Alias: Solomon Grundy

Appearance (description/picture): Huge, shambling corpse. There are several holes worn through his body either by decay or battle wounds. He wears a jacket that's too small to button up, so his rotting torso is constantly exposed. Whatever skin is left is the color of someone who has been mummified. What few wisps of stringy hair that he has left has been bleached bone white by age. He wears a necklace of one ear from each person he has killed. It's quite a large necklace.
Costume: None
Hero/Villain: Villian
Personality/motives: He has been killed and reborn so, so many times that he now searches for someone who can finally put him to rest, and kills everyone who can't. He lives in a series of long abandoned metro tunnels that run under the city, only emerging when the urge to kill becomes overwhelming. Years of throwing himself into battles has left his body scarred and beaten, but not broken. He doesn't know what sinister powers keep him alive, but he knows that only killing and consuming the bodies brings him temporary relief from the pain of hundreds, maybe thousands, of years of battle. A group of heroes stumbled upon him cannibalizing one of his kills once, and the fight that followed was the closest to death that he could remember experiencing. Since that day he comes up with schemes and machinations to lure other heroes who may be powerful enough to kill him. He senses that if he goes to Times Square, he will never return. He doesn't regret killing other people, and doesn't even really think what he's doing is wrong. He just needs rest.
He became bored with just killing, so now he enjoys to toy with his victims before the end. He has a particular affinity for bombs, as he enjoys the amount of people they kill for the minimal amount of effort on his part. Laughs maniacally while he kills, or thinks of the destruction that he is visiting on people.
Powers: Extreme healing factor leads to most people assuming he is dead when he is just very badly beaten; superhuman strength
History: Born on Monday, christened on Tuesday, married on Wednesday, fell ill on Thursday, grew worse on Friday, died on Saturday, buried on Sunday

He isn't immortal, just very, very, very, very, very, very, very durable. If you pummel him hard enough he will die, but most assume that there's no way anyone could survive the beating that they just put him through and they turn out to be wrong.
NOTE: This is not the final character sheet. I'm only posting this now because something about it just feels...off, but I can't really figure out what. I'm hoping that several extra pairs (no offense to any cyclops here) of eyes will aid me in my noble quest. I'm just curious what you guys all think so far, and if you can suggest areas that I can tweak to make him a stronger character. I'm open to changing preeeeeeetty much everything but the Solomon Grundy bit. He's my favorite comic book villain.

His soul was spat back by the Underworld and he awoke, entombed in the earth as his people were wiped out. I like it. Is his only power the healing factor? or does he have super-strength too? also you may want to throw his height and weight into the appearance so we can get a picture of how big he is and then I'll accept it, unless there were more changes you wanted to make.

He does have blue-grey eyes though, which can be seen through the eyeholes of his mask.
Costume: well...just think of Deathstroke's costume...with deadpool's mask, gloves, and boots.
Hero/Villain: neither. he's a mercenary.
Personality/motives: Usually pretty calm; will help whoever can pay him the most(there's your motive. XD); loves tacos, chimichangas, and any other mexican foods; tends to let himself get hurt during fights; has a code of honor(sort of); tends to annoy people because he talks a lot(emphasis on a lot); he also tends to break the fourth wall, and has voices talking to him inside his head
Powers: enhanced physical attributes(not superhuman); regenerative property; uses 90% of his brain; enhanced senses;
History: He doesn't like talking about it. Well, the little he remembers. His voices in his head make him crazy enough that he forgot most of his past before he went partially insane.

I figured 165 pounds (75 kilograms) ain't bad for a 6 foot (183 centimeter) mummy. I added that to the CS as well, but telling you like this seems easier. He has the healing factor, but I guess super strength may have not been the best way of putting it. He's strong enough to go toe-to-toe with most heroes, but he won't be throwing cars through the air. Maybe lifting them up and dropping them on top of people, but he won't send them flying through the sky or anything. And I wasn't planning on making anymore changes beyond what I did already.
