Kaida Baeumont

Kaida really didn't notice how tall Dulga was until she was standing next to her. She had to crane her neck, Like with Ezra, but she was definitely taller than the other boy. She smiled up at the girl as she mentioned how the pleasure was hers. She was not at all scary like she looked like before, jumping down in front of her.

Roy had taken to her explanation well, even smiling. That's good that he took her word. Usually people were skeptical when she tried to explain it's not their fault, that its hers. Especially since growing up in a rich home, even if the owners were wrong they were right. It took a while for new staff to actually believe her when she spoke. She smiled and nodded, confirming she was fine. It was sweet of him to come looking for her.

With the sudden crash she winced and pulled one of her hands up to her mouth to muffle a yelp. Dulga instantly moved between them and the sound of the noise. A true hero without even thinking. She had realized she had much to learn and to grow.

She mentioned it looked like trouble. She had an odd feeling Ezra might be involved. Just the way he was looking before hand, and from what little she knew of him He just seemed like he would get in the middle of it. Suddenly though she noticed Dulga moving towards her, taking off her cloak. She opened her eyes wide when she draped her cloak over her telling her she needs a new uniform. She blushed at the thought, were they that big of holes in her back? She stood there, the cloak completely enveloping her with ease. She could tell the cloak was well worn, and a bit older. Most people would normally throw this out and get a better version. But she did notice how she wore it, and seemed to be one with it. Perhaps it was something more special to her? She shook her head at seeing how rigid Dulga was standing,
almost as if she was standing naked to the world."N-no you don't have to do this for me. Dulga..."

She noticed her burns all over her back and arms. And how her arms looked veiny and pulsed with her heartbeat She thought it was fascinating. But she was sad at the burns this girl had, she never felt the heat of a burn, as she was immune. But she knew... she knew it caused so much pain and suffering. Memories of past servants who angered her father came to mind, as well as that final battle he had while destroying half of her home town. That's why she wore a cloak to cover it...like all of those who were burned from her father did. This girl was so sweet to cover her, despite her own uncomfortable feelings of being exposed.

she knew that Dulga felt that it was so important to cover her, she didn't know what to say. Thank you...She said so softly, tears welling up in her eyes. Not of embarrassment but of gratefulness. How was she so lucky in finding these nice people in her first few hours of school? Also the fact that this girl saw what she looked like and didn't care. It made sense after seeing her six arms, and how that could be scary as well. But she thought she was beautiful. So strong looking and tall, yet she had such a kind heart.

She nodded at the plan and looked to Roy as he took to his 'assignment' with eagerness. Perhaps he wanted in on the fighting...most boys did. She watched him run back inside before looking to Dulga again. "You really don't need to cover me..." She looked to the burns.. she knew it would be rude to bring it up, but she felt she must. "Please...don't take this the wrong way. But I don't want you to be embarrassed about your scars on my account. I don't know how it feels...but I know of many people who had burns...they hid it out of shame like they did something wrong. So if that's what you are feeling right now, I don't want you to feel that. Just because I have some holes in my shirt." She looked up at Dulga with concern in her eyes, but with a small smile on her face.

Also, you shouldn't feel ashamed... you still are a beautiful, even with burn marks. I also find your quirk amazing as well! I wish I had six arms." She said with a genuine smile.

It was this moment when she heard a girl call her name. She looked over her shoulder and saw Luelle...the girl that she fought that villain with earlier calling out to her, while rushing over to her. "Luelle? I'm sorry we got separated." She looked to Dulga and said, "She helped me with something before we got to school." Still feeling awkward in telling that she fought a villain already. "Um..." she looked back to Luelle. "We are about to go to the teachers office...I need a new uniform...it got ruined already." She said blushing. "You're welcome to come with us?" She glanced at Dulga, realizing that she might not want more people to accompany them. It was rude of her to Assume that. "If that's ok?"

Mako Akane

Mako sighed. Of course Sarge wouldn't want to get lunch. He was strictly a Hero, and she was once, and will always be to some, a Villain. Still, she wouldn't give up. She'd never had a crush before. Not once. She wasn't going to let that cutie go because of one failed attempt. She carried on with her work, making good progress, when she way a student storm by from the direction of the cafeteria, looking in a very bad mood. She grinned. There was juicy drama here. She could feel it in her bones.

Peeking through the cafeteria door, she saw that a table had been collapsed, another flipped over, and a group of students from class A-2 were standing off with afew class 1-A students. Mako had also seen Jetty and that girl...Seductress's daughter, helping a hurt class A-2 boy to the infirmiry on her way there. The picture was becoming clearer. The action was starting to die down in the cafeteria. Tensions were dissipating. Boring. Mako turned on her heel and started walking back to the location of her desk, but her desk wasn't where she was going.

Erza would eventually find the academy's secretary walking alongside him, easily keeping pace. When...and how did she get there? She was smiling up at him sweetly, eyes closed as always.

"Tough first day, huh? What happened back there, in the cafeteria?" she asked in her tuneful, saccharine voice.

Dulga Tarata

Listening to Kaida's words, Dulga felt something warm in her heart. It was a nice feeling. She had first worried that Kaida may have been scared of Dulga once she saw her ugly looking arms, but Kaida seemed very understanding. It wasn't something that Dulga was used too. Even her father didn't like looking at Dulga's arms, though he had his own personal reasons for it. But there was one thing that Dulga had to disagree with. "It's fine, Kaida. I'm not embarrassed I'm just..." Dulga had a hard time trying to think of what to say. Normally, she was thoughtful and did things after a lot of consideration. It was something that she learned from her parents. She shouldn't jump into things, had to stay in control of herself to be in control of a situation, and never go without a plan. So of course she threw away all of that the moment she laid eyes on Kaida when she looked sad. However, thinking back to her mother gave Dulga a reason why she did what she did. "I'm here to help. That's all that matters."

Dulga's face grew redder when Kaida called her beautiful. Of all the things anyone would call her, beautiful wasn't something she heard. Sure, she had boys try to flirt with her, but they always said it in a way that made it obvious they were just being immature fools and belittling her. Hearing Kaida call Dulga beautiful made her feel hotter and awkward. Dulga was literally at a lost for words and could only say a few jumbled words in thanks. "Oh... Wow... I... Thank you..." Dulga froze up when she heard someone call out Kaida's name. Dulga looked and saw another little girl with bright blue hair come over. Kaida seemed to know her and told Dulga that Luelle had helped Kaida with something before. So Dulga assumed that the two were friends. She felt a bit embarrassed that she was letting another girl she didn't know see her exposed, but if Luelle was Kaida's friend, than she was probably nice too.

Kaida offered Luelle to come with them to the teacher's office. Dulga was initially hesitate because she didn't want too many people seeing her, but at the same time she didn't want to separate Kaida from her friend. Dulga fidgeted with her hands, all six of them, before nodding her head. "That's fine. We should go though. I don't want too many people staring at us." It was a good thing that there seemed to be something going on in the cafeteria, otherwise it'd be impossible for the three to avoid attention. A six-armed giant and two bright haired little girls, one wearing an over sized cloak, was very hard to miss. "Oh. I'm Dulga Tarata. It's nice to meet you, Luelle." Dulga bowed her head towards Luelle before motioning towards the teacher's office. "Let's go while everyone is distracted with what's happening in the cafeteria."

After leaving the cafeteria area, it wasn't hard for Dulga to find the Teacher's Office. She still remembered the path from this morning when she was taken there by the school security. If she remembered correctly, they also had a school supply room there. Though Dulga didn't know what was inside, she hoped that there was some spare uniforms for Kaida. Once the three girls, Dulga, Kaida, and Luelle reached the teacher's offices, Dulga knocked on the door and waited patiently. She hoped that Kaida wouldn't get into trouble for damaging her uniform.

Luelle ran up, her white hair falling over her shoulders as she bent over panting.”There you are!Oh hi” she said as she noticed Kaida wasn't alone, she was with another judging by the uniform she was wearing. She was female with blue eyes and six arms!

”Hi my name is Luelle Hailey” she said bowing her waist with a small bow. She straightened her back and listened to her words. She waved her hand at the apology. ”Oh don’t worry about it. I was trying to find my way around on my own anything so don't feel bad”

”Sure I would love to come! She said with eagerness. She really wanted to fit in which was odd since she was only here for one purpose. The thought almost made her frown, but she was able to fight that urge quickly. She smiled at Dulga.

”Hello Dulga,my name is Luelle Hailey. I like your quirk! she said with complete honesty in her voice. Six arms! That kind a quirk would definitely make doing chores a lot easier than two arms! She then remembered another person who was waiting on her text.

”Oh! I do have another friend I made who wants to meet Kaida, is it alright if I text her so I can tell her where we are going? She asked blushing a little. She got out her phone and puled up a new text body for her and Mamoru’s text messages which was empty of course.

’Hey, I'm going to the teacher’s office with Kaida and two others. Looks like Kaida’s uniform got ruined. Meet us there when you aren’t so busy?

ACION

There was a lull in all the commotions going on in the cafeteria, but tension didn't show any sign of dropping. Whether or not his and Kenichi's words had any significance on them, they surely required more excessive solution.

Roy, who was the one who chased Kaida after she ran away embarrassingly, came back, his face was the definition of seriousness, addressing Acion of the current situation. The angelic-looking boy turned to him, his countenance holding the same amount of solemnity.

"Unnecessary anger." Acion said, indicating Jett and Ezra with his two eyes, his two arms crossed in front of his chest. "Their temper are a little short, so after getting pissed with something trivial...there we have it. Ezra went all the way to injure a student."

Seriously, all infantile, all of you!

"My sister is getting the teachers. Hopefully, things will be resolved when she returns."

@pkken

AURELIA

"Now where is..."

The teacher's office.

Aurelia took a moment to reminisces her hidden memories. The scene at the cafeteria also kind of reminded her of her past experience in Komei. She and Albert. Many times she go all the way to challenge others, often ending up being summoned to the teacher's office for some proper scolding. Now all the irony that she was the one who was going to call the teachers to do it.

