Eh. It's not like this is a stat game, this is going more by flat-out anime rules from what I can tell from the OP.
Going to be more based on writing out some interesting combat rather than thinking on it too deeply.
Also character interaction. That matters a lot more when forming the party than anything else IMO
I was actually treating it like anime rules- (since if they aqua jetted it would be useless as it would be before drum but never mind-) but as much as I Say about 4x attack. Its more of the fact that they show an immense power boost but thats not to say their attacks are survivable just that they start hitting like a truck.
Anyways, I'll finish up the Bio and Home town once the OOC is up and I have a bit more information regarding the world and stuff.
Hopefully that's good for No Guard. Wasn't entirely sure how to finagle it better than that.

Appearance:
Standing at just 5'2 and weighing in at just 98lbs, and an extremely skinny build, Aethe's appearance leaves much to be desired. That said, she has a fairly sturdy body and can take a bit of a beating before she's out, which may surprise some people. Not to mention she's a lot stronger than she looks and much more quick on her feet than people give her credit for. Prefers to overwhelm foes with fast, relentless attacks.
her 'scarf's is actually a part of her hair and can be used as a third hand. The sword she uses is typically sheathed on her back. Most would likely be surprised to find an eye-patch over her left eye.
Personality:
Aethe doesn't speak much, though not out of shyness. Rather, she doesn't entirely know what to say to other people a lot of the time. While she's not overly serious, as she can come off as rather cheeky and teasing some of the time when interacting with others, its obvious she's very 'restrained' in her mannerisms most of the time. From the way she carries herself to the way she fights, she always tries to keep a 'level head' about her and doesn't allow her emotions to get the better of her most of the time. Really, she's just trying to be more mature than she should be.
Aside from that, she's fairly friendly and likes being around people. She has a deep love of heroic tales and TV shows, though is rather embarrassed by that fact as she thinks it's childish. She likes traveling, and challenging other people she see's as strong in order to better herself as she thinks that's the proper way to do things.
When she does fight, while she does have a level headed and restrained approach, if a fight drags out or she somehow gets herself riled up - her personality can change a bit. A more excitable, battle-loving persona that seems to take over for a bit while the fight lasts.
Can be seen talking to herself sometimes, and has a bit of a reckless streak in her at times.

Combat Information
Level: 15 Ability: No Guard: An ability that is indicative of a pokemon that adopts an all-out offensive tactic in order to increase accuracy. To put bluntly, as long as one is on the 'offensive' (attacking continuously, advancing on a target, or otherwise 'looking for a target') The users senses and reflexes are enhanced. A dangerous game, since it puts the pokemon right in the line of fire usually.
Techniques:
Fury Cutter: A rather basic bug-type attack, and her most preferred method of attack at the moment. A reckless attack that inflicts more damage the more it hits in a row.
Sword Dance: A dance performed during the heat of battle with the sword. Uplifts the fighting spirit and sharply raises ones own physical abilities.
Shadow Sneak: A quick, but fairly useful attack. She 'extends' her shadow to her target and is able to 'jump' through her shadow to behind them, and attacks. The attack is fast, and difficult to avoid, but doesn't really cause much damage. Good for catching foes off-guard though, and could even be used for avoiding attacks if used creatively.
Gyro-Ball: AKA spin-2-win Effectively, the slower the user is, the more damage this will do. Twirling in place, she gathers momentum and rushes towards the target in a spin-maneuver that will deal incredible amounts of damage depending on various factors. If her speed has been slowed through moves, or through paralysis, it will do even more damage than normal. Can be used in the air or on the ground.
Name: ECKUSCALIBAAAAA! Evil-destroying Sword Flash Z-Pose: Steel (Slams fist together, then attacks) Breakdown: A special attack-type steel move. Effectively, it's just a super-powered Flash Cannon in terms of utility. A wide-range target that blasts an entire area with an explosive power. Unfortunately, as her special attack is rather low it's really mostly just for show than damage output. Still gonna hurt a bit if you get blasted with it though. Is embarrassed by the name she gave it, but at the same time is really fond of it.
She stands around five foot 2 a special thing about her is that the icicles on her head can start to melt should the heat be to much for her. Though at the same time they can grow as well if she is in cold places with enough moisture. Due to her nature she is very light in terms of weight though the exact amount she refuses to tell anyone.
Setsura is dedicated to her goals and ideals however she can be a bit overprotective of friends and fmaily to the point that she sometimes accidently loses control of her self in the process. With that said she can be easily embarresed when addresed by those she loves or cares for and has a slight tendency to accidently freeze things because of that. Though despite all of this she is loyal to a fault and will fight and aid those who gain her loyalty. To those close friends and family they will know her as a cheerful person who is affectionate towards those she cares for. Though with that said her way of solving problems is not often the best choice as her first and often times main method is to freeze them.
Setsura grew up in a cold isolated place for as long as she could remember her childhood was often just her and her parents. Due to this she was often lonely lacking interaction from others her age this makes her somewhat awkward arond others. She was never sure why this was so just that it was and as such she often accepted it as a fact of life just like how the sky is blue. Setsura did know there was a local village nearby that she has seen on one or two occasions when she joined her parents to stock up on supplies.
Setsura wasnt sure of a lot of things but she did know that things was a lot larger than what she knew. As she grew older she became more and more determined to find out and explore those things. She once left and set out on her own exploration in her curiosity eager to see what awaited beyond that small part she knew of. It wasnt long though before she was lost and in order to keep suitable temperaturesshe was forced multiple times to cause sudden storms of hail. This did lead to her being found by her mother but the experience did leave a mark upon her.
Time passed like always but the thirst to see whats beyond never left and this time prepared she left once more. She was ready this time and at first she decided to stay at the local village at first learning what she could about others. It was during this stay she decided to become a chaser a grand adventure in search of something that may or may not exist it was exciting and got her excited. This would be a good way to see what was beyond what she knew and this way she had a reason to go out beyond her curiosity.
Combat Information Level: 30 Ability: Snowcloak: grants the ability to camoflauge in snow and hail though those with a keen eye can still spot you. Grants increased stealth during certain weather conditions. Techniques:

