Name: Elvanffryn'kacha Aleanviir't'tar, or 'Elf' for short.

Age: Somewhere around 500.

Gender: Female

Appearance: Take an elf. Good? Right, now paint their skin pitch black, make them a bit smaller, and turn their eyes an oddly heterochromatic red/purple combination, and VERY long white hair. That's a good start: you've got the drow! She varies a bit from the norm, seeing as she's got a surprising layer of muscle, and a bit of padding over that; the sheer amount of food needed to keep up her lifestyle more or less explains how an athletic elf can overeat to that extent.
And, being a drow, she's smaller even than a normal elf. In Elf's case? About 4'7.
Now, her outfit is definitely non-standard for a dark elf of any description: they aren't known for wearing one-piece swimsuits with sandals, even if they are in black and gold, and these non-existent swimsuits definitely don't have animal fur for shoulderpads... with eyes on it. And these non-existent swimsuits definitely don't become even more revealing bikinis that are immensely spikier.

Canon, AU, or OC?: OC.

Universe of Origin: Some D&D world with both the Underdark and a certain fabric from another universe.

Personality: Elf lives to fight. Sure, back when she was young, it was probably more 'I refuse to be a cleric', and then going off to join a martial order as a much slower method of gaining political power. But, as she grew, and got through the political intrigue unscathed, and perfected her skills... normal drow politics became increasingly irrelevant, as she worked out that anything short of an all-out magical assault was doomed to utter failure, and then even that ceased to be a problem about the time she went and found the immortality potion. So, where did that leave her? Bored, wanting to explore, and wanting to find people worth a fight.
So she wandered the length and breadth of the world, beat up dragons, got rid of the Tarrasque no less than three times, deposed archmages, stopped a demilich from gaining the ability to manifest anywhere he felt like, took singing lessons, and joined half a dozen monastic orders in the search for meaning.
She still hasn't found anything more interesting than fighting. But at least she's gained some sort of morality.

Abilities/Weapons: If you stripped Elf of her equipment... you are still face with an immortal (thanks to a potion) elven master of martial arts, with a particular affinity for disarming her opponents and suplexing them into the ground. She's also far too damn fast to seem reasonable. Encouraged by being born in the subterranean caverns of the Underdark, she's also a master of getting around without being seen or heard... so if you knocked her out, stripped her, and locked her up, she'd just smash down the door, sneak to where you stashed her stuff, and be off without a word. And she won't be unconscious for long; through sheer stubborn determination she's gained the ability to regenerate damage at a freakish pace.
On top of all this, she's skilled enough to reflect basically any ranged attack back to its destination, and is nigh magic immune on top of that. Truly, not someone to be trifled with, even if they're in the nude and on fire.
Being Drow nobility, Elf even has some magical toys to add to this: creating a pool of nigh-impossible to pierce darkness, outlining her targets in flickering illusory flames, making odd light, and levitation, for the most part. She's somewhat better at hitting targets thus outlined, or indeed fighting in darkness.

Her outfit, however... it's a Kamui. It's intelligent, and in this case can even talk. Imbued with true magic on top of its own constituent material, it's also developed a few odd effects: a continuous dramatic wind blowing about Elf's person, an invisible servant to do things for her, and telekinetic tricks for its master--plus boosting her stealth skills further with invisibility so long as she avoids violence. She can even regenerate lost limbs whilst wearing it. Mostly, though, it provides the standard attribute enhancement, has flight capability... and upgrades her magic resistance to the point of immunity against various effects.
Its name? Hiketsu. It's also her best friend.

Backstory: Err.... see personality. She made Hiketsu herself, when she was trying to work out how to get some of the fun enchantments you could get on armour onto her clothing.

*raises hand*

Question for Raineh. I took a quick peek at your character's bio and wondered what her weaknesses are. I saw super strength, super speed, immortality, determination that defies logic, immunity to magic, deflecting ranged attacks, and possessing a Kamui that she made herself as her... many strengths. The Kamui alone would be enough to give her incredible abilities. Are her skills stemming from Hiketsu, or are all of those skills her own and Hiketsu is a small bonus?

I hope not to be rude, but Elf's looking a little god-modey from my POV.

An opponent that actually equals a fair fight. For instance, Saber. <.<

... I actually plan to have her spend more time on tourism than actually doing any sort of stuff where fighting could come in handy. And arguing with her outfit.

As long as the work as a villain I would be fine with that.

