I’m excited to see how the season shakes out. I’ve got my arcs pretty much planned out, but world events could change that all in a heartbeat.

Always a good idea to make any plans you have flexible to accommodate changes and collabs. You never know what the future holds!

I'm trying this fun, new thing where I know exactly how I want to end my arcs without any idea how to get there! It's totally fun and definitely not a frustrating puzzle I make for myself...

That’s how everything I’ve ever written works.

Collabs would be hella fun, tho!

I dunno. I think collabs are awful...

I never know how my arcs are going to end. I plan a couple of key events, and see what happens. Quite often I feel like my own writing surprises me more than anyone else.

Ha! Friggin' nerds, making plans. I just go with the flow and write whatever comes to mind. No comment on if that's actually worked or not.

If only to present the other side of the argument here, I have a good portion of my season planned out – twenty-eight posts sketched out to date, with about half of those fully written in the break between Season One and Two. I wanted to tell four very different (albeit interconnected) stories with the Fantastic Four this season and there's no way that would have worked without extreme planning on my part.

I almost always entirely plan my posts, if not my entire season, out. Yet I manage, as I did last season, to factor in interaction as and where it makes sense. So there's certainly no right way of doing things.

Throwing a can and a hotdog at Superman she sat herself down on the ledge of the building, slapping the roof beside her...

I've tried both modes of writing posts: planning and going-with-the-flow. I think I operate at my best somewhere between the two as I operate on more of a roleplaying mindset than a writer's mindset. For this season I've planned integral specific events with one being coordinated with Master Bruce, but for the most part, it's very touch-and-go. I have a beginning and events I'd like to build up to, but nothing concrete and rigid. It's like writing chapters out of order (or planning chapters) and just filling in the blanks.

Also, I'm just the worst at committing to organization.

This is pretty much what I have for the season. One arc, three chapters, with the major events driving them mapped out. But how they unfold, who all in involved, is all subject to whatever works.

I'm freeflowing too. I have an outline, but don't need to stick to it. Hoping to do pretty much what I have planned, but I can change it up if need be.

Also @Witryso don't stress out about your first post. I'd definitely be up for a collaborative arc somewhere later in the season though.

Because he's he worst. At least until someone else pipes up and says that they're the worst.

I have a shifting outline for Huntress, too, yeah. I hope it works this time.

I was hoping to have more posts pre-written to give myself more runway to start the season, but eh. Having anything pre-written is an accomplishment for me, so I'll take it.

This is the part where I admit that I am literally the worst person in the RP right

EDIT: Also all I have for Frank is he shoots some guys with Vig and then I play the Question. And all I have for Q is he gets ded and then gets trained by cool kung fu guy and then he does detective stuff.
