Niah Bautista

Location: Red Guard Mobile Unit - Sydney, Australia
Skills: N/A

Niah tensed when the girl started over to Lance, but relaxed when she saw that Runa was trying to calm him down. Tinley must still have enough sway over her, that was good. It could keep things from escalating. Speaking of escalating. She looked up at Kingston as she heard the scream from Banner over the phone. There was a flash of fear.

"Everyone on? Get us up in the air now." She snapped out. "The Hulk is coming." She got up. "Sit, buckle up." She told Runa and Lance. God damn today was going in a bad way quickly. Niah pulled out her phone and looked at the picture of her sister. Every mission they knew Niah might not return but this felt so terrifyingly real she wanted to text her sister just a heart.

James Kingston

Location: The Quinjet - Sydney, Australia
Skills: N/A

James sighed as he hung up, powering the phone down and slipping into his pocket. This complicated things but the second they decided to wing it, the Hulk was practically a guarantee. Now they just had to run some sort of damage control since he was headed for them rather than some place in the city. This is why working a plan is always better than winging it. He eyed Lance thoughtfully.

“Anyone know the vertical jump capacity of the Hulk? IF we can make sure he takes the Quinjet down just the right way, maybe we can force him to kill his son here and cripple the Jekyll. Make it easier for the next team.” James mused. “Unless Lance here knows how to calm the beast. There has to be a way that Banner kept the Hulk under control for the past decade and maybe Lance is the key.”

Maximillian Gray

Location: The Palace: New York City, New York.
Skills:
Conjuration

Max continued forward towards where the guards were headed, attempting to follow the two assailants that harmed the Queen. The whole time he was wondering to himself why he cared, why bother saving a fictional person from a fictional world. Then again, he wasn’t fictional, and chances are neither were these people; the knowledge of whether death in this timeline meant death in the regular one was unknown and as a decent person, he couldn’t abide by someone getting harmed while he stood idly by. Thoughts flashed through his mind, trying to sort out which memories belonged where, as well as why Wanda would lie about her knowledge of this world. Something was up.

All of that however, had to wait, Max had spotted one of the
Human Resistance members (funny, how were they any different than the Purifiers?) a man who seemed to be stopped at an exit by Pietro. Clearly these people didn’t plan too far ahead when crashing a large mutant soirée. ”Not another step further! Alucniv!” Anger rushed through Max as he faced against another bigot against mutants, his hands were covered in cosmic dust and energy, his eyes glowing like two nebulas staring straight at her. He moved his arms as if he was conducting a symphony. Thick metal chains began to appear and form from the walls and floor. One wrapped around the man’s left wrist, the other around his right, one managed to snag him neck and the final one gripped onto his waist. They held him down in place, locked to the floor. ”Why?! Why would you do this?”

Bobbi shrugged when there was a trade off in dance partners, so to speak. She was feeling a bit pouty since she wouldn't be able to knock a little sense into Richard, but what can a girl do? She turned her attention toward Gambit with a sly little smirk, "Comme tu veux mon capitaine." She took a few paces back and readied herself for a delightful spar and work out.

"Do y'all be needin' any silly rules? Or can we be startin'?" She gestured vaguely toward Ana and Rogue since they seemed to need to flesh things out. A spar was simple, why all of these rules? Just hit 'em hard and hit 'em good and leave 'em unable to stand. Well, so to speak. No sense in damaging a teammate for the pure sake of showing off or winning.

Michelle Diggby

Location: Red Guard Mobile Unit - Sydney, Australia - Quinjet
Skills: N/A

Terrifying. Michelle was now certain that the Hulk coming over the horizon was terrifying.

Agent Bautista confirmed Michelle's suspicions when the call suddenly dropped, they'd made it a problem the Hulk can solve. Michelle rubbed her temples, once we hit cruising altitudes and speeds we were safe from the Hulk, until then the Quinjet little more than a multi-million dollar hovering sardine can and right now we weren't even hovering.

"What an absolute fuckin' meathead."

Careful to remember to not leave the dangerous loaded weapon unattended, Michelle and her shotgun moved up to the front of the craft, repositioning the seat height and heads up display to compensate for her short ass. Michelle ran through the checklist, Aux. Pump - off....Altimeter - Set...Fuel Gauges - Checked... Auto-pilot - Engaged...Lights - Not a fucking chance...Camera - No Hulk yet... Action!

Action?

Fuck it, she was too old for this kind of quantum, electronic, technoshit. Disguises, Sharp edges and Moving parts were more her thing. She hated that she couldn't even get the VtoL going herself when it counted but being smushed by the Hulk made this way more important than maintaining her pride. They'd probably seen this coming, she hadn't exactly made her motives unknown and her track record was... sloppy, and were no doubt ready to clean up her mess. None the less, she still had to play her part in the pantomime. Michelle got out of the seat and whistled shrill and loud like her grandaddy taught her.

"Someone come unfuck the autopilot!" Michelle called down the ship, gesturing at the now vacant chair.

What a signature Michelle thing to do...

Carolina Reed

]Location: The Palace - New York City, New York
Skills: N/A

Carolina looked over towards October and smiled softly towards her as she moved her hands away while October went in and started to cauterize the wound that the Queen had. She wasn't sure what other damager there was, but the good thing was that she wouldn't be bleeding out, as she leaned in and gave her wife a kiss on the cheek and smiled towards her. "You did a great job." She said towards her and turned her attention over towards Flynn who had the same idea, she could understand sometimes powers weren't as reliable at all. "Do you have a sort of medical area in the palace or something?" Carolina asked looking over at him and then down at Queen Miranda.

"She might still need some medical attention even if the bleeding is stopped." Carolina said, as she looked around trying to find Annie she felt bad that she had left her friend to her own devices and quickly stood up as she tried to look for her. Carolina also was worried about Princess Wanda as well, she could be a target as well even Prince Flynn as well. "There could be more here as well." Carolina said softly she wasn't sure if there were more members of the Human Resistance or not.

Cassandra Reed

Location: Red Guard Mobile Unit - Sydney, Australia
Skills: N/A

Cassandra looked over at Novikova when she mentioned something about Lance, and Theresa being the same person how that was possible she wasn't even sure at all, but then again she had stopped trying to figure things out now at this point. She looked over at Tinley for a moment to see what her input was. "We will figure out how to make sure that they will be safe." Cass said towards Novi and gave her a smile, knowing that she'd do just about anything to make sure that Sparky was safe. "But right now we just need to play our roles, and we will watch Lance closely. But we also need to get the rest of the team to remember somehow as well." Cass said, as she started to make her way back towards the Quinjet.