She remembered. Her current position was the first computer room, on the first floor. And the teacher's office, if her memories wasn't messing with her, was on the second, next to the principal's office. She instantly paced for the nearest stair, going for the second floor, all accordingly to what her mind and instinct had reminded. Her silhouette soon appeared at the hall of the second floor, where three Komei students were currently standing there: the short girl who previously introduced herself as Kaida, another petite one around the same height as Kaida as well with light-colored hair, and a very tall silver-haired woman with six freaking arms. Aurelia widened her eyes in surprise to see the tall girl. Man, quirk nowadays were so...quirky.

Her focus turned to look at the sign above the room in front of the three students as she quickly approach them. It confirmed her destination. The professional hero instinctively knew that the three of them were also waiting for the teacher to arrive, but she knocked the door again anyway, in a more hasty and urgent way.

Fumika blinked at Yoshida's comment, raising a hand to her own face as he pointed to his. However, she didn't seem to take into account that their relative left and right sides were reversed, so she completely missed what he was trying to point out. Or at least, she missed it until he licked his fingers, at which point she decided to brush the spot of curry off her own cheek and do the same, since that was apparently normal. After that, she went right back to eating, brushing off the rest of her curry in a flash and swiftly moving onto her dessert. She was halfway through devouring a cinnamon roll when Yoshida's attention suddenly was directed elsewhere, and after a few moments of frowning angrily at some kind of commotion inside, he said to excuse him and swiftly headed back in. She craned her head, trying to make out the details of what was going on, but all she could really see was a bunch of people gathered around a toppled table. They were shouting loudly... That meant they were angry, right? People were even harder to deal with than usual when they were angry, so it was probably best if she just didn't get involved. Someone like her would only make things worse, no matter how hard she tried to help. Yoshida, though...

As expected of a hero like him, he immediately jumped right into the middle of things, and although she couldn't quite hear what he was saying, everyone seemed to calm down and scatter after he intervened. She breathed a faint sigh of relief. It was good that they weren't fighting anymore, and even better that Yoshida didn't get hurt. Then again, Yoshida was really strong, so was there even anyone who could really hurt him? Even in their fight, the only damage he'd received had been caused by his own strength rather than hers...

Either way, she was done with the rest of her meal now, so normally, she'd have just returned her tray of dishes and gone back to the classroom. But Yoshida had said to excuse him "for a moment," so that meant he was going to come back, right? He wanted her to stay there, right? So then she couldn't leave. But in that case, what was she supposed to do in the meantime? She sat in silence, contemplating this as her eyes and, subsequently, her attention slowly began to wander. She supposed that all she could really do was wait for him to come back.

Oh, but that bird out there in the garden was pretty. Its blue feathers were very bright and distinctive, and the crest on its head looked fluffy. It was hopping around and chirping to itself, but then it took off quite suddenly and flew into the air. Fumika watched as it disappeared, and sighed to herself. She wished she could fly. The world probably looked even prettier from up above...

Jett Haven

Jett was a little surprised when he heard Kasuke's voice, she offered to help him. He gave her a smile and waited for her to help before saying. "Thanks Kasuke." He didn't even look back as he heard some remarks. He felt any comment was void from this point on. He took most of the weight of the kid who was hurt and started towards the nurse's office. Lucky bastard... he thought to himself. He had a stupid thought of wishing he was the one hurt, and Kasuke would be helping him, with his arm over her shoulders. He shook his head with a grin on his face. What a stupid thought. He was just glad that she offered, perhaps he was making more headway at being her friend.

Despite the stupid/nice thought. His thoughts did turn back to how that girl knew he was the Frenchman's relative. If you put them side by side, sure you see the resemblance. Why the hell did she have to go and blurt that out in front of the entire cafeteria? Wasn't it just common courtesy not to blab about those things? Everyone who had a hero for a parent and wanted to do the same thing, knew of that overcasting shadow that they would have to outshine. 'The Frenchman' though he was the number one Hero in France, he was still well known here in Japan. Even still he had massive shadow to overcome now that the school 'officially' knows. Everyone will just say that he passed because his grandfather made it so, or he got off easy. Shit.

Not to mention that his quirk wasn't engaging as well. He tried a few times before lunch, but to no avail. It usually only took a few hours before he could get a good jump in. But he couldn't even go a foot. The now weighed heavily in the back of his mind. It wasn't even what it was like when he was young, before she helped him. He couldn't control it before and he would just randomly teleport. Or if he tried concentrating super hard, he could just manage to jump a tiny distance. Now it was nothing. Like he was completely quirkles.

If he was completely quirkles, then there was no way he could outshine his father or grandfather. He didn't even know if he could continue with this course. Sure it was only a few hours since he couldn't do it...but it was frightening, he might actually talk to the nurse while he was there as well.

He realized he was walking silently still. It wasn't like he could just talk to Kasuke like he wanted, they had a third wheel here. He looked down at the kid. Not sure what to say actually. "Well...that escalated quickly." He said with a chuckle. I'm sorry for what happened to you. If I knew Ezra would act like that, I would have tried to stop him. I just wanted to confront that group for the prank they pulled. If it came to a fight then both sides would have been ready. But for him to go all out with his quirk like that was insane. "

He looked forward suddenly as if he forgot something. "Aw maaaan.... I didn't even get to finish my food!" That steak was actually pretty good as well. By the time he would get back it would be too late to get some more food. He looked to Kasuke. "You think she has suckers there or something? It was meant as a joke... partially

Mako Akane, Jasekade Erza

collab with @Artymis

Ezra was blinded by rage for quite a while but by the time he was out of the cafeteria, he had calmed down enough to be able to think rather than act stupidly as he had before. His mind was processing what he had just done before he realized that he may have severely injured somebody on his first day. That was very well cause for expulsion, which was something that he didn’t exactly like the idea of. It simply made him more angry for that group of stupid defective retards to cause this to happen. However, he had heard a voice whilst he was lost in thought, and much to his surprise, a teacher was walking beside him, somehow keeping pace despite his incredibly fast walking.

She had spoken in a voice that was on the border between sweet old grandma and sarcastic arsehole, and he couldn’t quite figure out which she was trying to be in this situation. His instinct told him the prior, but he wanted to believe in the former given the situation he was in, especially if it was a teacher. He knew she was probably going to start some shit, but he just for a second, decided to try and feel at ease.

“Some shit man. I can tell ya, but it’s gonna be long. Ya sure ya got time to listen?” he spoke, taking in huge amounts of air in order to try and relieve his anger and tension. Realistically, he wanted to go to a basketball court, or a gym and just destroy something to take it out, but he couldn’t walk away from what he had already done.

”I have all the time in the world to listen to a student. Especially when they’re explaining themself.” she replied, the sweet tone not wavering for a second. It was really hard to tell if she was mad, or being cheeky, or both. But, that’s what you get with a staff member who was a Supervillain instead of a Hero; They’re not the textbook definition of nice, or responsible.

Her tone kept Ezra at a limbo between ease and unease, and he honestly didn’t quite know how to feel about this woman. He did however recognise her tone, from the training exam. He couldn’t quite remember where he’d heard it though, merely that he knew the voice quite well. His memory was clouded because of his anger, but it definitely clicked. Deciding to keep on walking in case anybody from the cafeteria saw him, he figured he’d begin the explanation.

“It started where we went to go get some grub. Me n’ the sunny boy bought this girl I knocked over on accident some food. Then these right stuck up winged twats came up and we let em sit since one of em’ is in our class. Bunch of arseholes. Anyway, some other group came up to our table askin’ for it. I tell em’ to look elsewhere cause we’re using it, bunch of class b rejects. Then those wankers snap the legs on our table, so I got right pissed since of those angel cunts and the fuckin’ class b losers shattering our table and making me lose my food. So I went over and booted the shite out of their table, and threw a bottle or something. Walked off after that so I don’t know what happened.” he spoke, trying to keep his tone somewhat respectful with the teacher around, but he still couldn’t stop himself swearing. It was just part of his dialect despite how hard he tried to change it.

Mako made no sign of losing her temper, though the smile had gone, the sweetness had left her voice, and her golden eyes were open, looking forward. ”Teenagers losing their temper isn’t unusual. In fact it’s perfectly natural. That’s why I’m not giving you your first Villainous Behavior warning right now. But misbehavior is punished, and doubly so in a school designed to teach you how to be a Hero; An upstanding member of the community, and a role model. You’re going to have to work very hard in that field before you can call yourself a hero. Now, it’s not in my authority to hand out punishments, or discipline students directly, so that’s all I’ll say on the matter, but I do feel it’s my place to be a person to talk to, and a source of advice. I know a lot about misconduct, after all.”

“What do ya mean ya know a lot about misconduct? Ya work here, not a chance ya could have been getting into trouble is there?” he spoke, genuinely dumbfounded. He had gotten into this business without any prior knowledge or understanding of these events, and this situation definitely highlighted that.

Mako was surprised and initially disheartened that somebody either didn’t know who she was, or didn’t recognize her. She wasn’t sure which was worse, and both made her feel old. But she also realised she had an opportunity to surprise him with the truth, and her smile slyly came back.

”Most of the teachers and staff in this academy are, or were, Pro Heroes. I break that trend. My old alter ego was ‘Madame Obsidian’. Thirteen years ago, I was a Supervillain.” she chimed, watching his reaction intently and with glee.

“Oh. That’s cool, I guess. Never heard of a villain working at a school. But given ya knowledge on ‘misconduct’ as ya put it, what should I do here? I definitely injured someone, and on my first day as well. Am I fucked?” he spoke, his tone changing from a spiteful one to more of a neutral, with a hint of dread thrown into the mix.

