He's not a noble per se, but he does have a lot of money. Besides, he usually travels a lot, so he's slept in worse than on trash bags.

It would be nice to have them know each other, it could be at the start, them finding each other and realizing they are walking the same path. Still, depends on how exactly @Lich wants to start the IC

He hasn't, but at the same time Lich hasn't arrived, so there's that.

@Kenaron I got a bit writer-happy with my backstory. I'm considering toning it down a notch, but I think it's fine as it is at the same time.

@Aquanthe I think it's perfect just as it is, as much of a short story that it is, I really got drawn into it.

For mine I was kind of sleepy, and just wanted the character to match something resembling a story, so I made him a sort of knight and rolled with it, didn't want to get something more complicated than that at the time.