She made it onto the Quinjet as she watched Michelle fiddle around with the controls on the Quinjet seeing that she had some trouble getting the autopilot off, and quickly joined in on the co-pilot seat and started to go through the systems a little bit and eventually she was able to get it off. "Logan, mind getting us out of here? I'm not much of a pilot really." Cassandra said, which was true she had never actually flown a quinjet before, and hearing the others speaking The Hulk was coming which wasn't good at all, taking a moment to look at Lance and Runa.

Maria Smith

Location: Sydney, Australia - The Banner Residence
Skills: N/A

Maria could hear Bruce yelling over at James demanding his son over the phone and looked over towards him. "You'd certainly make father of the year." She said towards him sarcastically and then glanced over at Lance for a moment asking what she meant about Hulking Out, she shrugged slightly and leaned back on her seat and gave James an irritated look at him. She really, really did not like him at all and stood up a bit and took a step closer towards him. As far as she could tell it was his fault for making Banner ultimately Hulk Out now since he didn't let Lance on the phone.

"Or we could just simply open up the rear hatch in midflight and push you out first, and pray you hit the ground first before the Hulk grabs you mid jump that be much easier since you didn't give the kid a chance to talk. And we wouldn't be in the situation in the first place." Maria said, before taking a step back as she watched Cass walk in and taking the autopilot off, and then finally looking over at Lance again to answer his question. "Your father turns into a hulking green monster and likes to smash things to pieces when you really piss him off, like Trigger Happy here did."

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: The Palace: New York City, New York.
Skills: Enhanced Intuition

Antoinette watched Princess Wanda run off after the criminals. She worried her bottom lip and looked between where Wanda ran off to and the crowd that formed around the Queen. She wasn’t sure where she should go or what she should even do. Her powers weren’t exactly for combat and Antoinette had never really fought in her life. She ultimately decided to respect the Princess’s wishes and hurried over to the Queen’s side.
She came up behind Carolina and latched onto her friends arm, seeing the tail end of October healing the Queen. Antoinette leaned with Carolina as she kissed October’s cheek and Antoinette got a good look at the Queen and her condition.
”I don’t think those people are going to try anything else tonight Carolina,” Antoinette said to her friend. There was chaos everywhere but it seemed to be orderly. People were going after the assailants or they were standing around the members of the royal family, playing lookout and guard. No one else was going to be able to hurt the royal family tonight.
”That being said, perhaps it would be good to get the Queen out of here to a more relaxed, less stimulating environment.” Antoinette continued to hang onto Carolina, feeling uneasy and on edge in this highly chaotic situation. Her blue eye started to glow brightly as her enhanced intuition began to search out for any other signs of conflict arising.

Allison Andrewss

Location: The Palace - New York City, New York (Outfit)
Skills: N/A

Allison knew all of this wasn't real, but that didn't take away from the hurt Guin was probably feeling. She had sympathy, but at the same time, she knew their real lives were still out there. Possibly in danger. She was willing to help, but she knew this was important. Especially if it meant they would no longer see her as mental and can believe her. "I'm ready. Lead the way." As she walked, she put a sympathetic hand on Guin's shoulders. Hopefully, if the results came back that she was telling the truth, it would relieve Guin of some worry.

Once at the machine, Allison got weird vibes. She didn't like hospitals all that much. "Ha, bet you've been wishing to get me quiet." Humor couldn't hide her nerves though as she sat upon it. "All right, here we go." She laid back and kept still and quiet, allowing them to do their thing.

Tinley Abercrombie

Location: Red Guard Mobile Unit - Sydney, Australia
Skills: Mind Control

Tinley could feel the struggle building and she knew she had to step in and intervene. She couldn't sit idly by now and let this continue, not when she knew the truth. Still having Lance's mind, she sent one last message. "Lance, I am going to release my control over you. You have to trust me. I'm going to help solve this problem, but I need you and Runa to be ready. I know it's scary, but I will help you, I promise." With that, she released him and turned her sights on Sapphire.

She had a plan and if all went well, they would have the upper hand. If it didn't, well she was already an enemy in some of their eyes. She sent her mind forward to Sapphire's latching on for control. It was hard, but she managed it. Once inside, she relayed her plan. "All right. I want you to use your ice powers to freeze Mystique, James, and Shelly in place. Once done, you will fall asleep and rest."

With the message sent, Sapphire would freeze all of their feet in place. Afterward, she would fall to the ground in an unconscious heap. With that done, she turned to the others, mainly Novikova and Logan. "All right, now that that's more or less taken care of, we need to see about calming Bruce down and seeing if he can help us. He's one of the smartest people out there. If anyone can figure all of this out, it's him."

Anastasia Reinhardt

Location: LeBeau Casino - New Orleans, Lousiana
Skills: Telekinesis

Anastasia was enjoying herself now. She had never felt pain before. It tasted wonderful. She stood up and brushed herself off. "Brilliant! That was so much fun! Now things are getting interesting." Nearby, Ana saw some boxes and crates. She picked out the very best one, flinging it and crashing it into Rogue. She stumbled back a bit and Ana took her chance.

She knew she could not rely on her telekinesis alone so she launched herself forward, jumping up and planting both feet on the woman's chest, sending her flying backward as she jumped off. She landed ungracefully as she had never done that before, but she picked herself up. She would be ready to defend herself now. She wondered if she could use her power to block an attack. She would have to see.

"Why? Did you really just ask me why I would do this? Why attack them? Because, people like you don't get what happens to people like us, your "king", he kills us for fun on a daily basis, all of the time. I mean, death toll was what, 50,000 dead in the past year alone just because he didn't like them? Innocent people lose their lives because of people like them, and since you're here at the palace guessing people like you too!" Alex snapped at him, glad over all that it seemed like Jade had gotten away.

"So, this is the one whose caused all of the problems tonight then?" Wanda said, walking over to now be standing right next to her twin.

"Yeah, he was with a woman but seems like she managed to get away," Pietro grumbled.

"Oh Pietro, I thought you would have just loved to give chase wouldn't you?"

"I was more concerned with at the least catching the one with literal blood on his hands!"

"So, what do you think father is going to do? I'm assuming probably a public execution in the morning, but that's my bet."

"Positive on that one."

"I don't care if I die, since I know that at the least if I do it was stopping people like you."

Pietro did not take too kindly to his words, and walked up and punched him right across the face. There was a loud crack and blood started coming from Alex's nose, and it was clearly broken. "How about you shut your mouth human scum, you blame us for what's happened, but honestly, it's your own fault."

"If you truly think that then maybe you should take a good long look at yourself."

