@Dusksong So who should it be, the Cacnea, the Prinplup, or one of Ella's Pokemon? (It actually can be the Pupitar if you want, it's a Rock/Ground type and doesn't gain Dark typing until its final evolution.)

@LuckyBlackCat Righhhhhhht that makes sense. Gah I was thinking that Pupitar was a dark-type since it's black, it can use Dark Pulse, and it evolves into a dark-type .-. Well @dark light feel free to take the Pupitar then, 'cuz that's the closest of my Pokemon.

@Dark Light @Dusksong Just wondering, what do we do about the timeline? It's not anyone's fault posting's been slow, life can be like that, but it's the 9th and it seems unlikely the events would have taken that long. One battle wouldn't take a full 24 hours. How do we make everything fit better?

@LuckyBlackCat true. How about finish the battle, then say that a timeskip happened because they all blacked out or retired to bed? Just timeskip the sleep they all need.

@Dusksong Yeah, best way to do it. They'd still want to find the stolen Pokemon, but they're not really in a fit state for any more challenges, and neither are their teams. Someone might have to convince Florence she needs some rest.

Also, I imagine the Pupitar would be back to normal now the Metang's been returned.

So finally all over. Yea time skip is probably the best way.
Inside the cave is a Pokemon transfer machine. But since it's been broken for a while there is a back room with a locked door, behind that there is a lot of caged Pokemon.

Just say it took a while to notify the police and search through them, fill out statements and so forth.
