@Dusksong @Dark Light Ekans is exactly the kind of Pokemon Ella would want, but how would Vivian react to her best friend getting one of the Pokemon that tried to attack her? That's why I'm not sure. Would she be more ok with it once it was trained?

Viv is pretty understanding, they are trapped and confused themselves and just had a person nearly fall on them.
I think it will add some good future dynamic reminiscing when they nearly attacked her. And you can both bring them out to meet each other and compare them.
Besides, maybe you had to catch it to stop it?
It slipped passed the defending Pokemon and nearly bites Viv until it was stopped by the pokeball?

Lol her new Petilil might feel different tho :p

Oh um @dark light I don't believe that Pokemon can level up by defeating wild Pokemon... Only from monthly bonuses, battling other trainers, or by consuming items. This is mostly a regulatory thing as having users be able to level up their Pokemon all by themselves within a single post would be pretty OP before long.

So... @balthazar007 confirm?

So I was thinking about running a little mission for the girls involving some pkmn hunters that use some rash measures. They've come for the fairy Pokemon.
Maybe after that we find a reason to travel together to a new town (possibly custom built)

How do I go about officializing a quest and adding rewards?