With those last words, Pietro kicked Alex in the stomach before a few guards came over to go lock him up. He turned to look at Max, "Thank you for your help... It's appreciated," Pietro said with a slight smile at Max.

Back over with Flynn, Annie and Carolina, Flynn looked over at the girls, "Yeah, we've got a medical area..." he said, before he stood up completely and easily picked up his mother in his arms

"I had to go to medical school to become a mortician - I can operate. I promise she won't be a corpse when we finish."

"Follow me, I'll lead you there, oh and about the resistance groups attacking anyone else. the guards are already on edge, so I doubt that the humans will try to do any sort of thing..." he responded, adding the last part as a bit of an after thought as he carried Miranda out of the area they were in currently and he led the way to the medical area.

Howard nodded his head slightly, and Guin wasn't getting any more responses from Pietro about what was going on at the palace. Once Allison laid down in the machine, he hooked it up completely and it started running. He walked over to the nearby monitor and started looking over it, and he had a bit of an odd expression on his face.

"That's a bit odd... Her brain is showing a lot of activity in the portion that houses memories, almost as if it is defending itself from something... Like someone was attacking it deliberately, well, no, that isn't quite right... Almost like someone might have been trying to rewrite that portion of her brain... Does she by chance have any sort of mental power? Like telepathy or telekinesis? If the world did get rewritten, then that could explain why she remembers it. Her mind was defending itself... I actually think that it is entirely possible that the world got rewritten, and her powers somehow managed to protect her or something like that."

Gambit smirked slightly at Bobbi, before he threw a handful of cards right at her. Only 2 of the five cards actually hit her, but they were powerful blasts. The cards slammed into her with enough force to send her backwards, and her body would easily be sore from the explosions, and she'd be able to feel burns forming from where the cards had hit. A moment later he had pulled out his bo staff and whirled it around, knocking Bobbi's legs out from underneath her.

Rogue meanwhile was smiling somewhat at Ana, she was enjoying the sparring match that was going on between the two of them. "Stop talkin' more sparrin'. Nothin' will happen if we just sit here yapping or something now will it?" she said with a slight laugh, before she got up and steadied herself rather easily, before she stopped holding her strength back and slammed her fist into Anastasia's stomach with enough strength to send her slamming into the wall at the other end of the room.

"Ya okay? Or do ya need me to lighten up a bit on the punches?"

Chrysi was glaring at Casper and Ben, trying to get free of his grip. Jack took one look over at the chaos, knowing that odds were that Chrysi was not going to go down very easily, and he sent his fist stretching out and slamming into her head, managing to knock the psychopath out for now as he went over to Mary. "Hey, you okay?"

"F-F-Fine," she stammered out, looking a bit pale now, and her arm was still bleeding, no matter what she did it wasn't stopping. Looked like Chrysi had managed to hit a major artery or something.

"Hey Casper, let's go back inside and leave the psychopath out here, she'll probably regain consciousness eventually..." Jack said, as he went about helping Mary inside. After taking only one step though, Mary collapsed, falling unconscious from the blood loss now. "Damn it," he muttered, before he rather easily picked her up in his arms, "Let's go..." he said as he headed inside of the casino, leaving Casper outside.

However, he wasn't alone it would seem (aside from the obvious thing being that Chrysi was unconscious there), there was someone else who was just sort of glancing around the area. Eventually, the figure turned and walked over to him, and Casper would see that it actually looked like Mary or Chrysi. "You might want to see about following after your brother Casper," she said simply, with a slight wave before she headed into the casino, walking straight through the door.

"That's not possible," Lance said, looking at Maria, still thoroughly confused. He had no idea what they were talking about, his dad never had become a green rage monster or something. "You people are crazy!"

"To answer ya question about how high can the Hulk jump it entirely depends on if he's standing still or gets a running start. Since he's getting a running start, he is able in comparison jump up to the top floor of Stark Tower and still be able to stay in the air, that answer your question about how royally fucked up this is?" Wolverine commented as he looked over at James, "Not to mention killing the kid is the last thing in the whole wide world you would want to do. The angrier the guy gets, the more powerful he becomes and every single damn weapon we've got on board this jet won't do a damn thing to him. My claws are probably our best bet right now. I ain't against you getting pitched off the ship while we're in the air, might give us a bit of time to get the rest of us out of here."

Lance was still confused about the entire situation, and stared at Tinley when she managed to get Sapphire to freeze Mystique, James and Shelly in place before she collapsed to the ground. Wolverine took this opportunity to then proceed to disarm James and Shelly rather quickly, getting any sort of weapons away from them before he punched Mystique in the head hard enough to have her sort of slump over. "So, someone mind explaining to me what is going on, who you people are and what you are talking about entirely! Also, my dad does not turn into some crazy green rage monster or whatever you just said."

"Yes he does kid, in this world he hasn't turned into the green rage monster in years apparently. Might want to see if you can calm him down when he inevitably shows up."

"What do you expect me to do?"

"No idea, so Abercrombie, since you decided to start things off, you got any idea how to calm down the Hulk? Since let me tell you, there are normal ways to calm him down or something, then there is just pounding on his head until he goes out cold. Oh, and don't think your mental powers will work on him, the Hulk has had some of the best telepaths in the world try to get into his head really, and each time they've failed." Logan added, before there was a loud roar that seemed to shake the quinjet, and then the jet started moving slightly, as if someone had grabbed onto it. "As I said before, my claws can hurt him, but we probably need a better plan then just smacking him around!"

Guin Stark

Location: Stark Tower - New York City, New York (Outfit)
Skills: Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering
Guin nodded at her grandfather's questions - Allison did have mental powers. "If the hypothesis is that her mental powers are why Allison remembers this other world... Then wouldn't I have the same situation as her then?" Guin asked, more of talking to herself. She was a telepath. And while she wasn't going to openly say this, she was also a Stark. Her family was known for their intellectual capabilities, so if anyone was going to remember the real world, why wasn't it her? There was no news from Pietro, meaning that her brain was focused on this issue. Eventually she was forced to come to the conclusion that it was more or less luck of the draw, if Allison's story was to be believed.

She paced back and forth slightly. She knew there was nothing on the scans to suggest that Allison was lying - they seemed to indicate that she was telling the truth. However, accepting that the reality she knew was fake... That was a lot to take in. Guin wasn't some sort of crime fighting hero. She was raised in wealth and privilege, never having to learn how to fight and not even needing to work a job. Everything had come effortlessly and she had two parents that loved her, as well as the best grandparents in the world, and she was marrying a prince! Her life was a fairytale here.

