((Why did noone react to Sugi -.-))

Sugi sighs, casualy walking toward the soldiers, seemingly, their bullets are flying through him "Shadow mirage..I am getting better by the second.." He says to himself, practically directly infront of a Vitus warrior, he is punched back, the gun shots continuing "Bah!" he yelps as he flings back, sliding into his shadows, and then behind a wall "Argh.." He murmurs, a section of his mouth bleeding due to the impact and force. "multiplied by the armor and velocity plus the time and distance.." Sugi murmurs, moving toward the next wall, where he would trap a back section of the soldiers, freezing their bones with the shadows.

John kept step with Liz, watching as the soldiers disintegrated or just froze. He nodded at Liz's suggestion of finding escape pods. "Seeing as how I don't think anyone here can fly an alien mother ship, we should probably go with the escape pods idea. John took a quick inventory of the group. Everyone but Liz seemed to be unharmed. That was good. They'd get off this god forsaken ship and probably ship them to a hospital. Or not. What would the government do with a bunch of people with superpowers? Probably nicer things than what the Vitus would do.

"Well there is that girl who managed to open hers without destroying it... She might be able to figure it out." Liz noted. "I wasn't paying full attention, but I did see her tube actually open, as opposed to smashed open. If we were looking to fly this thing, she would probably be our best bet. Either way, we need a map to find the escape pods or the bridge. Though escape pods are probably still a better idea, because I doubt this is the only ship of theirs, and as soon as they realize that we were flying it, I'm sure they would blow us out of the sky."

"This is all my fault..."

Allen was driving home from the hospital, at least that's what he was supposed to be doing, in all honesty he was driving to a bar he had started going to after Helen first got sick. Allen blamed himself for her sickness...Cancer...how was it his fault? Does it even matter? In Allen's mind this was all his fault and no one could tell him otherwise. As he drove his phone started buzzing, it was Ellen, Helen's mom, "Hello?" The voice of Ellen was choking and sobbing, "A-Allen? It's Helen...shes flatlined their trying now..." Allen went to scream into the phone before his eyes were brought back up to the road and the brick wall approaching him at 90 mph.

Allen woke up hard his eyes darting around the room, he was in a tube of some kind, with some gelatinous ooze holding him in stasis, he started banging on the glass desperate for someone to rescue him. In the room he could see some people outside the doorway...and some dead Vitus...Vitus?!? Could this really be true...Allen always thought that the Vitus kidnapping and testing humans was an old wives tale. But here he was...Allen let out a scream, he wanted free he needed out of this place...He needed help. Allen felt his stomach drop and he let out a scream of pain as energy rushed through him causing him to glow brightly even his eyes seemed to glow as deadly heat filled the tube suddenly the energy in him exploded and a bright white light filled the whole room where the tubes were kept. when Allen opened his eyes he was standing in the melted remains of what had been his tube and the two tubes next to him. "What the fuck?"

Sugi quickly slides into an empty room "No..Way.." He murmurs, looking at millions of Vitus stuck in tubes much like our own, He watches in horror as a few crack open, allowing them out, he backs, hitting something tough, he sinks down into the ground, something stunning him, like a tazer, he sees Vitus staring over him, as they begin to laugh, lifting him up, and toward another tube.

Al continued to attack the waves of oncoming Vitus. The entire hallway should of been up in smoke right now if it weren't for the ship's safety system constantly keeping the blazes in check, but his powers kept them going regardless. He was convinced the damn Vitus were like cockroaches constantly multiplying no matter how many he burned. Liz's plan seemed like the best one at the time. First thing first they'd have to find someway to navigate across the ship. "I'll get you something better than a map!" He produced a large mass of flames to cover his body, and rushed right into Vitus gunfire. He moved swiftly, using the mass of flames as a distraction to stop them from zeroing in on him with their shots, and grabbed the first Vitus he could get his hands on. Before the other Vitus could shoot at him he propelled himself and his hostage backwards with more fire. These powers got more badass by the second. He let loose a giant wall of flames to seal off the hallway. It would probably hold the Vitus from approaching from that hall for awhile.

The Vitus in Al's gripped struggled but he held onto it strong. "This guy should work right? I mean we can't understand them, but they seem to understand us. I'm sure we could convince him to take us to take us to the bridge, or the pods." He produced a ball of fire in his free hand to accentuate his point.

