🌈 Leda Storm 🌈

Location: Camp Half-blood: Armory -> Camp Store
Skills: N/A

Leda nodded, a little surprised that no one else had really come through the armory yet, although she supposed the others could've been slacking. That was very on brand for Greek demigods. The Romans also probably had their own gross secret stash - that or maybe they were expected to already have all the gear they'd need on them at all times. She could see something real extra like that being a possibility. "Shopping spree it is, luv," Leda agreed, giving Kiera a kiss on the cheek before heading to the camp store with her.

At the store, Leda rolled her eyes slightly at Tammy. "C'mon, Tam, you're better than sloppy seconds," she teased. Not that she had any plans of breaking up with Kiera, but still. Tammy could do better than dating someone Leda was currently dating. "We're stocking up for a quest, super romantic, very deadly. Do you have anything that's right for the vibe? Like maybe some chocolate covered strawberries?" Leda joked, although she was partially serious. They did need to stock up on supplies.

Nancy's stomach dropped as Niah said they had to approve the quest. She didn't want to think about her vision. She hated her gift of prophecy. It was one thing to hear there was a prophecy about her friend's death - it was another to witness it, to experience it, to feel it in her bones. Nancy had never loved anyone in the traditional romantic ways - the only love she had ever felt was platonic. And the people she loved most in the world were her best friends, Mads and Niah. She had already failed Camp Jupiter as New Rome fell - and now she was going to fail Mads too. She looked at Niah, wondering how long it would be until she would mourn her as well, how many of her friends she would have to watch die around her. Nancy blinked back tears, but she couldn't stop one from falling down her cheek.

She was about to say something to Niah when Mads showed on up and Nancy struggled to regain her composure. She didn't mind that Joanie was eating her hair. "Leandra tried to steal the gem. And something possessed her," she explained quickly to Mads. "The grody ass mega bitch might actually be a victim this time, as much as I'd love to kick her ass out of the Legion." She paused again, shifting on her feet. "We need to go chat with the Senate - and get Joanie a snack, poor baby's starving and I might not have enough hair to keep her satisfied."

"I like de snow, I ded grow up around it, Ireland isn't exactly warm after all, and it always is fun to walk around in it and everythin. De crunch and de sounds underneath your feet, dat's always been me favahrite din about it," she commented with a bit of a shrug. Typically she liked the snow, well most weather was great in her mind. Especially since she didn't see the weather or the effects, she could feel it and see how everything went that way. It wasn't the exact same thing as being able to see everything that was going on, but she enjoyed it in her own way.

The sounds of the rest of the camp around her was a bit comforting, and she heard a bit of a commotion, and the sound of some sort of thud and a round object rolling to be by her feet. The camper whose voice she heard made her assume it probably had been a ball hitting Cassian considering the words coming out of the kid's mouth. She giggled slightly a bit at the kid instantly thinking that something bad was going to happen to him, "It'll be alright, no real 'arm was dahne," she said kindly towards the kid with a smile, wondering how Cassian was going to react to what had happened.

Mary was pretty sure that Zeke had a bit of a death wish. What sort of idiot had the nerve to hit on the Queen of the Underworld? Her husband was Hades, and held a lot of power. Zeke either was the bravest person in the world, or the biggest idiot around (which honestly was probably a way more likely option). Just how stupid could he be? "Zeke you are such an idiot," she couldn't help but comment, before listening to what Persephone's response to his idiocy was.

Jason was kind of still slightly glaring at Zeke, especially since he was pretty sure his sister had a bit of a crush on him too, so if looks could kill, Zeke probably would be dead. Then again, flirting with a goddess whose husband wasn't someone you would want to mess with probably didn't help all too much with that either. Death wishes were apparently common place with the guy then all things considering. Though he wondered what he was doing at all, no one could really guess what was going through his mind probably.

Of course, he did get a bit surprised by how calm and not exactly freaky Persephone's response to Zeke had been. He kind of had expected her to injure him probably for that idea in someway, but she had stayed relatively calm. Guess some of the gods weren't as bad if they got insulted or something like that. Unlike Hecate, who had turned someone into a fish, and said fish then proceeded to get eaten and therefore died. That had kind of been a bit creepy, so he was glad that Persephone definitely hadn't seemed that way.

"...You honestly were a lot nicer to him than I expected," Mary couldn't help but comment slightly with regards to that, "Then again, he's always doing stuff like that sort of thing..." Yeah, Zeke was an idiot, but hey, at least Persephone was a fairly nice person with regards to it. Hearing Stella's question, she thought for a moment about where they could go. "Well there are a lot of places in the camp that we haven't gone to yet..." she commented, glancing towards the others wondering if they had any sort of suggestions for it.