Name: Banquet of a thousand ghosts Z-Pose: Ghost - Type Breakdown: A single target Z move that strikes foes from a distance. Striking the foe with multiple curses misfortune to deal high damage upon the foe. Summons forth thousands of "ghosts" that approach and attack the foe. A unique take upon the standard never-ending nightmare in which it deals damage based on the move used it also grants additional damage should they be under a status effect.

Height - 5’7 Weight - 129 lbs Orta’s prefered clothing is light, airy, and gives him a reasonable amount of freedom of movement. He often seems lost in thought, perhaps out of place, but nevertheless carries himself with a distinct sense of decorum whenever possible.
Personality:
Determined yet quite demure, Orta can come across as remarkably unsuited to a life of travel. Coming from a rather peaceful and carefree upbringing, it is not uncommon to find him at odds with the conflict, relative strangeness and general unpredictability involved with the occupation he’s found himself in. Such stimulation and uncertainty may cause him to draw back within himself and even some situations outside of his comfort zone may see him hesitate. Yet more often than not, he will try and hide his reluctance, his success in doing so varying significantly.
Orta may very well be considered a glass half empty sort of individual, tending to worry more than his fair share. Even so, he strives to be helpful and will push himself if it means someone else, usually someone he considers a friend or innocent, benefits. He harbors a distaste for violence, and should a novel or unorthodox solution not occur to him in time, he would much rather run from or escape a situation before resorting to such extreme measures. Wary to open up to anyone very easily, there is an inner spark of determination that drives him to continue his journey and assist as many as possible until he reaches its end.
Biography:
Born into a windswept hill range of brisk currents and beauteous scenery, the young Orta was in want of nothing, content to spend his days in the serenity afforded to him from his service under the customs of his tribe. Groomed from an early age for special responsibilities as one of the servants primarily in charge of guarding his people’s relics, the young man came to know little of life beyond his duties, the land he’d grown up in and the legends that had been passed down from generation to generation. Lands and experiences unlike his own did fascinate him to an extent when he was a child, but he never dared to venture too far from his home.
That changed when Orta had met an adventuring Zangoose named Felicity who had stumbled onto his village. It so happened that she was in the middle of her latest and greatest journey, and it was on that day that she decided to set up base in the area, dropping by the village every so often for supplies and even running into the young Whimsicott at times when he wasn’t busy. Truthfully, Orta found the allure towards adventure that he had as a child would rekindle in her presence, particularly after he had convinced her to share some tales of her previous exciting ventures and soon she’d eventually share details about this latest quest she was on, the reason she was here.
Felicity had knowledge a mysterious cave, one that Orta could confirm that hardly anyone in his tribe knew even existed. The boy’s interest in helping her find it was fairly obvious, but it was her encouragement that spurred him to risk his relationship with his people and accompany her in search of this cave. The matter was met with no small amount of anxiety on his part, but somehow found their quest to be one of the best experiences of his life.
Finding the cave was a momentous event in itself, but nothing could compare with the otherworldly formations of brilliant crystals inside, the reflective minerals lining nearly every inch of the fantastic cavern, an eerily intense presence felt among the myriads of crystalline constructs, having a direct path to a massive open space with an even more radiant lake at its center.
It was then that Orta witness a sight he would not forget, the emergence of a legendary being of tremendous power, one that did not take kindly to their intrusion and sought to take them into the alternate realm it called home. With the cave system crumbling under the might of its power, the two explorers sought to escape the way they came, lest they be trapped by the collapsing hollow. Yet just before they made it outside, Felicity lingered. And when Orta tried to urge her to move, she shoved him passed the cave entrance, just as it collapsed, sealing her inside. Hours passed as the boy clawed away the rocks and crystals, opening the cave enough to enter, but finding no signs of either Felicity nor the cavern’s apparent guardian.
It wasn’t until his disgraceful return to his village that the elders revealed to him the identity of the entity involved, Giratina, a powerful denizen of another world and traveller perhaps of worlds beyond. Unfortunately, for his erroneous transgressions, Orta was banished from his village, afforded only a few things prior to leaving and not being allowed to ever return. But in losing everything, he determined only one purpose in his life, to find Felicity, and bring her back to this world. For this quest, it felt only natural to track down the legendary being responsible.
Combat Information Level: 28 Ability: Prankster Increases the priority of status moves, causing them to likely be done before most other moves. Techniques:

Name: Ethereal Ascension Z-Pose: Fairy-Type Breakdown: Effective in a ground-based circular area of about ten meters in diameter, the center of which can be set from a range of about fifteen meters from Orta. Once the area of effect is established, any enemy caught within, no matter the elevation, will fall victim to a dazzling energy discharge that will see them lifted and helplessly floating two meters above where they were, defenseless as rising beams of light energy strike from underneath for repeated moderate damage over the next turn. The beams of energy will accumulate together into a large spherical mass that will then be controlled by Orta and directed to another party member. Whoever comes in contact with the orb will see the energy envelope them, drastically boosting all of their stats for the next few turns.
