1) Is it possible to get Alolan Pokes from eggs? There could be people around who breed Alolan variants, so missions could be the only way to get them.

2) Do you now approve locations as well as missions? I sent a new location to Balth a few days ago, but haven't heard back.

Wondering the same thing about created content; I haven't heard from Balth for a couple weeks about the Aether Foundation sheet I submitted.

@LuckyBlackCat As eggs are specifically from missions only, I do believe you should be able to acquire Alolan Pokes. I'd like for you to keep it realistic in that Alolan eggs should be from a person that either owns alolan-native pokes or such -- common sense and stuff ;)

As for locations, @ToadRopes I am unfortunately not cleared to approve locations. I think Balthazar might be a little busy as of late, and he only pops by once in a while to check his PMs. I usually contact him via discord, so I'll do that and inquire as to whether or not I can clear locations. Sorry that it's taken so long, but missions can be cleared by me so I encourage creation of those :D

Well crap. My mission just got complicated because of what I want to do with it. I'd have to create either another character or an organization...

I've got the mission done except for the "villain". And the problem I run into would be that this villain would need to be at least Expert level to have an Excadrill. So yeah. And I don't have nearly enough CP to create an Expert level trainer. And yes, the idea is the character would be considered an NPC. An important one for some of Tommy's, and Cici's if you wish, character development.

@Zarkun It's ok if you just have them as an NPC, I created an NPC for a mission that's going to be in the new location.

But, I mean, wouldn't they start to count as a character of sorts if we run into him multiple times?

@Zarkun Well, Lugubrious has a recurring NPC following Olivie around a lot of the time, so I wouldn't say there's anything stopping you having this chara show up more than once.

@Zarkun He's still an NPC for now. You could bring in the villain as an NPC at first, and have them become an official character later if you want.

Hi all! So, after a brief discussion with @balthazar007 we've decided that it'd be best if I started as the acting GM of this thread until we reboot on a new thread. From now on, all content needing GM approval can be directed to me via tag or PM. This includes locations, characters, etc needing approval.

Also, I have set up a Google Doc that will serve as the new "Opening Post" that will include all the links and such included by the current opening post.

And erk I might have taken up the title of GM, but sadly I don't know when everything will be coming. Balthazar is pretty amazing at grinding out bits of magic, but he's currently overrun with life (his job) so I'm not sure how long it'll be until his schedule clears up to work on things. Currently, I think his energies are focused on making the site up-to-date as it is missing a few sections (such as the guidelines for organization creation, etc). I do know that contests are on his to-do list, but gyms and professor labs have not yet been mentioned.