Demetri Rowan Howell

Location: Hecate Cabin
Skills:

Demetri started rubbing the nape of his neck, a bad trait he'd picked up from a close friend recently. His eye looked off towards the corner of the room as he addressed Anabelle, unsure of how to respond. "If it's too much trouble then just my eye color is fine. Don't want to have you do more than you're already doing." He said with a slight nervous chuckle. His eye flitted back towards the dagger in hand as Anabelle asked about its enchantment. Demi hadn't considered it to be just for show, even if he did prefer to shift than knife fight.

"I was hoping maybe...well, I was hoping to have it be deadly with actual hellfire? Just something in case I end up fighting a monster that is tougher to kill than usual. That and well...it'd look cool and fit my aesthetic." Demi tried straightening up a bit more in an attempt to lose some of his anxiety for having asked such a high task of someone he hadn't known. A part of him wished Rebecca was still here, she certainly could have done this. "So did someone Summon the ghost? Or do they just appear sometimes? It's kinda cool and I'm very jealous."

Cassian hadn't given too much thought to Ireland's weather if he was being honest. It made sense that it would snow there, but whenever he envisioned the place it was always rolling green landscapes with low hanging fog clinging to the ground. High off cliffs with massive waves that crashed against it, and small faerie circles formed from mushrooms. He never once thought that snow could grace that land, but again he supposed it made sense. He was knocked away from his thoughts as a ball was kicked towards his direction and landed firmly against his head.

Instantly his eyes flared a deep purple before he heard the kids' voice and the anger seeped away. He turned to face the kid, clutching the ball that had landed by Janelles feet, seeing how she interacted with him. Cassian's chest deflated as the air trapped in his lungs, meant for a scream, simply died out into a sigh. "You heard the young woman, no harm done. But you've got a mighty strong kick there kid, try and keep it in the field ok?" He offered the child a smile, mentally pinching the bridge of his nose.

Stella was surprised that Persephone had been so kind in turning him down, as well as the fact that the ground had not opened up and swallowed up Zeke for even trying to ask the goddess. She watched as Zeke walked off to another person and then she turned back to the little group she was with. "Yes, I was expecting like something to happen when he asked you out. Like... the ground ripping apart." She paused as she looked up at Persephone and then smiled a bit. It did make sense, as the goddess did give out some rather gentle vibes, despite also being the Queen of the Underworld.

"Well, I've seen the cabin, the strawberry fields, the arena and now the climbing wall. I've also been to the Big House and the dining pavilion... so I guess what I would like to see is somewhere where the campers and go do like crafting things, if that is something we can do here?" Stella had a feeling that there was some place like that since they were mostly kids. She had noticed that the oldest person she had met, besides the gods and Chiron, looked to be in their late teens. There were no real adults there, and with what she had been told that made sense.

Also, she wanted to see somewhere she could do art with her flowers possibly, just like her otou-san.

It was relieving to know her aunt was going to help them stay connected. She knew they couldn't really use cell phones, and of course they could communicate with Iris messages, but it would be nice to have something reassuring for them to keep. She paused when the book and bag appeared. She didn't know how she felt about things appearing magically like that.

"Not just marbles. They are metal. I bet you could control them with your power." She said, her mind spinning over the possibilities. "If you controlled them I could shoot electricity through them like we did with the knife." She looked over the book. She had just promised herself she'd work on her magic and here was a book of magic. That was some serious coincidence, which made it unsettling. But if it really was for her she wasn't going to turn it down. She'd ask Mads first. But now they needed to go to the climbing tower.

"Yeah let's go." She took Arthur's hand again, tucking the book under her other arm, and quickly made her way to the climbing tower. There was a big group there, larger than normal. She saw Zeke and a few she knew, and some she didn't recognize at all, which was weird. She didn't know everyone at camp on a first-name basis, but she had seen them every day for months.

Niah was frowning thinking about what had just happened. She was worried. Trying to find a way out of the trouble that was coming in their direction. She felt like someone kayaking on a river rapid with a waterfall in front of them. There was no getting off the river, but all she could hope was they could keep as dry as possible and keep everyone from falling off the kyak. The metaphor was getting a little away from her.

Niah was looking at Nancy trying to find a way to reassure her everything would be alright when Mads joined them. Nancy did a quick explanation. There wasn't much she could add to it. "We should see if we can get any more information from her while gathering the Senate." Niah suggested.

Hecate Cabin:

"Oh one of our siblings must have, ghosts are mostly harmless unless they are ordered by someone to attack, or they are really restless." Annabelle said as she inspected the celestial bronze eye once more. "Gonna need a bit of your blood please it'll hurt for just a second." She said going over towards a small bowl on a nearby table, and took out a knife grabbing Demi's hand and cut the palm of his hand, letting it pour into the small bowl.

Annabelle then grabbed a cloth and handed it over towards Demi so he could wrap it, before going over to the celestial bronze eye, and chanted something in ancient greek, while pouring the blood over onto the fake eye. It glowed for a second before it faded, looking exactly like Demi's normal eye and handed it over towards him. "Just clean it really well before putting it back in every time infections aren't fun. Also it's enchanted enough so you can see through it as well." Annabelle said it would actually feel like it was almost real as well to. "The enchantment will take some time, but if you leave it here I can get it done by dinner."