"Okay, Allison, assuming you're right... Which is hard to wrap my head around... How did reality change like this? Who else remembers it? What were our lives like in the other reality? And I imagine you'll be pissed at me for asking but... you said Oshea was dead in the other world. What if this world is the better of the two? Should we be trying to change things back? I mean, isn't that kinda like playing god?" she asked. She felt like she could trust Pietro with this, but she didn't know about Wanda - and given that they were twins, she knew anything she told Pietro would end up being told to Wanda at some point.

"...Let's not involve Pietro with this," Guin said, her arms crossed. "I don't know who we can trust if you're right, Allison."

Casper Theriot

Location: Outside -> Inside the Casino - New Orleans, Louisiana
Skills: Mediumship
Casper was incredibly thankful that his brother managed to knock out the psychopath, as the blue glow around his hands faded and he no longer was channeling Ben into the real world. He felt incredibly hungry, as if he hadn't eaten for days, and a bit dizzy as well. "Anyone got any Go-Gurt? Or Paul Rudd with a Go-Gurt? Either works..." Casper asked, taking a few steadying breaths and his hands were shaking slightly, like he had overused a muscle. "I really hope Paul Rudd is still a thing in this world... He's an inspiration to us all..."

"Where the hell are we..." Ben muttered. Chrysi's explanations had just been vaguely threatening statements at the end of it and given her mental state, Ben didn't trust her. He didn't believe her story about knowing that there was an infinity stone and besides, it looked like Chrysi had nearly killed her sister. She was as much of a reliable source as Tony Stark was on affordable and sustainable living.

Casper then spotted the spirit of a ginger and he swore under his breath. While he actively avoided using his powers whenever possible (Ben being the only exception), he knew that it wasn't a good sign to see the spirit of someone who just collapsed. People near death in comas had an ability to end up in a limbo state of sorts. "Hey, uh, Jackie?" Casper called out, running after his brother. He wondered if anyone had been watching Jack's kid while they were out there - though he was pretty convinced the kid had to have been kidnapped. His brother was a playboy and slept around, but he knew how to use a condom... or at least, Casper assumed he did.

"I think she's in a coma... I just saw her spirit," Casper explained, wringing his hands slightly. It freaked him out a bit that the thought of spirits and ghosts didn't scare him. In the real world, he used drugs regularly in order to shut out his powers and to try to forget the childhood abuse he suffered at the hands of his father, the seemingly perfect Charles Xavier. "And uh should the kid really see this?" he asked. "She might end up like me if she does..."

"Good point, no one would want to end up like you," Ben teased.

Dominika Novikova and Runa Blake

Location: The Quinjet - Sydney, Australia
Skills: Eldritch Magic
Runa complied with Niah's request, taking a seat. She hated doing everything these people asked but it was in Lance's best interest. She knew that she was just human in this reality and didn't have the durability of an Asgardian, but old habits died hard. Runa still unconsciously thought of herself as being in no real danger from a human - and only some from a mutant. There were some on Asgard who enjoyed interacting with Midgardians, but the majority viewed Midgardians as no stronger than an ant. However, her hands started to shake with anger as James callously proposed killing Lance. She was glaring at him so intensely that if looks could kill, James would have died more than once.

Novikova, meanwhile, was hoping that James would say Hail HYDRA - it would explain his cruelty. "And here I thought we all had to get psyche evals before joining the Red Guard," she commented, throwing a look in James' direction. Between Niah's passive anti-human behavior and James' active psychopathy, she was getting a small headache. Of course, she was one to talk when it came to making comments about mental illness. She hadn't been the same ever since she developed a control over metal. She chuckled slightly at Shelly's comments about the auto-pilot, finding that refreshing compared to the entire situation at hand.

Lance didn't seem to pay any attention to Runa as she went over to him and she felt the little bubble of happiness she had when thinking about him falter slightly. She let go of his hand, listening to what one of the agents had to say - that Lance's father was the green beast called the Hulk. Her uncle Thor had told her about the mindless beast of Midgard, one that somehow could channel its rage and fight battles that ordinary Midgardians could not. His strength easily matched if not exceeded that of the average Asgardian. Loki had manipulated the Hulk before - so to her, it was more evidence that her other uncle was behind all of this. "The beast is vulnerable to magic," Runa reminded them.

However, there was an earlier matter that she had to attend to, as Abercrombie handled the ice manipulator, encasing the others' feet in ice and then knocking the girl out. Runa made a beeline over to James. She spat in his face. "You're a monster," she told him, before she punched him in the gut. Instead of just being a physical blow, however, she knocked James' astral form out of his body. "I'll put you back in your body once you cease to annoy me."

Mystique and Sapphire were both unconscious, and Novikova wasn't sure what Runa had done to James, but it seemed to have taken care of him. "Maria, love, do you trust me?" Novikova asked, taking her girlfriend's hand in her own. She took a slight breath. "This world... it isn't real. Someone messed with reality, reshaped it to be the way they wanted it to be. In the real world, this skinny little wimp... he's our friend, Sparky," she told Maria, hopeful that maybe this would jog her memory. If Maria didn't stand down, she would have to knock her unconscious. Of course, they had bigger problems to deal with. The Hulk was loose and it was a gamble that delivering him the Red Guard agents who kidnapped his son would calm him down.

Novikova knew the basics about the Hulk - he had been an ordinary radiophysicist prior to the accident and during her PhD, she had cited a few of his papers in her thesis. Wolverine's method of punching the Hulk until he calmed down struck her as one of the more likely ones. Looking around her at the quinjet, she got a potentially horrible idea. "It's no Iron Man suit but... I might be able to pummel him with the quinjet," she suggested.

Michelle Diggby

Location: Red Guard Mobile Unit - Sydney, Australia - Quinjet
Skills: N/A

"Keep swallowing that pride, Michelle." She instructed herself as others laughed, "This is what you get for living up to stereotypes."

The fun evaporated in the room when ice materialised around her feet and Agent Clarke dropped to the floor. This was not a game, somethin' was fucky, an increasingly familiar feeling. Michelle hadn't even begun trying to work out Sapphire's motives when Tinley gave it away, she made Sapphire put them on ice and in Michelle's mind immediately drew the faction lines. For whatever reason, she, Darkholme, Clarke and Kingston, plus anyone Sapphire failed to freeze before falling unconcious were no longer aligned with Tinley. Michelle then watched as one by one her frozen colleges were knocked out. With the shotgun taken away it was only a matter of time before she was unconcious too and with the Hulk on the way, it was a death sentence. The fact that only frozen targets were taken out told her that everyone they wanted incapacitated was, and now she really was alone against them.