Name: Diana (Atomic Wonder Woman)

Age: Unknown (I actually couldn't find out how old she is or the regular wonder woman)

Gender: Female

Appearance: Atomic Wonder Woman
and her full body

Canon, AU, or OC?: AU

Universe of Origin: DC Comics (Atomic Universe)

Personality: Atomic Wonder Woman at first may appear to be hostile but the truth is she is simply looking out for everyone else. She blames herself to what happened to her planet and seeks redemption. She is willing to face any foe who stands in her way and values truth. Atomic Wonder Woman is willing to fight for her beliefs and will always attempt to help the defenceless. Yet what makes her different from the normal Wonder Woman is the fact that she is willing to kill anyone who gets in her way of saving someone.

Abilities/Weapons:
Chainsaw of Justice: A chain-sword attach to a metal pole and held together by the Lasso of Truth. This combination makes the weapon unbreakable and almost able to cut through anything.

Superhuman Amazon: Although not as strong or as tough as Wonder Woman, Atomic Wonder Woman is still has superhuman strength and durability (easily able to throw a car and physical attacks from humans have little to no effect on her). That being said, attacks that cut and pierce are almost just as effective against her as normal humans (so bullets will hurt her). While Wonder Woman may be stronger and tougher, Atomic Wonder Woman is far faster and more agile. Her reflexes allows her to block multiple bullets. She also heals at an enhance rate and her body doesn't produce any lactic acids (thus she does not tire) and is immune to most poisons, toxins and is disease and is immune to natural death (can still be killed but won't die out of old age or natural causes).

Backstory: Atomic Wonder Woman is the daughter of Amazonian Queen Hippolyta and the Greek God Zeus. Born on Themyscira, Diana was trained in the ways of the Amazon. After many Heroic deeds she became an Ambassador for the Amazons. As the Cold War reached its climax, Diana was sent in to negotiate peace but any chance she had was destroyed when an unknown object from space entered earth and exploded over a small town in Kansas which spark World War 3. The Nuclear assault left no city untouched. After the devastation, Diana realized her new mission, one of restoration.

Yet before Diana mission was finish she was pulled into the Infinite Crisis were she fought alongside many heroes of other parallel universes from the DC world. This expose her to small amount of the multiverse and after the Crisis her people were assisted by the parallel worlds. Wishing to repay this gift she now travels around, helping those in need.

...I have a thing for tragic villains, I guess. ^^;

• Name: Sayuri Hououji/Warrior God Gaim
• Age: 19
• Gender: Female
• Appearance:
•• Untransformed: Only with her Musou Saber instead of the katana.
•• Warrior God Gaim (Blood Orange Arms): THE PATH OF SHADOWS! TO THE STAGE!
• Canon, AU, or OC?: OC
• Universe of Origin: Original, I guess, with elements of Kamen Rider Gaim.

• Personality: Sayuri is driven by one overwhelming obsession, the need to grow stronger. Whilst initially she did so in order to ensure that no-one had to share the same fate that had befallen her, she soon found herself lost in the pursuit of strength, intoxicated by victory and power. Whilst she is usually calm and stoic, in battle she becomes over-excited and hotblooded, all the while retaining her aura of dignity and power. Despite being on the villainous side, she follows her own code of honour, and refuses to fight weak opponents. In addition, even against a strong opponent she refuses to use her full power against them unless she deems them worthy. Sayuri cares not for those who would oppress the weak, and has a habit of butting heads with even those on her own side who would do so. She does not care much for the UMMA, her grief leading her to falsely claim that they let her world be devoured, and she especially hates the Inves creatures who caused it.

• Abilities/Weapons:
•• Musou Saber: Sayuri's standard sidearm, a katana with a pistol built into the handle. By locking the Lockseed of her currently equipped arms onto it, she can perform devastating finishing moves. Unlike most Gaim Riders, Sayuri can use the Musou Saber whilst untransformed, although she is unable to use finishing moves unless transformed.
•• Sengoku Driver: Sayuri's transformation belt. By inserting a Lockseed into it and using the attached knife to "slice" them open, she transforms into Warrior God Gaim. As this is not one of the mass production Drivers, it is synchronized to her and her alone, and only Sayuri can make use of it.
•• Lockseeds: The other half of Sayuri's transformation device, a set of magical fruit locks from another dimension which determine which form (or "Arms") she takes. Currently, she has in her possession the Blood Orange, Pineapple and Watermelon Lockseeds, although she will only ever use the gargantuan Watermelon Arms against someone she deems as a worthy adversary.
•• Dandeliner Lockvehicle: A Lockseed that, rather than giving Sayuri another form, grows in size and transform into a hoverbike for her to ride. Once the bike reaches a certain speed, it is able to open zipper-like interdimensional portals, allowing her to travel the multiverse with ease.