Camp Grounds:

The kid started to relax somewhat he was actually expecting something violent from the son of Mr. D, and nodded towards the two of them. "We'll be more careful next time sorry again for that." The kid said before quickly running off with the rest of his friends and towards the cabins now to play there by the looks of it. Alannah, Kristin's sister came from the infirmary with a sling over her arm, most likely from playing at the climbing tower or from sparing in the arena it looks like. "Hey, whats up you two, you two having a good day so far?" Alannah asked both Cassian and Janelle, she rubbed her arm slightly.

"Man was hoping that she'd at least chew you out or something that would have been really funny as hell." Bryan said with a laugh as he dug into his pocket and pulled out several drachma and handed it over towards Zeke. "A bet is a bet though." Bryan said with a slight shrug as he looked at the group once more, seeing both Andy and Arthur coming up as well to now he figured that they were going to climb together or something before turning towards Zeke. "So what now?" He asked Zeke.

Both Arthur and Andy would see Persephone there, and would know who she was as well from stories around the camp, and being the only other adult here as well to the Queen of the Underworld might know what they could be searching for. Kristin thought for a moment on where they could go next as well, when Stella asked if there was a place she could do arts and crafts. "Yep there's an arts and crafts area we can go to now." Kristin said as she was about to lead the group away she noticed both Arthur and Andy waving at the two of them. "Hey there whats up?" Kristin asked the two of them before smiling towards Stella. "This is Stella by the way she just came to camp this morning and giving her a tour."

"What, I can't have a little bit of fun just to tease you?" Tammy said teasingly to Leda as she explained what they were doing and nodded towards her and smiled somewhat. "Going all Aphrodite or something?" Tammy said jokingly making Kiera blush slightly and shaking her head a little bit as Tammy waved them over towards a part of the store filled with supplies. Anything from backpacks, to camping equipment and tents, food as well as various sleeping bags as well as some bags of ambrosia and bottles of nectar to. "The chocolate covered strawberries are in the corner by the way. Gotta head back to the register unless you want some Hermes kids coming in and stealing stuff, which has happened before." Tammy said before heading towards the desk again.

Kiera looked around the room seeing all of the various things that were needed for camping and the quest as well to while looking over towards her girlfriend. "Looks like theres a lot of stuff here we could get." Kiera said, she had been in the store a few times, but only really for some candy that she was really craving and sadly they didn't appear in the dining pavilion. She wasn't really sure what they all needed for the quest. "So what do we really need?" Kiera asked, hearing the door opening as some more campers went in to get something.

Madalyne listened to Nancy as she started to explain what was going on, and hearing Leandra trying to steal the gem was more than a little bit upsetting to her. Though hearing that Leandra might be possessed was a bit troubling to her, maybe she would be able to help in someway to get the information. Madalyne noticed the tear going down Nancy's cheek and pulled her friend into a tight hug, trying to comfort her she was scared of dying as well. "It's going to be alright, nothing bad will happen." Madalyne said trying to reassure Nancy, as much as she wanted to make a promise and she loved Niah but she didn't want to be bound by an oath Niah had already done it earlier as well.

"Lets see what she has to say first though." Madalyne said before making her way over towards the Praetor tent, seeing that the legionaries had used the chains she had been using to keep her and everyone in camp safe during her transformations during the full moon. "Mind leaving us, and assemble the senate for an emergency meeting." Madalyne ordered as she pulled up a chair as Leandra looked at the three of them, still clearly possessed and smirking evily at the three of them. "Why is the flea bag here coming here to give me fleas?" Leandra asked, Madalyne clenched her fist slightly as she stood up and looked at Leandra closely.

Madalyne noted the slightly golden eyes, and the weird tone to Leandra's voice, she couldn't think of it at first before realizing what was going on with Leandra before turning to look at Niah and Nancy. "She's definitely possessed alright, she's possessed by a spirit called an Eidolon." Madalyne said taking a step back, she had no clue how it was able to get into camp in the first place she knew that Camp Half-Blood had wardings against monster intruders.

Zeke grinned, taking the drachma from Bryan and slipping it into his pocket. He looked back at the group he just left and nodded. He thought he had been incredibly lucky as well to get away like that but he hadn’t been outrageous in his flirting and respectful as well. Perhaps that was his saving grace or Hades wasn’t paying attention. Whatever the reason, Zeke would do a little extra praying at the next meal time.
”Not really sure. We could go for a run or check in on the infirmary,” Zeke suggested. Camp for the moment, other than two gods showing up in one day, seemed rather calm and quiet. Part of him even wanted to find Janelle, tell her what occurred and pray she didn’t beat his head in for it.