”I wouldn’t say you’re fucked, no,” replied Mako, using that word in an equally blase fashion to Erza himself. ”Someone else in your class has already received their first Villainous Behaviour warning on day one. You haven’t. You’ll just receive detention or a similar punishment, I think. Of course, I don’t speak for the Headmaster. He could issue you a VB warning if he sees fit, but I trust his judgement not too. Being a bit of a hothead doesn’t make you a bad person, and speaking to you right now, I can tell that you’re good. You should apologize to both the student you hit with a can, and the one you accidentally injured, however, even if you’re not told to. That’s just courtesy.” She gave him another smile, this one encouraging.

Ezra nodded at the woman who was speaking to him. She had listened to his angry and concerned rant, and he hadn’t cared to ask who she was, or her name. The only thing she knew her as at this point was madame obsidian, from the previous explanation of her status. He figured he’d take her council to heart, and apologise tomorrow, or later today, depending on how bad his mood was.
“I’m fairly sure no-one else would have calmed me down like ya did. Thank you. If I knew ya name, I woulda called you that, but I don’t.” he spoke as he swallowed his pride somewhat. Who would have thought a villain could be more reasonable than a hero.

Mako stopped, faced him and offered her hand. ”My name’s Mako Akane. I’m the school’s secretary. You can usually find me at the front desk, and I very occasionally take Hero classes”

Ezra took the hand with a strong handshake, letting out a small laugh. It was actually surprising that her grip matched his own. He’d also never seen a woman be so straight up and act without any sort of bullshit attached, so he was rather taken aback, but he figured that answering straight up would do him well.
“Ezra Jasekade. I’m in A1. Thanks again.” Ezra spoke as he began walking once more.

“I’m going to apologize after the staff give me an earful. I don’t wanna show up back to the cafeteria an’ cause them to get shook thinking I might lash out again. That’d be very inconsiderate. I’ll see ya later then, Miss Mako.” he spoke as he figured he’d chill outside until a staff either reprimanded him or the lunch bell rang, in which case he’d return to class.

Mako nodded, and took a step back, indicating that this conversation had reached it’s natural conclusion. ”I’m sure I’ll see you around, yes. Enjoy the rest of your lunch!” she called out to him, before turning and walking back towards her desk. Now that boy was going to make a fine hero one day. She was sure of it.

Mamoru Akasha

Mamoru went inside the cafeteria to look for Kaida, unaware of how quickly Luelle already found her. Once inside, the pink-haired shield fighter noticed that there was some sort of a commotion going on. Logic would dictate that this was a fight and, being the heroic sort, Mamoru rushed in to see what was going on. She had just missed a majority of the action so all she really got to see was some dude trash talking people from A1. She was confused to say the least, and slightly annoyed. Had these people been watching them fight or something? What gave them the right to talk all this smack?

Fortunately for everyone involved, Mamoru didn’t involve herself as she just got a text from Luelle. Apparently she found Kaida and they’re at the teacher’s office right now. Mamoru weighed the idea of going to see her new friends or jumping into this brawl, but ultimately the more logical and safe things won out. But she made a mental note to say something to these A2 guys later on. She didn’t know what their deal was, but she didn’t like the idea of people not liking them. Mamoru texted Luelle back and headed for the teacher’s offices.

Sure, on my way. It looked like there was some sort of fight down in the cafeteria. Do you think that Kaida knows what’s up with that?
Mamoru Akasha

Sending her text, Mamoru certainly didn’t think that Kaida started a fight or anything. She simply wondered if maybe the girl might’ve heard something, and if her clothes were damaged, maybe she got caught up in a nasty prank. And if those A2 guys had anything to do with it, there’d be hell to pay! Mamoru was almost certain that Luelle and Kaida were part of her class, and Mamoru wasn’t going to let anyone get away with picking on her friends.

Donny Yang

Donny’s third mistake was freezing up. Everything happened to fast that his first instinct, instead of doing anything remotely heroic or important, was just to stand there and watch in abject horror. He didn’t know how to deal with all of this. When the students started clearing out into a huge fight circle, Donny, Kenichi, and Ezra were left to face off against some of the A2 kids. ”Shit. Barely past noon and I’m already butting heads with a rival class.” Everyone else seemed much more on point than Donny was, and the best he could do was keep a straight face as everything was going on.

In his mind, Donny was in complete panic though. All he could think about was how to get out of here and what he might have to do if things get out of hand even more than it was now. As per usual, the idea of just eating everyone came up a lot. He started weighing his options, sizing everyone up, figuring out who might be the biggest threat so he could eat them first. All of course while poorly maintaining his disguise, which will no doubt he damaged enough that he’d just have to show his true form and really eat everyone, friend and foe, just to hide his identity. It got worse when the A2 class president started talking to Kenichi about stuff A1 did. How did she know all of this? Though Donny was more worried about that kid who got hurt. He could easily imagine how she’d try and blackmail them for what Ezra did. It seemed like something she’d do.

”S-S-S-Shit, Kenichi, d-d-dude, we gotta g-get outta here…”

@Zeroth

Seeing their friend get nicked by a table suddenly changed the mood of everyone in A2. Before they seemed to just be putting on airs and standing their own ground. But now things were much different. It was heavier, hostile even. Things had escalated to the point that violence was a very real possibility. Only one person seemed relatively calm, and even that was more in a cold, calculated fashion rather than trying to prevent things from getting out of hand. The Class President, always the schemer, was also angry. First she addressed Kenichi.

”Main character huh? You at least seem more well-read than the rest of the rabble in your class. Yes, I’m aware of the challenge system. I was about to suggest it myself, though the only real question is if anyone in A1 would really want to accept a challenge from us, or even want to do things by the book in the first place.” The girl then glanced over to Jett and Mina as they carried away one of her fellow students. She looked towards the tall purple-haired girl and the pink-haired one wordlessly, and they also left. ”Honestly… Accusing one of us just because we smiled? That’s some great detective work right there. But I shouldn’t expect less from someone like him, or the rest of your class. It doesn’t take a genius to already seem that A1 is full of troublemakers. Three students who missed first class, two who got into a fight before getting to school, one who broke two windows, including one of our own. Now on top of that, one of your students recklessly endangering others and injuring a student, and now another loudmouth who’s trying to slander my class.”

The girl started walking towards Kenichi. The pale kid tried to go with her but with a raised hand she stopped him and told him to stay back. Her smile was gone. ”Even more could’ve been hurt too if he didn’t go into harm’s way to save other students too. He was just minding his own business, but in that moment he was more a hero than your whole class combined and paid the price for it. But I predict that after all is said and done, you all get away with a slap on the wrist and a warning, if even that, and still walk around with your nose in the air. And because of Frenchman Junior, I’m sure he’ll go to the teachers and claim how we had somehow provoked an attack on his class over some tables. Tables which by the way we already got for ourselves elsewhere. Because that’s justice, isn’t it?”

Meanwhile the kid who got hit was just quietly moaning to himself. His leg stung, yet at the same time felt numb, probably just from his body trying to dull the pain. He wondered if the pain would stop if he just chopped his leg off, though considering that nearly did happen he stopped thinking about it and just pressed the jacket into his leg. He was bleeding so much that he was starting to feel rather lightheaded, and seriously wondered if he was going to die from a wound like this. He vaguely heard Jett talking over his own groaning. ”Dude… Why would they want to fight? That shit’s stupid. Stuff like this happens when you fight.” Looking down at her hands, the kid could see the blood speeding through his jacket. He started to breath rather quickly as his heart raced and wondered if this was going to be the end for him.

”Shit shit shit… Ah, that doesn’t look good. Heh. At least it wasn’t to the knee.” The kid tried to make jokes too, though his mind was a bit too out of it to make a good one. ”Ah shit, I really hope those guys don’t do anything stupid. This is bad, I just know they’re going to start something now. S-shit...” And then the kid passed out.

Kasuke Mina

"If you didn't finish your food," Mina replied, "That's your fault. If you want, I could take this kid to the nurse's office and you could go back and finish eating. But knowing you, you'd be too preoccupied with class A-2 and that whole situation."

As she walked alongside them, she took a look at the kid's leg. It looked bad, and her icy demeanour thawed a little in sympathy. "Honestly, right now I'd focus more on yourself than the idiots in there. Why did that delinquent girl collapse the table anyway? And don't claim she didn't. I'm not stupid.

You know, it doesn't matter. What's more important is how you feel right now. How do you feel?"

ACION

Acion was silently watching the scene unravel in front of him after he answered Roy, as his internal temperature meter began to gradually increase. And yet, he showed no sign of anger, irritation, nor hatred. A very light but condescending smile soon appeared on his face.

'What a joke...'

The sooner his smile appeared, the quickly it was to disappear.

'Who are these people to make such prejudice?'

Especially about his class. Including him...

Finally, when they finally mentioned what they spouted justice, Acion finally snapped, but not before laughing loudly and maniacally in front of everyone. He was initially not trying to provoke either sides, but he did not hesitate to abandon that now.

"Hahaha! That just maybe so."

His laughter soon died down to mere giggling as he addressed the purple haired girl who approached Kenichi.

"I am surprised with your detective skills to find out those poor records about us, despite only having attended class half a day. I don't even know some of it. And I would even agree with you to some extent there. I can tell you even more. One of my classmates dropped a crane onto someone during training. We are all trouble makers!"

Acion laughed out again...before suddenly stopped, in a way so out of the blue that some students could feel their inner temperature dropped, as he continued in a manner so different from his previous that one could dictate that there were two different people, all in the same body.

"But who are you to mock that aspect of ours? Perhaps we too are delinquents but tell me - how is this different from you and your 'friends' here? Those that according to the 'Frenchman Junior', this white chump called an apologetic person a 'tard'. And trust me, my hearings are second-to-none. Also the fact that you are threatening this 'main character' does not justify your words at all."

"Justice? Humph!" Acion scoffed arrogantly. "One born so pathetic as you could scarcely understand what is justice. Picking a fight over some bickering pointlessness. You are even sadder than the tale of Icarus."

Acion approached both her and Kenichi, along with those who were in class A-1 who were either involved in this or were simply watching it from afar, turning his back against the A-2's class president.