Name: Don Giovanni, Viridian City Gym Leader and head of Team Rocket

Age: Presumed middle-aged

Gender: Male

Appearance: Awww yeeeaaahh Godfather Style

Canon, AU, or OC?: Canon

Universe of Origin: Pokemon Universe; Kanto region of course

Personality: Giovanni is manipulative, power-hungry, violent, apathetic, charismatic, and very cunning. He prefers to rule everything from the shadows and let his pawns--Team Rocket--do his bidding. He displays some sociopathic tendencies, but not enough to be judged without a doubt a sociopath. He views everything as tools; people and pokemon. He is only interested in willing pawns and strong pokemon. All others are useless.

Abilities/Weapons: Giovanni is a very skilled pokemon trainer. He was good enough to be named Viridian Gym Leader--a Ground-type gym--with a full team around level 55, and his Persian at level 60. (The levels range from 1-100, with the strongest trainers--the "Elite Four"--at levels 55-70, depending on the game.) He specializes in Ground types, but he also has two Normal-types and a Water-type.

Giovanni's team:
Species - Sex - Level - Type(s) - Ability and Description
Move1 - Move2 - Move3 - Move4

Nidoking - Male - Level 58 - Poison/Ground - Poison Point Physical Contact, especially on Nidoking's horns, has a chance to poison the target.
Brick Break - Earthquake - Megahorn - Poison Jab

Nidoqueen - Female - Level 57 - Poison/Ground - Poison Point Physical contact, especially on Nidoqueen's facial horn, has a chance to poison the target
Superpower - Thunderbolt - Earth Power - Crunch

Persian - Male - Level 60 - Normal - Limber Persian is unable to be paralyzed.
Pay Day - Slash - Dig - Shadow Ball

Kangaskhan - Female - Level 50 - Normal - Scrappy Usually Normal-type moves cannot hit Ghost-types. Scrappy removes that weakness.
Mega Punch - Comet Punch - Outrage - Dizzy Punch
This Kangaskhan will never Mega Evolve.

Rhydon - Male - Level 54 - Ground/Rock - Rock Head Some moves can cause recoil damage, such as Take Down. Rock Head prevents that.
Take Down - Hammer Arm - Earthquake - Stone Edge

Kingler - Female - Level 56 - Water - Hyper Cutter Kingler's attack damage is prevented from being reduced. However, moves such as Power Swap (swapping attack stats) still work
Crabhammer - Surf - X-Scizzor - Vice Grip

Backstory: No one knows how Giovanni got into the crime business. However, it is established that he built Team Rocket and is the absolute leader. Under his rule, Team Rocket built an empire in Kanto, with small bases in Johto and the Sevii Islands. It's unknown if he first became Gym Leader or Team Rocket leader. He ordered his pawns to take over the Silph Co headquarters--a company that monopolizes on Pokemon goods--run a casino (possibly to launder goods) and steal/capture rare pokemon. Along the way, he also gathered a lot of money, probably from selling goods and pokemon on the black market. Red beat him repeatedly and he went into exile, either to better himself, or out of shame. His Team Rocket pawns escaped to their base in Johto and attempted to find him, once going so far as to take over a radio station and broadcast directly to him on all channels. It's unknown if his pokemon are stolen or legitimately captured, but it is known that he favors his Persian, Nidoking, and Nidoqueen, as in every game and every fight except for one, he has all three.
He managed to find a portal out of the Pokemon World, thanks to a bumbling TR grunt. He sealed off the portal immediately and flew down himself. A grunt was sent through with some surveillance equipment. He brought back data on the other side, and thankfully made it out alive. Giovanni then went through himself with his best team of pokemon, thousands of dollars, and an emergency distress beacon in case he was defeated. (Not that he could ever be defeated...No, he's too amazing for that. *sarcasm*) He found Yggdrasil. The people there taught him about the multiverse. Seeing a perfect place to search for strong creatures and much profit, he went off by himself. Soon he stumbled upon the Shadow Eternity, who were looking to buy some strong pokemon. He quickly joined with plans to take over.

He looks almost completely fine, I just want to know how you intend to translate the game mechanics into the RP.

I've had run-ins with people who basically literally use them.

... As in opening a black hole inside someone instantly and undodgeably and expecting it to take off "half their HP".

*watches video* *LE GASP* So much Kingler abuse! Nuuuuuuu!

Black hole...? Void attack? Well that won't happen here...But I will translate the game mechanics the same way they do in the anime. Unlike the games, not all attacks will hit. I expect others to attempt a dodge, not just take it. Some mechanics will be the same--like Rhydon's Take Down and Hammer Arm won't work on a dead person, because they're a "Ghost-type". But what are you worried about?

Okay, that's fine with me. ^^;

He's accepted.

And... in... the very earliest version of an RP like this, someone played an RPG character and thought undodgeably opening a black hole inside of someone was perfectly acceptable and would only reduce them to 1/4 of their HP. When they didn't have HP because game mechanics don't apply in forum RP's.
