Walpurgis night (AKA hurricane Irma) looks like it will come to the states around Saturday/Sunday. Depending on how things go, Amber and the Bates might be too busy fending it off to participate much in Penrose.

Hmm...now that Helga is normal again, it begs the question..

If magical girl gets discharged from one patron, are they able to get recruited by a different patron or is it a forever thing?

It depends on the Patron since they provide the magic in the first place; it's like employers looking at a former employee who's free for recruitment.

There is also the slight difficulty of some patrons probably not being amused if their former girls are picked up by somebody else. So there's a bit of politics involved.
