapon includes an assortment of shells available for use that can be switched out by pilot commands. Both mode and ammunition changes can be done once per turn. HEFI Shell: High-Explosive Fragmentation Incendiary shells, shortened to HEFI, are more dangerous to use at shorter ranges due to the fragmentation and incendiary effects of the shells. These shells have a more pronounced arc, and are recommended for use in either Artillery or Mortar Mode. APHE Shell: Armor-Piercing High-Explosive shells are designed for short to long range engagements. These shells have a less pronounced arc that allows for greater range, and are especially effective in Direct Mode due to possessing a smaller explosion radius. HYDRA Shell: Specially designed shells that break apart and separate in midair, releasing a swarm of explosive capsules that carpet bomb over a targeted area. Recommended for use in Mortar Mode, cannot be used in Direct Mode. These shells must be carefully loaded, and therefore require more time to be loaded. Titan Shell: Shells fitted with with large-yield conventional explosive warheads, resembling the detonation size and strength of a Massive Ordinance Air Blast (MOAB). Recommended only for Artillery Mode, as the explosion radius is large. Cannot be used in Direct Mode.
Secondary system: Bastion: A portable wall capable of expanding and digging in to the ground to protect two adjacent ally Framewerks of Heavy weight class or smaller at each side. It is made using Carbonox and other advanced alloys, and highly resistant to plasma. In it's folded form it can be used as a battering ram or as a protecting armament against flanking opponents. Energy Wings: Detachable energy fields that can take a multitude of shapes and block incoming strikes and projectiles. These can be used to guard the Framewerk from a variety of incoming attacks. However, they can travel a short distance away from the Framewerk and protect an ally as well. Utility Drones: Your Framewerk's shoulders are enlarged and capable of releasing one drone each. While not as efficient or numerous as other types of drones, these drones can fly swiftly and perform a single role of your choosing including fire support, repairs, protection, surveillance or data gathering, and are equipped to serve that role. The two drones can have different roles. Segmented Recombination: The Framewerk's construction is uniquely divided, with every single segment beyond the core, where the cockpit is located, capable of splitting off the core, and subsequently reattach with ease using magnetic forces. The divided parts can operate autonomously with inbuilt computer systems. As a result, the pilot can adapt to the increasing damage that the Framewerk can sustain during battle. Power Engine: Mounted on the Frame's back, it is a power-increasing device that increases speed equal to one lower level of weight class, and power equal to a level of higher weight class. It also improves carrying capacity, allowing the Framewerk to lift up and carry ally Framewerks as a free action for that turn. The device needs to recharge for one turn before it can be used again.

So far there's no mistakes. Five Secondary Systems is quite impressive, especially for a Supporter, and the Artillery Cannons for a Backliner. Looking forward to the finished sheet.
1. I will probably be taking Cyborg. That said, what optional uniform mods are available (do I come up with them)? What is a Framewerk mod?
2. A gifted pilot has an increased chance of synching with their Framewerk. What exactly is synching? Would this be a benefit of being a cyborg as well?
3. What skills are available to a Proficient pilot (do I come up with it)?
4. Is it viable to carry multiple of the same type of primary weapon or secondary system?
Not a question, just putting it out there. Although I am not randomizing my build, I restricted myself to mostly taking what other players have not yet taken. The remaining options surprisingly stack in an extreme and interesting way, highly min-maxed.

The modifications to your uniform that can be made include new software features for the computer system like programs and interfaces, or hardware like a wrist-mounted device on the sleeve that projects holograms. Cyborgs can interface even more with their uniform, so there's potential for interesting ideas there. By contrast, a Framework mod is a change or addition that is not as large as a Secondary Systems but something smaller. One player chose a mod to let the torso turn 180 degrees from the legs, for example. Other ideas include modifying a weapons's ammunition, or the firing mechanism for it.
Synching with a Framework means being able to perform more cumbersome actions with much better control and efficiency, to the point of simulating a human body's movements. There's more to it, but at this point it's a spoiler. For a cyborg, it means being able to project your consciousness through the Framework while neurally linked, which gives similar results, at the cost of the risk mentioned in the description.
Proficient pilots may have any single skill that they are experts at: this could include being good at sports, or making repairs, or a hobby, or medical training, or some other practical talent. As long as it is something one can realistically learn by hands-on experience it is fair game.
It is possible to have a repeat system depending on the Framewerk, though I would recommend rerolling repeats for the sake of diversity.
Players with accepted character sheets can post them to the CHAR tab. Please check that you have added any missing information to them while doing so, for example the bonus (armor, speed or weapon damage) from your Framework Type of either Frontliner, Backliner or Specialist.
OK, so I'm going to rescind my application. Since I was picking based on what hadn't been picked yet, my character and mech ended up a lot like Digmata's.