Novikova, in trying to persuade her girlfriend Agent Smith to join her, gave her an out. She spilled the beans on what they thought was going on, what had motivated them to attack their own team when a great green killing machine was on his way to royally fuck us up. This world wasn't real.

"I knew it! I fuckin' knew it!" She exclaimed, "You fuckers have been behaving odd all afternoon!"

She didn't know it, not for sure, there had been a moment or two but otherwise had been pretty consistent, but she hoped they'd buy it atleast long enough to establish what was going on. Michelle would have liked to bounce on her toes but she was still stuck, so instead she had a pretend victory wriggle in place, but not for long, the ship shifted unnaturally. She toppled over on her ass and the fear of Hulk was struck back into her. From her unique vantage point on the floor, she saw a flash of radioactive green through the window. She was going to wait on negoiating her way out of her cold shackles to when she knew they trusted her again, but with the Hulk present it became a more urgent issue. Michelle decided it was still best to ask politely.

"GET ME THE FUCK OUT OF THIS ICY DEATHTRAP, HE'S HERE."

James Kingston

Location: The Quinjet
Skills: N/A

James experienced plenty in life. Between his job with the Red Guard and his civilian life back at home, he felt well rounded with an excellent life to work ratio. A kidnapping, an assassination followed up with a pleasant Sunday chatting with a few regulars was the perfect week. Picking out a new roast for his grinder at home and then fixing up the other members of the team was something he expected of an average work week.

But nothing could prepare him to be shunted out of his body. He almost vomited from the shock of it, after feeling like his breath was snatched from him, and he just gaped at his own body for a few moments, mouth opening and closing several times as he floated around himself. It was strange, knowing he was… well he didn’t know where he was but he seemed to be here but also there. It was incredibly confusing but the shaking―again, visual cues only were oddly disorienting―caught his attention, as well as the discussion about blasting the Hulk. He glared at Michelle as she caterwauled.

“Of course. Hit the pissed off thing. That’ll work. James scoffed as he reclined next to his own body. Maybe he should thank the human for doing this. His feet were awfully cold before. “Don’t think about why the Hulk is pissed and definitely don’t try and use that to direct the anger. Why prove to the Hulk that Lance has the situation in hand, that he isn’t in danger from any one but the Hulk? Point the beast to a few expandable people to work off some steam and poof anger reduced. Of course, Logan’s gone at it with the Hulk before so maybe that won’t work if the big green monster recognises him.” James just rolled his eyes. “Either way, this should be fun to watch. Too bad I won’t be there to peel them off the sidewalk this time.”

He started with no warning, which surprised her. The two cards which hit her left her feeling a bit dazed from the pain of impact and the burning sensation where they had touched. This was for the better as these little bits of pain may help her ignore other hurts that might come in the course of this no-holds-barred practice session. Bobbi steadied herself and got a better grip on her hammer. Gambit was next to her again and used his staff to sweep the feet from beneath her.

Using her body weight and the head of the hammer she managed to flip back onto her feet rather than falling on her back. She had to skip back a few paces to balance out her momentum. A feral growl escaped her lips as she faced Gambit again. Her eyes shone with her excitement, a sensual grin, and a strange bloodlust she could never remember feeling before began to grow in her belly. "Il semblerait que mon capitaine aime la vie dure." Her words were spoken with a deep and seductive purr. "C'est une bonne chose que j'aime la brute et que je joue sale."

Bobbi then ran at him, raising the hammer above her head as if to attack him from the top. At the last moment, she feinted, ducking down and bringing the hammer low as she slid sideways on her feet. She was careful to hit him with the wood of the handle rather than the head of the hammer. Despite her fight fueled senses, the last thing she wanted was to kill or maim him. No one likes contusions and internal bleeding. The hit only caused him to stumble back a bit but she hoped it might knock a little wind out of his sails... and lungs.

She then dropped down to a knee and swung the hammer in the opposite direction. The weight and momentum caused her to spin and she used it to knock the legs out from beneath her opponent. She was up and backed off a few paces as Gambit rose back up to is feet with no issues mere moments later. There was this strange something eating its way through her gut like a worm through a rotten apple. It was telling her to continue the onslaught, give him no moment to move or breath. Make sure he could never get up again. Bobbi tried to suppress this odd feeling. She had been trained by the thieves guild on how to fight. And they certainly never taught her anything that would cause this animalistic feeling that was working to take over her mind.

Niah Bautista

Location: Red Guard Mobile Unit - Sydney, Australia
Skills: N/A

Many things happened quickly, if she hadn't been looking at her sister maybe she would have had time to react. Niah only had time to partially free her ICER, but she didn't aim it or put her finger on the trigger. She frowned. There seemed to be some sort of conspiracy happening, a mutiny, one she had not been asked to join but had not been seen as a threat to the cause of. Interesting. Her frown deepened and she holstered the ICER. Those left standing were an odd combination, but with how the day had gone it made some sort of sense. Diggby, restrained, hit the nail on the head. Something odd had been going on all day.

Novikova was saying this wasn't the real world. Wolverine seemed to agree with her. Niah had always been intimidated by Novikova's intelligence. There was something about her and her powers that made her strangely unapproachable. Here she was asking Maria, Niah's friend, if she trusted her. There was an awful lot wrong with this world. She slid her phone into her pocket again. There were enough of them left standing that even if she did decide to argue the point she would be like the other's unconscious or unable to do anything about the situation. "I'm listening, but is it possible this world is real and you've somehow ended up here?" Niah knew enough about the multiverse theory that it seemed possible. A snide joke about "sliders" felt like it might be appropriate, but she couldn't come up with a good one.

Carolina Reed

]Location: The Palace - New York City, New York
Skills: N/A

Carolina turned around as she felt Annie wrapping her arm around hers and kissing her and October on the cheek as she gave her friend a smile and hugged her very tightly. She was glad that she was still alright and that she was with them now, as Carolina turned her attention over towards her wife and Flynn. She nodded slightly, the security was most likely on high alert now at this point anyway as she started to relax. "You are probably right then." Carolina said softly smiling at the two of them, as she watched Flynn picking up his mother the queen up in his arms.

Carolina held onto Annie and October tightly. "Lead the way." Carolina said as she started to follow shortly behind Flynn, as she looked over at her wife. "Is there anything we can do to help?" Carolina asked, even though she and Annie didn't really have any medical training Carolina wanted to try and do her best to help out however she could in the meantime anyway.

