The first OOC post has been made. All established factions are invited. Accepted smaller factions posted before the event ends are also retroactively invited, and may arrive on the scene. Characters not associated with the event may create their own stories, taking place in one of the many cities of the New Imperium, or under the tyrranical rule of the Alliance of Conquerors.
Name: Kaldor Draigo, Supreme Grand Master of the Grey Knights Appearance:
Personality: A man of true faith and discipline, Kaldor Draigo has yet to learn the meaning of doubt. Or of fear, for that matter. A peerless warrior, Kaldor is utterly devoted to the Emperor, and will gladly offer up his life if he feels the sacrifice is needed. On the battlefield there is nothing that can unnerve him, no threat he is unwilling to face. However, he finds himself less comfortable in the position of a peacekeeper and administrator in a peaceful empire. While obeying the empire and fighting for peace, he silently longs for war, where once more he can live by blade and faith alone. Abilities: - The Emperor Protects Among all the Space Marines, only the Grey Knights are truly exempt from corruption. They are trained to face demons, and only the most disciplined and willfull of warriors are accepted into their orders. The divine protections and chants they learn harden their minds and souls, making them all but immune to psionic meddling and eldritch temptation. In over 10.000 years, not a single Grey Knight has been corrupted by Chaos. Kaldor Draigo's mind is even more sturdy than most, hardened by unending devotion and unflinching discipline. He has tested himself against the Chaos Gods themselves, and they could find no purchase on his soul. Attempting to mind control or manipulate Kaldor is a futile practise, even for beings vastly more powerful than himself.
- Angel of Death The Astartes were created from the Primarchs, who gained their ability from the Man Emperor himself. Nova, as he is now called, created these vast legions as superhuman death machines to enforce his rule and protect his people. Ascending acolytes are implanted with several special organs which alter their body into that of an Astartes, an Angel of Death. They gain superhuman speed, the best of them being fast enough to slice supersonic bolter rounds out of the air. They additionally become incredibly tough, their bones able to withstand armour-piercing bullets, and take on a size and strength far beyond that of a human. Even outside of their armour, Astartes can punch through steel plates and lift cars into the air. The Astartes also have far greater natural lifespans than humans, some being able to live up to a thousand years of age, although it is quite rare for an astartes to die of old age. Their long lives spent in constant warfare means that no astartes exists who isn't an elite warrior, comparable to the prodigious masters of battle on Earth.
- We are the Hammer Every single member of the Grey Knights is a Psyker, a human capable of channeling warp energies. While this grants one great power, it also makes you a prime target for daemon and other warp entities. Psykers who don't carefully monitor their powers often go insane, die, or even become tools for the Chaos Gods in the material realm. This has lead to the incredibly strict selection process and training that goes into becoming a Grey Knight. Kaldor Draigo is an especially powerful Psyker, specializing in Sacred Daemonology. He can rip the souls from his enemies, banish demons, negate enemy psionic abilities, and create powerful warp maelstroms capable of tearing large space ships from the air, in addition to some other abilities. Kaldor Draigo mainly uses his psionic powers to augment his physical prowess, and to add to his daemon-slaying powers.
- Agent of the Divine Among all psykers and warriors, the Grey Knights alone are the final barrier between humanity and the Daemon of the Warp. Kaldor is armed with the divine words of banishment, the rites of purification, and the blessings of the Emperor. The forces of evil and corruption are bent by his will, and banished from his presence. Kaldor is additionally effective against beings of chaos and supernaturally evil beings such as demons or daemon.
Equipment: - Titansword This blade was forged from the axe of a Greater Daemon of Khorne slain in his very realm. The legendary blade is of Nemesis design, channeling the wielder's psionic power into a devastating Edge, in addition to the molecule-destabilizing field common to Power weapons. The titansword can slice through even superheavy armour with relative easy, and turns even the greatest daemon to mincemeat.
- Aegis Terminator Armour A massive suit of powered armour, forged from ceramite and adamantium. The Aegis design further incorporates a layer of arcane seals and protective spells that ward off evil and the warp. This armouris able to withstand even the heaviest of punishment, and most conventional weaponry should barely be able to scratch it. This is in addition to the psionic protection provided by his own powers.
@thewizardguy Thanks! Btw, have you seen the youtube series the Emperor has a text-to-speech synthesizer? (Or TTS)? That series is hilarious, and that is my new headcanon for what the Emperor of Mankind is like.
@Nightknight Yes, I have seen it (hence the Man Emperor reference). However, this Emperor is slightly different, because I wanted a character that would not invite the other faction leaders just to shout at them.

I like my CS's quick and dirty. Let me know if I *need* to go into detail about anything.
Name: Mithias
Appearance:
Personality: Mithias is lost in an eternal and futile struggle to maintain his morality. He really doesn't have a clue anymore what's right or wrong but can't resist the pursuit of the idea. He's forgotten a lot of his past, and not willingly. Vague memories and familiarities resurface every now and again, leaving his questions unanswered. Having no idea what events left him this way, he forgoes ever hoping to learn and forces himself to move on, helping others instead of caring about his own past. He's fairly friendly. Surviving is a lot easier with allies.