Arthur Stanford

Arthur nodded at Andy, and tucked the bag in his pocket. That would be a good combination attack, and he needed things that he could fight with that weren't knives. He didn't want to be so abjectly violent. But a swarm of metallic objects getting hit by a lightning bolt sounded like a very good way to deal with all kinds of threats. He liked the modularity that this new weapon provided, and he would begrudgingly thank whatever entity gave them to him. Spiteing deities who give you gifts seemed like an obviously way to get cursed or murdered, so he'd stay away from it.

As they approached the climbing tower and saw the goddess, Arthur was initially confused at why she was there, and then it clicked for him. She was the wife Hades, or, consort, however that worked. She was the one who summoned him here, and she was probably the one who gave him the marbles. She may also know where the doors are, so he had to approach her, one way or another. Approaching her, he stumbled over his words for a moment, saying, "Hi... step-mother? Persephone? Goddess? I'm sorry, I'm not totally sure how to address you. I'm um, pretty sure I got your gift and message so... thank you for that." There was a fear running through him, but this was what he had to do.

She was kind of glad that Cassian hadn't really done anything to the kid or something for what had happened and stayed somewhat calm as the kid eventually ran off. At least nothing bad or whatever had come from it, the kid seemed apologetic for it all the same. "Well dat went well... Are you ahkay dough? Sounded like you gaht 'it fairly 'ard..." she said to him, not sure what might be going through his mind with regards to it. Since it had sounded like he also might not have want to been so reasonable at first.

Listening to the sounds around her, she heard footsteps coming towards them as someone else seemed to be walking over to where they were. The problem with relying on her hearing was that she couldn't necessarily tell who was nearby or anything unless they spoke up first. Luckily for her, someone did end up talking, and she recognized the voice of Alannah when she came over. "'i Alannah, dings 'ave been goin alright fahr me... 'ow about you?" she asked her, giving her a bit of a smile.

Everything was a bit strange and confusing to him, namely as to really why Persephone didn't thoroughly chew Zeke out, then again he might do that sort of thing a little bit later if he got the chance to. Since he knew that his sister somewhat harbored a crush for the idiot, and supposedly he had a crush on her or something like that. It was something he likely was going to chew him out about the instant that he got the chance to. Since really, the guy was a bit ridiculous.

Mary was mainly just sort of glad that Zeke, the annoying person, had left now. Since he probably was going to go do something else stupid that revolved around him just being himself. At least he was doing that elsewhere now, and her attention turned back towards Stella as she continued asking about where they could go next, asking about an arts and crafts area maybe. "Sure, there are a lot of places like that, this place in a lot of ways is similar to just a normal summer camp, just with a few added things here and there..."

Seeing Andy and Arthur walking over to where they were, and he waved at the pair of them as Arthur more specifically spoke to Persephone and mentioning some sort of gift or whatever like that. He wasn't sure what he was talking about or doing really, but Jason just said nothing as the group more or less just stood around talking as opposed to actually walking around or going to where they were talking about going on their tour. Though he supposed it made sense for Kristin to at least introduce Stella to the other two.

"Hey there," Mary said with a slight wave to them as they walked over and Arthur started talking to Persephone. She looked over at Stella again though and thought for a moment, "We can go over there now if you want to, it's a nice little area where you can make just about whatever you want," she commented with regards to it, just now more or less kind of waiting to see if anyone else was actually going to want to head off or if they were all just going to stand around doing nothing.

🌈 Leda Storm 🌈

Location: Camp Half-blood: Camp Store
Skills: N/A

"What, are you going all Artemis?" Leda shot back at her sister. She wasn't mad or anything - it was all in good fun. Sure, they only had the same godly parent and not everyone viewed their siblings as siblings, but Leda saw her siblings as siblings - such a strange, unusual thought. And as such, she enjoyed having some sibling bickering and rivalry, especially with Tammy (who was secretly Leda's favorite sister, although she'd only admit it under duress). Leda moved over to the part of the store Tammy had motioned them over towards, where there were tons of supplies for all sorts of things. "Wait, you've gotta be joshing, you actually sell chocolate covered strawberries?" Leda asked, before breaking out giggling.

Leda then tried to get her mind to focus on the task at hand. "Well, odds are whatever we get might end up being destroyed pretty quickly, and you don't wanna load up too much or you'll be fucking exhausted from walking before long," Leda explained. "You got a decent backpack? If not, I'd nab one of those. Some ambrosia and nectar can't hurt. Flashlights are great too - and those tiny bags with ponchos in them. Sleeping bags aren't worth it if you ask me, they're bulky and monsters somehow always know to claw at them and rip them up."

☀️ Nancy Parker ☀️

Location: Camp Half-blood: Roman Side of Camp

Nancy nodded slightly, appreciating that Mads was trying to comfort her. Nancy didn't like expressing her emotions. She was like the sun - she ran hot, her most commonly expressed feeling being anger. It had been a little bit since her more playful, joyful side had come out. Everything was anger and stress and guilt these days. She gave Joanie a slight pet on the nose, before heading to the praetor tent with Mads and Niah. They were right - they needed to see if they could get more information out of Leandra, even though all Nancy wanted to do was scream and pummel Leandra to a pulp. She didn't care that Leandra was possessed - she more than deserved it.