"And I believe you are mistaken. The only reason possible that we would refuse your challenge..." His head suddenly turned sideways, glaring at the entire A-2's body, especially the girl excruciatingly, yet his voice was calm and smooth. "...is because you are too infantile and feeble to expect anything from."

With this, he slowly walked away from the crowd, gesturing as many A-1 students as he could to follow him. Away from trouble, and more importantly, away from that troublesome class.

Cafeteria

@Feyblue@Lucius Cypher@Artymis@Conscripts@Aerandir@Silver Carrot
The first to step up after Kenichi gave them the “deal,” so to speak, was Acion. Kenichi glanced at him as he spoke--he wasn’t quite sure if he’d forgiven the winged boy for what had happened to Sen, but at least Acion didn’t seem to want any further escalation either. Then Jett told him to stop with the main character bit, and Kenichi just grinned.

“All the best Main Characters in Jump ARE idiots!” He held out a confident thumbs up. But it seemed like they had gotten to one of the root issues here--Jett had a relation among the staff, so these 2-A kids thought he was getting special treatment. The blonde tried to disprove them of the notion before offering to take the bleeding boy to the nurse’s office. Mina offered to help as well. But Ezra, fed up with the whole situation, stormed off. Donny approached timidly as the 2-A class president started to speak. Kenichi listened to her, but didn’t back down as she approached.

“If you’re convinced that your group is in the right, and that you’re better Hero-material than we are,” the blue-hair said with a shrug, “Then it should be no problem for you guys to be the bigger people and walk away, now should it? Even if we get a slap on the wrist, that’s the teacher’s decision. If you think they aren’t being fair I’m sure there’s a solution to that, but tryin’ to take action outside the system--or provoke it from someone else--would be what we call Vigilantism.”

He shoved his hands in his pockets but inwardly he felt extremely smug. 2-A talked a better game than he could, in all honesty, and as much as he could tell they were cruising for a bruising, he really didn't want this to get out of control. But now they had tied their own noose; that is, if they wanted to uphold their idea of 1-A being troublemakers and themselves being the persecuted victims or the righteous side standing up to bullies, they couldn't afford to throw the first punch. Speaking up about the Challenge system had thrown a wrench into either side's ability to start a brawl, but the president had gone for a reputation angle instead. 1-A wouldn't dare accept a challenge from us. They're troublemakers. They have to pull strings with the faculty so they can hold their noses in the air and be outside the rules. But now Kenichi had--he hoped with some subtlety--taken even more of the slack from their argument. The equal and opposite was that 2-A, the actual righteous heroes standing up to the thuggish troublemakers, wouldn't--couldn't--do such things as be "outside the rules." Which meant they had to live up to their own unspoken hype--they had to be the ones to do the Heroic thing, to turn the other cheek and gracefully let it all go. 1-A wasn't backing down, they were gratefully accepting a proposal the mighty 2-A had given them to save their silly pride. So if 1-A started to walk away and 2-A had to keep things going, well, there went the idea of being righteous--the entire root of their argument.

Kenichi couldn't solve a quadratic equation for the life of him, but he liked talking to people. And just like he had picked up on some of Fumika's story--her friend Haruka, her doubts over being a hero and making her own choices--during their fast paced battle, he felt like he had a decent grip on this situation. When Donny nervously suggested they get out of there, Kenichi grinned and patted the bigger boy on the shoulder.

“No worries here, Don-kun, I think this situation solved itself. Ezra-kun and Jett-kun are already gone, and 2-A says they have everything figured out and are satisfied with being in the right. So there ain’t any reason for more fightin’. If ya still need a table ya can come sit with me and Motome-chan.”

Unless, of course, someone else poked the fire. Which Acion proceeded to do.

“Yo, uh, Acion-kun,” Kenichi called with a waved hand as the winged boy turned away and tried to lead them all out of the situation. He gave 2-A one last nod, then headed after the pseudo-angel so that he could speak to him in a more hushed tone. “Hey, they’re already givin’ us a lotta rope, if ya know what I mean. There’s no reason to insult ‘em when ya can turn their high-and-mightiness back on ‘em.”

Kasuke Mina, Jett Haven

Jett listened to the injured kid, he didn’t make much sense as he spoke. This caused Jett to be slightly more nervous as he picked up his pace. He looked down as he said at least it wasn’t to the knee. Was that a Skyrim Reference? He smiled for a split second before he continued.

Jett looked over to Kasuke as she said it was his fault for not finishing his food. That she could take the kid to the nurses office. She also mentioned he would be too preoccupied with A-2 to do so. He felt like he should go back to just prove a point! But he could never drop this kid into her arms and run off to eat. He merely shook his head as she then turned towards the kid and asked how he was feeling only to realize...the kid passed out. He stopped and tried shaking him Hey kid! Wake up! When he just flopped around like a rag doll he looked to Kasuke. ”I’m going to jump ahead with him.” He spun in place, using his free arm to slipp between the kids legs and lifted him up into a fireman's carry, grunting as he did as the kid wasn’t light. He then turned down the hall and tried to focus,

Come on, work! He told himself as his eyes narrowed as he was straining mentally. He could feel his energy was sufficient enough, he knew this, yet it wouldn’t engage. A surprised look came on his face as he didn’t move at all. What the hell was going on?

He shifted his weight and balanced the kid on his back and reached up to cinch the belt even tighter. Mina, meanwhile, had stopped walking and was waiting for him to teleport, leaving her to...walk to the nurse’s office? Head back to the cafeteria? He hadn’t really thought that through, and after she had decided to use some of her free time to help him take his kid to the infirmary.

It took her a few seconds to find it odd that he hadn’t gone yet, and her eyebrow raised. With genuine concern, she asked ”What’s wrong? You’re not teleporting. Is everything alright?”

Jett finished cinching the belt as tight as it could go when he heard Kasuke ask if everything was alright. No it wasn’t he couldn’t teleport and this kid was bleeding all over him now. He gritted his teeth and looked over to her. I don’t know what’s happening… I can't teleport...I should have enough energy now to easily get him there but it’s...just not working.” A little worry was in his voice, he didn’t have this happen to him before.

”But that's not what is important now.” He started to move forward, testing out the weight on his shoulders to see how fast he can move.

”You can’t teleport?!” Mina exclaimed, trying to stop herself from shouting. “Well, it’s a good job you’re heading to the nurse’s office. You’ll need to check in too.”

After a few seconds of watching him walk with the boy on his back, she shook her head. ”We’ll take all day like that. Let’s carry him together,” she volunteered.
Jett looked over at Kasuke with a raised eyebrow. It felt kinda nice that was concerned enough about him to raise her voice over the issue. She offered to help and looked at her, all clean and pretty in her uniform. Him with bloody stains on his white shirt now. If he did let her help she would have to take the legs while he would want to take the heavier upper body. He couldn’t allow her to do that. Plus he could do this, he was just feeling out the weight distribution.

”Thanks for the offer, but I can handle it. I don’t want you to get all bloody as well. How bout you run ahead and make sure no one is going to be in my way around corners so I don’t run into them?“He said with a smile before pushing himself forward into a run. He knew it might not go over well with her, she was fiercely independent and willing to get her hands dirty. He would just have to bite the bullet on this though.

Mina rolled her eyes, but complied with his demand without a single word of protest, going on ahead. She understood being proud, and independent, and how that didn’t mean that she had to take tasks off everybody’s shoulders. They all most likely felt the same way as her, and relieving a hero student of their burden was an insult. She only asked in the first place because he seemed like he’d take too long, but he was trying harder now, thankfully. Plus, as much as Mina was always willing to get her hands dirty for the sake of being a hero, she diiiiid just put this uniform on one class ago, and it was pristine…

She didn't say a word nor did he see the eye roll. It was nerve wracking how she took it. But he shook his head to push the thought out of his mhead as he pushed himself to go even faster, workin up a good rhythm to keep the weight centered on his shoulders. He didn’t notice the blood dripping down his leg as he rounded a corner and the blood caused him to slip, landing hard on his opposite knee. Letting out a wordles cry of pain As he was unprepared for it he fell to the ground, dropping the kid as he fell flat on his face.

Jett though, despite his hurting knee, and being flat on the ground. rolled back up to his feet quickly and moved so he was at the kids feet, who happened to roll onto his back after he dropped him. Bending his leg a few times to get used to the pain he grabbed the unconscious boy’s uninjured leg and pull it to his chest as he rolled over top of him. The momentum of his roll and pulling his leg up at the same time, made it effortlessly easy for him to get the kid back onto his shoulders and onto his feet in a couple seconds and started into a run again, wincing with each step on his left leg.

Mina had turned back when she heard him yell out, and now caught up with him, in his painful advance towards the nurse’s office. She looked him up and down, before her eyes fixed on his leg.

”That blood’s not coming from you, is it?” she asked quietly, all sense of her iciness or aggressive haughtiness now gone. She was worried now.

As Jett continued to run he was focused on not slipping again he didn’t notice Kasuke coming back to him until she was right next to him. When she asked if that blood was coming from him he looked down to his own leg. He could feel the blood on the inside of his pants. He didn’t think falling down like that would cause him to get a cut on his leg. But with the kids leg on his right shoulder and his left knee was bleeding, It was a stretch. He did notice that she was genuinely concerned though. That put a smile on his face, though strained ” No.. no it's not, I’m fine. as much as he thought she was even more cute with that worried look and tone, he instantly tried to make it so she didn’t worry bout him.

He wasn’t doing a very good job of it. In fact, trying to play it cool while obviously hurt annoyed Mina, and this showed. The difference between the usual Mina, who people assume is pissed off, and a Mina who is actually annoyed, Jett was about to find out, as her eyes flared up and she got in his face. In contrast to her cold iciness, she was fiery right now. ”No, you are not okay! You’re bleeding! Stop trying to play it cool! You! Are! Hurt!”