Cassandra Reed

Location: Red Guard Mobile Unit - Sydney, Australia
Skills: N/A

Cassandra watched as Tinley suddenly took control over Sapphire and freezing Mystique, James and Michelle's feet to the floor of the quinjet then Logan went in to knock out Mystique rather quickly. As she started to relax somewhat as Runa turned and went to knock out James. "Well, not what I thought would work." Cass said as she looked over at Niah and Maria as well seeing the uncertain look in Maria's eyes. While Michelle started to yell and scream to be let go, looking over at the agent she wasn't sure what to really think of her still, before looking at the others.

Then she felt the Quinjet move listening to Runa hearing her suggestion as well as Logan's, and turned to the rest who she knew from their world. ]"Listen, believe what you want but Novikova is speaking the truth. But right now we need to work together and take down the Hulk together, I don't want to hurt either one of you either." Cass said as she turned towards Runa and Lance, if they were willing to help out or not. "I know you two probably don't trust me, but if you can your help would be greatly appreciated." Cass then finally turned towards Michelle. "If you can help, and not shoot us in the back i'll let you out."

Maria Smith

Location: Sydney, Australia - The Banner Residence
Skills: Power Absorption

"Well they are all right." Maria said looking over at Lance whether he wanted to believe it or not, then she jumped when she watched Sapphire suddenly turn on the team freezing Michelle, Mystique and James to the floor of the quinjet before going unconscious. She then met Novikova's eyes when she felt her girlfriend grabbing her arm, asking if she trusted her. While Runa and Logan knocked out Mystique and James for the count. Maria turned to look over at Niah for a moment wondering what her friend would do before looking over at Novikova biting her bottom lip.

"I do trust you, but I don't know what the other reality you are talking about.." Maria said softly looking over at Lance for a moment and then at Novi just as she felt the Quinjet shake and move. "We can talk about this all later we need to do something right now." Maria said as she gave Novi a quick kiss. She then started to walk over towards Logan, as she wanted to take his powers for the fight but instead she ended up loosing her footing and tripped a bit landing a hand on Lance. She felt his power coursing through her as her hand glowed a little bit. "Not what I had in mind but it will do for now."

Maximillian Gray

Location: The Palace: New York City, New York.
Skills:

”It’s no problem, really. I was just doing my part to help out. The Queen deserves to be treated better than that.: Max gave him a smile back, turning his head slightly to face Wanda, still puzzled by her and her behavior. He walked over to Alex, beginning to do some somatic gestures as his eyes went their usual cosmic color before finally placing a tracing spell on him. After doing so Max nodded to the guards, sighnifying that he was about to undo the chains he had placed on the man, and with a snap of his fingers the chains burst into purple, blue, and pink dust that vanished into the air. He gave them a bow as he began to walk backwards a few steps ”I took the liberty of placing a tracking spell on the man. If he manages to leave his cell I should be notified immediately. You can never be to careful amongst their types. Now if you’ll excuse me.” Max finally stood up straight and then left the twins to their own devices.

As he walked away he began to think about the words Alex had said. This world was far from perfect it appeared, and although Max appeared to be on the top, it was only because he stood on the backs of others, ignoring their plight. Almost immediately a thought crossed his mind telling him The scum deserve it. How long have they tortured and killed my own? It’s their turn to pay The thought sat ill in his stomach as it settled into his head. Two worlds, two mindsets, and death and prejudices on either side. Max neared the end of his little walk at the corner of the wall heading towards where the party had been. He laid himself against it and then began to think about the man he’d just helped incarcerate. Alexander Jacobsen, a once mutant friendly advocate, now stabbing the Queen out of hatred and spite. Wanda may not be of help, but perhaps this other awoken mutant can be...now if only he knew who it was.

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: The Palace: New York City, New York.
Skills: Enhanced Intuition

Antoinette followed along with her friends before she breathed a sigh of relief.
”I think Prince Flynn is right, nothing else is going to happen. I have a good feeling about that.” She beamed at her friends as her blue eye faded to its normal colour once again. She kept a hold of Carolina as they followed the Prince to the medical room. Antoinette wasn’t completely sure she would be of much help. She didn’t have much experience with bullet wounds and they didn’t look like something one should mess with if they didn’t know what they were doing. She was very grateful that they had October.
The further away from the ballroom they got, the more relaxed Antoinette became. She didn’t much like conflict or any room with unease in it. She didn’t handle it well. Her intuition didn’t help with that normally but today it was helping to keep her calm. Nothing else would go awry, so that meant the Queen would survive as well. Thank goodness for that.

Allison Andrewss

Location: The Palace - New York City, New York (Outfit)
Skills: N/A

If what they were saying was true, then it explained why she was able to remember the real reality. She had often seen her power as a curse, but it has blessings if it meant she was able to withstand whatever trickery was plaguing them, even if others would not admit it to themselves. She could see why, but Guin needed to face the facts as they appeared. The girl loved facts anyway.

Pestered with question after question left Allison now more than miffed. She knew where she was coming from, but the proof was there now unless she was somehow able to magically alter her brain. "Listen Guin, and I am going to say this with all the love and respect I have for you, but this world is screwed up. You don't think the moment I "woke up" here and saw Oshea that I wasn't happy? That I don't long to live a life with him as my future husband and grow the family I always wanted? I do, but this reality is not the right one and it sure as hell isn't the better one. In case you missed it sitting on your high horse with your family name and marrying a prince, but humans are left to suffer while we reign. In the true reality, mutants are seen by some as menaces, but many also see them as heroes. We're heroes there, whether or not we are respected for it. So no, I do not want to stay another second here, even if it means I give up being with Oshea."

She took a beat before she continued. "I don't know who else remembers, if anyone. I know I saw a few of our team back at the party. Carolina. Annie. So they are here. For right now, the only people we can trust are in this room."

Tinley Abercrombie

With everyone more or less controlled, either unconscious or not, they were in control now and had a big guy coming after them. And it stood to reason he was not much of a talker when he was smashing. So they needed to step up. "Magic can be back-up if needed, but we don't want to hurt him. We'll need him if we want to make heads or tails as to why we are here and why some of us remember while others don't."

"We go out and meet him and talk. I can mind control him to calm him down potentially if things get volatile. We avoid violence if possible, but if things do get dicey, hold back unless seriously in danger, but we have numbers on our side, which isn't saying too much against the jolly green giant."

Anastasia Reinhardt

Location: LeBeau Casino - New Orleans, Lousiana

Ana slammed against the fall, enjoying the pain coursing through her now. She stood up, cracked her knuckles. "Only talking because I am bored, cherie. And no, please do not hold back. The pain is a lovely feeling. One I never experienced before. But know I will not hold back anymore either." With that, she charged forward.

She used her power to lift Rogue up a bit and propel her towards her as she lined up her fist, slamming it into Rogue's face with force, sending her back. She felt the contact and relished in it before release. She waited now, knowing this was now about to get very interesting.

