Personality: Wain is a bit of a brat. Being naturally better than others without having to train for it tends to do that. He was born talented, and at a glance seemed to always understand the skills that others could perform, and how he could mimic them. Deciding he was tired of listening to others talk about great gods of destruction, he set himself the goal to replace the Destruction God of their universe. An ambitious task, especially since it turns out Wain is... Rather lazy, and tends to quit tasks immediately when they start to bore him in the slightest. It's a shame then that he just seems so hard to motivate on things, as he usually shortcuts his way to stuff if the path is available. He just happens to have the skill to do so.

History: Wain is weirdly enough the Nephew of Beerus, the current God of Destruction. Don't ask for the family tree. It's long, and probably fake. But he sticks by this story, especially since it makes the odd alien individual cower before him. Always a good start. A natural genius, his power level sat at 400 when he was born, and it has only crept up slowly since. But the thing is, he has literally no training. His entire life to that point was spent enjoying the worship of the odd lesser species that bowed to the Nephew of the God of Destruction.
That all changed when he entered a fighting tournament at the age of five. Thinking it'd be an easy win. Turns out, having no training just gets your butt kicked. Bitter, humiliated, he took a ship, and never returned to that stupid planet. Instead, he sought out the strongest species around to train under. The problem, he's hard to work with. But having heard about the Saiyans, he heard they were sending scouts to some insignificant planet called E-Arth. Either way, Wain knew he had to go there now, learn from and defeat the Saiyans.

Power Level: 500
Abilities:
- Superior Biology: While the species true name is unknown, it can be believed by many that they are simply a superior breed. It seems that they simply stop aging after a certain point, and their powerlevels only rise naturally. Despite having no training, Wain possesses a power-level of 500. Impressive for any species if one is to be honest. Especially for a child with no training. The superior biology of this strange Offworlder species also means they heal at a rate that can be called beyond Namekian. This just uses a lot of calories, and Wain eats over 200 pounds of food a day as a result.
- Advanced Learning Capabilities: The phrase may be "Monkey see monkey do," but that is true of Wain as well. Upon seeing a technique, he can break down how it operates just at a glance. And rapidly develop the skill himself, skipping over nearly all kinds of training one would require otherwise.

Techniques:
- Ripper Ball: A fairly simple technique that seems to come natural to Wain. This simple sphere is more like a sawblade. As when it strikes the target, it thins upon contact. Slicing through the target and coming out the otherside. It can be compared to Destruction Disk, but is notably weaker, and better for removing limbs than bisection, and has much less cutting power.
- Pressure Point Attacks: Wain's species seems to have excellent eyesight. And this means he can identify a pressure point in the body of other alien species at a glance. In a fight, he seems to instinctively strike at those. Aiming to cripple his enemy before they can get rolling.

Other: Really likes pocky. Because he can try to see how many he can hold in his mouth at a time.

I know, like Goku and Piccolo were only around 400 when Raditz showed up, and Gohan was the highest at 721. It's insane how so many are double what Goku and Piccolo were at that point.

It's not listed under his technique, but can we assume that all of these character can use basic Ki projectiles the same way we assume they can all fly?

Aleksandar “Alex” Mistreski

Name: Aleksandar “Alex” Mistreski
Age: 18
Sex: Male
Race: Human

Appearance:


Personality: An easy going person with a confident attitude, Alex walks through life with a relaxed self-assuredness that is at times frustrating. He is not the kind of person to get worked up about the small things in life, or the large things for that matter. He does not worry when things go wrong, or agitated when the unexpected happens; on the one hand this means he is able to keep a level head when others would panic but it also means that problems tend to spiral out of control because he overestimated his ability to deal with them or he just didn’t think it was worth acting about them.

He is someone who dislikes complications. He has simple tastes, a simple lifestyle and a simple, straight forward approach to problem solving. He has confidence in his strength above all else and isn’t one to think too hard about a situation, instead preferring to charge ahead and trust that he is strong enough to succeed; some would call him decisive, others an idiot.

One thing Alex loves above all else is a good challenge. For someone so easy going he can be surprisingly riled up by a strong opponent and he’ll never pass up an opportunity to find out just how strong he really is.

Power Level: 700

Abilities:
Baji Quan – Alex is a master of the martial art Kai Men Baji Quan, known for its explosive power over short ranges and the fact that it makes extensive use of those parts of the body that are naturally the hardest. Because of this Alex’s fighting style is based around the idea of alternating offence and defence, closing the distance between him and his opponent and striking with sudden, deadly force, before falling back.

Overdrive – As part of his training Alex has learned a technique which further boosts his offensive power and speed for very short durations. Similar to the Kaioken, this ability allows Alex to momentarily push past his normal limits to move faster and hit harder than he would normally be able to; this is achieved by supressing his Ki and internalising it for a few moments before releasing all of that stored power in one burst and delivering it to his muscles. The downsides of this ability are that he is weakened in the moments before he releases his power as he devotes all of his energy to building up for the next attack as well as the backlash that comes after pushing himself so hard.

