@pyroman@Vocab Rereading it, it's not as dark as it sounded in my head but dark and gruesome none the less.
Bloodstone lowers his head and laughs at Maeve. "You know, I've met a half-gem like you before. He was even protected by three, no four, Crystal Gems. Do you know what I did to him and his petty little bodyguards. Well, do you?" Bloodstone looks up, an odd expression on his face. Almost distorted, switching between laughter and anger in a way that can only be compared to a computer glitch. "I defeated his little posse and left him in a bloody pulp on the ground. Of course, I let them all live. The reject club even fused to try and stop me but it was pointless and futile. After I poofed them and rendered the half-gem defenseless, I grabbed him, held up a Ruby-Cloned Dagger to his neck, placed my other hand on his gem with the intent of corruption, and simply waited for all of them to reform. So they wouldn't attack before the others could reform, I used that corruption to hold them off and every step lead me to stab the half-gem in the arm, or the leg, or the shoulder, whatever I felt like really. Not like they were going to fully attack me anyways, the ruby half of the perma-fusion learned what it could do all to well. Bloodstone doubled over in a fit of laughter, only to straighten up just as quickly with an evil grin on his face. He held out his hand, a black eerie lightning dancing between them. When they finally all reformed, and it still took awhile for the Pearl, even with her precious Rose Quartz remake in despair, but when they had finally reformed it was a riot. The boy had been exhausted, I wouldn't allow him to sleep while the Pearl reformed nor would I allow him to heal himself as his wounds bled. His blood had already made a crimson puddle underneath us, I suppose his gem abilities made it harder for him to bleed out. It was hilarious to watch him cry out to Pearl, telling her it was all okay while that defected bitch had a mental breakdown. Right when they had started to calm down, I snapped the half-gem's arm like a twig. Then his other arm. Threw him down and cracked his leg under my foot. He was a bloody mess and the Rebels were furious. But, they knew they couldn't beat me and even though I no longer threatened his gem, I could still kill him easily from where I stood. Bloodstone looked right into Maeve's eyes, studying her reaction. He was having a great time witnessing her horror. "So then, I left. Yes, I let them all live but they would never interfere with me again. The moment they tried, I would kill the half-gem. Shatter that rebellion and all others that stood in my way. Bloodstone stopped smiling at this time, he thought for a moment and then remembered something. "Oh right, there was a human girl too. I wonder if he was able to crawl his broken body over to her in time to heal her. I don't think humans take to kindly to a polearm going through their spine. I don't think I mortally wounded any organs but, who knows. Just goes to show that if you are going to stand up to me.... Don't fall in love. It makes you weak."