Alex was just glaring at Pietro, saying nothing as a few of the guards grabbed him and essentially dragged him away. From what Max could really tell about where he was being taken, there was a basement floor of the Palace that mainly was used for housing criminals, so he was likely being taken to one of those cells.

"Good riddance, maybe father will be kind enough to let me rip his heart out tomorrow..." Pietro muttered, sort of glaring in the direction that Alex had been dragged off to.

"Oh brother, you and I both know that you just ripping someone's heart out isn't much of a spectacle. I imagine he might ask Flynn to, since you know a bonfire looks much better." Wanda responded, and Max would be able to tell that something seemed up with what Wanda was saying. Almost like she wanted Alex's suffering to be long and drawn out, but like before this instant. Pietro had a grudge against him for him stabbing his mother, but Wanda's grudge almost seemed to be from something else.

"Oh, probably... I'm going to go see about locating his friend though if she's still here... I saw her not too long before he came back without her so..." the speedster said, before he took off running, leaving Max standing there with Wanda. After another few moments, Max would be able to tell that Jakobsen was no longer moving, meaning he was likely placed in his cell.

With Flynn and the others, Flynn was staying relatively quiet as they reached the medical area several hallways away from the main room where everyone else was. The room had basically any sort of medical equipment one could dream of, and it was an incredibly large room. He set Miranda down on the closest bed, before turning to look at October. "Help her please if you can..."

"Of course," October said, before she got to work and hummed to herself. She gave Carolina a slight smile as she started to work, but her mind was on Queen Miranda and attempting to save her life.

Flynn fell silent, just watching October. After several minutes, Miranda's breathing would stabilize, however, October was able to tell that something wasn't quite right still. "Oh dear.... Well, she is stable but the poor dear is in limbo. It's a dreadful place, rather cold and it can take some time to come out of it."

"...So, guessing there is nothing we can really do about it..."

Back at Stark Tower, Howard let out a bit of a sigh. This certainly wasn't the best sort of confrontation of sorts to be stuck in the middle of. He knew this all too well considering how many arguments he's gotten into with his son in the past. "Maybe we should calm down just a little bit. You are right, there likely aren't too many people we can truly trust with this. However, if she remembers, then chances are that others do too, and you shouldn't be pointing fingers at anyone, she wasn't implying that you shouldn't try and fix the world, she was just saying that whose to tell which world is right and which world is wrong. Now, I'm not going to tell you what to do, or how to try and fix things, but perhaps you should calm down a bit. Both of you..." he said, adding this last point to mainly try and diffuse the situation.

"Mon amie - j'adore les choses sales." Gambit responded to Bobbi with a bit of a smirk. He then sent a barrage of cards slamming into her. Several of the cards hit her with full explosive force, and she went flying backwards and slammed into the ground. That definitely was going to hurt in the morning, since it was hurting a lot right now. Burns were forming on her body, and bruises too from the force of hitting the ground.

Rogue coughed slightly from the force of the punch, but she was back up on her feet rather quickly. "If ya say so, but two can play at that game," she said, before she tilted her head slightly. Suddenly Anastasia would find herself thrown backwards into the wall, her head hitting with a slight crack. It would be throbbing, and a little blood was coming from the back of her head, but she was doing fairly well. "Sounds like someone forgot what my main power is."

"We can see about getting you some food or something in a little bit Casper," Jack said, shaking his head slightly at his brother. Though the words that he said involving Mary was a bit concerning. "...That is a really bad thing... And don't worry about Lexi, she's currently distracted last I checked, but I need to go check on her in a few minutes..." he added, before he led the way into a side room in the lower level of the casino, it wasn't too far from the training room where the others were.

There was a couch in the room, and he set Mary down, before he went in search of a first aid kit of some sort. He lucked out and found one with a few supplies in it, at least enough to hopefully stop the bleeding anyway. Jack managed to bandage up Mary's arm, before noticing that she also had an injury on her side, which would explain why she would have gone into a coma so quickly, and he patched her up. However, she had a head injury as well, and now he was wondering how the hell Chrysi had managed to pull that off without them noticing. There wasn't enough supplies in the first aid kit to really bandage it up properly, so he basically just put a wrap around it as that was the best he could do at the moment.

"...Alright, we've got a few different options... One, we go into the training room and tell her brother what sort of happened. Two, we wait a little while to tell him what happened and not interrupt what's going on in the other room yet. Or option three, we do nothing and we might end up dead because of it."

"I'd recommend telling him now, the longer you wait, the worse things will likely be, and honestly, he's right about the likely ending up dead because of it or something... Just saying... And he probably should check on Lexi, it's been around an hour or so since he last checked on her... Oh, and one more thing, I estimate you only have about maybe 5 to 10 minutes until Chrysi wakes up, honestly she does not stay knocked out for long..." Mary pointed out, looking over at Casper and having followed them back into the casino. Sure, she wasn't dead yet, but honestly, she might end up dead or something at this rate.

"You know, funny... Earlier I had said that Chrysi would be the death of me."

Lance sort of stumbled slightly from Maria absorbing his powers, but he said nothing to her. Instead, he looked over at Runa, "...I don't want you fighting or something like that, at least not if you don't have to... Maybe I can calm him down..." he whispered to her, giving her a slight smile. Runa would be able to see his hands were starting to glow with a faint light. Lance gave her a quick kiss, falling silent.

"Did you not just hear me? The best damn telepaths in the world have tried to get into the minds of both Banner and the Hulk, and not one of them have succeeded. Mind control ain't gonna work on him, and using the jet to basically beat up the Hulk ain't going to work either! Am I seriously the only one here who has actually fought this guy? Yes? Great, then things will definitely end well."

This was definitely not the best situation at all, and outside there was another roar as the Hulk created a dent in the wall of the jet from outside of it. He was not in the best mood, and them being in the jet likely was not making things any better. Wolverine glanced over at Diggby and rolled his eyes, "Why don't you pipe down already, honestly, you'd think this was the end of the world! We'll survive this, just gotta be careful bout what we do. Bautista, they are saying the truth, after all, I remember both realities, got an explanation for that? Cause I sure as hell don't."

The light around Lance faded, but only Runa would be able to see Lance disappear from view as well. To her it wouldn't be too surprising, it was mainly just a trick of the light that caused him to turn invisible. However, now he was no longer by her, and had gone outside, down the ramp. He knew what he was doing was stupid, but still, he didn't want to just sit by and do nothing at all.