Techniques:
Ki Guard/Ki Armoured Strike – By strengthening and condensing the Ki around certain parts of his body Alex is able to create a kind of temporary armour around himself. This armoured Ki can be used either as a defence to strengthen his guard or to add some extra power to his next attack. A relatively cheap and simple technique than is nonetheless quite effective at close range.

Piercing Ki Strike – By gathering Ki energy in the palm of his hand Alex releases a focused narrow beam of Ki. While potent this beam dissipates quickly so the range is limited, but it is strong enough to pierce through armour as well as the person wearing it.

Ki Explosion –By releasing a wave of Ki in all directions Alex is able to harm and push back his opponent. While rarely lethal, most who have been hit by it describe it as feeling like being hit by a truck, or hitting the ground after falling for a great height; in other words, a solid impact which hits the entire body at once. If timed right it could also potentially be used to deflect Ki attacks.

Transformations: None

History: There is not much to say about Aleksandar’s past, nothing of note anyway. The son of a shopkeeper, he spent a lot of his youth working in the store alongside his mother and father and the rest of it getting into trouble. Being naturally energetic, confident and also somewhat lacking in concern for consequences let to Alex being somewhat of a handful for his parents, eventually leading them to enrolling him in a martial arts school to hopefully give him an outlet for his excess energy as well as teach him some discipline.

This was probably the worst idea they had ever had.

Being a young boy and obviously finding martial arts very cool, Alex threw himself into his training eagerly and to the surprise of his trainers and his fellow students showed an amazing capacity to learn. It was not that he picked things up quicker than anyone else, or had a particular talent for it, but rather that he trained harder and longer than anyone else; he would spend all day, every day practising the techniques or strengthening his body with a simple minded focus, long after anyone else would have quit, and showed rapid growth because of it.

Eventually his master decided that Alex had outgrown his ability to teach him and offered Alex and his parents the opportunity for him to train with his own master, though this would require sending him away. His parents were reluctant at first but Alex was able to convince them to let his go, eager to grab at any opportunity to grow stronger or learn more.

It was his new master who first taught him about Ki and trained him in its use. It was after learning Ki that he first began entering tournaments, sometimes winning and sometimes losing to someone stronger, but always happy just to be able to face new challenges.

I think we really should have put a scale so people realize what the canon characters were at when the show started. Goku and Piccolo were only at 400 in their power levels. (Exact numbers are Goku at 416 and Piccolo at 408.) The amount of heroes we have who could probably beat the canons is kinda ridiculous at the moment.

@Reflection the problem is that the limit was put at 800 so people put theirs at 800. I'd make my guy weaker but not many people are going to want to make their character half as strong as everyone else, especially in a DBZ RP where fighting power is your main contribution.

It is a bit much for everyone to be twice as strong as Goku/Piccolo. Raditz is going to be absolutely crushed at this rate.

You would be correct. Flight and basic ki blasts are standard techniques so you don't have to list them.

I can easily fix that by increasing the power levels of the villains. Radiz will be more powerful since there are more characters.

Power levels have some relevance, but having a higher power level doesn't mean definite victory. A person of a weaker power level could beat someone of higher power through fighting tactics and out smarting an opponent.

Personality: Loud and boisterous, Joshua hates losing. Rather than accept a defeat, he will fight to the death. In the face of adversity, he analyzes pros and cons to make the best decision. Josh tries his best to stay positive, but due to his past, he finds it difficult to trust humans.

Abilities: Energy Absorbtion.

Techniques: Android Kick- Launches his foot savagely forward to deal Low damage
Shine shot- Launches a quick Ball of Ki that does Low damage
Pearl Blast- Fires a small line of Ki from the center of his palms
Hawk Punch- A flurry of Ki laced punches (Consumes most, if not all energy if used.)

History: Joshua was born a normal human boy, but on his 15th birthday, he was abducted by a mysterious man. The man never let Josh see his face or learn his name. The only thing he remembers from the time with his abductor is pain and agony from the experiments performed on him: the prodding, the poking, the tearing and ripping. These are now his oldest memories. His pre-android life was replaced with swaths of nothing, through a combination of hypno therapy, neural rewiring, and robotic augmentation.

One day, after his nightmarish rebirth, Josh opened his eyes and found himself standing in an empty metal room: no bed, no furniture. On the other side of the room there was a door. When he touched the door, it opened to reveal a vast mountain landscape covered in snow. He tried to climb down the shear cliff but fell. After what felt like minutes of falling, he reached the bottom... unscathed and confused by his survival. He would soon discover the ability to fly, among other gifts... gifts he never asked for.

Josh now spends his days avoiding humans: the ones who turned him into a monster and the rest who did nothing.