Jett nearly ran into her as she jumped in front of him, but he managed to stop just in time. His eyes were wide as she got up in his face. Not expecting that sort of reaction from her. Shifting his weight to his good leg just enough to relieve some pain. He smiled. Ya know...you’re even more cute when you're mad.” he said while trying to side step around her, But even if I am hurt, it doesn’t matter. He’s more hurt than I.

That complement either struck a chord or did not go down well, as Mina both flushed and looked doubly annoyed. ”Well, I’m not hurt at all, so either give me him, or take my shoulder!”

Jett only smiled more seeing her get more annoyed and flushed. oh, never mind. Seeing you flush is now makes you even more cute than ever..” he said with a smile. As much as he liked the idea of wrapping his arm over her shoulders, he didn't want to get any blood on her. But when he looked down he noticed the only blood on his left side was on his leg. What the hell.

Shifting the kid so he was more on his right side he thought about what to do. He could push through the pain, but here was a chance. ”Alright fine. No way in hell am I going to let you carry him. But I'll take your shoulder.”

The moment, he gave permission, Mina took his arm, twirled under it, and then pushed herself up, forcefully taking the weight of Jett’s left side, including the kid on his shoulders. She showed no signs of struggling with this weight despite her small frame. She must be far stronger than she looked. The three of them now headed to the nurse’s office as one mobile creature.

Jett was surprised at how quick she took his arm and twirled user it. Also the fact she twirled. He was also surprised at her forcefulness and ability to lift some of their weight, it just added to his respect for her. As they continued on despite her impressive strength he still tried to take as much weight as he could on his own.

But just as he feared would happen, he started to feel more pain from his leg. He ignored it mostly but he then looked down at Kauske, ” Thank you Kasuke.” he said softly. But then added with a smile if you wanted to walk with my arm over your shoulder you didn't have to wait for me to get hurt.” he said chuckling.

Kasuke ignored this comment for a few seconds, inwardly trying to think up a good retort to that. She was usually quick with retorts to pick-up lines, but this time, her mind was totally blank. So, she instead just went with her gut. ”If you ever try that while you’re uninjured, I will correct the ‘you’re not injured’ part of the equation.”

Jett simply smiled and said,”Promises, Promises.” It was around this time they made it to the nurse’s office. They moved as one to the closest bed, while not moving his arm from Kasuke’s shoulder he twisted his body enough for the kid on his shoulders to slump off bim and roll onto his back right into bed. “Nurse Kiwi!” He called out, “we have a student who was knocked out due to blood loss!” He said leaning a little more onto Kasuke. And taking a moment to relive the pain in his knee and milk this opportunity as much as he could.

Nurse kiwi had been at her desk eating her lunch, spicy beef udon with a bowl of rice on the side, soon the frenchman's grandson as well as the blinding girl from this morning was here again. Nurse kiwi smiled, “Well if it isn't the little blinding girl, and you're here too Jetty. I hope your not hurt again” She said as she folded her legs one over the other with a playful smile. “A little blood never hurt no one, I'll have him fixed right up.” She said taking another bite of her beef udon before getting up from the chair. She grabbed some gloves from a dispenser, “Wow are you cheating on me with this beautiful girl. How could you” Nurse Kiwi had a playfully worried voice as she put her hands to her cheeks. She then turned to the boy who was unconscious before releasing her bugs once again. They seeped in through the boy's clothes soon covering him completely as they diagnose his problem, “a couple of scrapes and a deep cut on his knee” the nurses bugs soon began migrating towards the boys lower party. The mosquitoes on blood control, while the termites on tissue repair, the beetles worked on the boys minor scrapes. Soon the bugs began resurfacing through the boy's pants to indicate that they were done. “Alright he should be fine” she said as the bugs glomped back onto her arm. “Anything else I can do for you Jetty” she said Lewdly.

Mina, due to the hectic morning thus far, had forgotten all about the stunt she pulled on Kiwi before class started, and was secretly very glad she was unhurt. This nurse struck her as the type who would get revenge via treatment of your injuries. That said, she didn’t take kindly to Jett taking advantage of her giving him her shoulder. With a cold, remorseless expression, she gestured with her thumb and told Kiwi ”Jett’s left knee needs treatment.”

Jett was taken back that nurse kiwi knew his nickname. Damnit Gramps. But also was the nurse trying also said that he was cheating on her? Didn't he talk with her for like three seconds? She was a weird yet pretty one. Until he saw the bugs come out of her skin and take care of the kid. Why the hell did it have to be bugs? Wait that means he had bugs in his head!? He shivered at the mere thought of it. When she turned back to him and asked if he needed anything else in a very lewd tone. Jett couldn't help but try and take a step back.

Kasuke then threw him under the bus and said he needed help with his knee. He pushed her hand down gently but quickly shaking his head. “No I don't. Just some leftover blood from that kid.” He moved his arm up and off of Kasuke and turned hiding a wince. Before walking to the door.

Kiwi tilted her head and grinned, “Don't be so shy jetty, if your hurt you can tell me. I just want you to feel good” she put a hand on her hip. “Besides, the quicker you feel better the faster you can go back to your Hero training, so come on” Kiwi lunged forward and grabbed Jett's wrist, “It's not as bad as you think!” She said smiling.

Jett was so close to the door when he heard Ms. Kiwi speak up again. Somehow she managed to grab his wrist. A shiver went up his spine as he looked back. Oh it's as bad as he thought it was. All those creepy crawlers crawling into his skin routing around in there. He rather just deal with the pain any day of the week. “It's uh, training! Yes I have to learn how to deal with pain on the job. And patch myself up. Yeah that's it!” He said with a fake smile. He just pull that out of nowhere, as he tried to pull away from the nurse, though she had vice like grip on his wrist. He knew it would be better just to let it happen and move onto his teleporting problems. But logic didn't survive in his brain at the moment.

He looked to Kasuke with some hope of sympathy. At least not just to leave him her alone with the nurse. She was actually about to leave, but then she remembered something else, and turned back to the two. ”Oh, miss nurse. I think it’s also worth mentioning that Jett had some trouble using his quirk on the way here. I...hope it’s nothing serious, but please look into it.”

Kiwi raised her eyebrow, “Ahh problem with your quirk” she then turned to Mina. “I'll take care of him don't worry” her face turned serious to Jett.

“Mr.Haven, the reason you are having trouble with using your quirk is because of the head injury you suffered during your battle exercise. Had...a small fracture in your skull as well as a mild concussion, I was able to repair your fracture but your symptoms of your concussion will linger around. These symptoms include temporary inability to use your quirk” She said losing her playful tone, “Whatever head injury you suffered during that exercise was brutal, you're lucky you didn't get knocked into a Coma, as for your leg injury right now that is an easy fix. Lay on the bed and I'll get you fixed up” she said letting go of Jett's wrist

Jett looked at Kasuke with a look of playful betrayal. But then Ms. Kiwi started to speak about his earlier injury. Temporality losing his quirk because of that fight? His demeanor changed from being nervous to that of just worried. He had stopped fighting to get out of the nurse's office. He glanced at Kasuke for a moment even though they just met, he hoped she would stay. Even though it was personal, she already knew more than anyone else in the school. He wasn't going to ask her though. He would walk over to sit down on the bed indicated. Mina, without saying anything or even communicating anything to Jett via facial expression or body language, silently sat down on the nearby chair.

This sounded an awful like amnesia, but in their cases sometimes it would last for years, decades even. He then once sitting down he looked up and with a worried tone. “How temporarily? I've heard of people losing memories after a similar head trauma and they didn't remember for years to come! What if I don't get my quirk back for years as well?”

The bugs began flowing off Kiwis arms and globbing onto the boy’s leg, “It's hard to tell, I pray it's not too long. You bounced back from the injury once you were healed with quick time, though that's a good sign things like these are tricky, problems seem to just be surfacing so who knows what else may come. Whenever your body feels like it is ready to use your quirk, for now while you recover you should see if you can use your ability every here and there to see if it came back. In this situation you're at the mercy of your own body,” Kiwi said as the bugs crawled all over the boys leg. The mosquitos had been sucking all the blood from the boy's skin as well as his clothing. He had a good size cut on his knee nothing too serious, the termites patched it up quickly. Jett would feel small pins as the bugs worked their magic, they resurfaced soon. The blood on Jett's clothes and body slowly disappearing as his clothes regained their original color, they were just slightly damp. “Alright all better, any other questions I can answer for you?” She said as the bugs burrowed right back into her skin. She began taking her gloves off.

Jett was so preoccupied he didn't even really notice the bugs crawling onto him. He immediately thought of his worst case scenario where he couldn't teleport ever again. What happens then to his dream of becoming a hero ? Could he even do it without his quirk? Yeah he trained to be so he didn't have rely on quirk.

’” I… I will….be a a hero just like you Papa! “ ! he heard his 4 year self voice say in his head. Back when he couldn't control the quirk to his liking at all[i]“I don't need my quirk…I'll do it…”[/]. Before he met ‘The idiot general ‘ he shook his head. It was pretty straight forward and just wanted to get out of there. “No, Thank you miss kiwi. I don't have anything to ask right now.” He said in a much more serious and somber tone. He looked at his clean clothes, before hopping down into the ground. He looked to Kasuke and tried to smile but hasn't feeling it.

Mina managed a sad half smile in return, which she could only maintain for a few seconds before it died, and she looked down. Her own quirk wasn’t very impressive by itself, and she was still a force to be reckoned with even without it, but it was a fundamental part of her. Losing her quirk, even for a week, would be like losing a limb. She couldn’t even imagine how Jett must be feeling.

Jett mind was bouncing all over the place, what if it didn't return? Would he be kicked out of the Hero Course? Would he still manage to overcome the classes without and become a hero like he thought he would at such a young age? If he lost his power with such a hard hit, would he have to protect his head more in a fight?

He grabbed his jacket and belt which had been cleaned as well and put them on. “ I should probably head back to class then. He said as he glanced at the clock and it's time. Mina nodded and stood up. She still looked very subdued and contemplative ”I’ve finished lunch, and there’s nothing else I need to do. I’ll head to class too. What’s your next class?”.