"I'm going to pretend I didn't hear your explanation for one second," Nancy said. Her blood had started boiling, hearing "Leandra" call Madalyne a flea bag. And once again, Nancy's anger and hatred for Leandra ran deep. She walked up to Leandra, fire in her eyes as Nancy punched Leandra in the nose - blood started gushing from the daughter of Cupid's nostrils. "Oh darn, my bad, I just realized you said she was possessed by a... a what again, exactly?"

Demetri didn't know what he expected for this enchantment process, but bloodletting wasn't anywhere near his train of thought. "That's hard-core goth" He whispered under his breath as Annabelle mentioned what needed to be done. He held his hand out for her to prick his finger to grab the blood, but instead she ran the blade against his palm and Demi winced with pain. He was handed a towel and Demi immediately began to wrap his palm, trying to mimic what he'd seen in Zeke's books, and how he'd treated him before. Halfway through, he began to think to himself that this might be another thing he'd need Zeke to heal when he saw him later.

Demetri watched as Annabelle chanted over the bowl of blood and Celestial bronze eye, the magic working its way into the eye before she finally stopped and the glow faded. What she handed him wasn't at all what he had expected. It showed his true eye color, a bright electric blue that he had hidden for years. He fought himself internally between whether he should ask her to re enchant it so that it appeared brown or just let it be and suffer having a heterochromia he'd hate. The latter unfortunately won and Demetri took the eye with a smile akin to a kid who got a Christmas gift he didn't like. "Looks swell. I'll be sure to keep it clean." Demi handed Annabelle his dagger, a cocked smile on his face. "Dinner time, got it. I really appreciate all the help."

I'm just happy that my head was in the way to protect it from hitting you."

Alannah came into view, a sling wrapped around her arm. "Doing well, though suppose we're fairing a fair bit better than you." Cassian replied as his motioned towards her arm. "What happened?" He quickly realized that Janelle couldn't see the sling, and decidedly added more towards his question so that she didn't think worse than what it was. ...to your arm? Fall off the climbing wall or something?"

Andy smiled and gave a bit of a wave to Stella. "Welcome to camp. I thought I saw you get claimed earlier." She then turned her attention to Arthur who was awkwardly talking with Persephone. She couldn't blame him. She was pretty and intimidating. Pretty intimidating even. She also mostly agreed with his assessment that she was the one who had sent the note and stuff. But she didn't know why she would have sent the magic book too.

"It is, uh, nice to meet you." She said, her voice quiet and nervous. If she hadn't been holding Arthur's hand and the book she wouldn't have known what to do with her hands. Andy wasn't great at pleasantries or talking to gods. She was happy Arthur was taking the lead there, even if he was awkward about it. Really, just give her something to fight.

Niah placed her hand on Nancy's shoulder as Mads hugged her. She gave her a small smile before entering the tent. Inside she stood near the entrance staring at Leandra. She wished she had thought to punch Leandra first, but at this point it would do little. It would only damage a body of someone who was helpless in the machinations of someone else.

"Is it possible that Leandra left the camp and was possessed outside of it?" There wasn't much way Niah could think of that Leandra would have been possessed inside of the camp. Though without Mr. D here it was possible that the protections weren't as strong. She wasn't certain how things worked here to be honest.

Stella did smile a bit as two kids around her age, or so she guessed, walked up and she waved to them both. "Heya, as Kristin said, I'm Stella. Nice to meetcha." Stella looked between them both and paused as she realized that between all of them, no one had told her the name of those two, so she just looked awkward for a moment. She did hear the boy address Persephone as step-mom so she gathered that he was a son of Hades. She turned to look to Marygold and Kristin again as they spoke and she smiled a bit as they did inform her that while this was a special camp it did have most of the things a normal summer camp had. She had been to a summer camp a few years ago, and all she really remembered of it was that there were horses and arts and crafts.

"I'd like to see the arts and crafts cabin when everyone else is ready to head that way, but I think Miss Persephone still wanted to do the tour with us, so should we wait? Also I had another question. You said this place had most of the like traditional summer camp things, right? Does that mean there are horses here? Can I see them if we do?" Her eyes went a bit wide at the idea of being able to ride horses again.

She did look over to the other two kids again, and then shuffled a bit. She wanted to ask them their names but they were a little busy, so she waited to hear back from the teens.

Hecate Cabin:

Annabelle smiled towards Demeteri for a moment and nodded towards him. "No problem." She said as she watched him wrapping up his hand, she then looked at him, remembering something. "Also mind informing the Roman Praetor Madalyne I believe her name is, that she can collect her order of Wolfsbane when she's able to for me?" Annabelle asked, she hadn't really asked her Roman half-sister why she needed it, but she always ordered that for whatever reason probably for some sort of spell really. Annabelle went to inspecting the dagger, before waving Demetri off now so she could work on the task at hand with enchanting the dagger.

