No one ever asked.. Ans I'm a Brit so I'm basically at lunch time... :)

Its a independent university. There are other schools in thr city, but for ease, the various layers are separated, so elamentry, middle/high and senior education. bar maybe the cities more expensive private schools that may merge things.

Aye. Just roll with things. We have abit of Drama Lama going in in other locations but you can just set up outside the rescue squad building and find a sheltered place.
