Don, t hurt yourself over stuff, take a break, grab a coffee or somthing and work out what you got to do, make a small plan, and break it down. small goals too, 8000 word essay looks alot more daunting than when your working to 500 word chunks for example.

Ivan was born to Carrie and Dennis McJhent; he was eight years old when his little sister Vivianne was born into the world. They lived a quiet and peaceful life in Australia until one day. During on a flight for their vacation, the plane got caught in an unexpected storm that claimed a third of the passengers' lives including those that went missing. Luckily, 1/4 of the passengers survived including Ivan, his mom, and his sister, but his dad was one of those that were missing. For months the authorities have searched for him and the other missing passengers but to no avail. After a long time of searching, they finally found his body along with the others deep down on the ocean floor.
Dennis's death made a huge impact on their family. Vivianne went mute because of the trauma from what happened to them but thankfully she became better because of her therapies. Ivan, the boy who once smiled as bright as the sun, became cold and distant. Carrie was also struck with grief by the loss of her beloved husband. Due to the many unpaid bills piling on their table, Carrie decided to fly back to Sol City, her hometown, to continue her work as a doctor while leaving her children to their grandparents' care. Ivan grew to hate his mother for abandoning them siblings when they needed her the most. A few years later, Ivan's grandparents died as well due to old age. Carrie decided, since they have no other relatives in Australia and she has a stable job that can support the kids and more, to have the children live with her at Sol City.
Right now, Ivan lives with his sister and his mom on the Riverside along with his quirky Aunt Melissa "Mel" Janvier who keeps a pig named Mr. Pinkie. His mom is a certified physician working at Sol Memorial Medical Center. His Aunt Mel runs a library/cafe hybrid called "Mr. Pinkie's Bunker" near their apartment, though people just call it "Pinkie's" for short, where everyone can enjoy reading a book from the library at the back while sipping a cup of coffee at their table. Meanwhile, Ivan is attending Solaris Universatas as a freshman.
Ivan is one of those people who feel emotions more deeply than the others. The corniest jokes can make him laugh and the tiniest things will tick him off, but you won't know it as Ivan practiced the art of having a resting dick face. You'll have to be really close to him if you want to see the real him. Despite his somewhat cold exterior, he has a very soft heart for animals and his family most specially Vivi, his little sister. Ivan admits he still holds a bitter resentment towards his mother for leaving them when they needed her with them but he learned to accept and forgive his mom as he grew older and became more mature. He'll reach out to people to help them whenever he can but his helpfulness is heavily outweighed by his shyness and social anxiety. He's an ambivert but leaning more towards the introvert side. He also tends to be quite a hard-headed individual, always doing his best to solve the unsolvable and will stop at nothing to achieve his goal.

The current event is work day Wensday, mostly day to day lives, be it working, taking lunch in a cafe, a study day in thr library or museum, it's your choice.

Yeah, it's about December to January time. We keep things rough. Been about 3 months in college.
And I'd say for easy. He could have started whwn he wanted. Min age would be about 18 but nothing saying he can or start a little later in life.