"I'm doing pretty well thank you." Alannah said giving Janelle a slight smile as she turned her attention over towards Cassian asking what happened to her arm, and shrugged slightly. "It was a bit of a sparring accident with one of my half siblings, he hit me in the shoulder pretty hard with one of the training spears that we have, nothing super serious." Alannah said looking between the two of them. "Where are the two of you headed to anyway?" She asked mainly out of curiosity more than anything really they would be able to see Bryan walking over towards the infirmary.

"Lets go to the infirmary then." Bryan said towards Zeke as he looked towards the group and waved slightly towards them. "See you guys all later." Bryan said towards them and motioned for Zeke to follow him over towards the infirmary, he would be able to see Alannah, Janelle and Cassian talking noticing Alannah's arm. "Need some healing for that arm?" Bryan asked her, Alannah looked at Bryan and shrugged sightly. "Go right ahead unless Zeke wants to." She said.

Kristin Reynolds

Location: Camp Half-Blood, The Climbing Wall -> Arts & Crafts.

Kristin watched as Bryan headed off as she looked at Andy and Arthur addressing Persephone. "Yeah we can head over there now." Kristin said as Persephone looked at Stella and smiled towards her. "You go on ahead and enjoy the tour." She told her ruffling Stella's hair again as she turned her attention back towards Arthur looking a little bit confused, she didn't send a gift at all. "Sadly I didn't send the gift to you, was there something you two needed?" Persephone asked the two of them.

"Yep we do have some stables with both horses and pegasi as well to, they are really pretty i'm sure you'll like them." Kristin said as she made her way over towards the arts and crafts part. Some of the younger campers were there working on some drawings as well as some older campers as well to, working on what looked like pottery. "So, have you done any kind of arts and crafts stuff before?" Kristin asked Jason looking over at him as well as addressing Stella to. "You can make just about anything you'd like here as well to." Kristin said to Stella smiling towards her.

Kiera Donovan

Tammy laughed slightly and yelled back towards Leda from the register. "Yes i'm joking about them chocolate covered strawberries, ask some of the Aphrodite kids though i'm sure they have a shit ton of those somewhere in their cabin." Leda said with a slight laugh as Kiera shook her head slightly Tammy was pretty entertaining to chat and hangout with sometimes, as Kiera turned towards her girlfriend. "So, how do you keep warm if it's cold out though?" Kiera asked her girlfriend. "Other then a fire of course, since they might go out and whatnot." She said, she could understand that sleeping bags could get torn up in a fight with a monster.

"I do need a better backpack, the one from my old school isn't really that good anyway." Kiera said, remembering the school that she and Arthur had gone to before coming over here, felt so long ago. Kiera then grabbed a backpack, as well as some nectar and ambrosia as well, knowing that they could get injured pretty easily while out and about. "What else?" Kiera asked as she grabbed a poncho as well to.

Madalyne Crane

Location: Camp Half-Blood, Roman Side of Camp, Praetor's Tent

Possessed Leandra just laughed slightly as Nancy punched her in the nose, blood sliding out of it, and down her face slightly as she looked at Nancy. "You know you hit like a baby right? I didn't even feel a thing." Leandra said with another laugh as Madalyne glared, at Leandra as much as she hated her, she knew that harming her wouldn't do any good really. "Nancy, take a few deep breathes alright? She's not worth punching even if she is possessed." Madalyne said, as Joanie nuzzled Nancy as well to try and calm her down.

"Eidolons are spirits that are able to possess people and objects they come from Tartarus to." Madalyne informed Nancy and Niah, maybe one of them managed to possess Leandra during the Fall of New Rome. "It might be possible that she could have been possessed since we left New Rome." She said as she looked at Niah getting a little bit of an idea leaning in to whisper to Nancy and Niah. "Even though i'm a daughter of Trivia I don't have the ability to control spirits, but maybe you could trick it into an oath to leave Leandra." Madalyne said, it was the only thing she could come up with sadly.

Ezekiel Kel

Location: Camp Grounds -- Camp Half-Blood
Skills:

Ezekiel nodded when Bryan picked the Infirmary. It would be good to do something a little more in Zeke’s element. He liked the challenge of the Infirmary more than the climbing wall. Besides that, he felt more useful. He glanced back at the group with Persephone one more time, looking at Jason before turning his attention ahead. Zeke was sure he would be confronted later.
Just ahead of Bryan and Zeke was another group and Ezekiel instantly recognized the flaming red hair. He was thrilled when Bryan started walking that way. It wasn’t until they were near that he saw Alannah’s broken arm and understood why their direction had changed. While Bryan spoke with Alannah, Zeke looked to Janelle.
”Hi Janelle, how’s your day going? It’s finally sunny out again,” he noted, noting the way the sun danced in her hair, revealing so many different colours. Zeke looked over at Cassian and gave him an up and down glance. ”Cass,” he greeted simply before looking over at Alannah, hearing his name. He examined her arm and shrugged.
”Did you come from the Infirmary already?” If one of his other half-siblings already tried healing it, he wasn’t about to.