Sugi yells "LET ME GOO!" As shadows somehow begin lashing out at the Vitus, killing them all almost in the corridor, he falls on his back, quickly pulling himself up, he breathes heavily, surrounded by dead Vitus, he begins toward the smoke.

Allen rose to his feet the area he was standing in was completely filled with radiation, he could feel it like it was calling out wildly to him, Allen lifted his hands and started trying to control this energy and that's when he found himself pulling the radiation out of the area and into his own body. And just like that the area was radiation free and Allen felt recharged for the next fight. Allen stumbled out of the tube area his body still smoking and smelling of burned glass, there was smoke everywhere and Allen couldn't see but he knew he couldn't be alone in a Vitus ship...there had to be others...he saw others a few moments ago for Christ sake! "Hello! Is anyone out there? Can anyone hear me!?!"

"Well I could give it a try I won't make any promises, but I can try." She said her voice cracking as she was far from any kind of healed from the torture they had all endured. Her own wasn't any different than theirs but her body just wasn't handling it all that well. Then one of them storms up and takes a Vitus trying to get it to lead the merry band of misfits to a way out or to the bridge either would work. At first the Vitus is screaming incomprehensibly but slowly it starts to turn into words. First only a couple of syllables make sense but then they begin changing into phonics, which lead to words. "Tell us how to reach be bridge and My associate here will not roast you." She spoke english until the last word which she used their phonic for the "U" equivalent.

"Yeah... Hey where is that Shadow guy. He was around here a few moments ago." Liz noted. "For god's sake, doesn't he read or watch any horror stories... Leaving the group to go off on your own is a sure fire way to get yourself killed. Ice Girl and Red Lightning, try to find him quickly." She asked as an explosion rocked the ship from the area they just came from. "Set me down for a moment and go see what that's about, please, check on if it was someone who just woke up or if they are trying to clean up and prevent more of us from waking up."

Nate ran off from his area of the ship. He somehow had managed to get free and kill his good share of the aliens. He could not remember their names but they had tortured him and so he was pissed.After a few minutes of attacking the goons he managed to get out the area right before a massive explosion happened behind him. He ran into a group of fellow people. Experiments as well he guessed.

He ran up to them panting. "What the hell is going on and what are we doing?! Shouldn't we be out of here before the rest of them show up?" He asked his hands sparking slightly as he lost a bit of control with his powers.

John set Liz down and ran off, shouting "I'll go check on that explosion," over his shoulder. He passed another experiment on the way and nodded but kept running. He came to a room that was probably once a containment center. It was hard to tell since half of it was melted away. In the epicenter of the damage a guy, who looked about thirty, stood. He was giving off a faint red glow and heat so intense, John started sweating from his position about 30 feet away. "Shit man, did you do this?" John asked, eyes wide in awe.

Keeping near the group, but at what he judged to be a safe distance, Luger just kept watch. He didn't want to be a burden, seeing as he still had no idea what he could do. He just watched, prepared to move whenever the rest moved. His only other thoughts besides escape was what to do afterwards.

Jade had been drifting in and out of consciousness for a while, kept in a daze by the foreign drugs. The first time she had woken up, she panicked and destroyed the tube she had been floating in. It had taken the Vitus only moments to knock out the wet and whimpering girl, dragging her off to another area where she could not destroy the tubes of their other test subjects. She had gotten used to fighting these aliens and refused to go down willingly, resulting in a few injuries inflicted by her captors. Her wrists were bound to a wall behind her, body hanging limp an inch above the floor. The latest dose was beginning to wear off, giving her enough thought power to wonder why the Vitus hadn't been back to give her another. Sounds that were relatively close by alerted her to chaotic movement, a flutter of hope in her gut. She pulled against her binds but found herself to weak and her head was pounding, blurring her vision slightly and breaking her concentration. "help." Her voice was course with disuse, Jade swallowing hard before trying again. "Help! Somebody, please let me out of here." Jade's weight shifted forward, her long black hair slipping forward to cover her cut up face.

Charles followed the others to wherever they could find a way to get out of this place, and he wondered if there was anyway to escape this alien base or ship. then that explosion had happened and Charles wondered if this place would be able to handle great amounts of damage.