No worries! While I could maybe try to come up with a different character, I think the cast is already big enough and diverse enough. And there's a bit of inertia for me when it comes to changing gears with respect to character creation.
Name: David Wright, Steel Wall of Weybridge Gender: Male Appearance: Despite his body being past his prime, David still has an impressively built body. His muscles are not a hulking mass, but rather a sleek, athletic build that has efficient development of muscles. (And, the hulking mass he had shrunk as he gained age.) Still, his capabilities are far past an average soldier, sporting superhuman endurance mainly. David has a rather bright skin tone, tanned from training days following the shape of his military standard t shirt from training days. He keeps his black hair in a clean buzz cut, with a beret on. He has green eyes. Pilot Type: Experienced pilot
Age: 43 Background Potentials: Supporter: You are an expert when it comes to providing assistance to others. While not flashiest role, you provide an essential duty, and become and anchor that the other pilots in the squad will rally behind when the going gets tough. -You may receive an Additional Secondary System for your Framewerk. -As a free action, you can use one of your Secondary Systems to assist one nearby ally once per turn. -You may also perform a free reaction shot with your Primary Weapon at one enemy who performs an attack or move at medium range (think assault rifle range as a human equivalent). However, you tend to brush aside or even forget your own needs, putting others before you, sometimes to a worrying degree.

Your Framewerk piloting also gets some benefit, like increased speed of a lower weight class and stronger melee attacks of a heavier weight class. -Book Smart: You are knowledgeable and well-read in one subject of your choosing.
Personality: David is, at his core, a numb person, in a figurative way. He feels it hard to attach to other people, be sympathetic and relate to their emotions genuinely, and put them before himself even for a moment. Having a hard time being genuine does not mean he doesn't do it, however- he tries his best to care, especially for his comrades. And if he tries hard enough, it becomes genuine. Byrne's guidance, and his death, shaped David greatly. He learned to respect his colleagues and fight for them, regardless of whether he had a deep emotional link or not. He learned to try and care for them, and to put them before himself in the heat of battle. Byrne's character as a fearless commander and protector remains in David's mind as an idol-a figure to strive to be, despite the difference in nature he feels. Years of experience helped him shape himself closer to the hero he aspires to be.
Background: Weybridge was a settlement near the outer rim, but now it is nothing but a name. Heroes were made and died on the colony when the Cruxi invaded, until humanity was forced to retreat with scarred minds and bodies. It is also where David began his journey as a soldier in a war against the Cruxi. David was a selfish, prideful young ruffian who roamed the streets. His usual routine was picking on poor pedestrians, and use the change he took from them to get wasted for the day with food and alcohol. That was, until he happened to pick on a military officer-a framewerk pilot too, at that- and got what could only be described as comeuppance. But the officer did not end with just a beating. David was offered a chance of redemption, to use is brawn and brain for something better than getting drunk off of lunch money. David joined Weybridge's military, and with the officer's guidance, was able to advance both in rank and as a person, although it was slow. Then, the Cruxi arrived at Weybridge. While the colony was relatively prepared, it was ultimately doomed to fall. When the statistics couldn't give them the sliver of hope of winning, command made a wise choice of evacuating the colony before lives were lost. The military forces did their best to hold the enemy off and secure as many people as they could, with a sacrifice. The officer that had recruited David was among them, who stayed back with a handful of other pilots to hold off Cruxi forces. David took on the mantle of continuing the fight, and fought until the last human left the surface of Weybridge. After his homeworld fell, David continued to contribute in the war against Cruxi-either in the battlefield or helping testing out experimental armaments, should the opportunity come. Countless battles were fought, whether he won or lost-but he survived, and so did the people by his side. With each battle, he gathered the necessary experience, and trained his capability as an unignorable presence in the battlefield.
Notable Deaths or Missing People: Commander Byrne, nicknamed "The Mountain", was the one who taught young David a lesson and helped him better himself. He died on Weybridge, motivating David to personally try and continue his legacy as an unbreakable pillar of his colleagues. Framewerk Name: Flag Bearer Appearance: Flag Bearer is a heavyweight weapon of war, designed to be an impressive presence in battle that simply cannot be ignored, working as a core support framewerk with its hulking mass and the sheer amount of systems it can mount thanks to the base design. The torso of the chassis, donned with a standard generator for its weight class, and an additional power engine on the back that works as a platform that powers the artillery mortars attached to the sides. Instead of having the standard transforming barrel, it has the barrel of each firing mode separately, additional manipulators attached to load shells to the appropriate receiver-aligned like a pair of crammed wings. Additionally, there are anchors mounted around the waist, in case the legs have to detach from the torso in battle and it has to stand by itself. (same goes for parts of the legs where they can detach) On the shoulders of Flag Bearer are its Utility Drones, designed to look like gargoyles mounted onto the hulking bastion that may come to life when need be to provide extra support to the battlefield. The general physique of the Flag Bearer resembles that of a thick, chunky charicature of a muscular knight rather than a hollywood actor style eight-head-figure framewerks people may think of- It was intentionally built that way, to give the image of an unbreakable force keeping its allies rallied.
Artillery Mortars formation: Noblesse Oblige from Armored Core 4 Think similar to this, but less spread out and more crammed onto the back of the framewerk.
Weight Class: Very Heavy Framewerk Type: Backliner: Your Framewerk is all about ranged superiority, and taking the enemy out before they can reach you. You may receive a bonus to your armor equal to two lower or higher level of weight class when fighting at longer ranges.
Primary Weapon Systems:
These cannons fire detonating rounds that cause wide-spread, highly explosive acid damage. The corrosive payload can melt through armor and cause notable damage over time. Combined with the weapon's high rate of fire, the weapon is most effective against multiple targets.