Arthur Stanford

Location: Climbing Tower
Skills: N/A

Arthur was visibly surprised that it wasn't Persephone who sent them the letter and gift, but he took it in stride. "Oh, um, well, there is something you could help us with, if you'd like." He said, starting to talk, trying very hard not to think about the power differential between the two of them. "We're in need of the Doors of Death, and well, maybe you know where those are? Or could you ask... Dad?" He still felt weird saying that about Hades, but it was the most accurate descriptor that he thought would result in the least immediate backlash from Persephone, so he went with that.

He also waved at Stella with Andy, eager to meet and talk to her when he got the chance, but he wanted to devote his attention to Persephone for now. He was clearly nervous about talking to a Goddess, but being too obvious about that fact made him worried. He didn't want to seem disrespectful, or even that he expected that her help would be guaranteed from the outset. Her help was important in finding the doors, and so was not being turned into the possum by her, or any number of terrible fates that the divine could bequeath unto mortals.

🌈 Leda Storm 🌈

Leda smirked slightly as Kiera asked how they'd keep warm. It was a perfect question - and a perfect set up. "Some people bring sleeping bags anyways. But for us... We could always, I dunno, snuggle to keep warm," Leda said nonchalantly, shrugging her shoulders a bit. "In the name of survival and keeping hot, of course." She then winked slightly. If Kiera wanted to bring a sleeping bag, that was fine by her - she just felt like it'd probably end up being torn to pieces. There was usually something they could take shelter in anyways and worst case scenario, cuddling was always an option.

"Your backpack is rather ratty," Leda agreed, thinking for a moment. "Erm, maybe a toothbrush and toothpaste? Although I assume you have those already. I like to have them since I get super annoyed by bad breath, even if it's my own. Just makes the air taste bad, y'know?" she confessed. "Water bottle?" she then suggested. It was getting to the point where Leda felt they had the essentials and anything else now was just little extras that Kiera might find nice to have. Leda was a bit utilitarian in her attitudes about packing, not wanting to carry dead weight - but maybe Kiera wouldn't mind a little extra weight in her backpack if it meant she had more supplies.

☀️ Nancy Parker ☀️

Location: Camp Half-blood: Roman Side of Camp

"Maybe the Greek enchantments aren't as great as they claim," Nancy suggested somewhat bitterly. The Greek Camp was poorly organized and run by the god of madness, so it was pretty much emblematic of chaos and disorder - the very opposite of what Camp Jupiter and New Rome had been. It almost was like adding salt to the fresh wound, knowing that the Greek Camp was still alive and thriving, whereas New Rome had fallen. It didn't matter how much they had prepared and trained. It had all been meaningless. Apparently all they had needed to do was sing campfire songs and make S'mores. Nancy took a forceful, deep breath. She didn't need to start going into a rant about what was and wasn't fair.

Nancy's eyes flashed with anger, as she was about to give Leandra another punch - only for Madalyne to tell her to stop and even little Joanie nuzzled her. "Fine," she practically growled - again, her anger was directed at 'Leandra' not at her friends. She took a few breaths, but they didn't do anything to stop the fire inside of her. It was like trying to take a few deep breaths to extinguish the sun - it didn't work. She could dim the light slightly, but the flames continued. Her anger kept on threatening to boil over. "Aren't there some children of Pluto? We could ask one of them to come take a look at her - but I also feel like any time we spend on Leandra is wasted," Nancy confessed.

Demetri Rowan Howell

Location: Hecate Cabin
Skills:

"Oh um. Sure, I'll see if I can catch her and let her know but I haven't really seen her all morning." Demetri said as he collected the eye and placed it away. "See you at dinner then?" He asked rhetorically as he made his way out of the cabin, half expecting to run into another ghost. He started making his way towards the infirmary, only having had the eye done and now half the gift finished. He wondered if he should do it all at once or one then the other given the time it would take to finish the guitar.

As he made his way he noticed that Zeke, Bryan, and many others were gathered around outside. Demetri’s pace slowed slightly as he wondered if it would be weird to join them. "Hey Jerk, aren't you supposed to be in the infirmary or something? I thought you said you'd look at my eye again today for me, got a new development with it and since you're unfortunately the only one I trust with this I need you there." His tone was more annoyed than pleased, but he was more than happy to be able to be talking to Zeke. "Oh hey Alannah, Bryan, Janelle how are you all doing?"

Cassian Rudenko

Location: Camp Grounds
Skills:

Cassian winced as Alannah described what had happened. It didn't sound too pleasant, and if he was guessing he'd say she may have dislocated her shoulder or something along those lines. But he hadn't exactly inspected her so he wouldn't truly know. "Not fully sure exactly where we are heading. I was simply following along with Janelle and enjoying the sights." He answered Alannah before noticing Zeke and Bryan making a beeline towards their little group. Cassian would complain that it was getting crowded but at the very least he was beginning to be surrounded by eye-candy. Even if one of them was Zeke.