Wolverine was still looking at Tinley and Novikova, but after a moment, he glanced over to acknowledge what Runa had said about using magic. He had known about that, what he hadn't really known was that Runa knew magic. He stopped though, when he noticed that Lance wasn't by her, "Where'd the laser light show go?" he instantly asked her.

Guin Stark

Location: Stark Tower - New York City, New York (Outfit)
Skills: N/A
Guin's toes curled slightly and she was still barefoot, having ditched the formal shoes when they got here. It wasn't every day that she was essentially accused of being an entitled, prejudiced asshole who enjoyed human suffering. Her grandfather was telling them to calm down, but Guin hadn't even begun to get properly pissed off yet. She had just been asking questions and now, now Allison was even more pissed off at her then she expected. "You don't know a fucking thing about me, then. My family is human. I thought I was human until I was twelve years old. My dad and my grandpa have to fight Sapien Death Match in order to keep the manufacturing contract with King Erik."

She took a slight breath, trying not to get too angry but Allison had struck a nerve with her. "And I never said hey guys, it'd be fucking fantastic if we enslave the humans and treat them like shit. I'm just not sure what the right move is to make here. Who is to say that one group should suffer? If we change things back and make things better for some people, would the cosmic scales balance it out by causing hurt for others? If reality can be changed to this extent, how do we know that your world is even real? What if there was another reality before it?"

She didn't even know the ramifications there would be on altering reality like that - would there be some sort of damage to time and space from it? And how would someone even go about doing that? Okay, yeah, Guin was a little testy. She was learning that her world wasn't real and that some other world, one that just seemed like a Young Adult TV program on the CW, that was the real one. She couldn't even think of how someone would go about doing this. Knowing that Carolina and Annie were part of this hypothetical team...

Guin took another breath, calming down slightly now that she had spoken her mind. "Carolina and Annie - let's find them, then. If we can find others that remember things like you do, then maybe that'll help us to figure out how someone would go about rewriting reality entirely. It seems scientifically impossible but what the hell..."

Casper Theriot

Location: Inside the Casino - New Orleans, Louisiana
Skills: Mediumship
Casper was really hoping that his brother would somehow have Paul Rudd come and deliver him a plate full of Go-Gurts now. His stomach was hungry for the Gurt and well... the rest of him was hungry for Paul Rudd. He wasn't too sure if the kid would still be there when his brother went to go check on her, but Casper wasn't too worried about the likely kidnapping victim staying put. Wasn't that what victims were supposed to do anyways - run off and escape? With Mary on the couch and Jack trying to patch her up, Casper sighed a bit as her almost-ghost started talking to him.

"Okay, if you're going to haunt me, you need to know this - I'm already being haunted by Ben," Casper pointed out to her. "The position has been filled. If Ben takes a sick day though or wants to haunt other people, then sure Ginger, I'll consider you - it'd be nice to be haunted by someone who isn't in love with my brother anyways but..."

Ben rolled his eyes at Casper, before looking apologetically at Mary. "I don't recommend haunting him if you die. It's like watching a sad Indie movie where the main character never recovers from addiction half of the time - and the other half of the time it's just America's Funniest Home Videos with him falling on his ass," he commented.

Casper flipped the bird at Ben, wishing that he wasn't so candid about his lifestyle. However, he did need to talk to Jack, since Jack couldn't hear the ghosts buzzing in his ears and he had asked him a question as to what to do about Gambit. Instead of responding to his brother, however, Casper waltzed on over into the training room and poked in his head, seeing Anastasia (creepy killer girl!) fighting Rogue and Gambit going up against someone who looked like a living Parental Advisory Recommended warning.

"Hey guys, just so you know, the Crazy Ginger #1 - Chrysi - stabbed Crazy Ginger #2 - Mary - and Mary is currently bleeding out on the couch," Casper said.

"Fantastic bedside manner," Ben complimented.

Dominika Novikova and Runa Blake

Location: The Quinjet - Sydney, Australia
Skills: N/A
Novikova took a slight breath - Shelly's screaming was giving her a headache. However, she was pleased to see that Maria was trusting them and she gave her girlfriend a grateful smile. She knew that she didn't deserve that trust - that she had broken the entire team's trust before and caused an actual apocalypse because of it. "It's okay that you don't remember," Novikova said softly. "All that matters is that you know I love you, no matter the reality." She then gave Maria a quick kiss, before returning her mind to the task at hand. Niah had asked if they had just fallen into a different world of the multiverse and Novikova shook her head.

"I remember both worlds. If this world was real and we had just landed here, then I should only remember one of them," she explained. At Tinley's suggestion, Novikova heard her suggest a tactic that Wolverine had already said wouldn't work - and Wolverine quickly reiterated that. It was understandable for a little bit of information to be misheard, it was a frightening situation and nerves never helped with comprehension. Still though, she was a little deflated to here that her idea of using the jet to beat up the Hulk wouldn't work. How were they supposed to deal with the green monster if only Wolverine apparently could fight him?

Runa looked at Lance, a bit worried after he stumbled. He was so fragile - but then again, that's just how humans were. Their lives were over in the blink of the Asgardian eye. As he said that he didn't want her fighting, Runa frowned slightly. It wasn't Lance's decision to make - that was her choice. "Lance, he can't be reasoned with..." she told him. She had heard tales of the mindless beast and she didn't know if Lance's presence could calm the Hulk. The Hulk was called mindless for a reason.

She felt the jet rock slightly as the Hulk punched it and she bit her lip. She knew that her magic was likely going to be a solution. The proposed plans so far - to mind control the Hulk or to use the jet to beat him - weren't going to be sufficient. Her magic could be effective against him, but also in the same sense, perhaps she could just grab James' body and throw his lifeless form off of the jet in order to distract the Hulk. "Damn det, Lance, kom tilbake her er det ikke trygt! Han vil drepe deg!" Runa cursed in her native tongue for this world, Norwegian. Lance had vanished from right in front of her and she knew that he had gone off of the jet in order to calm down the Hulk.

"He went off of the jet in order to attempt to calm the beast," Runa said. She was ignoring James complaints, flashing the middle finger in the direction of his astral form. It was annoying that she was still able to hear him and he just seemed to be a whining man now, without any bite and he hadn't figured out yet how to do combat astrally - all the better for her. She ran off of the ramp of the jet herself, wishing that she had her sling ring with her. Maybe she would be able to send the Hulk falling through an endless loop though until he calmed down?

Novikova was annoyed as Runa ran off of the jet, apparently going after Lance. She glanced at Tinley and nodded. Tinley's play was that they would try to reason with him, to calm him down. The angrier the Hulk got, the stronger he would become and they needed to get off of the jet before it was crushed like a tin can anyways. She then got off of the jet as well, sticking close to Maria.