Jett looked to her and looked like he snapped out of a trance. Though he had to think for a moment as he tugged at the sleeves of his blazer to make them even on both sides. “ I think it's the culinary arts” He said while raising an eyebrow. Not sure, he would have to double check. He looked her in the eyes and asked, “What about you Kasuke ?” Trying to push his previous thoughts about what he just learned behind him. Hopefully she was in the same class.

She was, but she still found that admission rather strange. ”Same. I didn’t take you for a wannabe chef, Jett.”

Jett shrugged. He was glad though she was in his class still. “I love food, and I enjoy the process of making it, I've always cooked for my family growing up as well.” He opened the door and waved his other hand for her to go first. “What is your excuse?”

“The opposite,” she replied. ”I’ve never cooked before in my life, and I feel as a fifteen year old, it’s time to start. My dad’s always been against me learning. He says that a Lady should not be expected to make her own meals. He thinks it’s degrading. So, call it rebellion if you’d like.”

Jett allowed her to exit first as she explained her reasonings. He followed her out while looking to the nurse and nodding in thanks. He then moved to her right in step.Well I reserve the right to try your first dish then. he said, putting on a smile. He knew it might be a bad Idea, perhaps dangerous. But it would be worth it.

Reina Mori

Reina thought she heard her name, getting distracted and missing a note. When she heard her name again, she recognized the voice, immediately tensing in her seated position as she let her phone drop onto her lunch box and quickly pulled out her earbuds. She sat up straighter, wearing the faintest blush, and glanced towards her left where Mamoru’s voice had come from.

Heart rate suddenly high from the adrenaline brought on from being noticed, Reina raised her hand timidly to wave, but stopped herself, staring quietly as her voice caught in her throat. Mamoru had bumped into another girl, and they were talking. Properly. Like two friends should. Like Reina would be unable to do.

The corners of the dark-haired girl’s lips curled up slightly as she sank back into the grass, still gazing at the two other girls in the distance. They seemed to hit it off very well—the sight made Reina feel genuinely happy for Mamoru. Reina would never really be a great friend. It was good that Mamoru was making a real friend—not that she seemed like a girl that would ever have trouble with that. There was no reason that wasn’t terribly selfish of Reina for her to intrude on the two. As if she even had the courage to be able to do so regardless. The girl dug her fingernails into her palms as she laughed quietly at herself.

Mamoru and the girl eventually headed off happily, Reina’s gaze lingering a moment longer. Finally, she glanced back down to the lunch box in front of her and the phone atop it, realizing that she had forgotten to pause her game, and had failed the song she had been playing. Two-hours-worth of in-game energy points wasted.

Somehow, that was what got her to drop her forced smile. Of course, she couldn’t blame anyone but herself, but her chest hurt all the same. Letting herself have hope and expectations was a mistake, as hard as it may have been to avoid. She had always been alone. There was no reason to let it effect her more now.

Her quirk pulsed, temporarily running out of her control, and pushed her lunch box away and her phone off of it into the grass. She couldn’t help but let out a frustrated whimper, fighting back her emotions as she zeroed out her quirk again and crawled forward to pick up her things, bringing it all back to the wall she had been leaning against. Bringing her knees to her chest, she put her earbuds back in, and rested a cheek on one of her knees. The girl stared at the results screen of her game, navigating the menu after a moment’s consideration to retry the song. The game was a good distraction. She was too tired and weak to deal with herself.

AURELIALuelle HailyDulga TarataKaida Beaumont

”Sensei! Sensei!” A little girl hadn’t bothered to knock as she barged into the teacher’s room. She was looking for any teacher really, and not particularly picky about who.

The Principal snapped his head towards the door as he rose from his chair, “How can I help you?” he said wondering what the girl wanted. She had entered abruptly into the teacher's room in need of something.

The girl noticed the principle first. She knew a little about him, but only his name and his quirk. Never had much of a reason or opportunity to chat, and now wasn’t the time for that. ”There’s some sort of a fight happening in the cafeteria! I don’t really know what it’s about though… Just one of the students started yelling at my friends.” In hindsight, Doll felt that maybe she was taking things a bit too seriously. She left before anything really big happened, but then she hoped that she was just blowing things out of proportions. She would hate to see if things got worse after she left.

The girl explained how there was a fight going on but thanks to the security system the principal was already well aware. “Ah..I already am informed on that, I was planning on heading over to to sort that situation out.” The principal said with a relaxing grin, “You did the right thing in coming to me, don’t worry I will take care of it” He said nodding his head to the little girl. “Do you possibly know what exactly they are arguing about though?”

Doll nodded her head and let out a breath of relief. She had hoped that the teachers would be ready to do something before it got out of hand. Knowing her friends, they'd easily be goaded into a fight and get themselves into a mess of trouble. But before Doll could say much else there was a knock on the door. Doll stood off to the side, stiff as stone, and just watched quietly at the things that unfolded.

As they had walked to the teachers office, she was sure to lift up the cloak so it wouldn’t drag on the floor, out of respect for Dulga. She had wrapped it around her, finding it surprisingly comfortable. Maybe she had to get herself one of these! She thought with a smile on her face.

She looked at Luelle as she continued to talk, mentioning that someone wanted to meet her. Already? She tucked her chin under the clasp of the cloak and hid her frown. Was it because she was an absolute klutz? Getting knocked over by Ezra, and the table falling under her, and falling...well being pulled into a boys lap face down. Or did they see her real form when she slipped up under the tree? Before she could say yes or no, she was already texting her ‘friend’ She bit her tongue and tried to ignore it.

As they got to the teacher's office, and Dulga knocked on the door Kaida looked over as she heard footsteps coming towards them, she noticed immediately that it was Aurelia, It was clear by her large wings that casted such a large shadow from the sun coming through the windows behind her. She didn’t say anything, but simply walked up to the door and knocked, she did seem like she was in a slight hurry.

“What happened in the lunchroom?” Kaida asked with big eyes...her face dipping again under the clasp of the cloak. Maybe she shouldn’t get one of these...she would look like a turtle the entire time. As this

Aurelia heard the girl’s question. She did disappear before all of it happened, so the fact that she asked that wasn’t anything surprising.

”There’s a fight. Just shortly after you left. And it seems serious. Acion’s trying to resolve it, but I don’t know how well it will go.”

This was a lot more serious than her cases in the past, when there were only her and one other involved. Here, one even got injured in the process. This surely wasn’t something that students that students could resolve within themselves.

The principal had been talking with other teachers as he heard the knock on the door, “One second ” he said holding a cup of tea in his hand as he went to open the door. He opened it and saw some familiar faces, Aurelia one of his former students was also there as well. “Good afternoon everybody.” He said looking at each of them.

He raised an eyebrow when he noticed two students he hadn’t seen yet that day, he turned to Kaida, “Bonjour mademoiselle”. The man said with a grin, “You must be Ms.Beaumont, and you must be Ms.Hailey” He said turning to Luelle next to them. He noticed Dulga’s appearance change by taking off her cloak, he already suspected what was up. Either Kaida was cold and they were paying a visit or there was a uniform malfunction. As to why Aurelia decided to visit the school today unannounced he had no idea.

“Ms. Tatara, you look very pleasant in the Uniform. I hope you like it.” He said with a cheery grin.

Dulga didn’t say much in responds, simply looking down at her feet as she held her arms close together. While her uniform was for all intents and purposes, conservative and cute, she did feel rather exposed without her cloak. However she didn’t want to make a big deal out of it and just nodded her head. ”It’s fine.”

“And what brings you here Sky defender?” He said turning to Aurelia who was off on the side, “You could have at least given me a call to say you were coming today so I could prepare” the old man folded his arms right after.

“Nonetheless how can I help everyone”

Aurelia was half happy to see the principal still well, healthy and cool as always. But the other half of her mood was anxiety, for both Acion and those students that were taking part in the fight, despite knowing that her little brother was capable of handling stuff like that, or at least did not get himself injured in such petty bickerings. She answered to the principal using that emotion mixture, but mostly anxiety and hurriedness.

”I wasn’t planning on visiting long. But anyway, there is a fight in the cafeteria. And before you ask me, no, I did not start it. It looks serious, as one student appeared to get caught in the crossfire. You have to stop them sensei, before it turns into a huge free-for-all.”

Luelle nodded and bowed her head. ”Pleasure to meet you sir.” she said smiling. She looked at Aurelia as she began to spoke. Figuring the fight started after she left the cafeteria.

”I think by now it has turned into a free for all. Back at my school the second someone threw food, it turned into a huge free for all. Anyone that didn't escape the cafeteria on time normally gotten written up if it was not their first offense or a warning if it was. I usually got out of there in time” Luelle said.

Kaida groaned inwardly. Hopefully it wasn't Ezra. But before she could say anything a tall man with a well groomed beard opened the door. It took her a few seconds to realize that this was the principle! She recognized him from his picture when she was looking up the school.

He greeted her in French, her entire body perked up, her chin popping back out from under the cloak as she recognized her native language. She gave a big smile. “Bonjour monsieur” she replied, but before she could say anything else, he moved on to Luelle and Aurelia. She did notice a strong accent in his French, while she had her hopes up to have someone to speak French with, he might only be able to do small talk. She would love to spend time really talking with the Frenchman. Hearing her native tongue really made her homesick at this moment.

Aurelia mentioned the fight and felt like her wardrobe malfunction was lower on the list of priorities. But she decided to ask anyways because Dulga needed her cloak back. She could tell she still was uncomfortable.

“Je… I need to get another…chemisier...” she frowned, not knowing the word in Japanese. She struggled for a moment and, decided to ignore it and move on. “... and Blazer.” She said in French. Not knowing the Japanese word for that either. “I tore the back of them by accident “ she said shyly.