Cassian returned Zeke's favour eyeing him
Up and down as well but with a more flirtatious look. Practically cooing his name as he spoke it. "Zeke" Cass averted his eyes to look at Janelle, answering back Zeke’s weak attempt at a conversation with her with his own observation. "Yes, Janelle and I were just enjoying the weather, both the sun and the snow. The former accenting her hair wonderfully while the other enhances the appearance of her complexion. It's very hard to pull off both warm and cool tones but she seems to be able to do it so effortlessly."

Janelle Gauger

Location: Camp Grounds
Skills: N/A

"Ahh, we're just wanderin around a bet, nahthin too spectacular," she responded simply to Alannah after hearing what it was that had happened with her arm. She was just wondering now what was the best thing for them to do now. Going for a nice walk through the camp was what they had been doing, but now she was kind of wondering what to do aside from that. There was only so much wandering around one could do before they ended up getting bored and wanting to go do something else. She heard voices getting closer, and she smiled slightly in the direction they were coming from, recognizing Zeke's voice and all, and she heard Demi's voice pop into the picture too.

Janelle was about to respond to Zeke when Cassian responded instead. It took a minute for her brain to register that he was referring to her with what he was saying. On one hand, she wasn't really used to compliments of that sort really, on the other she honestly wasn't too sure what Cass was referring to with coloring and lighting since she still couldn't really see anything like that, she still wasn't even sure what colors were what, only what some people told her. "Hi Zeke, it's been goin well, dough 'ahnestly I tend to prefer de snow to de sunshine, dough it is nice to feel de sun's warmth..." she did end up managing to say to him with a smile.

Jason Gauger and Marygold Isley

Location: The Climbing Wall -> Arts and Crafts

"Yup, the Pegasus Stables are always fun if you want to go there later... I remember making a bunch of flower crowns for everyone when I was a little younger than you, especially when I could just sit there and make flowers pop up in any color that I wanted to make long chains and all," Mary commented as they walked over to where the arts and crafts area was. She still on occasion would get bored and sometimes would go over and make something, or help the younger campers out if they ever needed anything.

Jason shook his head at Kristin's question, making a bit of a face. "Nahpe, dis sahrt o' din was naht really what I liked to do, I typically would go play spahrts ahr sahmethin. Dough sahmetimes I'd 'elp Janelle wit an art prahject if she asked fahr it," he said to her with a bit of a shrug. Yeah, he wasn't really the best when it came to just sitting down and doing something with art, unless it was music, then he did sometimes sit down and mess with things.

Mary was a bit curious as to what it was that Arthur and Andy were wanting to talk to Persephone about, though him thanking her for a gift she hadn't given was kind of amusing. Those two were going to hopefully stay out of trouble, and hopefully they'd be able to be friends with Stella, they all were around the same age after all, so she hoped that things would work out. Now she more or less just sort of wondered what the others were saying with regards to everything, not sure what else to say.

He wasn't too sure what was up with Andy and Arthur, but he was a little bit glad that they seemed to be doing alright, at the moment anyway. Now though, he wondered a little bit where his sister had gotten off too, and what she might be doing. Hopefully she wasn't getting into trouble or something, she could be a bit too trusting or naive with regards to who she might trust and hang around with. It sometimes could get a bit frustrating at times, but he figured she'd be fine. He was remaining silent now, just sticking with this group and all.

Andy didn't even think about telling Stella her name. She was thinking about the gifts too intently. If it hadn't been Persephone. Who had been watching them? Who knew where to find them and exactly what they needed. Andy had wanted to work on learning magic, she had just been thinking that. Persephone had been nearby by chance. But it hadn't been her. She frowned thinking.

"Any help you could give us would be appreciated." Andy pondered for a moment. She knew that Persephone was rather kind and helpful. "We have a prophecy about my only mortal blood family she's going to be killed and I want to rescue her. I don't want her to be stuck with..." She trailed off, she couldn't say the truth around the other campers. "You know stuck." Gods please let Persephone be moved and want to help them.

"Yeah, Mads niece's friend. Uh, Arthur. He is a Son of Pluto. Or rather since he is Greek, he would be a son of Hades. We can ask him for help. But I will try first." Niah stepped forward to the possessed Leandra. She looked at her intensely. "You have failed. You have been captured. You will leave Leandra now. You will leave this Camp. You will leave this conflict." Niah said intently. Wrapping her oath binding into her words carefully.

The Eidolon didn't say anything so Niah had no idea if the Oaths themselves worked, but she could see that Leandra's body relaxed as the Eidolon left her. She sighed relieved. "Leandra, are you alright?" Her voice was tinted with both concern and contempt. She couldn't help but dislike Leandra, that was an old feeling, but she was concerned about her. How much damage could an Eidolon do to her psyche?