"does anyone have any of how we can get out of this place? if someone had teleportation powers then that would be very helpful" he said to the group.

Crystal stood, still coming to her senses. She had been trying to process the events of the past few minutes. She checked off the things she knew in her head.

She had been kidnapped by the Vitus.
She had awoken in a test tube of a burning liquid.
Said liquid had frozen, then broken the glass, freeing her.
She had seen a guy covered in fire, yet unharmed, amongst many other strange things,
The rest of the group had begun breaking people out of the tubes, and then..?

Crystal wasn't sure. She looked around. Gone, all of them. She faltered, unsure of what to do or where to go.

"Guys?" She called. Her voice was rough - swallowing the liquid had done her throat some minor damage. "Where are you?" Them suddenly, it was there. One of the alien freaks. Crystal jumped and the air went cold, so cold that the liquid around her feet froze. "Get away from me..." This was meant to sound threatening but came out pleading. The Vitus stepped towards her and a Crystal stepped back. "Guys?!" This time, her shout was loud. "Help me! Anybody?!" Crystal backed up into one of the trolleys full of scary looking surgical equipment and picked up a scalpel, preparing to fight.

The Vitus that Al grabbed started talking in its language, saying things that Liz couldn't understand. Liz carefully lowered herself when she was let go. She was breathing heavy, something was on the edge of her mind, just out of reach, why couldn't she remember anything from before she was in that room with the Vitus, when she turned into a wolf. Why couldn't she remember being in the tube and everything that happened while in it. It was annoying to think that she could just lose all that time, her entire past, and never know what happened. "Any luck understanding it?"

She then heard Crystal, and her pleas for help, and tried to get up, but felt the glass in her legs. "Dammit... No... I'm not going to let anyone be recaptured..."

Her breathing was heavy with anger, and the memory of being a wolf. The shift was unstoppable as her muscles twisted and bones broke and remolded and fur pushed out, and she could only guess as to where the glass would end up. Her breathing turned into a growl, as she stood up and began making her way back toward Crystal.

Nate was wandering from the group when he heard the girl yelling for help. There was no way he was letting anyone get recaptured.

As he ran back one of the Aliens tried to jump him again. Perhaps it was thinking that the third time was the charm with this. Not the brightest bulb in the shed huh? He let it come at him then ducked right before it attacked. He then decked it right in the head area. He had charged his hand before this and hit it right between the eyes. The thing crumpled into a pile. The shock had been enough to kill it instantly.

He chased after the wolf letting his charge keep his speed going. No one was being left behind.

Jade could still hear the movement outside, shouting a little further away from her. She bowed her head, sighing. "Yeah right. Every man for themselves in here. Why would anyone help me?" The pounding in her head began to subside, her strength returning bit by bit. Just ahead of her was a large door, just out of her reach. It frustrated her, being so helpless. There was no doubt in her mind that those Vitus scum had done something to her, she felt different. She felt powerful and that was something she should never be allowed to feel. A wicked grin crossed her face as she raised her head and looked at the exit. "I don't need help anyway." Her voice had gone from being soft and scared to being murderous. In truth she could think of nothing better than to rip each and every alien trash apart. Jade's pulse increased and her pupils were dilated, giving her a slightly crazed look about her. "You monsters will pay for what you've done to my people. Let me OUT!" She shouted only this shout slammed her against the wall she was bound to, wrists falling loose. Jade crashed to the floor, eyes trying to focus after the impact her head made with the wall. A breeze drafted in through the hole she had made with her voice, pulse falling as she sat up. Her headache was back though she couldn't quite remember why it was throbbing from the back, or how she ended up on the floor. "Got to get out of here." She stumbled to her feet and shuffled towards the makeshift exit, looking cautiously out into the hallway for aliens coming to attack her.

Charles heard Crystal's cry for help, and he cursed at having backtrack, but he knew that leaving someone behind wasn't the right thing to do. he ran after Nate, and Liz who was now in the form of a wolf. he soon spotted her, and charged up his power for an attack. he shot a bolt of lightning at the group Vitus who were trying to capture Crystal. the lightning bolt zapped two of the aliens and sent their charred corpses flying into a wall full of extraterrestrial symbols. he was beginning to enjoy his powers, and to him it like it was magic being able to create lightning with your hands and then using it as a powerful attack.
