Personal Style: Lucy likes to wear clothes that are difficult to keep clean. They’re difficult for a simple reason, she likes to wear all white, bright clothes. Even when she isn’t dressed in monochrome, white is usually the dominant color in her attire. One of the few things always present and not white is a bronze sword pendant usually worn directly over her heart. If you look very closely, you might notice that the pommel of the “sword” appears to be a human skull.
Regardless of the color, she dresses to kill. Regardless of how much they actually cost, it’s obvious that what she’s wearing is made of high quality material and is taken very well care of. When conducting business, she favors an all white pantsuit with matching high heels, but she’s not a stranger to rocking the full body gown, also white. Her earrings are usually dangling icosahedrons that gently rotate in an almost hypnotic fashion.

Personality: Lucy is a very apathetic women. She really doesn’t care who you are, what you have or the things you’ve done/are planning on doing. Everyone gets the same chances, and a lot of times they aren’t very good ones, but you get a fair treatment like anyone else, even if it doesn’t seem fair from your point of view. When directly interacting with her, she will generally maintain a professional demeanor; however, there’s a very faint, but almost impossible to miss undercurrent of smugness in the way she carries herself in direct conversation.
That said, she also seems to have a trickster streak to her. She enjoys messing with people’s emotions. What they expect will happen rarely does, sometimes in ways that seem purposefully spiteful. Although she acts without hesitation, deep down she does want things to work out for everyone, but the nature of the world keeps that from happening. If everything always went well, it would be boring, and that is something that just can’t be allowed, now can it? Also there would be an infinite amount of impossible contradictions, but that’s not quite so important.

Apartment:This is your stash basically - all your items that are not on you at all times. General things need not be listed like a bed, microwave and so forth. Somethings are just a given. But things like Computers, Weapons stash, books, files on people,a comic book collection, special mementos, and so forth are something that need to be listed out and very detailed. Make sure to know that this will be updated throughout the RP - Computers have to be scraped, bullets get used. Again, keep this grounded in reality. You won't have an arsenal! What Brings You To The City: Lucy’s come to Justice because some big things are about to go down, and she’s excited to see where the city ends up going. After all, she does love a good murder mystery or seven.
Life Before You Moved In: Lucy isn’t what you would call “human.” In every physical aspect she appears human. She has a fully functional ego and psyche that’s mostly indistinguishable from human, but she is definitely not human. She doesn’t need to eat, drink, sleep and although she does breathe, it’s pretty likely that she doesn’t need to do that either. She’s more a personification of the human belief in luck rather than an actual “person.” As long as there is widespread belief in the idea of luck, she’ll be around in one way or another. Even as an abstract concept in human form, she does not have total control of luck, but can affect an area that’s about a 30 mile radius.
She’s spent most of human history wandering around the globe, influencing the luck of people in both large ways and small. In no way has she had a hand in every single major event or anything like that, but a few things are definitely her doing. Recently, before moving to Justice, Lucille spent a lot of time hanging around Grimm, Indiana. It was something of a vacation for her, so she didn’t pry too far into events.
Life Since You Moved In: Lucy’s been in Justice ever since 6 months ago, right around the time Peyton Glencross was killed. She’s been watching over how things have been developing and very carefully tracking and influencing the city’s history. She doesn’t necessarily
like Justice as a crime ridden hive of scum and villainy, although she does enjoy the irony of the name. So she doesn’t just hang around her condo all day, she’s taken a management position at a sort of nearby business firm that primarily deals in appliance creation and distribution. She doesn’t do much “actual” work there. Such is the beauty of management.