From in the room, she heard a deep cheerie voice say, “She means blouse and Blazer.” he said (Burezā) in japanese. She tried to peek around the corner to see who the voice belonged to, but to no avail. Even on her tippy toes. But she didn’t want to break the threshold. It would be rude of her. Even though she desperately wanted to know who else understood her language.

The man listened to Aurelia explain the situation, “Yes I am aware of what has happened at lunch” his face going from cheerful to a more serious tone. “Ms.Mako seemed to have intercepted with the young man in my place, I believe that was for the best for now.” Mr.Hisakawa turned to Luelle, “I hope not, I am a generous man until you step on my feet.” The young french girl began speaking to the man fumbling with her words, she must have just recently learned japanese. Kaida did her best explaining she had a wardrobe malfunction, Mr. Hisawaka smiling as she did her best. “I am sorry that happened, we will get that sorted out quick” the principal called back into the teacher's room. “Jais, would you mind helping one of the students with finding another uniform.”

The principal turned back outside, “My very good old friend will help you in just a moment, Sorry for such a disturbance on the first day. I will need to talk with you later Ms.Beaumont as well as you Ms.Hailey but as of now I must discipline your fellow students.” Before leaving he turned to Dulga. “I appreciate you taking the time to help your fellow students out Ms.Tatara”

Once more Dulga had little to say and nodded her head. ”It was nothing.” To her, helping Kaida was just something one ought to have done. After all, they were at a school for heroes. That didn’t always mean fighting against some greater evil or saving people from a major catastrophe. Sometimes it just meant helping a girl out with a wardrobe malfunction.

“Au Revoir” The principal walked with haste down the stairs, you could feel pressure in the air right as soon as he left the group.

It was right about then, Jais walked around the corner to the door, taking a delightful sip in his recently made espresso. He smiled and looked slightly up at Dulga, it wasn’t often he met a girl taller than him. It was refreshing to say the least. He then looked down at the three other girls there, Aurelia was there of course, having just explained what had happened. He felt sorry for the kids who were still at the cafeteria, about to feel a fraction of the force of the Gravity Yarl. He just hoped Jetty wasn’t one of the ones creating the ruckus.

He then looked down to the two smallest girls and smiled. Because of his quirk he was able to see which one was speaking in French, even from behind the walls. Though he did not need to do so, as he knew very well which one was Kaida Beaumont. He had recognized the name when he looked over the student’s records of who was applying. He knew of the girl after the fact of defeating her father.

One does not simply allow children of defeated Villain’s into a hero school. Especially when the one who defeated said father was a teacher there. Too many times would a child come for revenge or something of the sort. He had reached out to all the heros around her home town, and found out that she was quite the opposite of her father. Even before he defeated him. So it was one of the main reasons she was allowed to come and learn. That and the fact that her quirk would be put to far better use as a hero than a Villain.

”Bonjour, mademoiselle Beaumont. C'est un plaisir de vous rencontrer. Je suis désolé d'entendre que vous avez eu un problème avec vos vêtements lors de votre premier jour. Mais les accidents se produisent et nous avons toujours un stock de tous les uniformes pour cette raison. "

”Well the principle there was a bit of a dick there so I'm kinda glad I'm gone.” She said shrugging her shoulders. She stopped talking as they began to talk about Kadia’s uniform as she struggled to speak in Japanese.

As the principal left for the cafeteria, Aurelia knew that sooner or later, things would be settled. Still, she couldn’t bear to stay here. One was because Kaida appeared to be requiring some other sort of assistance from the teacher, one that did not require the Sky Defender’s presence. Two, was that her little brother was still down there. By the time she informed this to the principal, the fight might have already started. She couldn’t help but worry about it. No matter how grown up and mature he could be, Acion was still her little brother.

Aurelia bid the others farewell before rushing after the principal.

Dulga looked over to Luelle, curious about what she meant. Surely it’d make sense for a principle to punish people who get into pointless fights and waste food? But Dulga didn’t say anything about it. Perhaps Luelle just lived a different life than her. Another teacher came by and started speaking french. Of course Dulga had no idea what he was saying, but if she had to guess, he knew Kaida and was talking about getting her a replacement uniform. It just seemed too much of a coincidence for two french-speaking people to not know each other at the same school. It kinda made Dulga wish she knew french herself.

That aside, Dulga wanted to hurry and get Kaida her new uniform. Dulga was getting a bit uncomfortable without her cloak hugging her body. ”Excuse me sensei, do you know where we can get another uniform? Kaida- I mean, Baeumont-san, she needs one. Or maybe there’s someone here who could fix her uniform?” When Dulga tried to say Kaida’s last name, it sounded as if she was faking a french accent. She didn’t want anyone to think that she was too familiar with Kaida, out of respect of course. In fact, Dulga silently reflected on the fact that she had been addressing Kaida so casually before and forgot about her own manners. She was beating herself up over getting caught in the moment and forgoing basic decency.

When Jais, known to Kaida only as ‘The Frenchman’ walked around the corner and started speaking to her. She threw her hands up to her face to hide her mouth and blush. Kaida was in shock, she should have guessed it was him, that was the main reason she picked this academy. But here she was standing in front of her hero, he was so much bigger up close. Her voice was caught in her throat. He had such a kind smile and warm demeanor. Yet he did not demand centerstage like most heroes do with their costumes and personalities.

She finally broke herself out of it and replied to him in French. Her hands coming together just over the center of her chest as she lowered her head, her tone sorrowful. “Bonjour, Français. Je suis désolé, j'ai dû vous traîner de votre déjeuner à cause d'une erreur stupide de ma part. S'il vous plaît, pardonnez-moi.”

“Ne vous inquiétez pas, ma chère, je suis sûr que c'était une simple erreur. Je préférerais que vous soyez à l'aise devant vos collègues. Surtout lors de votre premier jour.” Jais said with a warm smile. He looked to Dulga as she asked him about a uniform for Kaida. With that same smile he answered her as well.

“Oh of course, forgive me it was was terribly rude of me to speak in French in front of you three. I just got carried away with hearing my native tongue.” He placed his cup on the counter with a face that looked like a kid having to put his favorite toy away for dinner. He was so excited for that cup. But duty first.

He did notice how uncomfortable Dulga looked, as well as the fact she made a big fuss to keep her cloak with her uniform.

He then Exited the room and closed the door for the other teachers and pointed down the hall “it is just right this way, just a few doors down.” He quickly made his way to the storage room and used a key to unlock it.

Dulga inquired ‘Jais’ about a Uniform. She switched to calling her Beaumont, which caused her to tilt her head to the side a little. Following The Frenchman, she looked up to Dulga and said softly, “ I truly don’t mind if you call me Kaida, if you don’t mind me calling you by your first name.”

Dulga nodded her head at Kaida’s request to call her by her first name. It was mostly a formality anyways, one that Dulga never really understood. It just seemed weird to have to refer to people by their family name. What if their parents or siblings were around? That’d just be confusing. But that’s just how things were so Dulga tried to follow it as best as she could. When she remembered to do so.

Once inside the room Kaida turned around and quickly undid the cloak and folded it gently over one arm before handing it back to Dulga. “Thank you so much you are such a sweetheart. “ She said with a smile. Careful to make sure her back was away from The Frenchman, It would be embarrassing for him to see her back. As she had realized the holes were much more larger than she originally thought. But she did notice that the Frenchman did not once look her way when she took off her cloak. But simply moved into the room to find her size after asking for it.

In one deft motion Dulga took her cloak and put it around her shoulders, clasping it into place. Even though she added another layer of clothing on herself, Dulga felt a great weight fall off her shoulders. She hugged the cloak tight to her body and shook a little. It was warm and comforting having her cloak back. While she doesn’t mind giving it to Kaida to protect her modesty, Dulga certainly enjoyed having it around her body again. Flipping her hood over her head Dulga then looked towards the room that Kaida went into, waiting for her to come back out.

As he found it, he had placed both in her hands before stepping out of the room and closing the door behind her, so she could change. While she did, He turned towards the others and said, “One thing about teaching at a hero school… Never a boring moment.”
Looking at the teacher Dulga simply nodded. Personally she wished that people at hero school were less troublesome, but she supposed that it wasn’t the place for the meek and quiet. Even if Dulga liked keeping to herself if she didn’t want to get involved then she wouldn’t be here in the first place. There was a reason Dulga was here and she’d never forget it.

Jais then nodded to the two girls. “Well I must be off, I probably go make sure the principle doesn’t overdo it on the students. Please tell ms. Beaumont that I will speak with her again sometime.” He said with a smile. With that he quickly made his way to the cafeteria.

Luelle sat down and hummed. At her old school she was only in French for only a school year. The reason being was because the French Teacher had to move to another state. Luelle was sad because found French fascinating. She looked at Dulga and smiled a little. She could tell that Dulga was a quiet person, so she had no idea what do say.

“So...um great weather we're having huh” She said awkwardly.

Looking at Luelle, Dulga couldn’t help but smile. She was just as tiny as Kaida was! That was adorable. Luelle was also trying to start a conversation with Dulga about the weather. She liked that Luelle was trying and didn’t seem too intimidated by Dulga’s size or looks. Even if she was a bit embarrassed that Luelle saw her arms. This made her tighten her grip on her cloak. ”It’s nice. Very sunny, cool breeze. Might go for a strole later.” Dulga said softly. She wasn’t sure how to continue the conversation. A few minutes passed and Dulga tried to ask a question herself. ”So… How do you know Kaida?”

”Oh I just met her today, earlier before we even showed up at school. We actually fight our first villain who was going after some kids” She said a bit red in the face.

Kaida tried her best to be fast to change, she felt awkward changing in a storage room, as she never did anything like that before but she did manage to get over it pretty quickly. Once she managed to put her clothes on she inspected her shirt, to only turn red at seeing that two long rips down her back were pretty big. She quickly rolled them up and felt even more grateful for Dulga. She would have to do something extremely nice for her to even remotely pay her back.

