@Raddum Seems fine on the surface (minus the fact that you haven't listed the items yet), though I'm curious about the omission of your Z-Move. Did you not want the Ampharos to have one at all, or would you rather have just held off on using it until later in the RP?
If you intended on the latter, then you should probably describe the Z-Move anyway, just so I know you're not purposefully holding back something OP. You can still tag it with "locked" or something though, just so everyone else knows.

She is 5ft 11in in height and she weighs approximately 81kg (she has dense bones). One special thing about her appearance is that the antennae on her head actually respond to the amount of humidity in the air wilting in low humidity). Likewise these antennae are also very sensitive so she dislikes them being touched.
Rosa can be seen as a caring and mature individual that believes that everyone around her is capable of doing good things although that does not put her above her own predisposed hate towards certain types of people. Namely those that purposely do things at the expense of others for no reason but fun. That aside she is still willing to make sure that those around her remain well and in good health else she would feel as if she has failed her job.
When it comes to the act of fighting (something a Chaser has to do from time to time.) Rosa abhors it unless its absolutely necessary. Preferring to talk out her troubles with the individual instead of resulting to violence. This combined with her supportive skill set renders her not the best offensive fighter, but she is powerful in defence.
The easiest way to make friends with Rosa is simply to be nice to others (and doubly so if you also give her a bottle of fresh water. Her favourite type of drink.) This doesn't mean to be completely selfless like some sort of saint as even Rosa isn't like that. Its simply to just understand when people need help and to help those that are struggling.
Born in a village off the outskirts of one of the larger towns to her mother and father (a slowbro). Rosa didn't know what to expect in life. Her childhood was spent picking flowers and running carefree through the fields without much of a care in the world. On one of these trips however she ended up encountering a group of Muk that where damaging the foliage and the forest itself. So of course Rosa being the opinionated little Chikorita she was decided it would be a great idea to confront the group that was obviously bigger and stronger then she was.
Unsurpringly she was injured by a poison jab but before it could get any worse. A Charmander and a Kommo-o had stumbled upon her and scared the muks off. Immediately the Kommo-o had chided her on her recklessness while the charmander could only look at her with sparkles in their eyes. Either way her injury was tended to and she learnt something about herself. She wanted to help people like this Kommo-o helped her.
So when she got home to her parents that night whom themselves were worried sick about her, she buried herself in learning all she could about medicine and the like. She finally had a direction in life. She wanted to become a Chaser in order to help everyone she could so that everyone could live happily. So that is what she did, she also had picked up a friend in the form of that very same charmander who's name she later learnt to be Fraxine would come to visit her every day if they could make it.
That was the blossoming of her friendship with Fraxine. Soon her weeks of training turned to months to years until she become a Chaser but she still honed herself further even after and she has never given up on her dream to keep helping people and she never will.
Combat Information Level: 29 Ability: Overgrowth: "The power of grass type moves is increased if the individual is below 1/3rd of their HP" Not only does this increase the damaging potential of their grass type moves but it also increases the range, so her aromatherapy can reach may individuals then it could before. Techniques:
Heal Pulse - A pulse attack that spreads out from the user whom must be stationary while using it. This attack functions differently from a conventional technique as instead of using its potential power to inflict harm upon the target it instead uses its power to rejuvenate the target causing their injuries to rapidly heal and return them to fighting shape. This renders the effectiveness of this technique reliant on those that are being healed likewise because this technique can only heal one target at a time, it suffers some issue when it comes to combating AOE techniques.
Aromatherapy - A technique that involves the emission of varying sweet smells from the user. These sweet smells cause those surrounding them to feel refreshed as well as curing and maledictions they maybe suffering from. This technique is extremely effective in groups as it affects everyone in an area of effect.
Light Screen - This is a technique that allows the user to erect a translucent barrier around their allies, this barrier causes energy/projectile/mental attacks that pass through it to be stripped of most of their energy weakening them considerably. Thus it causes the allies of the user along with the user themselves to become much harder to take down when using those techniques.
Energy Ball - The user draws power from nature and condenses it into a ball of energy that is then thrown towards the target detonating on contact in an explosion of natural energy. It is pretty effective move for both attacking an target and for clearing any thing that is blocking ones way.
Name: Sanctuary Garden Z-Pose: Blooming Flower (Grass - Type) Breakdown: A single target Z-move with range limited to requiring physical contact with the individual its user wishes to apply it to. It effectively functions as a powerful recovery move, fully healing the target while removing all status conditions (does not work on those with the sap sipper ability) this abilty cannot be applied to the user and thus is generally used to rejuvenate an ally. This move also causes nearby plant life to bloom.

