Very true. Not sure what it means for Season 2, though.
Everyone in the game dies horribly and we immediately have to scramble to find legacy replacements.
Sorry. Spoiler alert.

The game turns into the one Simpson’s Treehouse of Horror where Homer constantly tries to fix the timeline, only with Morden’s F4 going to different earths and watching them all end horribly
Thor has died before, he can take it.

With Andy pretty swamped this season, I'm going to have a think of what I should do with Bekka. I've got most of a post written but I have nothing really in mind to lead it into. Sometimes I think I'm just objectively bad at headline characters rather than supporting/legacy characters. Just in a spot where I know I need to post but I'm not sure where to take things or how to handle them.
I'm pretty bad at these games, huh?

Says the dude playing the character second only to Hawkman that deals heavily in reincarnation.
Coming from the dude playing the character who was reincarnated as himself throughout time because Grant Morrison's a weird fuckin' dude.
I don't think Civil War or the SHRA/Accords is really an appropriate story avenue for a game where most of the heroes haven't even met eachother.
Besides. Batman would kick all of your asses.
I mean sure, he can barely handle one mind-controlled superhuman like Jessica Jones and has gotten his ass handed to him by Deadshot at least once, but c'mon. He'd adapt.
The idea of starting off a season with a MME is nothing like a Robinson Park scenario. It's more like a Vandy scenario.
Not the action in and of itself but the idea that it could attract a wide array of players all responding to a scenario that doesn't match the scale or intended audience of the interested and invested parties.
Multiplayer Events may be intended for multiple players but if we look at our only example currently, if any more than those who participated had done so, the event would have been stalled and simply overcrowded.
Starting a 'new game' with such an event could lead to too many contributing players whereas having it around fifty posts would provide adequate time for people to find grove or hash something out IC before simply jumping in what's provided or convenient.
Yeah, I definitely would not start the next season with an event, if I were you. But having one a couple weeks in or whatever to "begin" things with a bang would work.