Once done and ready she quickly came out of the room and hopped out of it. Excited to speak with the Frenchman once more. She was on her tippy toes as she looked around and an obvious slump as she dropped to her heels and shoulders showed she was disappointed that the Frenchman was nowhere to be scene. She groaned before looking at Dulga and Luelle. “Where did he go?” she asked with a sad face. She looked at her phone to check the time and raised her eyebrows. It was almost time for class. “Oh my goodness! I’m going to be late!” She didn’t even think to ask if the others were in her next class. She looked to Dulga, “Thank you so much again for your help! I forgot to mention, but Roy said we are all in the same Hero class. So Ill see you later!?” She looked to Luelle, “I think we are in there as well. So we will catch up later.”

She waved her hands and ran off to Culinary arts. For a minute she thought she knew where she was going, but suddenly realized… She had no Idea where the class was, she didn’t even have her schedule with her! She groaned...she was an idiot sometimes. She stopped in a hall where there was a boy and girl walking...she herself was deciding if she should go left or right, or try to make it back to the front desk and ask for directions.

Gripping her arm with her other hand she squeezed as the two came closer, she recognized them from when Roy explained they were also in their class. Jett and Mina she thought...but it would be awkward if she called them by their name. So she walked over to them, Speaking to Mina first. “Um… Excuse me? Do you know where c...cul...whats the word.” Placing a finger on her lip as she looked to the right, trying to remember. She suddenly remembered. “ OH THATS RIGHT! Culry Arts is?” She said, saying the word completely wrong. Her accent heavily Present with a nervous smile on her face as she looked to both Jett and Mina.

Roy Kusayanagi
Mr.Hisakawa

Roy relaxed a tad bit when he knew some teachers were coming, "Good, they have enough prescence to end any situation quick". Well Jett and Ezra were gone from the action so at least this situation couldn't escalate anymore, "Lets just leave before this escalates more, im pretty sure someone already got Ezra so lets not escalate things anymore." Roy turned around but right as he was about to leave he heard Acion beginning to snap and insult class A-2. The way he insulted them was so...Acion like? A small grin began forming on Roys face as Acion laughed and began going off on the group. Kenichi and Roy pretty much had the same idea as to leave the situation as it is and leave, "Yeah, what Kenichi said. Lets just go Acion" Roy said trying to stifle a laugh, "Don't fall from your heavenly platform" he said with a smile...but that smile disappeared in seconds.

The doors of the cafeteria flung open, a man with a fierce face walked through. The cafeteria fell into a deep silence as they watched Mr.Hisakawa walk through, you could see it in his eyes this guy was dead serious, something the freshman have yet to see. As he walked, tables, food, and the like began floating effortlessly in the air. Elevating a couple yards in the air before becoming suspended, students began to follow until he got to the center of the cafeteria. As the students began floating they started to cause a commotion, "SILENCE!" the man shouted from the top of his lungs, the intensity sent a shock wave through the cafeteria. "I have no problems with disagreements..but when one of my students...GETS INJURED BECAUSE OF IT!! THATS WHEN WE HAVE CONSEQUENCES!! The man roared, those who were eating outside of the cafeteria could hear what the principal had to say. a couple of lunchtables began shaking uncontrollably before breaking apart. By now all the students who were in the center arguing had been suspended in the air, the gravity Yarl looked up at the students. "Any disagreements you have, Handle with the challenge system. I'll handle your punishments personally" He pointed towards the Cafeteria door with his finger. Food, chairs, and tables flew all against the wall before collapsing into pieces, going all over the floor and the wall. The principal began returning gravity back to normal, the student slowly descending back to the ground. "Lunch is over, Head to your next class...Or else ill use my more destructive side" The principle held out his right hand as a black ball began forming. It began pulling lose food and table fragments into it before shredding them completely, the sunction power of it was great as it gave off the same magnetic feeling that Reina has. "Do I make myself Clear?!" He shouted over the scraping of food and wood. Students began filing out of the Lunchroom as they head towards their elective class. Though those bickering may have thought they were off the hook as he let them leave, or so they thought. Mr.Hisakawa will speak to them soon enough.

Roy listened to every word the principal had to say, he didn't know that someone got injured because of the table breaking. Ezra and Jett not being around made Roy a lot more suspicious, Roy wanted to use his quirk to ground himself but that would probably make things even worse by resisting the principal. This guy was strong as hell to be able to reverse gravity in such a large radius, with such precision as well. As the man ranted and broke tables and the like Roy winced a little, what was probably the worse thing about this was how when he shouted it shook the students in the air throwing off their suspended balance. Soon they were let back to the ground, Roy spent no time in leaving the cafeteria, Grabbing his cloak and heading to his next class, he pulled out his schedule and saw he had culinary next. It was pretty funny how he would just go and eat more. Something was bothering him though, why would the principal just trash the Cafteteria and let everyone go?

The principal pulled out his multi-tool device, just like the one Yoshida sensei has, he spoke into it. "Ezra Jasekade,
Report to the principals office"
he said with a serious tone, before stepping over a pulled pork sandiwhich and heading towards his office.

Kasuke Mina

Mina immediately recognised that the girl walking towards her and Jett was upper class. There are ways you can tell. They way they have been taught to walk, and carry themselves like a Lady, is unmistakable, even if she was squeezing her arm with her hand in an unconfident gesture unbefitting of somebody of such an upbringing. When she spoke, she didn't even speak with clarity and authority, 'um'ing and 'aah'ing in a manner that Mina found irritating. She couldn't even say-

"Culinary Arts?" Mina corrected clearly, slowly, and in a slightly condescending and scornful manner. "Of course. It was printed very clearly on the timetable every student got the moment they entered the first class of the day, on time of course. Would you like us to show you?"

Jett may not have seen this side of Mina as of yet, but this was the Mina all her old school acquaintances knew. This was the reason none of them were ever called friends, or called Mina friend. For all the airs Mina put on of pretending not to like Jett or want his company, this transformation was what happened when Mina actually didn't like you or want your company.

Mina herself was thinking about the girl in front of her, taking her in. Mina wondered what her quirk was, but was distracted from this by noticing that Kaida was beautiful and...well endowed for a high school student. The petite, underdeveloped girl kept one of her eyes on where Jett's eyes were looking as they talked.

Jett looked over at the girl who walked up to them asking where ‘Culry’ arts was. He had noticed how beautiful she was and well… ya know. How well endowed she was for a 15 or 16 year old. He knew this girl was also the same one from the cafeteria who was sitting with Roy, Acion and Ezra. She was just as tall as Kasuke! It was trippy to think how different they looked yet how similar as well. Both short and beautiful women, yet their demeanors were opposite as well.

He smiled at her obvious struggle with the Japanese language, her thick accent was clear as day to him where she came from. As he had heard it he perked up a little. A small smile on his face as he was about to answer but Kasuke decided to at first. He looked to her as she started to speak, very similar to how she spoke to him at first, but more… scornful and condescending. He narrowed his eyes in slight confusion, wondering why she was acting like that to a girl who was more than polite. But she still offered to take her there. That should count for something right? He looked back to the girl who looked taken back at this as well.

Kaida was a bit surprised at the girl, she didn't know what she did wrong to receive such a tone. “I-I'm sorry for the trouble.” Was all she could say.

He could almost feel Kasuke staring at him now. He knew what the deal was, he had been in similar situations before. Looking nowhere else but at the girl's face he gave a genuine smile and bowed his head slightly “Je ne pouvais que m'avoir aidé à remarquer ton accent. De quelle partie de la France êtes-vous?”

Kaidas gold eyes light up, almost to that of sparkling. She stood up more straight and both hands covered her mouth as a large genuine smile came upon her lips. He spoke so clearly and eloquently that he MUST be from France as well. To think of all places she could have chosen, there was another French student. He looked so familiar yet she knew she never met him before.

He then offered his hand.

“Je m'appelle Jett Haven. Puis-je demander le vôtre? Ou peut-être que les anges n'ont pas de noms, seulement des visages magnifiques”

Alexandria nodded as he explained how he learned French, and when he offered his name and asked for hers while calling her beautiful, she turned really red. She never had anyone hit on her before. She never spent time with anyone her age to even get to that point. She did not mind it one bit though. She took his hand and her other covered her lips as she smiled.“Je m'appelle Kaida Beaumont ... c'est un plaisir de vous rencontrer. Certes, vous plaisez, je ne suis pas un ange. Mais merci néanmoins”

Suddenly remembering Mina was there. She then turned to her and said. “Forgive me, I… am still learning Japanese. I come from France and only learned it a few years ago.” She offered her hand to Mina. Her demeanor a lot more calm and collected. “I am Kaida Beaumont… it's a pleasure to meet you. Thank you for the offer to take me to...Culinary… arts. I lost my schedule.” She said with a smile.

Kasuke Mina

Mina sighed, and shook her head. She admittedly didn't need to be that scornful. She was about to reply with 'it's no trouble,' and maybe even an apology for her own tone of voice as a first impression. But that's when Jett started talking in French, and this girl started talking back in French.

Mina did not subtlety stand and wait. Short of clearing her throat, she swayed, folding her arms, shifted wait to her legs, looked around and started staring at random parts of the ceiling and walls, basically trying to make as much of a show out of standing here feeling like a third wheel as possible. And she did stand here and feel like a third wheel. She still wasn't ready to admit she appreciated Jett's company or attention but now his attention was off her, while in her company (rude!), she definitely felt a lack of something. She felt like something was being taken away, and Kaida was taking it. Like hell, she would apologize now.

Even so, it would do to try and maintain some semblance of civility, at least. Kaida finally remembered her presence. Before Jett did, in fact, which was a fact she would definitely store and not forget any time soon. Mina took Kaida's hand but didn't smile. If she did, she'd look fake. Besides, She'd stopped 'um'ing and 'ahh'ing, and was speaking properly now.

"Your Japanese is perfectly fine, if I do say so. Call me Kasuke. We were both headed to Culinary Arts ourselves."

Mina gestured down the hall, and led Kaida in the direction of the classroom. She didn't look back to check if Jett was keeping up.