Height 5ft 7in Weight 70kg Additional Info: She has a pair of wings on her back only just hidden by her long hair that make it a bit difficult to sit down, When outstretched they allow her to achieve flight albeit flying for too long is tiring as she has to flap her wings to maintain altitude unless the air current is sufficient enough. Suffice to say she prefers to walk. Flying only when necessary to dodge an attack for instance.
The heterochromia in her eyes is a result of her birth.
Fraxine's personality can be easily summed up with Fiery and easily excitable. She is the type of person that gets very giddy when talking to people that do cool things as well as the type of person that would reckless pluck and prod someone like they are some sort of toy. Either way she means well. If said person that shes annoying would try to bite her hand off so to speak. Then they'd feel her 180 personality switch as she dons a very serious 'no nonsense' persona that can only be seen as befitting of a dragon.
In combat she takes great enjoyment in long drawn out fights as the longer the fight goes the more fun she gets to have and she becomes very disappointed if any fights end too soon. Though that is not to say she seeks out combat (otherwise her friend would have her head.) but when it does occur she takes enjoyment in it.
Finally she has a bit of a love for warmth and is attracted to flames like a moth, So if your a fire pokemon- you might end up with a Charizard hugging you in order to bask in the warmth...
Fraxine doesn't remember much of her early life. Save for the fact she never met her mother nore did she really care. Instead all she could remember was spending her earliest days in the cave, wondering around looking for stuff to do. Always so curious about what was going on. Her father was always busy with his job as a protector of the area (of which she admired him for doing and she held him in high regard because of it.)
Eventually she was old enough to go out with her father as a sort of apprentice type deal where she got to help wherever she could. It was on one of these little treks where she encountered an injured Rosa whom her father tended too while she just admired the little chikoritas bravery like some sort of fangirl. To the point where she begged and begged her father to just let her visit this cool grass type such visitation ended up causing her to focus her goal on become stronger so she could protect others so that everyone was better off (her partnership with Rosa is to make sure Rosa remains protected while giving medicinal aid.)
When it finally came time for them to take up their chaser monikers and join the 'chase' so to speak. Her father gave her a simple earring with a stone embedded in it. A belonging her mother had given to him to keep until he felt his daughter was ready to control the power within... So in her rush she instantly tried to use it and well... That was the first time she learnt that she couldn't control it and thus if it were't for Rosa's aromatherapy calming down her rampage she may of killed someone. So she is fearful of using it but understands she needs to master it to become stronger... And she hopes she can do so in the future.
Combat Information Level: 31 Ability: Blaze Techniques:
Belly Drum - Fraxine has her own unique spin on how she uses this ability although it achieves the same results (deducting health to Max out Attack). She activates it by bumping her fists together in front of herself three times in quick succession. This then causes her body to be enveloped in a red aura as her body pushes itself to its limits this aura then fades leaving behind the only indication of the ability, her monstrously powerful attack power and (if it weren't for a certain someone healing her directly after) a Fraxine looking as if shes been injured.
Dragon Rush - The User flies high into the air, enveloping themselves in dragonic energies before they dive into the enemy in a brutal tackle that uses all the strength the user can muster in one catastrophic blow because this move telegraphs itself before it attacks. It is one of the easier moves to defend against.
Flare Blitz - The user envelops themselves in burning flames before they charge recklessly at the target crashing into them like a blazing wrecking ball. Fraxine has added her own spin on this technique that allows her to essentially keep it active like a cowl causing her to take constant damage but increasing the potency of all the attacks that she makes. Usually such a technique would be impossible to use effectively in combat but as a result of Rosa's healing such a state can exist and even excel.
Earthquake - A technique that involves the production of Seismic shockwaves. Fraxine does this by punching the ground with as much force as physically possible causing impact tremors to shake throughout the battlefield. She also likes to use this to shake a lot of berries off trees
Name: Damnable Hellfire Z-Pose: Palm out in front (Fire - Type) Breakdown: A physical attack that involves grabbing the intended target and leaping high into the air before performing a suplex on them. When the opponent collides with the ground it explodes in a eruption of searing red flames dealing tremendous damage to the target.

A Mega stone that was gifted to her by her father, While she is capable of accessing its internal power for the great boost it offers. She is currently unable to control herself when she is under its effects turning her into a monstrous Berserker worsened still by the fact her physical parameters are usually insane (belly drum) before she even has to use such a power boost.
She stores this stone on an earring usually hidden by her hair.

But would our characters be able to evolve down the line and level up if they were there first evolution? Just asking because that 'can't be above level 33 under any circumstances' sounds a bit final.
I was thinking about switching to make a rookie overconfident Honedge instead of the doublade to start with, but only if they could eventually reach that level.

While Sally isn't overly tanky, she can sure draw in the aggro with her aggressive nature. Would probably have to worry about her getting overwhelmed in some situations without any proper backup, though. Obvious monk status.