Secondary Systems:
A portable wall capable of expanding and digging in to the ground to protect two adjacent ally Framewerks of Heavy weight class or smaller at each side. It is made using Carbonox and other advanced alloys, and highly resistant to plasma. In it's folded form it can be used as a battering ram or as a protecting armament against flanking opponents.
Detachable energy fields that can take a multitude of shapes and block incoming strikes and projectiles. These can be used to guard the Framewerk from a variety of incoming attacks. However, they can travel a short distance away from the Framewerk and protect an ally as well.
Your Framewerk's shoulders are enlarged and capable of releasing one drone each. While not as efficient or numerous as other types of drones, these drones can fly swiftly and perform a single role of your choosing including fire support, repairs, protection, surveillance or data gathering, and are equipped to serve that role. The two drones can have different roles. -Turtle: Gargoyle drone in the shape of a turtle with a dragon head. It is up armored and can provide limited protection for friendlies. Turtle drone has one Energy Wing (and an appropriate energy source to keep it running) so it can work as a point of origin remote from the framewerk itself. -Tiger: Gargoyle drone in the shape of a winged tiger. It is built with low profile thrusters to provide surveillance data.
The Framewerk's construction is uniquely divided, with every single segment beyond the core, where the cockpit is located, capable of splitting off the core, and subsequently reattach with ease using magnetic forces. The divided parts can operate autonomously with inbuilt computer systems. As a result, the pilot can adapt to the increasing damage that the Framewerk can sustain during battle.
Mounted on the Frame's back, it is a power-increasing device that increases speed equal to one lower level of weight class, and power equal to a level of higher weight class. It also improves carrying capacity, allowing the Framewerk to lift up and carry ally Framewerks as a free action for that turn. The device needs to recharge for one turn before it can be used again.

These shells have a less pronounced arc that allows for greater range, and are especially effective in Direct Mode due to possessing a smaller explosion radius. -HYDRA Shell: Specially designed shells that break apart and separate in midair, releasing a swarm of explosive capsules that carpet bomb over a targeted area. Recommended for use in Mortar Mode, cannot be used in Direct Mode. These shells must be carefully loaded, and therefore require more time to be loaded. -Titan Shell: Shells fitted with with large-yield conventional explosive warheads, resembling the detonation size and strength of a Massive Ordinance Air Blast (MOAB). Recommended only for Artillery Mode, as the explosion radius is large. Cannot be used in Direct Mode.
-Turtle*: Gargoyle drone in the shape of a turtle with a dragon head. It is up armored and can provide limited protection for friendlies.
*-Turtle(one of the Utility Drones): Is it okay if I say that Turtle drone has one Energy Wing (and an appropriate energy source to keep it running) so it can work as a point of origin remote from the framewerk itself?
The Turtle Drone can be equipped to utilize one of the Energy Wings that come with the System and deployed at a farther range thanks to the drone. However, this comes at the cost of reducing the effectiveness of the Energy Wings if the drone is destroyed/incapacitated. Also, the drone can't be re-equipped to perform other roles in other events.
Good sheet, with nice references for the Framework. Once you add the Framework type bonus (enhanced armor, speed or weapon damage), the sheet is accepted.

I have made the choice Turtle will have Energy Wings, I chose enhanced armor (edited in to the post)
Perks: -Athletic: You're a pinnacle of human physique, capable of running a marathon or wrestling a bear. You may even have competed in sports, earning gold medals. Your Framewerk piloting also gets some benefit, like increased speed of a lower weight class and stronger melee attacks of a heavier weight class.
Cannon weapons mounted on the shoulders that fire explosive shells with high destructive yield. -HEFI Shell: High-Explosive Fragmentation Incendiary shells, shortened to HEFI, are more dangerous to use at shorter ranges due to the fragmentation and incendiary effects of the shells. -HYDRA Shell: Specially designed shells that break apart and separate in midair, releasing a swarm of explosive capsules that carpet bomb over a targeted area.
