Now, I'm thinking of making a new thread for this for a 'part 2.' Mainly because 1) it would spark some interest with the next mission, and 2) new players could get it advertised again and they could join. You guys wouldn't need to do anything but copy/paste your character sheets and get to posting afterwards. What do y'all think?

I appreciate the opinions that I have received, and I think by next week I will have a new thread for us. Just what I feel is right. So don't worry about post count, and if you already have a character accepted, you're in the game :)

We still don't need to make another thread and I won't if there are multiple people against it. I just brought it up because making another might give a bump to interest and let new players not feel like they're leaping into a race that's halfway done.

I'm here to make this fun for everyone so if you feel one way or the other, just let me know. I can keep it in this thread, I don't mind. If I misread though, sorry.

Ahh, I can see how this might be construed as passive aggressive. I apologise. I was and still am honestly confused as to how a new thread will generate interest. Perhaps that's because I am still thinking about this fourm in a way thats a bit old fashioned.

@Kafka KomedyThere is definitely space to join. And there might be, but that's to be decided in universe. Atm our Mercenary company has just become a legitimate guild and it has only one captain, but if your character has prior leadership experience and proves himself/herself, you might be given (relative) command of a few people. It all depends.

Quick question about the character sheet, in the physical description section you it says "pictures not accepted" does that mean no pictures in place of the description, or no pictures period? Its no problem for me either way. I have an image that I really like, and I find that an image lets me visualize the character easier. A picture is worth a thousand words and such