Abilities:
Mind-ward Pyrokinesis Telekinesis Blood-drinking (health and power gain) Fast-healing/regeneration Supernatural level speed and strength Unaging Basic fighting
Equipment:
Swords, Jacket, guns, claws, etc.
Origin: Hell's Coffee Lounge Theme Song: To be decided.
Personality: A kind soul, Ozo looks out for the weak, and punishes those that use their strength to harm others, or force them to do that they wish not to do, within reason. He would not punish someone for punishing a criminal, but a king waging wars for more lands, good reasoning or not, may face his wrath...but he's not a blind fellow. He does like to listen to reason, and is partially trusting. As such, some may see him as gullible...but they themselves may be the ones tricked, as Ozo is cunning, as well as deceptive.
Abilities: Lick: Using their huge tongue, Ozo licks a foe, slapping them. Their tongue has regenerative properties, so if damaged, will rapidly regenerate. If stuck with the full force, a being's reaction speed would be decreased, as their tongue is coated in a thick layer of saliva. Of course, many powerful beings will find this a non-issue, but physically human, or weaker, entities will feel like they were moving in a huge bowl of syrup rather than air. This isn't that damaging however, as the blunt force is minimal, and would just knock over slightly meta humans, and nothing stronger, with minimal bruising. The force is subject to change if they become stronger though training, or magic. If a being is weak, and unable to escape it, Ozo can, like a frog, pull a target into their mouth, with their tongue. He can also use his tongue as a grappling hook, if need be, it strong enough to support him, plus one being weighing less than 500 pounds.
Water Breathing: He can breath underwater, via magical means. Anti-magic doesn't disable it, unless its excessive amounts of it.
Consume: The most commonly used ability. Ozo has the power to digest almost anything, being able to eat things such as lasers, and magic. For example, if someone shot a laser rifle at them, Ozo could open his mouth, and consume the shot, it dealing pretty much no damage to them. The interior of his stomach is coated in runes that break down, and allow him to absorb his food, a magical form of normal digestion. This normally seems to turn whatever is eaten into goo that slowly is absorbed though the stomach lining. If this goo escapes from his stomach, it will slowly reform whatever it used to be, meaning that if a being escapes his stomach, no harm is done to them. However, if one fails to fully leave the stomach, for example, leaving a melted limb behind, that limb is lost. Also, if he eats an energy attack, or a power source of almost any kind, he will react like how Natsu from Fairy Tale reacts to eating fire. Refueled, and ready to go.
Another aspect to this, is that after absorbing something, depending on the object, or energy, grants Ozo more power, or general energy. For example, him eating the mage would grant him the ability to cast the types of magic that the person could, him entering a kirby like "Form" of that person. Once having consumed that person, he can call upon their form at any time, if given a few moments to do so. The more of a type of fighter he eats, the stronger that form gets. For example, him eating a few space marines would make him able to take on the average space marine mook with ease. He must consume enough to make up a full person to gain a form. So, he'd need to eat a lot of arms of space marines to get a space marine form, but he could.
None right now
River King: A signature ability, Ozo has the rare power to transport him, and someone else, to almost anywhere on a planet. Seemingly vanishing into the ground, Ozo swims though a place known as the Great River, his home dimension where his people come from, that is connected to most anywhere. He can transport one other person with him. He normally uses this power to trick evil doers into places where he can eat them without their fellows interrupting him. This ability is blocked by other things that block teleportation. Equipment: With him, he carries pans, and pots in a backpack, along with a bunch of spices. General cooking supplies, which does involve some normal iron forks, and knives. Origin: "Eat or be eaten. That is how my world works...But I've been known to swim against the currents. One day, it won't be like that. Not anymore." Ozo, the Great, is a traveling Catari, a race found in the Great River, a universe made of almost entirely water, save for a exceptionally small earthen core at its center. Here, the biggest fish is king, and all others are its food, even its kin. It's a fish eat fish world, but Ozo resented this. Deep inside, he felt as if it was wrong, and defied the normal way of things. This nearly got him killed, and forced him from his home. Now, a nomad, he travels the worlds, popping in and out of the great river as needed, seeking out evil to dine upon. Some call him a king. Some call him a demon. The water forgets the named of the drowned...but Ozo keeps track. Theme Song: Fall Out Boy - Centuries
So Starkiller was killed? Alright. I'm having Mithias start out with the Conquerers, where he had been in the previous thread. Who else would he know there currently? It sounds like half their cast are gone.
@Wraithblade6 If someone wants to use him, they can. He got turned into a bomb, but doesn't mean he didn't survive. But yeah current narrative is dead.
A lot of the Conquerors are gone, but Bowser is alive, as well as Starscream, technically. Ultron too is alive but scrap metal. He would know Cyano by now who betrayed the Outliners for the conquerors.
