IC battle posts have three phases: the reaction phase, the preparation phase, and the action phase.

It doesn't look like there is any bonus for the first post of the month? Which makes sense, since we receive bonuses in TP on the 9th and 24th. The last bonus CP for January was because it was a new year entirely. I will check with Balth about this, but I currently don't recall any CP bonuses on the first of the month... If someone could find definite proof (a link to a post would suffice) please tag me, but as of right now I don't know if there's a CP bonus for the first post of the month :/

@zarkun Alright finally got word back from Balth:

Fossil and Egg Pokemon are available via mission reward only as they shouldn't normally be obtainable in the wild (esp fossil Pokes).

Eggs and fossils will both be [mission] exclusive items to obtain. The value of the egg/fossil will depend on what comes out of it. You add their TP value into the calculation for CP cost of the mission.

Yes it is attached to the PokeBall that is necessary to catch it's lowest evolved form. So if you hatch a Pidgey, its value is 5TP. Fossils can only be revived at a professor's lab. Those are only located on the outskirts of villages. Eggs can be found in the wild or gifted by NPC characters, sure. No PokeBalls are involved. They are paid for by the owner of the event. (I.e. when [you] pay CP).

Eggs hatch on the following day (IC). On the exact date (IRL) that you obtained the egg. So if you obtain an egg on the 5th of October, the egg hatches on the 5th of November.

To make it worth the wait... Pokemon that evolve from eggs level up at a double rate. So, in effect, it's twice as easy to get them from 1 to 100. BUT, you can only care for one egg at a time. (For now)

Pardon the double post, but for those who intend to include fossils as rewards, make sure that Rock is an available type. Literally all the Fossil Pokemon have Rock in their typing. So for Tefan, the reward will likely be an egg.
